Fantastic experience: Changed to this vets a couple of years ago after moving location and everytime we’ve used them they have been excellent. All the staff have been outstanding and so helpful, lovely towards us and our dog. Really easy to book and arrange medication etc. Thanks to all.

Fantastic experience: Been a couple of times with new puppy past 4 mths. Only confusion was last appt as husband took him & was different vet who thought he needed an upto date vaccine & it wasn't it was Rabies as we had requested with a certification as passport system withdrawn. Spoke to nurse following husband's visit & number he was given for certification was incorrect. Spoke to very considerate male nurse for over 45 mins discussing my issues & concerns very knowledgeable & nothing was to much to check things or advise me to put my mind at rest. Great service I'll continue with the Puppy Plan.

Fantastic experience: A very clean practice friendly staff, our visit was made all the better for seeing vet EILISH Who was really amazing caring compassionate brilliant at her job so professional and understanding too. Fantastic experience: Our dog Luna recently had her spay surgery at Vets for Pets, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she received. The whole team was amazing — kind, professional, and genuinely caring. A special shout-out to nurse Marie, who went above and beyond to make sure Luna was comfortable and well looked after. You can really tell she loves what she does. If the management is reading this — maybe think about giving Marie a raise She truly deserves it! Thank you all again for taking such great care of our beloved Luna.

Fantastic experience: The vets here are wonderful with our cranky Frenchie. They give him both the space and the care that he needs and are as thorough as they can be with our situation. Fantastic experience: I've been registered with this practice since 2016 and during that time, all of my cats have always been thoroughly looked after. Making an appointment or sending an enquiry via their WhatsApp is easy and always responded to quickly. Of late, I can't thank Eilish enough for everything she has done. Her compassionate, sympathy and care has been invaluable, particularly following the recent loss of 2 of my cats and I received bereavement cards from the practice which meant so much too.

Fantastic experience: What we thought was a water infection wasn't. The vet went by her gut feeling that something wasn't right. They refured Georgie to a specialist, and he needed a shunt operation on his liver. Which has proven to save his life. I'm so grateful to them

Fantastic experience: Both of my dogs have always been well looked after by this surgery. Both dogs have been "done" by this surgery and one of my dogs had a complex knee operation. Both recovered well. The surgery has (somewhat) recently been renovated and is very clean without that "surgical" feel. Staff are always very welcoming and treat owners and pets with the greatest compassion and care.

Fantastic experience: For over 12 months i my pets have been registered with vets for pets i couldn't ask for any other vets to take care of them it is warm and welcoming very friendly and caring and cleanliness is 10 out 10 they make it safe and secure for all pets i wont go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: Lovely place. The staff really care about your pets and are really patient when you have lots and lots of questions. I also love that you can contact them by WhatsApp and that they are open 7 days a week. The prices are affordable, and they offer a great health plan. Their waiting room has separate sections for different animals as well. And best of all. I am blind and I find the place very accessible and the staff are inclusive.

Fantastic experience: I love the vets here, all the vets I've met have been kind, gentle and knowledgeable. If the cats are reluctant to come out of their carrying cases the vets encourage them or just take the lid off. ❤️ You can tell they all genuinely love animals A different vet practice I used to go to would just drag the cats out so the experience was more unpleasant than it needed to be

Fantastic experience: The staff here are Fantastical!! My Aunt and myself came here, as our beloved Snoopy was ill. Sadly we had to put her down. Staff their understood and left me alone to grieve. The staff arranged Snoopy as we where taking her home with us. Soon after a couple off weeks later, we received a card and Forget me Not seeds. With the card was Snoopy's paw print. We are truly thankful for the help, sensitivity and kindness that we received of them!

