Negative experience: I will never take any of my animals here again! My dog was diagnosed with heartworm, she was sent to this clinic as someone there was said to have some knowledge about it. She had blood tests and another echocardiogram…. Two weeks later I still never heard about her results from the blood test, I rung Monday 2nd of March asking to have a vet call me as her cough had gotten a little worse and I was told the vet dealing with it wasn’t back in until the Thursday and I stressed I wasn’t waiting until then to speak to a vet! they then said they would get another vet to give me a call back. That didn’t happen! I called Tuesday was told a vet would give me a call back and I mentioned on the phone the matter was time sensitive they didn’t call me back. They tried calling me Thursday and I missed the call, I rung straight back and was told they would call me again when the vet was free…. Unfortunately shortly after that call my sweet dog collapsed and I rushed her to my local vets, where they advised I had to have her put to sleep. I am beyond devastated at the loss of her, and even the rest of Thursday that clinic never gave me a call back…. I am disgusted with how they handled the care of my sweet Tilly. They didn’t seem to give a rat’s ass since the phone call wasn’t making them any money. And it cost my dog her life! Please please avoid!

Negative experience: I didn't have a great experience with this company. their prices changed every time I went In , for the pricing of the procedure I was told she needed , it was never the same, which got me Concerned. they once kept my frenchie in a cage for 2 hours just for a scan as she had ate before coming in which i was never told she couldnt as she was not eating i was happy she was eating , they should of rebooked the scan instead of keeping her locked in a cage and said they would ring me when they was done, which had me scared so I stayed , I think they thought she was in for a operation which she was not , they said they had took my frenchie for a walk and she was not in a cage up stairs as i was not happy my daughter and partner were with me my pet was never taken out the back where my partner was or through the front door which is the only way in and out of there practice , I said I wanted my pet back now, they still made me wait which had me more and more concerned the longer they made me wait it was like they was waiting for her to come around off somthing they had given her , when I was waiting they tried charging another person with a frenchie over £400 just for going in a room she was also not happy with them and was going take her pet to dog trust instead, I've heard also a few bad things from local people about there price changes , and there services and mix ups am now being told I owe money for a scan that I was told was not done at desk i asked the person in room she tryed saying it was done, I want proof it was done they have called it a over see and I have to pay it i got a £72 bill then it changed to £53 again they can't get it right so I'll be hoping this goes to court for the payment and they have proof of the scan i never seen ! I've asked for multiple times and am not paying for something they added on weeks after me paying for everything up front . They also tryed saying it was a payment I said Id pay in to half they offered but I paid it all up front , they also messed me around with appointments and didnt even send me dates to my phone , This is unprofessional, and I'll not be going back. I had a bad feeling from this place . Some of the staff was lovely, but the receptionist needs to Communicate with the surgeons and nurses better about procedures that have been done and that have not. And then billing people for stuff that has not been done.If a dog eats before an ultrasound can , they generally need to wait 8 to 12 hours to ensure their stomach is empty. So I know the scan was never done ! And I never got a email with with proof of the scan or seen amy images just different priced invoices ,

Negative experience: Sadly, after the loss of our beloved dog Archie on Christmas Day, our final experience with this practice was deeply upsetting. We did receive two very thoughtful sympathy cards, one from Pet Medics and one from Beech House, which were truly appreciated. I also received a phone call on the 8th of January from a lovely, compassionate lady letting me know Archie’s ashes were ready to be collected. However, when my son and I came to collect Archie’s ashes, the experience was handled with a complete lack of compassion. A young girl behind the counter went into the back, returned with a bag, abruptly placed it on the counter and said, “That’s Archie.” There was no sympathy, no acknowledgment of our loss, and no sensitivity at all — all of this happened in a room full of people. I was so distressed that several members of the public came over to comfort me, which speaks volumes. Collecting a pet’s ashes is an incredibly emotional moment, and basic kindness and dignity should be shown. Sadly, due to this experience, we will not be using this practice again.

Positive experience: Experience was excellent, staff were friendly, they helped me with my dog. Would definitely recommend. But the current issue I have with them is being misgendered. I was born biologically female. But on the prescription papers I'm titled as MR when it should be MISS. This has only happened on paper. This is the second time I've had this done at this veterinary and its the only place that has done this. The only reason I can think why this has happened twice is because my hair is really short but my name isn't the slightest bit masculine. This could be a non-issue but its confused me and made me a little self-conscious. Otherwise, its a good place.

