Fantastic experience: Fantastic care and attention by the staff from the minute we entered the building until we left.

Fantastic experience: Our senior cat became very unwell on the 11th of January 2026 with severe breathing problems, and we had to take him to Vets Now. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly kind and compassionate. They offered us drinks and showed genuine care during what was a very stressful time for us. The veterinary nurse immediately recognised how serious the situation was and quickly took Spencer through to the hospital to start oxygen therapy right away. We were very reassured by how quickly and professionally the team acted. The vet who primarily cared for Spencer was Dr Thomas Towey, and we feel incredibly fortunate that he was the one looking after him. His assessment was extremely thorough, and he was always very clear and upfront about treatment options and costs. With his guidance we were able to make the most pragmatic decisions for Spencer under truly expert care. Dr Towey was honest, compassionate, and clearly had Spencer’s best interests at heart at all times. He kept us regularly updated, calling us after his ward rounds so we always knew what was happening and whether anything had changed. His communication and dedication meant so much to us during such a frightening time. Quite simply, Dr Towey saved our cat’s life. Thanks to him, Spencer is now back home, happy and healthy, and we are incredibly grateful to have more time with him. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Dr Towey and the entire team. Fantastic experience: My Louie stayed at Vets Now for overnight care after major surgery at our own vets. We left Louie that night looking so poorly, we was heartbroken, I was told I could call during the night if I was worried, so I did, twice, and was given a full update on his progress. I collected Louie the day after and he was already looking better. The care at Vet's Now is second to none. Everyone there from the Vets and Nurses to the receptionists are so kind and caring, everything is explained in detail and nothing seems to much trouble. I would recommend Vet's Now 100% for anyone that wants nothing but the best care for their precious furbabies.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank the vets at VetsNow Manchester enough, they have saved our little dog’s life. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The care she received was amazing, thorough, and filled with compassion. They kept me updated throughout, explaining every detail with so much kindness. They truly went above and beyond for us. Even the small things, like the night staff calling me at the end of their shift to give me an update, meant more to us than they will ever know. We are forever grateful.

The staff were very friendly and supportive - very professional in approach and following a triage they explained treatment options and offered advice. Negative experience: This should be scored individually- receptionstaff amazing / friendly , Vet was amazing too… to quote £4000 for a 20min op is scandalous !! I moved my dog to my vets cos if this , Op went well however she had big seizure and died yesterday- devastated!, Would this have happened if I hadn’t of moved her .. we will never know ! We are animal lovers and will do everything we can for our babies but them prices are disgusting!

Fantastic experience: My pug Doug was rushed in on 12th Feb as his eye had ruptured following an eye ulcer. I cannot thank everyone enough for everything they have done getting my boy back home safely to me. Doug had to unfortunately have his eye removed but the surgery went well and slight issue with his breathing afterwards but the care has been second to none. Full updates every few hours from the vet’s on his recovery and a very clean neat and tidy surgery sight. Doug is now home back full of beans adjusting to life with one eye but he’s doing so well and I cannot praise the team highly enough who dealt with my baby, so a massive massive thank you from Doug and myself ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Our little Vienna took critically poorly Friday 6th February we was rushed to vets now Manchester they took her immediately and worked their wonderful magic! Vienna is a little fighter and caught against parvovirus! Thursday 12th February I got a call saying they’re happy to discharge Vienna we collected her and she’s not 100% but definitely getting back to her mischievous slipper chewing self while giving me her almighty barks to come out (where we feel mean as she’s still to be isolated from her fursiblings) we cannot give enough gratitude to Vetsnow for all the work they put into our little furbaby! From daily phone calls to pictures and video updates ❤️ it means the world to have our precious Vienna home

