Fantastic experience: Visit quite regular as my Cavapoo dog Coco suffers with his anal glands. Our last couple of visits we have been put at ease by Vet Filip and Nurse Anna who offered some great advice on a diet for Coco to try and prevent an operation. They both showed great compassion for their job and love of a animals which makes a visit to the vets a little easier

Fantastic experience: We can’t thank Johan enough for the care he’s given our dog today. From the very beginning, he put our minds completely at ease with his calm, compassionate approach and clear explanations. Johan took the time to really understand Dobby and her needs, and he suggested — and provided — the best possible treatment for her. Dobby is 12 and a half, and Johan’s focus has always been on giving her the best quality of life possible. It’s obvious how much he genuinely cares, and that means everything to us as owners. Fantastic experience: I've just attended this practice for the first time with my 3 year old German shepherd. She's not seen a vet in over a year after our last practice asked us to leave due to her reactivity. Attending the vets has always been a very unpleasant, intimidating, isolating experience for both of us but this was the complete opposite! Honestly I feel like I've walked out with a massive weight lifted. The staff and receptionist where very understanding and supportive of my girls reactivity, not in the least but judgy. We seen Phillip who I was assured was very confident and brilliant with big breeds & he really was! He was confident, calm and made a little fuss of her which filled both of us with confidence. He was able to treat her without it being a big deal. I filled up with tears due to the relief. I can't thank all of them enough for their calmness and understanding. They deserve a medal for the way they've left us feeling this morning as a thank you is just nowhere near enough. Unless you have a reactive dog you will never understand how lonely & isolated it feels but we didn't feel like that ay all during our visit. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH! Nikki & Tilly

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. Dont keep their word and try to charge rip off prices. I tried previously to buy Apoquel tablets as my dog was low on medication. They wanted £10 per tablet lol. I can buy them on line for £1.80 per tablet.. So I told them politely what to do with their grossly overpriced tablets. Staff were rude when challenged.. They charged me £60 for a consultation with the vet Johann. He was on the vets table for all of 30 seconds as he dabbed him with a stethoscope a few times. That was it . I was horrified but I paid the £60 against my better judgment. He (the vet) clearly stated that the dogs next prescription would NOT require another "examination". Lo and behold I go back last week for his next prescription and they said he will have to be "examined " first. This would be £60 plus the £26 fee for printing the prescription. This was contrary to what I had been promised previously. This place puts profit and overcharging ahead of the animals welfare. In short its a rip off joint. Some other vets offer up to 15 minutes consultation free of charge. So that's where I took my dog. Yes thoroughly examined for 15 minutes (not 30 seconds) for free . All I had to pay was a reasonable prescription charge. Shop around for a better vets and avoid these rip off chains. You will end up being overcharged for shoddy service here. Staff on front desk are horrendous. They can't even tell how much it will cost in advance or speak clearly . Steer well clear. You have been warned. There are much better vets around. Ps.. read the numerous other poor reviews for this place. There are good reasons for them. A common theme is lack of care ,misdiagnosis and rip off prices. Animal care should be before profit - always. Bye bye. Please don't respond with your insulting cut n paste responses. If you are so keen to improve your service you would have addressed the matter years ago but instead its getting worse here.

Consultation fees and value of service:
Our standard consultation fees are £55 for a first consult and £49 for follow-up consults. These fees are publicly available on our website, and we also offer a 10% discount for Blue Light Card holders, senior citizens, military staff, and pet health plan members. Consultations are carried out in line with RCVS guidelines to ensure the safety and welfare of all pets.
Apoquel pricing and prescriptions:
Apoquel 16mg is priced at £3.69 per tablet in surgery. Online pharmacies are often able to charge less because they purchase medication in very large volumes directly from suppliers, which significantly reduces their costs. Veterinary surgeries are unable to match these prices due to smaller purchase volumes and the additional clinical oversight provided.
All pets receiving prescription-only medications must undergo regular clinical assessments every 3–6 months. This is to ensure the ongoing health and safety of your pet, in much the same way that people require regular GP check-ups due to the potential long-term effects medication can have. To provide flexibility, we offer written prescriptions at £23, allowing customers to obtain medication from an online pharmacy if they prefer.