Fantastic experience: We really can’t thank David & all the staff enough for last weekend when are little shitzu Bugsy fell asleep . The little room was lovely & peaceful with a little sofa, everyone was so caring and helpful they let us have as much time there as we needed. The nurse wrapped him in a fresh little blanket for when we were ready to leave with him Thanks again & thank you so much for our little card

Fantastic experience: We had our staffy Dotty pts here on 17th September and the staff were excellent. They sent us a handwritten sympathy card which was so thoughtful. When her ashes came back they rang me up and said Dotty's home which I thought was ever so sweet.

Fantastic experience: My two (2) sausage dogs are registered at this vet’s and have received treatment recently. Luna got spayed and not even a day later she wanted to play, she wasn’t in any pain and the incision site was beautiful, and the staff treated her with such kindness. Loki had an issue with his knee and we were seen to quickly, the staff treated him with so much care and reassured us that he was fine. Overall, the staff are very welcoming, supportive, and helpful. The wait times are relatively quick. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: This has been my vet for 11-12 years and has always been of a high standard. All the vets here are so friendly, polite and most importantly they love my dog. She is terrified on the way but they always make her feel at ease and always give me great advice. My dog unfortunately became extremely ill recently and turned life threatening and thanks to their referral my dog ended up getting overnight care while her condition was diagnosed then sent to a specialist who saved her life. I can’t thank you enough for all you do.

Fantastic experience: Really great service even in these times. Easy process was Nd the vet rings you while outside, and you just pay by card. Easy recommendation.

Fantastic experience: This is the second vets I’ve had my 2 dogs (and 1 cat RIP) in and looks to be the last. They bring you in only when needed because using WhatsApp can really reduce the amount of vet visits compared to other vets. Everyone is amazing and I trust them with my babies. Appointments usually are really prompt and their opening times make it easy for me to flex around work.

Fantastic experience: My patch has been coming here for 10 years for his yearly boosters. We have never had much dealing until recently when he had some issues in January 2024. We dealt with Eilish who was brilliant. We received bad news about Patch however Eilish was patient ,emphatic and caring. She spent so much time answering our questions that day and nothing was too much trouble. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our Patch on 21st March 2024. On this day we seen Kate and she was amazing with us, she showed empathy and understanding. I couldn't of asked for a better vet on the day. Thank you to not only Eilish and Kate but all the staff we had dealings with. I would also like to say the receptionist dawn (i think this is her name) is really kind and welcoming. Thank you vets for pets for everything

Negative experience: I have been with the vets for a few years and before now, had no issues but when attending an appointment for my cats vaccinations, I was told of a price hike for the vaccines when i arrived for my appointment and given no pre-warning beforehand. They are now charging £100 for a vaccine and booster most other vets are charging around £70-£80 so not sure why the price is so high here? Considering they used to cost ALOT less, its one hell of a pay increase. I'm now looking at moving vets to one who doesn't try to rip off customers.

Fantastic experience: Dealt with many vets, this vets have been the most accurate in helping our bull dog Viviean. Everyone is absolutely lovely , helpful and so happy to help. Thank you all

Negative experience: I came here when I was young with a dying kitten, I was only young and was trying to save the kitten and I didn’t know what else to do and was panicking. It had fading kitten syndrome and I was trying to save it. I came they asked for my details and said they would let me know what happens. Half an hour later they called me as soon as I arrived home and I only lived on rice lane and they said the kitten died and I was distraught. They sent me a letter and charged me for multiple things and I was only 17 at the time they charged me for 8 hour care when they told me half an hour after the kitten died, I’ve only just got my credit score back to normal because they black listed me. Don’t understand how they can get away with charging people for things they didn’t do? I was obviously scared getting black listed when I was younger so I paid but I really impacted me, go to the RSPCA

Fantastic experience: I can't rate this vets enough and their amazing staff. My cat Luna was spayed and had a rare reaction to the anaesthetic, she was in a very bad way and it wasn't looking good. The vet that we seen the most was Eilish Sumner and she was absolutely brilliant and done everything in her power for Luna. We are very grateful and happy that Luna pulled through and is back to her normal, healthy, cuddly self. Thank you for taking care of my baby ❤️

