Many clients praise the staff for their kindness and professionalism, highlighting the expertise of veterinarians like Dr. Rana, who is noted for providing clear explanations and compassionate care. The reception team is consistently described as helpful and efficient, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
Customers have shared positive experiences, stating that their pets receive excellent attention and care, making visits less stressful for both the animals and their owners. Some specific praises include:
- Individualized care that addresses both the animals' needs and owners' concerns.

Fivelands Veterinary Centre - Moseley: Reviews
Negative experience: Consultations are extremely expensive for what feels like a very minimal examination. In most cases the vet briefly checks the cat’s weight and glances at their eyes, but there is very little effort made to properly investigate symptoms or listen to concerns. It often feels like the focus is on treating surface-level symptoms rather than attempting to diagnose the underlying cause. Medication is hugely overpriced. On multiple occasions I have been prescribed medication that costs double the price compared to buying the exact same medication online. This seems to be the case with almost every prescription. The “Wellness Screen” in particular felt very misleading. It’s advertised as a £89 full health check or medical MOT but in practice it did not resemble a comprehensive check at all. Many of the items listed as part of the check were either not done properly or not done at all: • Weight and joints check: only her weight was checked; her joints were not examined. • Teeth and gums inspection: these were not looked at - the nurse simply referred to a note in her records. • Eyes, ears, skin, and coat exam: her coat was barely looked at and only after I prompted it. • Joint and mobility assessment: no physical check was done, I was simply asked about how exercise. Just how is she with excercise, not how often does she exercise, no follow up questions about whether she struggles given her age. • Parasite protection review: I was asked when I last treated for fleas and the cat was briefly combed. No questions about worming. Didn't ask what I use to worm her. No advice or follow up questions. • Nutrition and preventative care advice: no advice was given. Nutrition wasn't acknowledged at all. Just asked what type of cat food and when I said wet there was no follow up questions about the brand etc. • Vaccination check: I was asked if vaccinations were up to date with no further discussion or guidance. Blood tests were also presented as part of the wellness screen, but unless your cat is completely placid, they apparently cannot take blood without significant difficulty. We were sent home with anxiety medication because they could not take the blood sample. If your cat continues to resist you will be slapped with a £300 to sedate them which begs the question of whether the staff have received sufficient training to do blood tests. And why take from the neck rather than other areas of the body which may be less distressing, such as the back leg? Overall, the “comprehensive health check” claim feel quite misleading. It was as lacklustre as the usual £70 consultations. And please be aware that once the results come in you will be booked in for another £70 consultation to discuss the outcomes with a vet. So you'll find the £89 wellness screen quickly becomes £190 with anxiety meds and follow up consultation but can go up to £490 if your cat needs to be sedated! Another concern is the overall culture in the clinic. While waiting, I have on many occasions overheard reception staff openly gossiping about clients, which creates a very uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. It also often feels like there is constant pressure to add additional procedures and costs. I’ve heard many similar experiences from friends and family who also attend this clinic. A simple visit can quickly escalate blood tests, then sedation because the cat is “too stressed”, then xrays and before you know it you are facing a bill of £1000+ which would be fine if you left with a clear diagnosis but I find that that is rarely the case. Wait times are also frustrating. I have waited 15+ minutes past my appointment time, yet if a client were that late they would likely be charged a missed appointment fee. To be fair, there are a few staff members who have been excellent. Zoe and Anzal have both been thorough and considerate of treatment costs, and Poppy is also very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, they seem to be the exception rather than the rule. .
Negative experience: The administration staff clearly have no idea what they are doing. They do not communicate with each other causing issues to go on for several months. Also, have a complete inability to acknowledge any resposibility for their repeated errors causiing me financial worries. Then send emails STILL worded as though this is my fault and containg threats of adding even further financial worry. I have of course moved vets due to being beyond disgusted with how I have been treated for months and now continue to be treated.
Fantastic experience: My baby boy teddy felt very poorly and I had to call them they taken him in overnight and looked after him ,his not out the woods but is on the mend please God .thank you
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and Rudy loves them
Negative experience: I had an appointment today for 3.40pm. I called the vet to let them know I will be a few minutes late to which I was told they allow 10mins over. I reached at 3.48 and was told I will not be seen as the vet is packing up. Its a Saturday which means the vet is closed tumorrow. Absolutely ridiculous.
Fantastic experience: It is a great place to treat the pets with lovely and friendly team.
Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t recommend this vet practice highly enough. Every member of staff is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the animals they look after- especially Dr Rana. The vets take the time to explain everything clearly, answer all questions, and make you feel completely reassured during what can be stressful situations. The reception team are always welcoming and helpful, and appointments never feel rushed. It’s clear this practice puts animal welfare first, and I wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful care for my lovely boy, sympathetic and really cared. Explained costs and it was reasonable. Stayed with them to register my new girl.
Fantastic experience: My baby boy Beau got sent over rainbow bridge yesterday. This vet has treated us with so much respect and compassion. When we first went with beau last week, we was given so many options. Beau absolutely loved the staff. Even when beau had passed they said we can have as much time as we needed with him, gave us some paw prints and a jar of his fur. We was also explained what will happen even after he has gone. That he gets laid to rest with all the other dogs and they lay some flowers. I thought this was really sweet and put our mind at ease that we was leaving him somewhere safe and well looked after. I will be forever grateful for you doing the best for our boy. A thousand thank yous to all of the amazing team at fivelands vets! You are amazing!
Fantastic experience: Fivelands Vets on Alcester Rd , Moseley are very professional and the kindest, nices staff I've ever seen . Clean environment. Thank you for all your help and support .
Fantastic experience: I honestly couldn't recommend Fivelands Moseley more highly! My dog Bowie is a "frequent flyer" at the surgery and we really are treated like family. Bowie loves his visits to the vets as he gets loads of fuss from all the staff. The care he receives is second to none and this is very much prioritised over profit. When Bowie lost an eye 18 months ago, I was touched to learn that the costs for eye pressure tests were dramatically reduced so that these became an affordable standard part of an eye exam. Bowie now has his eye pressure checked during every appointment, and I'm sure this lowered cost has supported the eye care of many other dogs too. Bowie has also had two expert surgeries at Fivelands, which were very successful and life-changing for him (especially his BOAS surgery). We're so grateful to live so close to such a great surgery - we wouldn't go anywhere else (even if we move!)
Positive experience: Always experience good service at this Veterinary practice
Fantastic experience: Very caring & friendly staff. They looked after Annabell amazingly
Negative experience: Absolutely useless, to scared to even touch our dog!
Fantastic experience: This is our first visit. We avail their pet club membership. The staff are really nice, the doctor has examined our 2 cats and she is really friendly. Let’s see in our next visit!
Fantastic experience: Lovely service, sweet and caring staff, offers klarma for them big bills, also offers support and relevant contact numbers for good insurance and cover, couldn't fault the company! Keep being you and caring for all the pets and people we appreciate you all, from Keeley, ed Milo and lil mars Happy healthy babies!
Fantastic experience: On Monday 11/08/2025 I had to take my beloved cat Smokey to the vet. Over the weekend, he suddenly stopped eating & drinking. He wasn't his usual self & I could see the pain in his eyes. The vet Anzal Rana did a thorough & complete check of Smokey. His xray showed a massive amount of internal fluid which had caused his windpipe to curve upwards. The diagnosis was terminal. I had no choice but to let my Smokey go to his eternal sleep. Dr Rana showed immense care and compassion through it all. I would definitely recommend Fivelands to all pet owners.
Fantastic experience: Good service, nice and gentle with pets and understanding, brought my cat in for flea treatment and it worked very well, everything was done in timely manner as well but the initial consultation is a bit expensive
Fantastic experience: We usually go to Fivelands Yardley who are excellent with out dog Bo , Bo recently had an X-ray at Fivelands Moseley ; we also found the staff there very caring and easy to deal with.
Negative experience: No customer service and rude staff and charge me alot
Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful practice very friendly and helpful staff we have our 3 cats neutered the staff have always been so kind. The practice is very clean and has a relaxed environment I highly recommend this place for your pets.