I take concerns regarding staff behaviour seriously. Unfortunately, without being able to identify your account, I’m unable to determine which team members were involved. I would welcome the opportunity for you to contact me directly so I can look into this further.
Please note that our front-of-house team can only communicate pricing that is advertised on our website. As they are not clinical staff, they are unable to advise on what a vet may prescribe, the required strength or quantity of medication, or whether further investigations may be needed.

Negative experience: Our cat was registered at this practice for around 10–11 years, and until May 2025 we had very few issues. Unfortunately, our experience during the most vulnerable and painful moment of our lives has completely overshadowed that loyalty. In May 2025, our cat became critically ill with rapidly spreading cancer. After an incredibly difficult decision, we brought him in to be put to sleep. At the appointment itself, the staff were kind and understanding, and this is not where the issue began. After our cat was euthanised, we were told that due to how upset we were, we didn’t need to decide immediately about the ashes. However, we did clearly state that we wanted his ashes returned and a paw print. Seven days later, I phoned the practice to follow up. During this call, I was shouted at and spoken to with an appalling lack of compassion. I was told there was “no information” on where my cat’s ashes were, no timeline for when they might arrive, and that I should not be calling, that they would call me. I was completely taken aback; I have never been spoken to so rudely, especially in such a sensitive situation. I waited. I then called back three further times over the following months. Each time, I was told the same thing: no ashes, no paw print, no update. It is now January 2026. We have still received nothing. No ashes. No paw print. No explanation. No apology. No closure. After over a decade of loyalty, the lack of accountability, communication, and basic human decency shown during our grief is shocking. I am heartbroken not only by the loss of our beloved cat, but by the fact that we have no idea where his remains are. The only comfort we hoped for, bringing him home, was taken from us. I sincerely hope no other family has to experience this level of distress and disregard during such a painful time.

Fantastic experience: Johan and the staff here have been fantastic with us this year. We went to see Johan in February for a particularly bad flare up for our Minnie (Patterdale)'s allergies. We'd been told for years that there was no way for us to find out what the issue was without spending potentially thousands and nothing we could do to treat her reactions. Johan had one conversation with us and provided a course of treatment and some lifestyle changes thats meant shes been able to live a much happier life since! He genuinely cares and the follow up appointment we had with him recently demonstrated this further. He's always happy to help not only Minnie, but us as owners too. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: Had a number of issues with this vet practice in the last year. Joined with my puppy, Archie, last November and things started off great, I joined the pet plan too as family had recommended this as a good vet practice. In March 2025, I took Archie in for a review with a vet as he was showing hormonal behaviours. The vet advised he was too young for neuting, so to try the chemical neuter... so I did. I wanted the 12 month implant, the vet was ready to inject Archie and then quickly darted out the room, advising they could not use that 12 month one as it was out of date. She had new packaging with her and began to insert the implant. Archie is a small King Charles and he yelped in pain and discomfort when this was administered. Only now, after attending another vet 7/8 months later, I am aware the vet was supposed to administer a topic anesthetic. Archie has had this done in a different vet again, with the required anesthetic, and was fine getting the implant administered. In my eyes this is not acceptable from a vet that is supposed to care for animals! I also called up today to check Archie's flea and worm treatment was in (as the plan is 12 months long), I also wanted to cancel my plan as I feel let down by the vets and how multiple issues have been handled... not just the above. The receptionist was so rude, had an awful tone when speaking with me on the call, this got worse when I asked follow up questions. I ended up asking to speak with someone else as I wanted to know how to go about cancelling my pet plan, I was put through to the practice manager who was a lot nicer. The practice manager cannot carry out any further investigation unless a formal email is completed raising the above incident. I have stated I am not prepared to waste my time, so instead am writing this google review to help others understand what this vets is really all about... money & not your pets health