Fantastic experience: I've been bringing my two cats here for 9 years now for all their annual health checks. Recently needed an emergency visit. It was really easy to book an appointment through WhatsApp and got to see a vet within a day. The staff are always really helpful and show real care and kindness towards my fur babies. I always feel included and informed about the options available for treatments.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful especially making sure i was contacted when an out of stock, urgentlyneeded vaccination finally came in. The young girl vet we saw Monday was probably the nicest one of all. Highly recommended

Negative experience: My Mom's 16 years old poodle has heart problems, taking medication for it which is quite expensive. Once it was about to run out so it had to be ordered for another month but she received only 1 week supply because they were due for a vet visit. She thought it was okay BUT the price was almost double that she should have paid calculating by what she always paid for a month. She was told that there is a dispensing fee but they couldn't tell how it gets calculated exactly... Ridiculous. The dog has a lump on his lower stomach as well, Mom was told that it costs about a £1000 to find out what's that. After the medication incident she changed vet where they could tell her that the doggo has prostate cancer (without expensive examinations). The vet was professional here most of the times but they very money orientated; veterinary help and pet medication is expensive enough already everywhere you go but this place is towering that.

Positive experience: I went there to watch a family cat of 19 years get some treatment and unfortunately put to sleep. The service was discreet and respectful. The vet staff are professional and fair priced.

Fantastic experience: I took my dog there who sadly had to be put to sleep the staff were so caring and gave me as much time as needed. Few days later I got a sympathy card in post how kind and thoughtful

Fantastic experience: Our dog had been going to vets4pets for majority of his life they have always been amazing with him especially with him being so nervous. We never felt like he was an issue and the vets there would take the time to make him feel at ease. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our boy Patch on 30th August 2023 at the age of 16, the staff were amazing on this day, the vet explained everything to us and gave us the time we needed to process what was happening and say our goodbyes. I can’t fault Vets4Pets. Thank you so much for all you done for our boy over the years.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely lovely receptionist and vet, think their names were Megan and jess. Will never go elsewhere they are just amazing with the animals. So happy we chose this vets, we were worried about his surgery but they are just so attentive to their needs and our little puppy was chuffed with all the attention. Hope they get a nice hefty bonus for going above and beyond at pleasing both our little friends, and their owners

Negative experience: I can't express how utterly disgusted I am in the vile way in which my puppy and I were treated yesterday afternoon. I called up vet4pets because my puppy was displaying signs of parvo, a deadly virus if left untreated, they told me to come I'm as soon as possible. When I got there all they cared about was me paying them upfront, i didn't have that kind of money upfront and was denied any kind of payment plan, even though one was offered when i booked and paid for his needles a month prior to this. I wasn't able to get insurance until his vaccinations were completed, as they are unaffordable without any vaccinations. They left me stood there with my dying puppy, who was vomiting and pooing blood. Wanted £170 for a test, even though it was very clear it was parvovirus. Kept bugging me about getting a taxi sorted to leave the premises. They did not care that my puppy was dying. I have never known any vets to take so little care in the animals they claim to love. I know everything costs money, but why were they able to offer me a payment plan for things that aren't as important as life saving treatment. I took my puppy to the PDSA, and despite their best efforts too much time was wasted and he didn't make it. My puppy deserved better, and Vet4Pets Walton Vale should be ashamed of how they put money ahead of an animals life. For anyone wanting to comment about insurance, it is so much more expensive when you don't have the vaccinations, which Vets4Pets took the money for and didn't make an appointment for. I had to phone them up and find out when the appointment was and they hadn't even booked it, just gave me the available dates and there wasn't anything sooner than tomorrow. Had they mentioned the long wait before taking my money I would have gone elsewhere. Disgusting vile people, I don't know how they sleep at night.