Fantastic experience: Brilliant friendly staff. The whole practice was very clean. And most importantly the vet and nurse could not do enough for our cat
Negative experience: My last visit was very bad and upsetting. I been a loyal customer with Fivelands Vets since my dog was puppy. Seems like there is no loyalty provided back. Bills are extortionate for a simple visits! This one star is for last visit and for the feeling that noone looks out for you there anymore! Over many years visits were ok , some Vets nicer than others but generally everything was fine. Ladies at the front are always nice but could greet you with a bigger smile. Lately, every time I see a new face Vets , which is not nice, as it feels they are not familiar with me or my dog. So this time Vet was a young lady with black hair. I felt she didn't greet my dog like some Vets do. She picked a huge muzzle at first, when I said that's too big, she took a smaller one. ( she should have known from the size of the dog). My dog needed to check the ear as it has a dark brown discharge inside. Once she looked, she started to talk about the inner growing hair, which I know about, but my worry is a dark brown discharge as it says on google and anywhere you look that it most likely is to do with an ear infection. I felt that she didn't listen to other comments I made about how my dog behaves with this issue. She prescribed medicine, which was what I came for. I mentioned on the phone when booked that I will want to do a nail clipping as well. Vet clearly didn't want to do it. I had to ask, She said:" it should be ok if she exercises enough , doesn't look too long and glancet at the dog who stood on the ground " ! Really? It never has been a case that my dogs nails would get short enough, we don't walk many hours each day and she is getting old and slow. The inner nails were already long and bendy. That's not even a point, I asked, you take a good look at my dog! She clipped the nails after I said it's been few months since it was done. Then I place my dog on the floor and told the Vet that my dog have lumps on the chest. I asked if she can place her hand on my dogs chest to see what she thinks!? She looked very uninterested saying that she sees it on the records and that she would have to muzzle dog again! Seriously!? This is the part where I could scream! If anything , I would expect her to look at the records and to ask me how my dogs chest is and to be willing to look. If she was any dog person, she knows she could have stroked my dog and touched the chest. Noone ever put muzzle on my dog to touch her and to check her health. This time there was no routine check either ( listening to heart, checking tummy) , but the bill was if some sort of magic examination was performed! So I go out, already upset, to get the bill. Lady behing a counter mentiones £130 but on the card machine shows £170. So she goes and double checks, comes back and said that the Vet has put nail clipping on, at price £36!!!!!!! I ask what's includen in the consultation then? On the bill £170 = 1 bag of dry dog food £15.50, consultation ( repeated) £65.50, ear medicine £45.87!!!, dewormer tablet £8.72, nail clipping, £36. How does it sounds to you all?, I think it's a little steep! Even ear medicine , since when is that so expensive !? So I ask to speak to manager. Manager explains that the vet charged me as for repeated consultation and the nail clipping on top. If she charged as new consultation, it will be cheaper! Then I am asked if I WANT Them to look at altering the bill! Seriously? This is the point when I believe they should be looking out for me and to alter it immediately or shouldn't have tried to overcharge at first place! So the manager edits the bill by changing consultation to full fee £72.50 , which includes nails and bill drops to £142 ( so called repeated visit was £7 punds cheaper, what a joke). Almost £30 punds, just like that! Do these vets care about any customers? So I am very upset of this visit, and I will never forgive that Vet for not checking my dogs lumps on the chest! I thought Vets are supposed to do all they can to help animals!
Fantastic experience: I have been taking my cat Duke here for the past 4/5 years, and the staff at Fivelands have always been wonderful with him. Angharad kept him calm through a very stressful procedure and did an unbelievable job on his dental work. My cat gets so stressed going to the vets, but Ellie made him feel so relaxed that he was purring after a few minutes with her. All we ask for from a vetrinary practice is that they take care and love our animals as we do; Fivelands vets does that every time and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
Positive experience: After a bit of a dip a few years back, they got much better. Feel my cat is in good hands with them and they don't try to upsell treatments that are not needed. I'm happy even if my cat has the grump with me :-)
Fantastic experience: Great practice. I always get a warm welcome and helpful support for my dogs needs.
Positive experience: Very positive experience. Staff very friendly. Vet gentle with our dog. Clear explanations. Reception welcoming and patient.
Fantastic experience: I really can't complain honestly they have really looked after my boys Casper and Tigger and Smokey and also the receptionist very friendly and also gave me a couple of chocolates as I'm diabetic to bring my sugars back up and made sure I was ok to I'm so grateful,I definitely recommend people to go here with there little baby's never had a problem with them thank you so much for everything much appreciated.
Fantastic experience: The veterinarian is very gentle and soothes the puppy with a soft voice during the examination, using patient and warm hands to check its condition. She pays attention to every subtle reaction of the puppy, ensuring it doesn’t feel scared or uncomfortable. Really good
Negative experience: Took my cat for her yearly vaccinations. The vet acted like she never dealt with a cat before. Never had this problem at vets for pets who always looked after my cat. Safe to say will not be returning.
Fantastic experience: Very professional and great vets
Fantastic experience: Lovely vets & staff, all really freindly!
Fantastic experience: I am soo happy there kindly ladies on reception professional doctors nice speaking they are and they soo helpful my boy buddy was in very bad condition and they soo much help him thank you soo much I am proud I have veterine fivelands

Fantastic experience: Always helpful & professional. I always manage to get an appointment even when they are busy. Great service......
Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional. The way the staff greet animals is lovely
Fantastic experience: Very friendly and kind , highly recommend 10/10
Negative experience: Gave us a shampoo as treatment and it was getting worse .when we called they said its an allergy reaction that the dog is having so they didn’t do a proper check up to see what’s actually wrong
Fantastic experience: Neutered cat - very good service, thank you very much
Negative experience: very poor service. unfriendly, rude and impatient staff, un-empathetic, wanted to charge extra for medicines they were unable to specify what it was and if it was actually needed. Only interested in money, would NOT reccomend.
Fantastic experience: The team is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Positive experience: Lovely veterinary! Always a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere
Fantastic experience: The vet and receptionist were absolutely wonderful during our checkup, very friendly and helpful, and did their best to provide the amazing care for my rabbits. Great experience
Fantastic experience: Fivelands ALWAYS has the best interests of pets. Fantastic-as ever!
Fantastic experience: Make you and your pet feel at ease, lovely vets who calm the most reactive dogs. Received the best care
Fantastic experience: Amazing veterinary service! I've taken my guinea pigs here and they did an extraordinary service after my dog was attacked by another in a local park. Friendly, reliable staff who truly care about the animals they take care of. I couldn't recommend them more!
Fantastic experience: Always very friendly and helpful, my cat was very relaxed.
Negative experience: Wasted my time. I booked an appointment for my cat to get her neutered. Been waiting for 2 months. I used the cat protection voucher and they told me i need to pay £10. Which i paid on the day i booked the appointment. When i got to the appointment i was told i need to pay £134. As the cat protection voucher has been stopped. I understand that cat protection as paused the voucher but i think i should have been told that before my appointment. Someone should have called me before my appointment and told me that. I will never be using fivelands again.
Fantastic experience: My first time at fivelands vet, very friendly staff, nice nurse, poppy my cat very calm for first time out,
Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, wouldn’t take my little ones anywhere else
Fantastic experience: The reception team are fantastic, always make me feel welcome, They are helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The vets and nurses are always helpful and reassuring
Fantastic experience: Excellent service, reasonable prices compared to other local vets. Good reception team.. Easy to get through and get appointments and all really friendly and professional.
Fantastic experience: I take my dog and 3 cats to Fivelands. I use pet care, so the service is virtually continuous with regular texts reminding me of their next vaccination, heath check, flea treatment, etc.
Thank you SA-M for taking the time to leave a review and the your experience of the Pet Health Club.
Kind regards
The Fivelands team
Fantastic experience: Top veterinary action is what these guys deliver, they know their animals alright. The lady on reception whose name I believe is Anna is AMAZING!
Thank you Anthony for your kind words which we will pass onto all the staff and Anna too!

Fantastic experience: Fivelands is like having an extended family. All great vets and the nurses are wonderful too. Thank you
Fantastic experience: You're treated very well here like family. They take very good care of my pet , I would recommend anyone.
Fantastic experience: Friendly, clean, and informative vets . I’ve always used for my cats . Can’t fault them .
Fantastic experience: Very helpful and nice staff and vets, helped us with any inquiries we had about your two cats!
Fantastic experience: Simply lovely, so nice to our pup, checked her all over whilst giving her loads of fuss. Highly recommend them.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a lovely review
Kind Regards,
Fivelands Team
Fantastic experience: As usual, it's a great place to have your pet seen by a vet
Fantastic experience: Our kitten was given her vaccines here and was neutered. Fantastic service, professional, friendly and welcoming staff. I was also impressed by the attention to detail by nurses and vet to ensure pet is healthy. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Fivelands have looked after our dog Cassie for 12 years. The service has always been first class. All the vets and reception staff are friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately we had to have Cassie put to sleep recently but the experience was made as comfortable for us as possible, being treated with compassion and kindness. Thank you all.
Fantastic experience: Excellent practice, easy parking, clean throughout, friendly staff, easy to get an appointment. Highly recommend.
Negative experience: My cat ended up dying with FIP. We went there to get him checked out, and instead he was given some eye drops and antibiotics, without being diagnosed. Instead the lady sold us other unnecessary things like a £30 bottle of flea spray, which btw was much cheaper on Amazon. We spent a total of £130, only for our cat be misdiagnosed and not treated for the right thing. Poor thing, passed shortly after. Horrible place.