Negative experience: Too expensive especially just to have a chat (about £60 odd for 10-20 minutes) and £30 just to chop ur pets nails when u can do it for £5/£10 anywhere else or even free. Do not suggest this place, I’ve been told by so many people not to take our boy here and will not be again.

Negative experience: Please avoid. Been using this vets for nearly 20 years and wish I’d left sooner. The vile attitude of the practice manager has been the final straw. Receptionists are consistent and lovely, it’s a shame they aren’t backed up by the ever changing vets and rude manager. They once sent me home with a cat who had a broken leg. Most recently they prescribed my dog ear drops they’d previously told me he was allergic to. He definitely had a bad reaction using canural versus the auriotic. Paid for an appointment and was prescribed the drops he’s allergic to, paid for another appointment and requested the drops he’s not allergic to and the locum said speak to the practice manager. She claimed there was no evidence that the dog was allergic to the drops even though they told me previously he was. Apparently it’s my fault the vet didn’t update the notes. I pleaded with her to to not charge me for a consultation again, I was taking two cats (£120) and was happy to bring the dog but not to pay for a 3rd consultation when I’d asked the two times prior. The rude ‘manager’ kept quoting the royal veterinary society insist they need to see the dog. I understand I’m not an idiot (she spoke to me like I was), but the royal veterinary society don’t state you have to rip pet owners off and pay for 3 consultations to get drops that will reduce the dogs discomfort. I was happy to bring him for a 3rd time but thought it was unfair to charge me and she literally had zero empathy for the situation they had created. To anyone that’s been using this vets for a while and has doubts, take this as your sign to leave

Fantastic experience: Beach House Vets are absolutely amazing – I couldn’t recommend them more. I have a very energetic dog, and vet visits can sometimes feel overwhelming with other animals around, but the team went above and beyond to make both Reggie and me feel comfortable. You can really tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat, which means so much when your pet is such a big part of your life.

Fantastic experience: We lost our beautiful boy Tyson on Monday and beach house were nothing but supportive through the whole process. They lit candles at reception during his passing, they got a card posted to our address with a beautiful poem offering further support if we need it. Tyson was always excited to see the receptionists and the vets and loved to see Ornella. We are so incredibly grateful for the care and compassion they’ve given us through this difficult and heart breaking Journey. You will all have a special place in our hearts and Tyson’s xxx

Negative experience: We had a terrible experience at this vets. The vets change all the time. Went for a healthy pet check up worm and flea, with Jack who left a few weeks after our visit. Was asked how she had been, to which i replyed she has been a bit hungrer lately. Then he said it may be cushions and should do blood and urine tests. Did 2 blood tests and 1 urine test nearly £800. No answers. The vet said that her hunger had been for 6 months, that put it before i changed my insurance so prexisting.The notes couldn't be changed because the practice had no forwarding details for him apparently, so no acountability, totally unperfesion. Our insurance didn't pay out. I wouldn't use this vets, absoloutly shocking and staff don't give a dame. Avoid at all costs!

Negative experience: Avoid this vets took my kitten for his first jab paid first payment for petplan and pet insurance for them to ring me up other two weeks later then trying to charge me again for flea and worming we won’t be returning back here avoid at all costs there all about money nothing more

Positive experience: Had my 2 cats spayed at Beech House Vets Radcliffe, the estimated cost for the two of them was £365 each. I am aware that this was an estimate and when I questioned it I opted not to have pre-op bloods or fluids as they are very healthy 6 months old which reduced the cost to £360 for them both. I asked that they ring me during or after surgery if they felt fluids were needed so I had that option. Thankfully they didn’t need it. I do find it a minefield regarding vet fees and in my opinion costs are extortionate & do vary a lot from practice to practice. Seems to me vets have a license to print money. Beech House prices are on the top end but as owners we have little choice but to pay the costs. I took them both back for a post op check & was informed there was an outstanding balance for their surgery. I was not impressed as I paid in full at the time of surgery. Luckily I had my online banking as proof or I would have had to wait for them to check which was a day or two later. On the plus side my girls are getting over the experience very well.