Fantastic experience: Practice was very clean, receptionist and the vet were both very friendly. Signed up for their monthly care package to spread the cost of check ups and vaccinations. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Having to make the worst decision a pet owner has to make, the veterinarian made our situation a little less heartbreaking. We were able to take our time saying our final goodbye to our beloved dog. Knowing we didn't have to rush comforted us a little. When the ashes were ready, we also received a paw and nose print. Negative experience: absolutely devastated we lost our son he was only 6. the vet gave him a steroid what's brought his heart condition worse. she should of not gave him that before checking his heart. you have killed our son. all you kept saying was pay £1,500 really for scan.

Fantastic experience: So pleased with my experience with Vets4Pets Walton. I’m sad I don’t remember the vets name but she was wonderful with our little old girl Bella. Bella was not happy to be there and very nervous but the vet was brilliant with her. Great facility. Will be registering my other animals with them :)

Negative experience: Just ordered my usual 2 flea treatments via the WhatsApp for our 2 dogs at Longmoor Lane Vets4pets. I was sent an invoice For £223.34! For 2 flea treatments!! When I queried this astonishing amount, which I obviously can’t afford, I was told that worming treatments and tick collars had been added to the invoice, without my requesting them. Surely it can’t be legal to do this, who can I direct my complaint to? Really not happy about this!

Fantastic experience: Staff always helpful , friendly and listen to myself as I know Bella is quite stressed when visiting, either for nails to be cut to general visit. They take there time to reassure Bella no matter how long it takes, and stop to let Bella rest when getting very stressed in the room .very caring towards Bella and myself.. Best vets yet that Bella has been looked after and she is now 12 years old . Even my last 2 dogs have had wonderful treatment from them right up to them passing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Appointment was given immediately , when we arrived , my cat was looked after very well ,the vet was caring and wonderful ,making my very timid kitty feel ar rase and hence making me feel calm. Fantastic experience: The staff were very polite and friendly. The receptionist was very helpful explaining the pet plan and payments to me. The direct debit was set up quickly and easily. The nurse was great with my puppy, it was her first visit to the vets but she was no problem at all, she didn't get stressed or upset at all. The nurse explained everything that she was doing and answered questions that I had about the vaccines and treatment that Roxi was getting and about further vaccines and treatments so I fully understood everything properly. I was very happy with Roxi's visit.

Fantastic experience: An excellent service today when I had to have my special dog Flair pts I have only used them 4 times and not with Flair so was reluctant to use them for such a horrible thing but they were truly lovely and made me ,my daughter and Flair feel as relaxed as they could . Fantastic experience: I brought my cat for a booster jab. He was very stressed and lashing out at me and the Vet. The Vet was very sympathetic and understanding and offered multiple solutions. Then I had issues with putting the cat in the carrier and a nurse helped me with that. Throughout the appointment the staff were very understanding and helpful. I recommended this practice to all my friends.

Fantastic experience: Friends staff from the moment we walked in , value for money with the care plan for my dog helps spread costs out over the year , my puppy had his microchip , vaccine and kennel cough done with no trouble and felt at ease the whole way through .

Fantastic experience: I was panic stricken my dog couldn’t walk, I had no appointment and called explaining the problem I was there within 20 mins and felt so reassured that my dog was in the right place, all the staff were amazing from start to finish even helping me from the car into the surgery amazing and couldn’t recommend Vets4Pets enough!

Negative experience: Brought our hamster in for a check up and a possible nail trim. I was advised to see the nurse instead which I did but when we got to our appt first thing she got wrong was his breed, she thought he was a Syrian when clearly he's a dwarf. Nurse also advised me that this breed doesn't need its nail trimmed which is wrong. Nurse also didn't want to handle Mochi that much bc we told her he would bite if he doesn't like what you're doing so instead she looked at him from a transparent tray?! I also think they don't have the right equipment for small pets bc she was going to get a weight machine but didnt have one. Our appt lasted for at least 5 mins and was quite disappointing. Would have thought Mochi would have a more thorough check up.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service, would highly recommend,the dreaded fear of taking your poorly sick pet to the vets table,we were shown to a lovely homely room,we're we sat and comforted our beautiful cat on her final journey,she sat on her owner's lap,a lovely caring company, defo deserve best vets practice in my eyes,well done

Fantastic experience: I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've never had a negative experience with the staff in Walton Vale, they have all been more than accommodating, helpful, considerate and kind. Even when I have been having any of my animals pts, their client care is amazing, so understanding but also professional. I love them all.