He was seen to quickly by an amazing student & senior vet. They were professional, calm and reassuring going beyond what we expected and provided us with priceless tips and advice. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing vets from start to finish. They looked after my 10 week old kitten Stanley when he had a few issues. The lady student vet that saw us in triage was amazing and put me at ease. She will make an amazing Vet in the future! The lady vet was absolutely amazing, talked and explained through absolutely everything and reassured me about Stanley. Within half an hour of him being behind the scenes they solved Stanley’s issue. The two ladies on reception were absolutely brilliant and were a god send as I had my two young children with me. They put the tv on and gave them some colouring. I’m so sorry I couldn’t remember names! These members of staff are an absolute credit to this practice/hospital ❤️❤️ All our love from Becky & Stanley

Negative experience: Very disappointed with how George has been treated. I had to ask another emergency vet to see him and they did. He was given anti sickness and pain relief. This will cover him until he can be assessed by his regular vet. Different prices and service as well.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, friendly staff, helped us out with getting our boy an MRI and surgery booked in and gave us loads of information and advice. Couldn’t have been more helpful in our dogs serious situation. Thankyou

Fantastic experience: Fast to take call and get us in, both the nurse and vet we saw were really good with our dog and gave us good advise. Vet especially could tell dog was nervous and reacted accordingly to keep her calm and happy

Fantastic experience: My dog received absolutely 5 star service from Vets Now Manchester. From admission to discharge, he received the best possible care. I can't thank Vet Tom and the whole team enough. I was kept updated by Tom throughout the whole process and he took the time to discuss every aspect of my dog's care with me in detail. He was also kind enough to give me a courtesy call to check on my dog the day after he had come home. The whole Vets Now team are amazing. Thank you.

Positive experience: When we brought our dog in we were very worried about him. The vet we saw told us what they would do to investigate and that they would probably keep him in for 2 nights to get his diabetes under control. We got good updates over the phone and were allowed to visit. All was explained including costs. Happy with this and info provided on discharge. He is back to normal now and would like to thank all the staff at vets now. The ladies on reception were very kind and compassionate, thank you all.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Vets Now hospital highly enough. They recently treated my boy Theo after he sustained an injury that required surgery, and from the moment we arrived, the care, professionalism, and compassion shown to him (and to me) were outstanding. In what is always a stressful and emotional situation, the entire team made us feel calm, informed, and genuinely supported. Theo was treated with such kindness and respect, and it was clear he was in very safe hands throughout his treatment and recovery. What makes this even more meaningful to me is that this isn’t the first time Vets Now have been there for us. Two years ago, they also treated my other boy, Riley, during an emergency, and the service was just as exceptional then as it is now. That consistency speaks volumes. The vets, nurses, and support staff are not only highly skilled, but deeply caring. You can tell they truly love animals and take their responsibility seriously. Small touches, like Theo receiving a bravery certificate, meant more than they probably realise and perfectly reflect the compassion that runs through the whole team. If you ever find yourself facing an emergency with your pet, I genuinely cannot think of a better place to go. Vets Now have proven to me twice now that they deliver outstanding clinical care alongside real empathy and reassurance when you need it most. I am incredibly grateful to them all. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my boys.

Fantastic experience: Visit on 24/1/26 at approx 7:30pm. Staff, including Owen who was the person I spoke to on the phone initially, the two lovely female reception staff, and the two vets I saw during my visit were very kind, attentive and thorough. They answered all my questions and put me at ease. The vet office is incredibly clean, warm and welcoming. My wait wasn’t too long (perhaps not a lot of emergencies on the night I was there) and I came away feeling like my concerns had been listened to. Myrtles now doing a lot better, thank you!

Fantastic experience: We rang early hours on Thursday morning and spoke to Emma the vet/nurse and explained the symptoms my German shepherd Rory was having, unfortunately whilst we were on our way to vets he sadly passed away in the car. Once we arrived I rang them and a team of staff ran out to my car to see if Rory had a pulse. The staff were amazing especially Emma we were taken to a room with Rory and we spent some time with him. We were treated with exceptional care at a very difficult time. Emma if you see this review from the bottom of our heart thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: Took our dog in with severe sickness and diarrhea. He is an old boy and became very ill due to it all. He needed lots of medication, including plasma, fluids, heart medication, antibiotics and painkillers. He stayed in for 6 nights and at one point it was touch and go for him. But the wonderful team saved him and he is now home with us. I cannot praise the care he received highly enough. They were just wonderful. I highly recommend Manchester Vets Now.