Fantastic experience: Looked after my cat but sadly passed away Rip

Negative experience: *Updating as its been confirmed Beech House, Penine Vets and Regan vets have been taken over by 'CVS / The Vets Collection' who take over successful small vets for profit. They slowly squeeze out staff to replace with their own and only care about the money. I was baffled I was having a terrible experience but had heard great things. I've heard the same about the other local vets, when looking to change vets and it makes sense they are under the same company now. Do not waste your time or money* Unfortunately I regret changing vets and don't wish the hassle these vets cause on anyone. I have two old and reactive German shepherds who need repeat medicine and on different stuff too. I'm used to vet appointments being hard work and complicated, but every time we need prescriptions, either written or physical product there is always always a mistake I have to call back to correct which takes another few days to sort because they need to speak to someone else. I really try to be patient and give the benefit of the doubt for human error because there's a lot to go over for the two of the dogs, but every time something is wrong and this was a highly recommended vet. I checked over everything and had to come back for one item as it had to be ordered. My husband collected on his way home, and we werent given enough bottles that we paid for, but you can't do anything once you've left the surgery. I understand that, and I should have known from all the past experience I needed to go myself to check over everything because again it was wrong. You have to be so careful that everything they rushed through on the appointment itself is followed through, because they throw jargon and rush through it all. It's hard enough with two old big dogs in those tiny warm rooms, without having to stand at the desk and correct all the things that were agreed on the prescription or whatever was booked next - that the poor people on the desk have to go and double check with the vet. I am so disappointed that I have a terrible experience with a highly reviewed vet. Vets 4 Pets were great, but Beech House is much closer and was easier to get to. I have tried Beech House for a couple of years now and I'm going to have to move back I can't take anymore, especially now we're thinking of end of life plans for them I can't trust them to look after it properly

Negative experience: Moved to this area and was looking for a good vets like my last one. These are definitely the ones. Lovely obliging reception , great vet Mark. My dogs were thoroughly looked after and I’m delighted. UPDATE Unfortunately mark left and the vets left are different every time and don’t seem long out of vet school.

Negative experience: Went with an emergency to see if they could help my dog who was bleeding out they couldn’t even provide standard first aid to my dog to stop her from bleeding out got quoted close to 2 thousand pounds we declined it as we knew we didn’t have that amount of money for some stitches when we went to the next vets who sorted our dog for a fraction of the price they asked how come beechhouse didn’t stop the bleeding and provide standard first aid to which I had no answer this basically sums up the vets and now they are charging us £200 for injections we didn’t know the dog had nor did we sign for anything, I’m all for the consultation fee being charged but to then be charged another 140 for 2 injections we weren’t aware were given to our dog nor was we made aware there was a charge when we left with our dog to go to another vets they rang up to check on our dog never mentioned any outstanding bills then decided to send debt letters to my house, shocking behaviour from people who are supposed to care about animals. My bad for bringing my dog to see if you could help her when there was no intention of that she was just left to bleed out.

Negative experience: Terrible vets. Gave me wrong prescription for my cat. It was meant for another one. They charge ridiculous prices. It’s all about how much money they can get out of vulnerable people who are worried about their pets. Tried to get persuaded into having unnecessary tests that would cost £200 for a simple blood test because she said my cat had a bit of infection left, instead of giving her more antibiotics. They charged £40 for a £5 medicine as well. Everything is about money, yet the waiting area is grubby and uninviting. Don’t bother replying with the usual response that you’ve given everyone else on here. I’m not interested.

Negative experience: Since the original owner sold Beech Veterinary to a large group CVS the practice has been, in my opinion, in slow decline of quality whilst the fees increase greatly. I have been unhappy for a while however the icing on the cake was being asked for another £65 for a consultation with another staff member because the original prescriber staff member had left, what a con, why is that my problem! Just for some painkillers for my 20 year old dog. I am sure I am not the first to complain as even their automated answer service pre warns of speaking to their staff in a nice manner.

Negative experience: Prescription for my dog was given to someone else's dog

Negative experience: I called to book my puppy in for his 2nd vaccination, I was told I can’t make an appointment now via telephone and I would need to register with them online, which I did. Called back a few hours later and was told it takes around 3 days for registration to complete and call back then. Which I did and then couldn't get a appointment for another 4 days. I was then informed by the vet that as I had gone “over” the 12 week period by 3 days, that he would need to start his vaccinations all over again which is another 2 weeks where he can’t get out. I’ve now got to wait another 2 weeks obviously and paying extra for the vaccinations. Not at all impressed. And particularly for older clients that can’t call to book their pet in, online registration only, never answer the phone and takes days after they do actually speak to you!