Fantastic experience: Very Happy with our experience of Fivelands. Our British Shorthair, Karl was suffering with struggling to urinate and was quite distressed. We got an emergency appointment and initially saw Erika who was very thorough and explained everything to us in a way we could understand and prescribed him medications after carrying out tests. He did improve but after a couple of weeks, the symptoms returned (Erika advised this might happen). We then booked another appointment and this time saw Zoë who was also just as professional. Another course of meds were prescribed and so far Karl seems to be doing well. Both vets we thought were great and we will be staying with this Veterinary centre to look after our cats health.
Fantastic experience: Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Gives alternatives on treatments and prices.
Fantastic experience: Diana is an amazing surgeon. Saved my cat! Can't thank her enough. She is a miracle worker ❣️
Negative experience: We were happy with the service in the past five years. We did not see a vet this time because of the admin failure. Spend days waiting for the treatment and hours chasing them on the phone without getting an appointment.
Fantastic experience: Took good care of my sweet cat before he died, also took care of his cremation and put him in a cute box
Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional. Our kitten was assessed well, provided excellent support and future guidance advice as our kitten grows
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review,
Kind Regards,
Fivelands Team
Fantastic experience: Great staff and vets, they're always friendly and welcoming and have been so helpful with my new puppy.
Fantastic experience: I've been using Fivelands since I moved to the area just over 3 years ago. They have been amazing with my elderly cat and his increasing health problems. Always manage to get a timely appointment (and we needed lots last week). Great at calling to update about issues, plenty of time given to talk through options. All the staff are friendly, approachable and know their job. Repeat Prescription process is also very slick.
Fantastic experience: My cat got in to an accident with a car and Fivelands did an amazing job of taking care of him. Thank you guys!
Fantastic experience: Our Max has brought a lot of drama over the past year, but the team at Fivelands have consistently got us through it, taking the time to return phone calls and emails and schedule in emergency consultations when needed. Thank you!
Thank you Megan for leaving a review and your kind words. Poor Max has had a few ups and downs this year, we trust he is doing well at the moment. Best wishes, the Fivelands team
Fantastic experience: The practice is always welcoming and all staff are friendly and caring. The vets obviously care about your pet and treat them with respect. I have used Fivelands for over 20 years and always receive the same high level of service.
Fantastic experience: Amazing vets. Registered my kitten here. Vets and receptionists are very kind and welcoming and I know my kitten is in good hands. Environment is very clean and has separate dog and cat sections
Positive experience: I have not yet visited this place, but I chose to register my greyhound here as it was recommended to me for their knowledge and experience with greyhounds, and they are one of the vets practiaes that greyhound trusts use to treat the greyhounds getting ready for adoption. Once I have a need to take my greyhound here, I will leave a full review.
Thank you Natalie for your review. Kind regards, the Fivelands team.
Negative experience: Misdiagnosed my kitten - I had to put it to sleep. Now my old cat is having some issues and I can’t escape the feeling that my concerns are being prayed upon when I am being asked to do a biopsy costing whooping £1600. On the top of this each time I make an insurance claim they take £20 … so already £40 only in past month. I think it’s ridiculous and all they are after is the money. And maybe they clear their moral conscious saying to themselves it’s insurance money.. but even insurance runs out. Not to mention the amount of stress they put me through. Thought they were better than Manor vets but Manor don’t charge you for insurance claims. Moving to a different vets. Reply: Ok I paid £40 in a space of month and a half to be precise not much difference when you pay thousands already - if you review how much money I have left with your practice past 6 months you can relate to my shock that you feel justify to charge additional £20 for each claim forms. Not to mention each time I have to wait for the insurance to process the claim and my credit card gets additional interest charges . If the situation was not a prolonging sickness maybe it would look different. But as I want to claim as soon as possible so I don’t get hit with interest charges I get hit with £20 for each claim. If I could sort the insurance myself - I would - but that is impossible and I think you are taking advantage of that. Nevertheless I asked you to forward details of my cats record to a surgery that doesn’t take additional money for this. I never heard back if that was executed. And in case of the kitten - 1st of February was not the first time I came with Yin I came with him several times since 13 th January when he was neutered with the same issue over and over again and made multiple calls, explaining that situation was not changing. I specifically remember saying to Dr Rana that he hasn’t been himself for a long time to which he said oh interesting and that was the end of it. Sorry whilst I appreciate how Dr Kelsall treated my kitten and that she really did try to make that treatment as cheaply as possible - I think that Dr Rana should possibly be more inquisitive and I am disappointed that he just dismissed my concerns expressed not during one visit but several. I also would like to highlight on a positive note that a lady called Sophie has tried to get me the medicine for Yin asap and I appreciate that. Unfortunately it was a bit too late. Perhaps I am lashing out here because I am still bent out of shape by loosing a 6 months old amazing loving kitten, but I guess the payments for insurance claim just tipped the balance of my trust. I spoke with several people who are pet owners and they all are outraged about this additional charge.