Negative experience: I took my gecko here late Sunday evening as it was an emergency, I was there 2 hours. They sent me home with emeraid to give to him and that was all they could do. Come Monday morning my gecko had passed, I know it isn’t their fault but I feel like there was possibly more they could have done as they said the tried contacting the exotic pet specialist but they were busy

Fantastic experience: Our kitten had a 2ngt stay over NY for lily intoxication at the Whitefield site. From the first panicked phonecall to reception staff to the discharge from the vet, all the staff were helpful, attentive and professional. They kept us informed of his care plan & treatment, outlining estimated costs, dealt with the insurance company & followed up on all promises of telephone updates & texts. Nothing was too much trouble, allowing us to say goodnight to him before leaving & providing the highest level of care to get him home quickly. Would highly recommend & would not hestitate to use again. Thanks to all who looked after Scotch, it was very much appreciated & comforting to know he was in such good hands.

Fantastic experience: My parent's cat, Raine, was recently referred to the soft tissue department for CT imaging and surgery due to polyps in her ear causing repeat infections. My parents were contacted quickly to arrange an appointment and seen within a great timeframe. Raine was well cared for by the vet and support staff team and vet Rodrigo ensured we had a post op plan that worked for everyone. Raine has seen her prinary get for follow up checks and is recovering great. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Our puppy accidentally ate some cookie dough, so we called the emergency line. The nurse was incredibly patient and kind, guiding us through what to do and what symptoms to watch out for. They didn’t charge us anything and offered a free consultation — their customer service is truly second to none. Highly recommended this clinic.

Fantastic experience: We were seen quickly on New Years Eve, first by a vet nurse, then by a vet who diagnosed a back injury which was causing our dog considerable pain. Treatment options were discussed and medication dispensed along with advice for rest. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and all staff we encountered could not have been more helpful.

Fantastic experience: Emergency visit on Sunday 4 January with 2 doggies for ingested chocolate. We weren't sure which dog had eaten it so both had to have the same treatment. From entering to leaving the hospital the staff were amazing. They were seen and treated almost immediately. We were treated with calmness and kindness.

Negative experience: DO NOT TAKE STRAYS HERE. I had a genuinely horrible experience with this hospital and would strongly advise people not to bring injured strays here. I found a local stray cat in my area bleeding from the neck and after calling ahead, brought him in trying to do the right thing. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with suspicion and hostility, not care or basic respect. The staff were cold, aloof and dismissive, as if I had done something wrong by helping an injured animal. I was made to sign paperwork stating that because the cat was a stray I had no right to any information. Fine, I understand legal boundaries but what followed was completely dehumanising. I was not allowed to ask what the injury was, what or what would happen to him. Even when a vet briefly said he was “doing okay,” I was shut down immediately if I tried to ask anything further. There was zero compassion, zero explanation, and zero humanity throughout the entire process. I left feeling unsettled, upset and honestly regretful, despite having acted out of concern. Months later, I still think about what happened to that cat because I was given no closure whatsoever. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a pattern when people bring in strays. This isn’t about clinical ability it’s about attitude and how people are treated. You can enforce policies without making someone feel like a criminal for helping an injured animal. If you care about being treated with basic decency, do not take a stray here. This experience left a very bad taste and I wouldn’t return or recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Took my old dog to the emergency Triage out of hours as my vets was closed. They couldn't have been any nicer. The vet Triage nurse was patient and supportive when I was very concerned and upset about my old dog. Thank-you.