Fantastic experience: So me and my Wife recently got ourselves a kitten as my Wife is a Support worker and one of the ladies she was Supporting moved out and left kitten behind so we took her in. So we registered with Beech House vets and booked our kitten in for her jabs and to get her checked over, So I arrived half an hour early and so sat in the waiting room. Several minutes later I went, The vet was absolutely fantastic gave our kitten a full health check, weighed her and then gave her the first injection and had set up the next appointment in 4 weeks. Extremely professional, polite and friendly staff, The vets was extremely clean as you would expect, Vets can be expensive but I paid into a Kitten club where for £19.99 a month you get a health check up, first vaccination, second vaccination, microchipped and neutered. Honesty can praise Beech house vets enough we highly recommend Beech house vets. We post alot of reviews on Google and we have over 28,000,000+ Views and we always give our honest thoughts and opinions on our experiences and while we are on our travels, We review service, customer service, food, drink, value for money, beach clubs, flights, restaurants, bars, flights, accommodation, beauty treatments, coffee shops, cafes, Airbnbs etc.

Positive experience: Have decided after many problems with Beech House vets that it is time to move practice. I attended for the first appointment of the afternoon and was left waiting more than half an hour. Ended up leaving without seeing a vet. Another time was kept waiting nearly an hour. Sadly the receptionist had to keep making excuses for the vet. She also tried to tell me it would only be a few more minutes to wait. I worked in the animal industry for over 30 years and understand that there can be last minute changes to how things go but to wait nearly an hour is not good for the pets. There has been some lovely vets but also some shocking ones and the turnover of vets is concerning. The costs have risen considerably and the whole building needs some maintenance as it is looking tired and grubby. Found a very modern vets which has plenty of vet staff so there is never a wait.

Negative experience: If I could award no stars I would, all about the money with this lot. My mum caught them out with their lies. Moved vets, we are not their cash machine. Edit: Got a new vets and what a difference, everything now goes through the insurance. They look after all of that and the cat actually doesn't mind going there as opposed to this shambolic outfit, who charged a pensioner EVERY time she went there. Beech House are an absolute disgrace, ALL about how much money they can make. Good riddance to them, I hope they fail badly with their greed. Avoid like the plague.

Fantastic experience: I took my cat to this vets for the first time. My cat is quite temperamental and does not like vets. But the vet, Waseem, was very professional and approached my cat in a very gentle matter. He discussed the issues she has been having in a lot of detail and suggested things that I could do to help ease her anxiety and scratching. It seemed like he really cared about my cat’s well-being and was very helpful. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot recommend this Veterinary Practice and it's team highly enough! I had my cat in for extensive dental surgery over the past couple of weeks. I was so worried and everyone went out of their way to make me (and my cat) feel at ease. Everything was explained to me about the procedure in great length and the care and compassion given to my cat you cannot put a price on! The same care has been given during all his post op checks. From a person who has previously worked in the Veterinary industry, trust me when I say that you will not get a better service than this or better care for your pet! Thank you all so much!

Positive experience: Shop around some of these corporate vets are so expensive. An independent vets (if you can find one) are far cheaper.

Fantastic experience: There can be 'NO' doubt that this is the best vets in the world. The way that the entire team help and assist you, is nothing short of professional and personal. We sadly had to let one of our dogs pass last week and today we received a card through the post from them, expressing their condolences, also containing a lovely poem. Negative experience: Recently had to have our dog euthanised, whilst my husband was still sat on the floor with her body, the receptionist came in with the PDQ machine and asked him to pay!!!!! UPDATE - 1 week and 2 days after being euthanised Beech House have still not released her body to the crematorium because there was an error with her paperwork. Not once did they phone us to advise of any errors and now the crematorium have had to phone us and tell us that they still wont release her. Absolutely disgusting service, all they have done is add trauma and more upset to an already difficult time for us. Never ever will I use this surgery and I would advise everyone else to stay well clear too.