Fantastic experience: Took my little sausage dog Pixie in yesterday as she wasn't well. We got an appointment and we were seen within a couple of hours of calling. We were seen by Rod and he was brilliant with my fur baby as she can be quite anxious at the vets. Treatment and advice was given and she seems so much better today. Fantastic experience: My experience every time I've needed to go or needed advice or help regarding my pup Charlie have been great, hassle free seen & dealt with perfectly. The staff are extremely friendly & deal with the pets fabulous to a excellent high standard. Always very helpful & lovely care towards my puppy. Interaction is great, to the point my puppy does excitable wee's when they interact with him. Very clean veterinary surgery. Happy I'm with them for my furbaby & his needs. % Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: What an absolute fabulous team, the advice and support you receive from all members is amazing, you get through instantly on the phone unlike other vets. The team treat your pet like their own, my fur baby had her operation yesterday, when I called to check on her it was no problem they checked with the vet and put my mind at ease. Negative experience: Haven't had the best experience, dog had ear infection and prescribed ear drops and tablets that didn't work. Took him again, was told tablets did work because his ear had opened up, prescribed more ear drops, different brand. They only had a small bottle so had to go again for bigger bottle as prescribed for 14 days, bigger bottle was going to be £75 but online it's £20, requested prescription so I could order online, I was told it would be sent direct to animed. Animed advised days later when I called chasing the meds that vet hadn't sent the prescription, my poor dog was waiting for his meds. Took him to another vet who said he shouldn't be prescribed ear drops because ear totally closed over, prescribed totally different stronger meds and pain killers which he never had and now he's on the mend. This is my first review, previously my partner gave a one star and the manager asked him why, they had words about it as he was unhappy to be confronted about his review. I've had a couple of misdisgnosions for Nelson and had to go again so changed vets now, I know all vets are expensive but I think they could try harder and not make so much profits on the meds after already making so much profit with consultation fees etc.

Negative experience: Took our dog here with sore ears charged me £135 for drops that are £15 online when confronted they said there’s other fees then back again 2 weeks later and they asked for a further £50 if we want to know what’s really wrong they also look like young junior vets it’s not good here

Negative experience: We took our cockapoo here recently after two episodes where his two back legs would give way suddenly and he couldnt walk which was frightening to watch as his owners. The reception staff are lovely however the vet we seen was very dismissive of our concerns, did not come across as caring towards our dog whatsoever and was very arrogant . The consultation room stunk of cigarette smoke, we where in and out less than 10 mins at a cost of £65.. I hope our dog does not have a repeat episode as i will feel reluctant to take him here, which is quite sad really as previous visits with different vets have been ok.

Fantastic experience: I took my 2 cats there for completely different reason about 6 times in less than 2 weeks. The vets who saw them were lovely. They were great at fitting me in for appointments last minute. They took care of the insurance claim too meaning less paperwork for me!

Negative experience: I brought my dog Bobby here on 16/09/25 and the experience was traumatic. From the start, money felt more important than care – asked about insurance before any examination, pressured into a £500 deposit with no paperwork, and given changing estimates with poor explanation. Staff were rude (including “we are not the NHS”) and judgmental about vaccinations. I was told Bobby was improving from one member of staff after being there most of the day then received a call 30 mins later telling me I had only two choices: thousands more in costs or euthanasia. I felt pressured and misled into a decision I now deeply regret. No compassion, no transparency – only profit. I also put my complaint in writing and am still awaiting a response; hopefully this review prompts one. The silence so far just shows what this business is really about.

Negative experience: Bit expensive since changed its name. Vets are very good mostly. missed on the 1st consultation my dog lump in his mouth. Noticed last 18 months price has doubled for just consultation which i paid twice in a short period and have switched to a new vet

Fantastic experience: You are seen almost immediately which is great as my cat gets stressed , there is a cat waiting seperate area the reception staff are lovely absolutely faultless, as the nurse is and the majority of the vets. Some are more thorough I admit but it's still a very good practice.