Negative experience: My cat had not eaten, drunk or pooed for nearly 4 days so I took her to this vets, but no correct diagnosis as was Xmas took her to my vets 48 house later, she had a squash ball sized poo stuck, how was this missed ?, shocked

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot praise this emergency vet service enough. My dog was referred from his normal vets for potential surgery. I was really hesitant leaving Teddy somewhere new overnight, but as soon as we walked in I was put at ease. All the staff we came into contact with were amazing, they were friendly, professional, empathetic and their caring nature shone through. The reception area was clean and comfortable. We were seen relatively quickly (it wasn't an emergency), we felt listened to, any questions we had were answered and we were kept updated. Teddy had to spend 2 nights in their care and the communication was great, they rang us each morning to give an update. I did ring in a couple of times to check in on him and the staff were helpful, didn't seem annoyed we were calling in and took the time to explain everything to us. When we picked Teddy up he looked like he'd enjoyed his stay (as much as he could having surgery!), when the vet went to get him I could hear all the staff saying bye to Teddy and it really warmed my heart. Hoping we won't be back, but if we need an emergency vets in the future this is the place!

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff & service from start to finish when you are stressed as your pet isn’t well. Aaron the vet was kind, gentle, thorough & listened throughout. Felt very reassured & that our border terrier was in safe hands. Reception team, lovely & friendly & helpful. Veterinary nurse, thorough, gentle kind. Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant vets very kind and understanding and explained everything in detail about my sick dog who was suffering with gdv. They went above and beyond and saved my dogs life. The after care was brilliant and I called up after my dog went down hill after coming home but was reassured by the vet who called me back. Would recommend these vets 100% brilliant.

Positive experience: The treatment you gave my dog seems OK I went home and bought a cone collar to stop him itching and a special shampoo the vet told me to buy im surprised I wasn't given that by him the price of 392 pound was so high. I was only with him a few minutes. For 392 pounds. I had to wait from 1 till nearly 4. To get in is the high cost due to it being christmas day? Would it have been cheaper on a different day . Fantastic experience: I have to admit I was dreading bringing my cat here as last time (approx 18 months ago) I had an awful experience with unprofessional vet that I had no confidence in. Well thankfully this time the experience couldn’t have been better. Everyone was very friendly and professional and the vet we saw was so good. She made me feel at ease and confident in her diagnosis. She couldn’t help my boy but I honestly felt better still having her check him. I will no longer dread coming on the sad times I need to use your service. A big thank you.

Fantastic experience: Recently came with our cat Binky and unfortunately lost her only 2 days ago. It's been very hard and we will miss her forever but I would just like to say how lovely everyone here was. She came in as an emergency and the receptionist ladies were all so lovely and kind. We had 2 guys deal with binkies case (not sure of the name) but would like to say thank you with how you dealt with it all. Making sure she had every chance of fighting and being compassionate in your delivery towards me and my husband. I felt they genuinely cared and couldnt thank them enough. They had taken prints of binkies paws and also clippings for us and when we came in to see her after she passed, they had her wrapped so lovely and in a warm room which was really nice to see her in for the last time. Thank you so much! We will miss her deeply beyond words.

Fantastic experience: My dog required emergency surgery and although it was not an easy task, he is now back home and recovering. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for treating Torsten with such great care during his treatment ♥️