Fantastic experience: Took my dogs Boris and Basil in today, vet we dealt with was extremely helpful and put my dogs at ease. He was very knowledgeable about the breed and gave me some expert advice for the future. Will definitely use again. Thanks :)

Fantastic experience: Had my Nellie here for nearly 2 years now and I wouldn’t want to take her anywhere else. Had her at a few vets as a puppy but this is definitely the best place for her. They are always really good with her and don’t judge her breed. I live 30min away but it’s worth the drive

Negative experience: If you're looking for a vets with 0 compassion and just cares about money this is the vets for you. Stupidly stuck with them even after Shawn left even though I knew the service and standard had gone down hill. The last straw for me this week is paying £90 for eye drops that haven't worked for my dog... being invited back by them!! (Not me) for an after appointment to then be told haven't worked and charged another £50 for the privilege of the vet telling me they hadn't worked. Was in there about 1 minute for a follow up appointment to be told this and another bill of £50 Absolutely discussed by this vets! You should be ashamed of yourselves! Times are hard enough for people and this so called vets are taking advantage.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to thank the practice and especially the super nurse who extracted the doggy treat that was stuck in my dogs throat on 4/10/23. After ringing the practice in complete panic they told me to get there straight away, he was immediately seen and the obstruction was extracted very quickly and I was informed straight away. Absolutely brilliant, thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: My 13 year old boy was diagnosed with lymphoma by the vets at Beech House. The after care was fantastic and his passing 10 weeks later was also carried out there. I have to say that the staff are so kind and considerate - especially Anna. What a supportive group they are. The near future is going to be difficult but it's nice to know my boy had the best crossover to his forever garden. Would 100% recommend this veterinary practice.

Negative experience: Would definitely avoid using this veterinary surgery since Shaun left . One receptionist in particular ( Dot ) was very rude and lacked in customer service skills. Discussed this with the practice manager who said she would speak with this very rude receptionist. Too late for our family we have registered with a different veterinary surgery who came highly recommended and has wonderful reviews.

Positive experience: Asked to get my Rabbits teeth deburred, but was told that we needed a consultantation first. After the consultantation, we were told that my rabbit needed his teeth deburring and could be booked in next week!!! Vet managed to get them done same time as no other pets we're booked in. He was not aware that I never wanted a consultantation and just wanted a teeth burr done. What was the point of paying for a consultantation to be told what we wanted done anyway!!

Fantastic experience: Extremely unhelpful. My neighbours and I have been trying to find help, or a forever home, for a pigeon that had being dyed yellow and turquiose possibly for a wedding. It has attached itself to us but we can't give it a permanent home. I spent a whole morning trying different animal hospitals, RSPCA, vets etc. and no one wanted to know. It is very sad, the bird obviously likes people but is not equipped for a life in the wild.

Positive experience: 19/04/23 I have been at Beech house 5 years now and today was sadly my last day I would go there. My dog was so poorly and the Vet we seen was great with my dog but the receptionist was horrible to me and my husband the doctor wanted to do extra test so I thought since I'm insured it's fine, she told me we have to pay upfront then claim it back. I said oh ok I thought you charged an admin fee and you claim it back and we pay the excess. She spoke down to us like we were stupid to even think they would do that and even laughed at us but I asked about this before I changed my insurance and they assured me that's how it works. When I then said ok we are ready to pay she looked at me like how dare I tell her I am ready. She told us she has to wait for the paperwork so sit and I will call you. So rude. I was horrified. How can you be so rude to customers. We came home and I called our previous vets from before we moved. So friendly and assured me they work like that we don't have to pay upfront they will claim for us. I registered all 3 of my pets again and yes I'd rather drive 30 min to a friendly vet than ever go back to Beech house. I feel so horrible that I was treated like this today at such a stressful time. 20/04/23 I would like to thank Jodie for reaching out to me and all the Vets at the practice and the nurses for the loving care they give to animals. Thank you again Jodie for resolving my issues and making me feel valued. I will miss coming there but is was a great 5 years.

Fantastic experience: I'm the worst type of client, one who used to work for several vets last millennium so an absolute anxious fuss pot. Luckily they all humour me. Boris has just had a dental there and the vet phoned me several times to keep me abreast of the plan and made sure I was fully involved in the decisions. They even let me collect him early as soon as he was fully round from the anaesthetic and able to walk and I MASSIVELY appreciate that.