Fantastic experience: Had to take 3 of my cats to this vet with in 6 weeks. The treatment and care they got was outstanding. Each cat saw the same vet each time which is great as they know about thier problem. My cats where handled gently and with care. The vets understand that these cats much loved cats and knew I was worried over all 3 of them especially the kitten. All staff and very friendly and ready to listen to what you have to say.

Fantastic experience: We come to The Pet Vet regularly with our dog Cooper, as he needs a monthly injection, Every time we come we always see Johann, he is so good with Cooper and Cooper loves his visits to see Johann, even though he is having an injection! Before giving him his injection Johann always gives him a thorough health check, which is reassuring, he also answers any questions we may have.

Negative experience: My dog had a FNA here to check for cancer. We were told to call on monday for results. For 4 days we called and was assured a call back to diacuss the results of which we are still waiting. I ended up having to get the lab report myself and try and interpret it which suggests high population of abnormal cells and suggests tissue removal from the area. I am not prepared to wait any longer for the call from these. I have now registered all 3 animals with an alternative vet who within one call arranged to see him tomorrow and schedule surgery for next week. Total lack of empathy in what is an urgent situation. Please avoid

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing!! I registered at this vets as I wanted a 2nd opinion for my little frenchie, the pdsa wanted to put her to sleep as she had lost the use of her back legs. I rang at 8am and was given a quick appointment that morning at 9.40am. We seen vet Johann that morning and he was fantastic. Explained everything in detail. Gave us hope that she would be OK with the right treatment. I cannot thank Johann enough, he is an Incredible vet and we are so pleased right now as our frenchie is now walking again, with the advice from Johann and the right medication she is hopefully on the road to a full recovery. The treatment we have recieved has been outstanding. Reception staff are all very helpful and friendly too.Would highly recommend taking your pets here.

Positive experience: vets are nice but it seems overpriced and heavily reliant on customers having insurance to cover costs, not a realistic option for general treatments for my pet because my insurance only covers injuries and new illness, & they're eager to prescribe expensive medication even when it doesn't seem needed

Fantastic experience: Visited on Sunday today managed to get an emergency appointment for my rabbit as they have an Exotics vet here, I have to say all the staff were lovely and the exotics vet is 5* I would normally have to travel to Manchester to my normal vet, very pleased we have one in Liverpool as we do have a shortage of vets who specialise, and the prices for out of hours are amazing .

Fantastic experience: I took my older dog here a few years ago after she chewed her tail and a different vets wanted to cut the whole tail off. The Vet Pet saved her tail without the need for an operation. I got another dog 5 months ago and wouldnt take her anywhere else after the tretment and care my other dog got. The vets, nurses and all the staff are friendly and caring my younger dog loves going to the vets as they make a fuss of her when i phone up for a weigh on for her flea treatment they always fit me in for the day and time i ask for. Would recommend this vets to people

Fantastic experience: Very friendly, professional team, great attitude to animals. Recently refurbished. Easy to book online, fast and effective communication, plenty of room, one of the best pay monthly deals for health plan around. I would only recommend giving back the chairs and proper reception to the receptionists - 8h by the stand seems unnecessarily harsh.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the service & overall experience. I brought my injured lovebird in for urgent treatment and ended up paying over £180 with barely any actual care provided. The consultation alone cost £60, and despite me clearly explaining the issue and asking to go straight to an X-ray, they insisted on going through unnecessary steps, clearly prioritising profit over the animal’s wellbeing. After the X-ray, all I received was a tiny amount of medication, no actual treatment, no clear guidance & absolutely no compassion. The medication dosage was so small it felt like a joke & it wasn’t even properly explained or clearly prescribed. They didn’t even bother to feed or hydrate the bird, despite her being in obvious distress. The entire experience felt transactional, with little empathy or urgency shown. For a place that claims to care for animals, I saw very little humanity or care, just a business model. Completely unacceptable.