Fantastic experience: Very informative reception staff, explained all options and costs before visiting. Nurse and vet very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail. We wasnt rushed and Archie was well looked after and now running around like a 'land shark' again. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Our dog ended up requiring emergency vets. Our local vet uses Vets Now. I felt that our dog needed urgent treatment at 2am. I therefore contacted Vets Now in Whitefield. I described our dogs condition. We were told to take him to Whitefield to be assessed. At Whitefield we were greeted pleasantly by a vets nurse. Our dog was taken through and given pain killers and cannulated. As their theatre was busy we required our dog to have an x-ray under sedation. We were then informed that we could go to vets now in Preston who would see us. He query had a twisted bowel. We travel 40 mins not knowing if our dog would survive. We arrived at Preston Vets Now. Again pleasantly greeted as they knew we were arriving with a sick dog. We were greeted by a vet who said we needed to sign a consent for treatment. We were told to wait until our dog had an x-ray done. This x ray showed a twisted bowel. We opted for surgery to repair his bowel. He was sick. We left knowing that he was in safe hands. We drove home not knowing if our dog would survive his surgery. I was in tears not knowing if they could save him. We had a phone call to say he had survived the operation. They kept him at the vets practice. We went to pick him up later and again we were met by a lovely vets nurse. She was so reassuring and brought our dog to see us. Charlotte apparently was the vet that operated on our boy apparently. We cannot thank her enough for saving our boy. This out of hours vets is an excellent service. Many thanks go to the team and I apologise I did not get everyone's names ad I was still Shell shocked. We would use these vets again but fingers crossed we would not be doing an extra journey with a sick dog

Fantastic experience: My beautiful girl cat came to Manchester to see the Cardiologist following respiratory distress. She was given the correct diagnostics to confirm her diagnosis and the correct treatment given. The team were very supportive and empathic. Theyve answered some follow up questions for me as well. Not a great diagnosis for her but appreciate the care given. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Really great service at Vets Now. Telephoned, advised to come in and then seen very quickly. Staff all friendly, super kind and professional both on phone and in person. Good advice given and our pup has been fine after gobbling a load of raisins.

Positive experience: Calming experience as we were very troubled about our dog, who was poorly. It was 4am. The staff were so welcoming. Alex on reception and the vet (Aaron?) were very helpful and explained processes to us. I've awarded 4 stars as the only downside was the crazy cost, which I'm sure could potentially stop people bringing in their pets. Overrall we were happy that Ron was seen and treated successfully.

Fantastic experience: Our little17-year-old dog had a (first) seizure and, straight after, became uncontrollably anxious when he went partially blind (thankfully, temporarily), screaming and tearing around banging into walls and the glass of the doors near midnight. We were very stressed on arrival at Vets Now in Whitefield. The reception staff were wonderful: kind, sympathetic, reassuring. They immediately took him through to the clinicians ahead of the other waiting pets due to his extremis.The clinician treated him and saw us only a short time later. He had greatly recovered. The vet fully explained our options and we were discharged with anti-convulsant medicine, which is easy for us to administer at home. The charge was only the emergency admission and a small, additional charge for the medicine. I don't know what we would have done without Vets Now. Thank goodness they are only 5 minutes away.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff vet and receptionist really polite and cared about us and our dog Harley amazing that good my dog didn’t realise he was at the vets es sleeping and getting better

Negative experience: The nurse lacked empathy towards myself and the full situation. Although she held the basics of politeness, it was quite clear her attitude and demeanour towards me could have improved with a little compassion.

Fantastic experience: Had to take my gorgeous Chihuahua Gizmo on Sunday night after an accident. I have no doubt that they saved his life. The love and care they gave him and the care towards me was beyond words and i will be forever grateful. I believe they go above and beyond to care for the pets they look after and I'm so pleased Gizmo was looked after so well xx

Negative experience: The reception staff could not do enough for us , however the vet we saw i felt we had to ask her to check certain things with my dog , my dog was clearly unwell , we just felt it was to much trouble for the vet to check her over , we left with paracetamol only , and no clear diagnosis, i have since seen my own vet who was much better help carried out a top to toe check of my dog and prescribed some good medication which will hopefully do their job , £306 spent on saturday to be made feel we were in the way and not to provide the service we duly paid for .

