Fantastic experience: If you have a pet their neccessary, they do a good job and pleasent. Never used an other vet in this area so pleased with this veterinary centre, and their service.Only thing is they are a bit expensive. Exa. £ 400 to Clean dogs teeth , £700 pounds for extraction⁰

Fantastic experience: Took my puppy for his 2nd vaccination. Due to getting him in Wales, searched high and low for a vet who could provide the same brand. Bishopbriggs Vets booked us in within a day. My puppy was spoiled with attention to the point he never flinched at the jag. The receptionist was so friendly. Despite being a late appointment, we were not rushed at all. Despite not living in the area, decided to keep my pup registered and to travel for appointments. All staff are a credit to the practice.

Fantastic experience: I have always had a wonderful service at this Vet although my usual practice is their other branch in Chryston. Both offer really excellent and friendly services.

Fantastic experience: I recently lost my beautiful golden retriever Rudy, he suddenly became very ill and it was discovered he had cancer. Henry and his team helped me through this heartbreaking time. We brought Rudy home and the whole family got to say their final goodbyes. I had time alone with him before Henry came out later in the day and helped him over the rainbow bridge. Even though it was one of the saddest days of my life, it was made easier to bear because of the care and attention my gentle boy received. When I called in to pick up his casket, the lovely card and the attention I received from the staff was also very kind.

Negative experience: I have been to this veterinary practice three different times, and the vet was unable to perform a full physical examination of my dog because she was frightened that my dog might bite her. The vet and the veterinary assistant were not qualified to muzzle my dog, and even with the help of the veterinary nurse, they were not able to control my dog and carry out the physical examination.

Fantastic experience: I’ve used this vet surgery for years. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. The care for your pet is very good throughout all life stages.

Fantastic experience: My 11 year old shih tzu Aurora had bladder stone removal surgery on Monday after having a trip to the emergency vet over the weekend. The staff at Bishopbriggs Veterinary Centre were all absolutely fantastic - we were kept informed of Aurora's progress throughout her surgery, and it was clear the staff care for your pet with kindness and consideration. Massive thank you from me and my wee fluff ball Aurora - she's well and truly on the road to recovery!x

Negative experience: Absolutely welcome the CMA enquiry into vet pricing in the U.K. This veterinary practice … along with many others, seem to think they can charge people whatever ever they want. We took our elderly cat for an assessment ( £50 for the privilege), they said it had an infection and that one tooth will need to be extracted. The cost…£850;… seriously !! … for ONE TOOTH. When you query the cost , they send antagonistic and derogatory letters , explaining that you are no longer welcome at their practice. It’s time places like this were held accountable for their exorbitant prices. So much for caring about your pet, the seem more concerned about how much money they can extract from your bank account, than the teeth they should be extracting from your cat. Definitely will not be returning here.

Negative experience: Robbing £360 for a chihuahua oral check up my dentist doesn’t even cost that much for a tooth pulled out private they just want your money and bleed you try and will make any excuse so you need to bring your dog in to pay £58 for them to say nothing wrong and will never give advice over the phone always bring your dog in to be robbed

Positive experience: Decent vet they do care for your animals and such. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is im a bit annoyed as I was paying for the medication, I picked it up to look at and then the woman behind the counter snatched it back and just stared at me like I was going to rob her. I mean if you’re charging me near £160 quid for flea treatment I should at least be able to look at it while you’re taking my money.

Fantastic experience: It's been a few months now since Mia, my boarder Collie had 8 teeth out, and she's doing fine. I'd just like to say the vets did a great job, as we thought Mia was only getting one tooth out, so that went all out to make sure Mia would be Ok, and I would like to thank them for all there efforts, Thank You very much

Fantastic experience: I have brought my dogs to Bishopbriggs Vets for years and have always had great experiences with the staff. They always explain what they are doing and why. Most recently my dog has been at the animal hospital and regular bloods and checks. Matt has been amazing with her. He is also fabulous with my other dog who can be reactive as we rehomed him.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, take both my dogs here as the previous vet told me I was exaggerating and there was nothing wrong with my dog. Took him here for a second opinion and discovered he had heart worm which they treated instantly and he became a new dog again within 24 hours. Very happy with this vet, a tad more expensive than the regular chain vets(nothing major) but so much more worth it with the level of care they gave my dog and still do to this day every visit! Great people and always happy to help. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

The way she interacted with me helped to take my mind off of why I was there (I was expecting bad news) The vet was absolutely amazing. She was loving and kind with Paige while being understanding and sympathetic with me when she explained all eventualities. She discussed all the costs involved while finding the most cost affordable yet effective treatment for Paige. She was fantastic.

All of the staff (receptionists, vets, vet nurses) are so patient, welcoming, skilled and friendly. They really take their time with my dog and make sure he has a fantastic experience every time we go.

Fantastic experience: Just went in for 1st kitten vaccination all of the staff were friendly and the vet was efficient and also checked our kitten over and answered any questions that we had it was a great experience

Positive experience: Very helpful. Fit me in last min when my cat was in distress. Only one thing tho I asked them to shave her back end so they shaved around her bum and left allll the long hair on her legs, underneath her bum so she still had trouble doing the toilet. I did mention she wouldn't let me near her to cut it so I chased her around for weeks and weeks trying to trim it and the same happened again and we went back and they didn't do much more. They were all so nice but I was disappointed pluss are all vets are it was expensive. Over 50 quid to shave my cats bum whole is a tad ridiculous . Nice folk tho ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: My dog is a nervous, reactive Staffy, who was neglected and not socialised when he was a puppy and the practice makes arrangements to make him more comfortable. We wait in the car till the vet comes to collect us and if he needs sedation for specific investigations / treatment, they will even administer that in the car . I never feel judged as the owner of a nervous reactive dog and that gives me confidence in using the practice.

Had to take her in every day for a few weeks and they didn't charge me so saved a fortune. Always have and always will tske my pets here and would recommend to anyone looking for a new vet.