Negative experience: We've been brining our shitzu masie here for 9yrs.we took her last Thursday because she yelped a few times and wasn't eating so suggested to vet could it be her teeth or mouth.felt we wern't listen to.she gave her a sickness jab.then gave us tablets&sachets to give her.which we dont think she needed and we can't even open her mouth to give her.phoned up Saturday because we were getting worried spoke to a rude receptionist saying listen LOVE!! (Am 70 years old) not very professional.and telling me to give her chicken&rice we would if she wasn't scared of opening her mouth.then she told me off cos we first had a appointment for sat morning they gave us on Fri when l phoned.then said we might have a appointment later that day phone back which l did.they had appointment Fri tea time.lts not the first time this happend to us they tryed charging before for appointment changing..This vets is just all about money now.so now Masie hasn't had food for 5days and we're going to take her to another vet cos we don't have faith in these anymore. And its cost us £100 for nothing..

Negative experience: Rip off! I took out a health plan for my dog 3 years ago, which was costed based on her size. Supposedly to cover vaccinations, flea and tick beds, and worming etc. Last time I went to pick up her fleaing and worming medication, I was told I had to pay an extra £47 due to her weight. Her weight has barely changed for the last 18 months. After publishing this review I was contacted by someone from the vets who explained that a junior member of staff had made an error in asking for £47. Freyja has since been given all her medication as per her health care plan.

Negative experience: This vets used to be amazing when it first opened. I always felt informed and as though my pet was taken care of, however, since the new ownership/ rebrand, it’s seems as though it’s all about money. I had a shocking experience yesterday with the vet I saw (Johann Viljoen) regarding my dog and his seizure episodes. Johann was very dismissive and extremely judgemental throughout the consultation. He asked the age of my dog (he is 7) and when the seizures began (aged 3). I gave him this information and he looked at me as though this was the first time I’d brought my dog in regarding this issue. After he asked me when the seizures started he then reaffirmed “and he is 7 now?!” To which I said yes. I explained that I’ve been in many times over the years about his episodes and that I hadn’t just let 4 years worth of seizures go by without consulting a vet - but I was confused as to why Johann wasn’t familiar with my dogs clinical history or why the information wasn’t on the screen. He then asked how long the seizures last and I told him approx 5 minutes, to which he abruptly said this is impossible and my pet would be dead. I’ve kept a rigorous log of his seizures for his entire life including the time, date and duration of each episode. Whether my dog is actually “seizing” for the entire episode I don’t know (as I am clearly not a vet) but to dismiss the information I’m providing as though I’m not being truthful was honestly baffling to me. He seemed uninterested in the concerns I had about the increase in episodes and assumed his seizures were generalised idiopathic when it’s clear they are focal seizures. I offered to show video evidence and he responded “no I don’t need to see them, I’ve seen many seizures in my life”. The consultation was very rushed and I was sent away with diazepam and no useful information or advice on what may be happening in terms of the increase in episodes. Overall it was just a very hostile interaction and has solidified my decision to change practices. Before the rebrand there used to be 2 consults per year included in the health plan and now there aren’t any except nurse consults for nail clipping etc. The price is still the same and you’re automatically kept on it which I thought was quite misleading. I used to really rave about this vets but I don’t feel comfortable bringing my pet here anymore. The reception staff are lovely though and gave me a lot more information and advice than the vet did.

Fantastic experience: Bleu my cat, was a new client and needed dental treatment were she needed to have 8 teeth out. The care she had was outstanding. The staff explained everything to us and answered all our questions, she recovered quickly and was eating past herself the next day. I emailed the surgery for Bleu's medical records for the insurance claim and this was returned within the hour . Am also impressed that in the waiting room they have separate sitting areas for cats and dogs. Can't fault the practice or staff I came into contact with they were excellent and appeared to love the pets they were caring for. Would recommend this practice, there opening times are excellent too, far better than my previous vets.