Negative experience: It took over two hours before my dog was seen, and he became very distressed during the long wait. I understand that emergencies take priority, especially since it was out of normal hours, however not knowing how serious my puppy’s condition was at the time made the wait stressful for both of us. When we were finally seen, the vet administered an anti-sickness injection and assured us that he would be fine. However waiting for 2 hours and being charged £320 for a 20 minute checkup/anti sickness injection is extortionate

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately our 5 yo boy Teddy had to pts there after falling ill with lymphoma and a mass on kidney our local vet said to take him there as they’re more experienced and specialised in treatment of course. The staff and the Vet were amazing and so lovely and advised us on all treatments but Teddy would only suffer so it was for the comfort and most importantly our love for Teddy not to suffer so after bringing him home over the weekend to love him and be with him we took him back and we had him pts. Amazing staff and compassionate. Thankyou very much .

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend these guys enough, every single person we interacted with from the receptionists, vet nurses, vets and the senior vets were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough for us. They put our minds at ease and we knew our dog Winston was in the absolute best hands, we could ring for an update at any time to find out how he was getting on and we had him home with a diagnosis after just one night. Thankyou so much to the whole team at vets now especially to David and Rebecca who gave him the best possible care, we appreciate it more than you will ever know.

Fantastic experience: We recently lost our beautiful cat poppy aged 10. I had gotten up early a couple of weeks ago and found her spinning round on her side, head twitching and making a strange crying sound. I rang the vets panicking and they quickly told me to get her there ASAP. Within 15 minutes she was with them. They did full blood work but unfortunately her chances of recovery were very slim and I appreciated their honesty as its an incredibly hard decision to take as it is, so their honesty about her slim chances helped me realise the best thing for her despite our pain. We had a lovely intern vet (think she was called kayla/macaila) or similar (sorry everything was a blur) who was so kind, and patient with us. Poppy was handled with care and she made her as comfortable as possible on a bed for her for us to spend some time with her. She answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. Me and my daughter broke down in tears and she was just so lovely. She gave us her collar, which in the moment I wouldn't have thought to do, and even took her paw prints and some of her fur. The whole experience was obviously incredibly sad but the staff were just so lovely and handled everything for me, even the claim through the insurance as it takes the pressure off grieving fur parents. I got her back today with a lovely card too. Thank you for your compassion, from the lady on reception, to our intern vet, the lady who called me to say Poppy was back to collect, you were all amazing.

Fantastic experience: When I arrived with my dog on the evening of Sunday 19th October we were greeted with friendly reception staff. The nurse came to see us 5 minutes after arriving and took my dog through to the back to have his anal glands expressed. 5 minutes later we were on our way home. The only thing negative i can say is that I wish they were nearer to me.

Fantastic experience: We had to take our 17 year old cat Loki in to Vets Now last Thursday. Unfortunately it was Loki's time. All the staff were fantastic. They were helpful, thoughtful and treated us with dignity and compassion. Thanks firstly to Emma. She was very helpful and listened to us completely. Special thanks need to go to Jordan. He was so gentle with Loki. He treated him with dignity, compassion and respect in his last moments. All the staff made an extremely difficult time a little bit easier. Thanks so much.

Fantastic experience: Everything was arranged quickly, the appointment was scheduled right away, followed by a thorough and detailed examination and an in-depth consultation with the doctor. It felt like they truly cared rather than rushed. Probably for the first time, I felt my pet was in trustworthy hands.

Fantastic experience: Although initial thought was around expense the quality of experience was excellent. Never were we left to feel our dog didn’t matter. The vet explained everything in detail and did not rush us through!!

Negative experience: My dog hurt her eye on a walk last night at around 7.30pm I instantly rang my vets which had just closed so rang vets now which is the only open vets at this time in my area, unfortunately just for the appointment to book was 250 pounds and I just didnt have that much i asked for any other options and there just was nothing that could be done to help me, i did have a couple of hundred pounds but i knew once i got into the vets if they had to treat her eye they would add more onto the bill and didnt have enough to cover the bill and they dont do payment options literally none of the vets do anymore, I've had to bathe her eye throughout the night and im off to my local vets this morning where the appointment is 41 which I think is dear enough day or night appointment! How can 5 times the price possibly be justified just because it was at half 7 at night? The people at this vets are nice and polite and I have brought in wild animals in the past hence the 2 stars, but it makes me feel sick the prices these surgery's are aloud to charge, surely its time for a vet to help us now that really actually cares for the animals and wants to treat them and help us people that look after our animals that are in need,

Fantastic experience: The staff at Vets Now are wonderful. They are always friendly and helpful. Parking is simple and always plenty of spaces even when the surgery is busy.

