Fantastic experience: The Best Vet I have ever been

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Agi Vet in Manchester! We visited them to arrange vaccinations and all the necessary documentation for international travel with our cat. The entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. The veterinarians were so patient, taking the time to answer all our questions and address our concerns. Our cat has just arrived safely and happy at our destination. Everything went perfectly without any issues. Thank you for the professional and kind service!

Fantastic experience: Hi everyone, I have a dog called Henry a bichon freeze. It was not very well. I took him to another vet and they were absolute rubbish. I’m not going to name them but they are in Whitefield. You can guess who it is. I turned up on Friday without an appointment With Henry who is in quite a distressed state and they saw to him immediately. I cannot say how happy I am with the service . All I can say is they are brilliant. The other vet would not do his anal glands as they were frightened of being bit cowards. At the practice I went to today they were so honest and upfront they sorted it out straight away they did his anal glands They said it was very unusual that two were infected. They even gave me the antibiotics and painkillers and the cost was very very reasonable. All I can say is I would highly recommend this vet to anyone especially agi She was absolutely brilliant. All I wanted to do was give her a big hug for helping me all I can say is a big Thank you,

That includes being available for questions or emergency situations. She will always have time when the situation gets more serious. My cat Asura was exceptionally well cared for, and from the very beginning I felt she was in safe, professional, and truly compassionate hands. She received the correct treatment and medication, all provided with great knowledge and attention. What really stood out to me was the support during an emergency situation. Even though it was a Sunday and the clinic was officially closed, Agnieszka opened the clinic for us without any hesitation and took care of Asura immediately. Everything was handled calmly, professionally, and completely without any problems. I could always rely on her and she stayed in constant contact with me, which gave me huge reassurance at a very stressful time. Agnieszka has outstanding qualifications, is incredibly helpful, and above all, genuinely loving and kind towards animals. You can truly feel how much she cares. I am deeply grateful for the care Asura received and would wholeheartedly recommend AgiVet to anyone looking for a vet they can fully trust.

Fantastic experience: Our office dog Ivy has been cared for by Aga and the rest of the team for the past five years, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. They have supported us with everything from guidance for the paperwork for her chip and passport from Spain to her spaying surgery, vaccinations, and a couple of minor issues along the way. They are always kind, professional, and truly treat Ivy like one of their own. We highly recommend them

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a vet and Agi Vet was suggested from my Polish friend. I had my cat losing fur, and the vet showed me extremely experienced in what she was saying, with a lot of details for me to understand the condition. The place looks very clean and friendly, I'll return!

Moja kotka pierwszy raz do pobrania krwi została ode mnie zabrana i oddana po chwili bez ani jednego miauknięcia czy wojny, którą regularnie u weterynarza od wielu lat prowadzi. Jadąc tam, myślałam, że po raz kolejny każdy z nas będzie miał zszargane nerwy (ja, kotka i weterynarz), więc kiedy przez drzwi nie słyszałam żadnej walki, myślałam, że jeszcze wszystko przed nami. Zostałam więc mile zaskoczona, kiedy okazało się, że już po. Wyniki badań przyszły na maila, przed poszerzeniem diagnostyki dostała też już wstępne leczenie. Jestem zadowolona, że trafiłam do tego gabinetu.

Fantastic experience: The team at Agivet are super kind and professional. They saw our 14-week-old kitten for stomach problems and immediately provided the right treatment. After more than a week of issues, the results came right away. They make you feel at ease straight away and explain the whole treatment and recovery process clearly. I won’t be going to any other vet from now on. Highly recommended.

The procedure was done very well — the wound was small and clean, and less than a month later, the stitches have already come off and she’s fully healed! Highly recommend this vet. My boy hates the vets. Any vet. He's a big softy. Agi and her team have been exceptional. He's recently had an ACL operation with them and they have all been outstanding. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I started going to agi vets a while back last year since then they have operated on my dog and I have been more than happy. Went back for 1 or 2 follow ups and no charge. Absolutely brilliant. Most recently had to go to the out of hours vet because my dogs paw was infected and booked an appointment at agi vets a few days later to have her checked over after meds and stuff. I expected to pay as you would do and there was no charge. Brilliant again. There are no scary surprises when you go to agi vets in my experience even the operation last year was more than reasonable and a good price. Agi vets is brilliant in my opinion and have looked after my dog very well. I fully recommend agi vets. Lovely people.

He had attended the Pdsa numerous times and he had not even had so much as a urine or blood test. He has already put some weight on in 1 week since he was diagnosed. They are excellent vets that you can put your faith in. Thank You

Negative experience: Please DONT BRING CAT to here. The reason I chose this vets cause the high score, and make me ignored the low rate comments, however most of them about how awful they’ve done to the cat, and right now I’ve been having the same awful experience as them. REASONS: 1. THEY GAVE THE WRONG TEST RESULT: They gave me the WRONG URINE RESULT, and even when they found out they have been making mistakes, they didn’t inform me on time, only told me when I keep asking them few days later. And of course, no apologies. 2. THEY DONT GIVE PROPER CHECK ON TIME: If they gave my cat a proper test at the beginning and found out the reason, not just keep giving her antibiotics, this kind of urine issue won’t keep having on my cat for nearly a month!! From tiny urine to blood urine, this is the outcome how they help my cat. 3. THEY DONT CARE YOUR CAT: Not like other vets, they won’t tell you how should you take care your cat when your cat is suffering without asking, even no pain killers, I only get the pain killers from the emergency vets. My cat will have her second sedation in a week, and more inspection more pain, she shouldn’t suffer this much as she just 10 months old. Wish my comment can save more cat, choose somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I can’t put in to words how grateful I am for this lovely clinic. Yesterday, we took our cat Sadie to Parks vets and were told we’d have to spend thousands and thousands of pounds as she had a life threatening disease and needed to be hospitalised (which they didn’t prove with tests). They said it was either that or put her down. We were distraught but also extremely confused as after researching we found Sadie didn’t have the symptoms for this disease. Today, we decided to try Agi- vets after reading all the glowing reviews. As soon as the lovely vet picked her up she clocked straight away that Sadie had an infection in her teets, which was causing her symptoms. She didn’t have a life threatening disease at all. Usually Sadie is nervous around new people, but she was even purring the entire time the vet was giving her her two injections. Within a couple of hours of bringing Sadie home, she is already nearly back to her old self. We are honestly so unbelievably grateful we brought our Sadie here, and she has definitely found her forever vets. Even the receptionist was lovely. Couldn’t recommend enough

Fantastic experience: I don't often leave reviews but I really wanted to let others know what a great vet we have found in Agi Vet. The level of service we receive is exceptional, first class and second to none. We have been with a few vets over the years and since coming to Agi Vet, we now know we have found the best in the Manchester area. She has often gone above and beyond what you would normally expect from a vet. When we had emergencies she always made herself available and we were able to get quick, appropriate treatment for our cats. We have great confidence in Dr. Agnieszka, she always listens to us, offers advice where needed and treats our cats with great respect and love. We really don't know how we would get along without her now! So, many thanks to Agi Vet for all the help you have given us, it is really appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Got both of our dogs neutered here. I was so anxious about the whole thing be cause our boys are our babies. We got them done together on the same day. What a fantastic vet! Jan was very helpful and informative, Kirsty the lovely nurse was amazing too and followed up to see how they was, they were there for any advice we needed after because I was highly anxious. They really did a great job and everyone we have spoken to who have used them have said the same! Even people in the waiting room was saying how they wouldn't take their pets anywhere else now! 100% recommend. They were recommended to us by a friend and I'm so glad they was.