Fantastic experience: So we’ve been using the pet vet for over ten years now. We’ve become regular visitors here. Firstly the counter staff are so helpful. I’m an akward customer, but these girls are fantastic. Jen and mel are so friendly and helpful. But my two dogs definitely have their favourites, Margarita is a exceptional vet, you can see she genuinely cares for the animals, she’s honest, Stern when she needs to and always smiling, but more importantly I always walk away feeling confident and reassured with the diagnosis. Then there’s joanne, this lady is basically Mary popping a without a brolly. She’s so helpful and understanding, I mentioned I’m an awkward customer, she never makes me feel embarrassed about my situation and does her upmost to work around my issues. Fantastic experience: I've been registered with the PetVet for over 4 years now. I've had been looking for a vet close to my home for my first boy cat Casper and built trust and assurance over time that my furry friend is safe and taken care of. Currently, I have two cats registered, they both been spayed without any issues and with plenty of check ups to make sure they alright. Staff is always welcoming, warm and friendly. Fantastic experience: We have 2 fully grown cavapooshon dogs Buster and Bella who had an accidental litter of puppies in February 25 so we kept one Bonnie ,now all registered with the pet vet .we took all the puppies for there first vaccination and bonnie for her second a few days ago I have to say this is the best vet's I have ever been to the staff are fantastic and the practice itself is very well presented definitely a 5 ⭐ from me and my cavapooshons highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Took coco today for her vaccination. She is a rescue dog who gets very anxious when we go the vets. I just want to thank Johann the Senior veterinary surgeon. He was absolutely fantastic with coco he really took his time with her and got to no her and made her experience in there so much better then it has been. Negative experience: Don't go here absolute rip offMy mum took her cat Boris for a cyst to be removed they didn't stitch the wound up properly and left the cat with a big round hole in the cats neck, my mother who is a pensioner paid another £500 two times, for them to fix it ,but they didn't do it. My mum has had to go somewhere else to fix the cats neck another £400 and they have done a proper job properly. This place should refund my mother because she paid them for a job and they did not do it absolutely disgrace

Fantastic experience: I can't thank The Pet Vet enough for the exceptional care they've given to my pup Freddie. From the moment we walked in, the team made Freddie feel completely at ease. They have such a gentle and compassionate approach that you can tell they truly love animals. The staff always take the time to comfort Freddie and make him feel safe during every visit, which means the world to me. They explain everything thoroughly and make sure Freddie’s needs are met with the utmost attention. It’s clear that this team is not only professional but also passionate about what they do. Negative experience: Absolutely devastated by the experience at this vet. Due to their shocking miscommunication, my brother’s dog tragically lost its life. Instead of providing clear guidance and proper care, they mishandled the situation, leading to an irreversible mistake. There is no real accountability, just excuses. If you love your pet, I’d strongly advise you to go elsewhere. Trusting them was a mistake we’ll never be able to fix.

Negative experience: Update : Is almost a month that I discuss about my refund with the manager of the vet. They don’t wanna give up and I don’t give up too. I can confirm that they care only about MONEY no pets! Absolutely a shame of behaviour!!! I have been with this vet since 2017 for my pets. I had a vet health plan for my dog and I chose the option with the delivery directly at home about the flea and worm treatment. Last year they stopped to send me the treatment. I asked info over the phone just to understand why they was taking my money since 5 months ago without send me nothing. NOBODY was able to find an answer. All the staff didn’t know what happens . I called for 2 weeks. I been there personally. I have spent £100 pound for nothing and at the moment still nobody know why. I asked for a refund and at the end they offer me only £ 2.50 of refund about the delivery fee. RIDICULOUS ! They care only about the money , not pets. Staff disorganized , incompetent, liar. They need a good training about the rules of the company. I made a complaint about this big issue and I will wait for an answer about the refund that I have the right to receive. I will avoid to bring my pets in this place in the future. There are better places.

Fantastic experience: Very good visit. Great new layout in the practice, calming atmosphere. The vet couldn't have been better. Seamus is always a little nervous and an extremely lively dog. The vet calmed him down and made the visit very relaxed.