Fantastic experience: My little chihuhua Dotty spent two whole weeks at Vets Now as an inpatient. Everything that could be done for her was done. Blood tests, scans, tube and drip feeding and the very best of intensive care. But more importantly she was treated with kindess, respect and loved by all, the vets, nurses and receptionists all knew Dotty. During my update calls, the vets were honest and didn't sugar coat anything. I wouldn't have had it any other way. We all knew she was extremely ill and no matter how much money or care was given I could still go home with empty arms. At the start of week three, Dotty came home with me with lots of medication and a care plan. Of course it was acary but I knew I had the best team just a phone call away if I needed them. Dotty is now doing great and is putting on weight. She is a fighter who has not just me but a team of wonderful and caring professionals cheering her on. Thank you so much to all at Vets Now especially David for believing in my girl. I'm glad I chose your practice at 5.00am on a Saturday morning when she became so ill. I will be forever grateful to you all for saving Dotty and going above and beyond for her. You have my vote all the way and I wouldn't hesitate recommending you to my friends should they ever need your services.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Vets Now a couple of times, but times were very traumatic but the staff are 10/10 - knowledgeable, supportive, patient, sensitive, respectful and very good with the animals. This is not the experience I have had with another centre and so I'm so grateful that vets now have restored my faith and I feel comfortable and confident bringing my animals here.

Fantastic experience: We had to see the vet at your hospital last Sunday as our cat Robbie had an open wound on his head. We just want to say what an amazing job all of you do. Thanks to the reception lady’s they were really helpful and nice, the nurse who did the triage was so sweet and gentle and the vet I believe her name was Thea? ( forgive me if that’s wrong) was so lovely and professional. Even though we had to wait for 4 hours it didn’t matter because there were other pets who needed urgent treatment which we absolutely understand. The waiting area is nice with a coffee machine and an extra corner for cats, we also met some really lovely pet owners so time flies by. It is good to know that there is a place and people we can trust if we ever needed them again. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: Our cat was very poorly with a heart and lung condition. The Vet with care and skill saved his life. She was very professional and kept us updated at all times. The Hospital was modern and all the staff were nice and friendly.

Fantastic experience: My bichon was suddenly taken ill on Sunday 28 September. He's 10 years old and never been ill before which made it doubly worrying for me. I phoned them first and was spoken to by a calm and caring receptionist. When I got there they fully explained there might be a wait depending on the severity of his case after triage. The triage nurse was gentle and thorough even after teddy projectile diarrhoea'd all over the floor (part of his illness). We went to clean it up and she wouldn't have it. The reception gave us loads of pads while we waited to see the vet. We didn't have to wait to long. She was gentle with teddy, asked us loads of questions, because he was frightened, picked him up to carry him through for bloods and a scan. When she came back, she explained the options thoroughly. At no point pushing us into expensive options. She didn't rush us and once again wouldn't let us help clean the floor after another accident. Teddy was admitted overnight to receive IV fluids. They explained that he would be constantly monitored, we were asked what he would eat and told us we could phone to check up on him. Fortunately, teddy only needed an overnight stay and when I went to collect him the discharging vet went through his after care and offered advice on his future health care. What a well trained staff, in all departments. Besides being professional and knowledgeable, they all excel in being friendly, caring and helpful. Thank you so much for helping my little boy Teddy

Fantastic experience: Recently visited when our cat was unwell. The receptionists, vets, and nurses, all very deeply cared about animals, and we were seen to quickly. The vet was incredibly reassuring and answered all of our questions. The waiting room was very relaxing, well-laid out, and the free beverages were highly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: The only vets that would take us on as emergency- every other place including our own vets had no staff or time. The nurse and vet probably saved my kittens eye that night. If I could afford the costs here I would join without hesitation as their duty of care was so apparent and genuine but we don’t live in a fair world.