Fantastic experience: Incredible service. My regular vet wasn't able to see me the same day for an appointment and could only see me the following Monday. I called an out of hours vets who reccomended I tried here first as it wasn't out of hours and would be much cheaper for a consultation. They were able to see me the same day and the Vet Georgina was extremely helpful and soft with my cat, you can tell that she loves animals. Extremely informative and let me know of all the costs beforehand. They're all so open 7 days a week which is great

I have been with with this vets since he was a puppy and sadly after 19 years we had to let him go to sleep peacefully. Fantastic experience: Our cat Jessie adopted us around 5 and a half years ago after a life out on the streets and Beech House helped us get her back into good health after an initial bout of fleas and dental problems. For the most part she led a very happy and comfortable life in part due to the care provided by the vets here. Unfortunately she became very ill last month but Beech House tried their best to treat her, make her comfortable and ease her suffering. At the end of June she had to be rushed to the emergency vet and we had to make the difficult decision to put her to sleep. A few days later we received a card from the surgery which was a comfort at such a difficult time which was very kind - thank you.

Fantastic experience: Excellent vets, best in town, have been going here for years. Though changes in vets can be regular they do get understanding & empathic ones in!!! Feel like my pack of mutts are in safe hands.

Fantastic experience: Liz is very welcoming and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. For the vets I've seen they have been reassuring, kind and compassionate. For the vet who saw my old grumpy cat Ron after he was attacked by a fox, I apologize on his behalf for your claw injuries, he however has not shown 1 bit of remorse and continues to remind me what a bad human I am for forcing you two to meet . Reasonable rates, the vets seem to take old grumpy cat attacks in good humour and 'hazards of the job' (thankfully) don't take legal action!

Fantastic experience: Today we brought our hamster, Nugget to Beech House Vets. She needed a tooth trimming. The Vet took Nugget from us, and within 5-10 minutes had trimmed both her top teeth. The Vet then explained about her teeth to us in detail. He gave us the same time and attention as any dog or cat owner. There was no feeling ' it's only a hamster'. We will be returning with our Tortoise, Guinea pigs and Frog, if needed!!! Thank you .

Negative experience: Informed Beech House two weeks ago that my dog passed away who had been registered with them for 8 years. Not even a generic letter to say sorry for your loss. Zero compassion or empathy. Now they can't take your money its like they don't want to know. Very let down and disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Can not fault them. They really care about your animals. I’ve been with them with 5 dogs over about 10 plus years. They will never over charge you for things you don’t need.

Fantastic experience: Always used this vets to take my pet guinea pigs I had angel guinea pig put to sleep 2 weeks ago I was allowed in to be with her the lady vet was caring and put angel to sleep quickly without any pain and was very caring towards myself who was upset. Recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: My dog was looked after and we were seen within a reasonable given that it was busy.

Negative experience: Unfortunately after being with beech house for 10 years we will have to seek assistance elsewhere in future. Make sure you ask for a detailed report of the prices of treatment before they even touch your animal as their prices have hiked up considerably. They had my poor pooch for 5 minutes, determined they didn't feel any obstructions but gave an antisickness drug and then asked him to come back for xrays and more tests the day after as they didn't have time to do a full consultation on the day I took him yet charged full fees to see him. They were ruse to me saying I probably couldn't afford the pet plan they had and lied to me saying if I could it would include all costs to medications. After having my boy in for 5 minutes they then made us wait another 40 minutes outside before coming out to get payment, which they actually didn't tell me how much prior. I didn't even get a decent receipt with the rundown of care on it just a flimsy one from the card machine. Its heartbreaking to see what is going on there.

Negative experience: Been with Beech house vets around 5 years now, the staff are all really nice and they are a credit to the company as they are always friendly and pleasant to talk to. Unfortunately however we feel its time to move on, our cats records were always mixed up, our female was nearly killed when we had her spayed due to a mistake and subsequently only has one kidney now, when our male cat had his first injection the man made a mistake and had to keep Injecting him causing the cat distress, needles to say the person responsible for those mistakes appears to have left, also its always a new vet seeing our cats, never the same one so they never get to know there patients personally which we think is important, we feel that it's always a quick in and out with little attention to detail. Lovely people none the less