Fantastic experience: The Pet Vet, Broadway Liverpool have always made my British Bulldog Blu’s health a priority, he is known to the staff who always make a fuss of him when he visits, text sent to remind me to flee and worm him also to remind of upcoming appointments . Fantastic experience: These have been my vet for my 3 dogs for years. They are a lovely friendly place where nothing is too much trouble. They go out of their way to help you wherever possible. Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to Javier and all the team at Warrington branch for the care of Polly. Polly had her second luxating Pattella operation the staff are fabulous and can't do enough for you and well Javier was amazing he diagnosed Polly condition obviously the operations were expensive but was never put under pressure to get the procedures done. Excellent service and advice. Thank you again Polly's quality of life has been greatly improved.

Positive experience: What a shambles! New reception set up is ridiculous and does not work at all. Tiny reception desk surrounded by people who had no idea where to sit and inexperienced receptionist. Will sadly move my custom as this is not the place it once was.

Fantastic experience: Great vet, lovely staff, large seating area so can walk around a little if animal is nervous. Always take time to give my dogs attention and love. None of mine pets are even afraid of going here. One seems to get excited to go in and he's normally a nervous boy.

Fantastic experience: My dog Millie became unwell I immediately called the vet and spoke to a receptionist named Angie She was great and gave me good advice which included to monitor Millie and bring her in if continued to which I did. When I arrived at the vet Angie was very compassionate and booked me an emergency appointment as Millie was very unwell. I then seen the vet named Johan (Yo-Han) he was great and clearly picked up on my emotions being a pet mum. He did numerous checks on MIllie and would not let me leave till he did was reassured that Millie was safe to leave. What a great vet and also had such a good bedside manner. I was then also asked to bring Millie back the following day and fitted her into his busy schedule to ensure that Millie was ok. Angie also have me great advice on the Hills dog food as Millie has such a sensitive stomach and as advised by Johan also. Great customer service from Angie and Johan on my visit to the vets. A credit to this practice

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank all of you guys enough for always looking after my dogs. They are so welcoming and accomodating. We love Angi cos she is super caring and welcoming. She loves animals and she has transformed how Timmy feels about the vet, he used to hate the vet, but now she arrives wagging his tail as he now knows Angi and has had good experience with her. Also Philip is the best Doctor and he went over and beyond to help my dog. He is an actual pro. Love you guys.

Negative experience: I would not allow a stuffed toy dog be treated by this vets. From 1 particular receptionist to the countless different vets you see, never the same vet twice, I think you all know what they are good at and that's at taking as much of it from you as possible. Thankfully, my precious boy died at home depriving them of the opportunity of taking more money with little care. Don't insult me with your insincere response. If you care for the clients you'd know his name. Over 12 months ago we came to you you treated him for an eye infection,that didn't work, then you castrated him,that didn't work after thousands of pounds of treatment he was sent home with suspected encephalitis and given 6 steroids per day. All the time we were telling you he was slowly getting better and he did. We asked you to consider encephalitis at the start you dismissed this. I weaned him off the steroids as I knew they would damage his kidneys and guess what he died from?

Fantastic experience: Staff are really friendly and always polite I have a puppy and a 5 year old dog and they get excited when we arrive and always pee on the floor which is embarrassing but they r straight out with the mop to clean it up after them. Only met about 3 different vets and everyone was so nice and took their time to see too my 2 dogs which I really appreciated all the advice from them. It’s also close by to were we live so always have that piece of mind. We are always offered free hot drinks if we want them too. Overall score I’d give would be a 10/10

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing Team, Fantastic customer service, every time I visit! Friendly staff, very helpful and amazing all around, The reception team are very caring, understanding and always put 100% effort put in to your query! Always able to get an appointment on the day if needed and the appointments are always running on time and the team treat your pet like their own. Great value for money and clean and tidy practice! Fantastic experience: What can I say, my dogs actually enjoy visiting The Vets. They get fussed by everyone who work there. They get cuddles and treats. I wouldn’t go to any other vets as I’ve had bad experience with others. I can trust my dogs to get the best treatments possible. Friendly, caring and great value for money. 5⭐️ I have recommended The Vets to friends and family and most of them have now changed to The Vets