Fantastic experience: The entire team here are incredibly compassionate and generous with their time despite the urgency and stressful situations that occur. This is our 3rd visit to the emergency hospital over the years and each time we have been met with the same manor. We have received regular updates and occasionally photos whilst our dog is staying under their care for overnight / multiple days. The team are very good at explaining everything in detail and answering any questions. We have always had our concerns and preferences taken into consideration and upon discharge comes support on the other end of the phone should you need it. Couldn’t recommend this clinic enough and a huge thank you to ALL staff members.

Fantastic experience: My vet was Craig. He was phenomenal. I was so scared but he somehow made me feel so comfortable leaving my little fur baby with him. He spent so much time talking me through what to expect, not only during the procedure, but in the days after. I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for me - and more importantly, for Murphy. Georgia was also amazing! She just spoke to me about nothing in particular and kept me calm. In the nicest way possible, I hope I never have to visit this place again but I know that if I do, my baby will be in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Daisie, our fit, never ill 13.5 yr old Bichon Shih Tzu cross, was going off her food and had become very lethargic. She didn't want to jump in or out of the car, which was NOT like her at all. The next day I noticed she wobbled slightly one day after she came down stairs. I thank God I did. I was sure something was wrong, so we took her to our normal vets that day, and they referred us to VetsNow for a CT scan, within 2 hours, which showed a mass on her spleen. As there weren't any others we decided to operate, dispite her age, as she was normal very fit and healthy. Vets Now were wonderful, very kind, understanding, approachable and knowledgeable. NOTHING was to much trouble, all the staff were lovely. We know Daisie was lucky, her operation was curative. Whilst we were at Vets Now we saw just how dedicated they all are to saving your pets life, and how compassionate they are. I would not hesitate to take any of my pets to Vets Now again if their situation was life threatening. Daisie is now well on her way to a full recovery, and we're hoping to have her for a few more years yet. As far as the cost are concerned, yes, it was more expensive and came as a bit of a surprise, but on the flip side they are open 24/7, they are VERY well kitted out and basically just waiting to help your pet.

Fantastic experience: We took our pet bird Kiki in today for an emergency, I honestly couldn't fault the care and sympathy we recieved. Rachel on the reception was friendly and helpful. They were incredibly busy, but we weren't rushed and felt that the nurse and vet were very professional and took great care of Kiki.

Fantastic experience: Good experience using the emergency Vet service. Helpful on the phone and didn't wait long for triage at the vet. Easy parking and access. They have a small cats only waiting area, although it was full when I arrived with four people and one cat! Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely essential service in your pets hour of need. We took our 3 year old French Bulldog "Winnie"" to Vets Now Whitefield after she suffered complications due to a seizure. Unfortunately, Winnie couldn't be saved but the level of care she received from the staff was amazing. We'd like to thank all the staff & Vets at Vets Now Whitefield for all the support, love, empathy & sympathy they showed both our cherished little girl & us at one the cruelest most desperate times of our lives. Fantastic experience: We have had exceptional service from all the staff at Vets Now with both of my cats - Mia last year and Lulabelle our new kitten this year. Lulabelle had a congenital problem we didn't know about until her second hospital admission in January. We followed their medical management advice with regular checks at our local vet and took her back in May for a CT scan with James to confirm diagnosis, and later surgery with John, both of whom were very helpful and professional in providing information to help us decide on the best course of action for Lulabelle. After some time to deliberate and get further questions answered we opted for surgery with John and she was very well supported the surgery team and and all the staff in her recovery. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this animal hospital.