Fantastic experience: Friendly reception staff, veterinary nurse very pleasant. Everything was explained to me before I left my pet for his surgery and the same when I came to collect. I was very pleased the day after when I received a follow up call to make sure he was OK.

Positive experience: I've been taking my dogs here a few years and no complaints from me, dogs may think differently but they always get lots of strokes and cuddles. We've always got Appointments when we need them and repeated prescriptions if required.

Fantastic experience: Really like the WhatsApp option for making appointments as no need to try to find a time to phone during work hours. Waiting time in reception was not too long and reception area was not crowded or noisy.

Fantastic experience: This was my 1st visit I just felt I had been here many times before. I didnt feel like a stranger. I am seriously considering moving my other cats to this vet also.

Negative experience: Very poor service absolutely disgusted to be told that a dog bleeding from its bum isn’t an emergency yet if it was them they’d be straight up to a&e themselves so why should it be any different for dogs!!! And for the woman to be so rude and then hang up?!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had to take one of my rats today as she had had some sort of stroke and a seizure she couldn’t walk or eat and drink the vet I seen was lovely she loved rats she went through all the options but the best for my rat was to be put to sleep. It was lovely she took her and did what they need to do and brought her back so I could be with her while she went and then took her and wrapped her up on her blanket. I couldn’t ask for more will definitely use them again

Fantastic experience: When i arrived the girls on the reception were lovely and helpful i was then greeted by a veterinarian nurse rachel who was so lovely and understanding. She talked me threw the op and checked moon over and listened to her heart and asked me questions about moon and her history. Such a lovely vets very helpful and very clean so glad iv registered my pets with them and highly recommend them

Negative experience: Really disappointed that both my cats were still able to latch on to furniture, after supposedly having their claws clipped back to their quick. I had to return my boy 3x times to the practice. I also, didn't want to be faced with more of the same for my 2nd cat so thought it best to raise my concerns with the manager. Unfortunately, the reception staff came back twice with a non committal response asking that the manager return my phone call. Having contacted the practice manager by email, I was left further dismayed that Yvette chose to twist all that I documented but yet took the opportunity to state that I would be liable to pay the early exit fees. Mistakes happen but the way in which a manager responds, is with intent. Walton Vale is not a practice that values integrity.

Fantastic experience: The staff were very friendly and explained what the vaccinations were for, very pleasant atmosphere, top marks. Answered all my questions about the cats health and how to keep them happy...

Fantastic experience: Our vet was absolutely amazing with Nala. Nala is a nervous pup and for some reason taken an unusual liking to our amazing vet who was brilliant! I wish I caught her name to rave about her more! She was amazing. Nala didn’t want to leave her! Fantastic experience: The vet we met with was so so lovely to me and our rabbit Barney. He is always so comfortable in the vets and never nervous when we get there and is completely himself when we arrive back home. They allow him to hop about and do the treatments around him doing this. I have had this vet both times we have gone and she is lovely- a real credit.

Positive experience: I requested a male vet. David the manager has cared for my current and last dog, always treating them with kindness and dignity. Wouldn't go anywhere else. ❤️

Fantastic experience: The staff, vets and nurses are all very friendly , efficient and helpful at the practise . They are very knowledgeable and I feel so confident with my dog in their hands. Stephanie is amazing

Fantastic experience: The vet was excellent, my dog recently had pups and he was very calm and reassuring and provided great advice on how to help her get back on her food as she was not eating or drinking. fantastic

Fantastic experience: My pet was very Ill and I was not able to travel home with him to my own vet. I knew of this practice as I used to live in this area and I knew the vet was good so we came here. David, Sarah and the team were extremely professional and caring.