Fantastic experience: Amazing took my sister in law with her very ill cat. They were great sadly the cat had to be put down. They found us a great crematorium at the best price for us.
Fantastic experience: The team are always absolutely lovely and very helpful. I never struggle to get an appointment when needed, and it's very easy to order repeat prescriptions online.
Fantastic experience: Staff are caring and professional, and really gentle and understanding with my two cats. Also, I wear a mask because I'm immunocompromised and the vet offered to wear one even though I didn't ask (because I always feel too awkward to) - compassion and kindness to their human customers as well as their animal ones
Fantastic experience: Really helpful reception staff and vets. Useful text reminders for spot-on treatment.
Fantastic experience: Excellent service from managing to give early appointment to the vets superb knowledge of guinea pigs which was very reassuring.
Fantastic experience: Excellent vet. Would definitely recommend
Fantastic experience: Fivelands is always the best for your dog we have been using them for over 10 years and they have always been excellent
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, i got a great vet. They didn't tell me how much to would cost, otherwise the place is very clean and inviting
Thank you for your feedback which we really appreciate. We do try to give an idea of costs to clients before/at the time of treatment, and apologise if this wasn't given to you. Kind regards, the Fivelands team.
Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Reception staff, vets and nurses are all friendly and patient. You can always get through to someone on the phone and there’s plenty of parking right outside.
Many thanks Lisa for your kind words which we will pass onto the staff. Best wishes, the Fivelands team
Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a practice that is warm and friendly, that care for you pet then I would definitely recommend Fivelands. From entering the practice you are greeted with a warm smile. Front of house staff are helpful. Veterinary staff explain each step of care that is needed towards your pet and help you to make the best decision for your pet. Practice definitely has that family feel.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely great vets, was mine and my puppys first time at a vets and we felt totally at ease friendly and polite staff, and great service, good value for £.this will be my puppys permanent vets now, can't recommend this place enough ☺
Thank you Paul for taking the time to leave a review. We really appreciate the feedback. Kind regards, the Fivelands team
Fantastic experience: My dog is a rescue and can be nervous, especially at the vet. We have recently switched to Fivelands and I wish I had done it sooner. The vet was instantly in tune with my dog and respected her boundaries. She did everything she could to put her at ease. Previous vets have rushed through appointments and administered treatment even though they could see my dog was distressed. This vet really cared. My dog came away happy and calm, which has never happened with any other vet. Thank you!
Fantastic experience: Best vet in South Birmingham. Effective, efficient and friendly.
Negative experience: Vets without knowledge. I don't know how their are hired . Extremely overpriced. Prepare to be ripped off and NOT receive any treatment for your animal. I would give them 0 stars. If I could
Fantastic experience: Excellent staff and service from the moment you enter the building
Negative experience: Had to take my dad's cat to this practice as it was not well. Could not diagnose it with any condition and left him with a bill of £400+. After a few days called again to explain that the cat was not better. They simply wanted more consultations and more money. They don't really care about pets but it's about lining their pockets with money. It's run like a corporation rather than a veterinary practice. My dad's a pensioner and feels that his been ripped off.
Fantastic experience: My dogs, cats and rabbits have always been treated with care and compassion. My dog is a regular visitor and always greets Zoe with a wagging tail, which is her giving her seal of approval, as well as me!
Thank you Anna for your kind words which we will pass onto Zoe and the other staff members. Kind regards, the Fivelands team.
Fantastic experience: What a great vets to go to. My in-laws had dogs for years and were always really happy with Fivelands in Moseley and now I can see why! Genuine interest and expert knowledge is shown throughout and the experience is reassuring from start to finish making both owners and pets feel at home during their visit. An amazing place and I’m so happy we have joined Fivelands.
Fantastic experience: The veterinarian we had was very helpful and letting us know what was needed for our cat and explained to us properly about all the concerns we had.
Fantastic experience: We have used Fivelands for years and we're very happy with our latest visit for treatment.
Fantastic experience: We had another great experience at Fivelands today. We had an urgent problem with our greyhound and the lovely receptionist Jill booked us in for the same day and was so friendly when we arrived. Dr Rana was really thorough and helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Thanks again!
