Vets4Pets - Bramley: Reviews
Negative experience: Don't answer phone fir ages, then put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I gave up called back no answer. Customer service is very poor.
Thank you for your feedback.
I’m very sorry to hear about your recent experience trying to get through to us. As a busy practice, we often have multiple patients arriving unexpectedly, and we do not always know in advance what is being presented to our team. This can mean that our reception staff are supporting urgent cases or handling complex situations, which unfortunately can delay our ability to answer calls as quickly as we would like.
Please be assured that we are not ignoring our clients, and we do our best to respond as promptly as possible. I appreciate that long waits and unanswered calls are frustrating, and your feedback is helpful as we continue working to improve our service.
If there is anything still outstanding or if you need assistance now, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
Fantastic experience: Great friendly
Thank you for your feedback.
Fantastic experience: Couldn't be happier with how Juno is cared for at Bramley Vets4Pets. All the staff are great and show they really do care about the pets they are caring for.
Fantastic experience: just now New Been a regular user of bramley vets 4 pets for years just for regular apps. On the 5th of February my almost 3 year old olde english bulldog (kaos) managed to get into some rat poisen. The staff from receptionist to the nurses and the vets were absolutely amazing. And immediately went to work to save kaos pumping his stomach giving him a charcoal wash and lifesaving medication. This was incredibly stressful for us but the staff were so fast even in the days after when we were contacting them to arrange meds and blood tests. I can now report my dog has had the all clear and is back to being his usual self however we will certainly be keeping a closer eye on him. But just a huge thankyou to all the staff who were all amazing. Thankyou for saving my dogs life.
He was a pleasure to look after, such a lovable, gentle boy. Glad Kaos is doing great :)
Fantastic experience: Booked our cats Matcha and Burger for nails and vaccines, something happened with the system and they were only booked for vaccines but the amazing staff still were able to sort their nails just fine on short notice, Emily and the reception staff were brilliant!
Apologies for the mix up! Glad the team were able to sort it out for you. :)
Fantastic experience: Vet was so lovely at my kitty's microchip appointment today. He's a nervous boy and the vet was excellent with him. Also made sure I understood how to get his microchip registered and updated when I move in the near future.
Thank your for your lovely feedback and rating. He was a super brave boy for his chip. Nurse Helga
Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff
We really appreciate your positive feedback and rating. Nurse Helga
Fantastic experience: Excellent reception staff and vet. Had to say goodbye to our gorgeous bunny today and the staff were extremely compassionate, as was the vet who was not only highly professional and sincere, but also genuinely just lovely. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We know losing a pet isn't easy, so we are glad we made this sad time that little bit easier for you. Nurse Helga @ Bramley
Fantastic experience: Great vets and usually very good, but can be hit and miss on any given day due to emergencies.
Fantastic experience: Me and my family would like to send some fabulous feedback to the team at Bramley vets 4 pets for there incredible care they showed us when we had to bring coco in for an emergency appointment recently. You guys were so understanding and caring and we will never forget this. You made the experience with coco unwell so much more easier. And thanks to your quick response she’s now on the mend and enjoying her food again.
Fantastic experience: Friendly and lovely staff. Always happy taking my pets here. Feel confident any questions I have will get answered. We recently had an incident where our cat was showing worrying signs. Within 15 mins from my call we were at the vets and treated. It turned out a chicken bone had wedged its self in the roof of her mouth. They were quick, Calm and reassuring and kept me at ease. I cant thank the staff enough.
Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff, I had to get my baby put to sleep and the staff were wonderful. Got us in straight away and we were able to spend as much time as we needed with her. Very Sensitive towards the situation. Thank you Vets4pets ❤️
Fantastic experience: Best vet in this era very good stuff ❤️
Negative experience: My cat has been misdiagnosed four times now, fed up of paying for the vets mistakes. I inherited my cat from a deceased neighbour, he came with health problems, fed up of being treated like I'm a bad owner by a male vet, have some empathy man. I will not be giving this vet surgery any more of my time or money because of the male vet there. Absolutely useless. Is this man even qualified!?! Shame really, as the rest of the staff are lovely.
I am sorry that you feel unhappy, with the service you have received for your pet, at the practice. If you would like to contact the practice on 01132554466, I can look into this matter further for you. Kind regards, Bramley Practice Manager.
Fantastic experience: Took 2 cats there for a health check and to be micro chipped.Very friendly staff and an excellent service.Highly recommended
Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Vet Emily. She diagnosed my Whippet with Congestive Heart Failure and we got to the Emergency Hospital in Birstall in time to save her. She has ongoing medication appointments and Emily’s love and advice is amazing.
Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this team highly enough! From the moment we walked in, the team made us (and our pet) feel completely at ease. They are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate. Despite Lilly not being registered Emily still took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and never rushed us. They treated our pet as if they were their own, which made all the difference. If you’re looking for a vet who goes above and beyond, this is the place to go!
Fantastic experience: Took my cat, burger, here for an emergency, all staff involved were exceptional and caring, including the staff at reception, got him seen straight away and seen at the hospital very quick, all was fine. Went back in to pick up some worm treatment and they asked about how burger was, I'm glad the people here really care about the pets that come in, can't thank them enough
Fantastic experience: When I call, I am made to feel that Twigg is their only patient. . When we are there, I am made to feel Twigg is their only patient. When Emily, the vet, calls, she makes me feel that her only interest is Twigg. Nurse Helga is Twigg’s best friend. When I called this morning, Jodie went out of her way to ensure I got what I needed. Twigg is always so well looked after. I cant recommend putting your trust in Bramley Vet’s for Pet’s enough, as I have over the last 14 years. Thank you.
Fantastic experience: We have been using Bramley Vets for our pup for just over a year now and they have been great. The reception folks are super friendly, and the vets who have taken care of our wee furball have all been amazing, caring and able to provide great info when we have needed. I also had to contact them recently after witnessing a pregnant cat being abandoned and the team there were able to look after her and get her set up with a foster very quickly, great service and care shown all round. Thanks Vets for Pets Bramley!
Negative experience: Useless doesn't come close. My dog has been having issues with his ears for years and been on steroids for about 6 years. Every time I want a repeat prescription they tell me he has to be seen by the vet, despite nothing ever changing and been prescribed the same meds again. All they care about is making money out of you and do not care about the animals welfare
Negative experience: We have been using this surgery for 10 years. After paying extortionate amounts for vaccinations and surgeries (after being quoted one price and having to pay treble) i paid and hired my best friend would be ok. Saturday 15th March my boy fell ill. I rang the surgery 3 times and finally got through at 4.34pm. To be told to go to Birstall surgery as they were closing at 5pm. We live less then 5 minutes from the surgery. If we'd been able to take him there our boy may have had a chance to be here still. Instead he died in the car on the 45 minute journey. I will not be using them again. Also he had his vet check in December which the vet failed to find any issues. Appalling service and staff turning you away in your hour of need.
Fantastic experience: The young lady and young man so so knowledgeable. 15/03/2025. Helped me again with my puppy questions and choosing harness as he's very tiny .
Fantastic experience: Lovely calm place to bring your pet. Wonderful service and you know these great vets and staff genuinely care for the animals that come through their doors.
Negative experience: It is with regret that I do not recommend this practice. Their record keeping is of serious concern, complaints are not taken seriously and the quality of care offered is a concern, made worse by their appalling communication both internally and to patients. I've been with this practice for years but of late things seem to be getting progressively worse, all while the care for my pet has been inadequate. I don't want to place specific details so publicly, but I do want people to be aware that this practice has some serious issues. It's a shame as the reception staff are lovely and the reception has recently has some work done separating cat and dog areas more appropriately. I've had an ongoing issue with the practice for some time and there has been little concern from their side to deal with things for the sake of my pet, who ultimately is the one suffering not me. There also appears to be a high turnover of vets over the years and even in recent months. This practice has been the one I've always used and I will continue to use them but unless things improve we're going to be looking at some serious escalation to the parent brand and perhaps even beyond that.
Positive experience: Looks good after refit staff friendly and knowledgeable, dog likes it too
Fantastic experience: Lovely vets with good parking. Moved from Southport branch and they did great job of my frenchies deformed nails. Would recommend.
Fantastic experience: This is were I've just took someone's racing pigeon as it had bn attacked by a neighbour,s cat it was injured but still alive hpe they can help it & find the owner!! Also my little shitz zu tilly goes ere brilliant vets well worth 5☆☆☆☆☆
Thank you Chris, we appreciate your feedback
Fantastic experience: We went to vets for pets bramleyto register a cat & get her claws clipped. The staff are always friendly & its local.my favourite vets.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic vets, the staff all so welcoming and friendly nothing is too much trouble. The surgery is clean and spacious and has areas for dogs and cats rather then sitting in same space. Which helps reactive or nervous pets. The receptionists are lovely and very knowledgeable about services offered. Pricing seems fair for the pricing if vets nowadays.
Negative experience: Traumatised our dog after 3 visits with 3 different clinicians. Has cost us a huge amount of time and money to slowly get our dog able to go to the vets for routine vaccinations and check ups. Even now we're barely able to get her to the vets without anti-anxiety medication. With it being our first pet, we didn't realise quite how brutal and unknowledgeable the clinicians are here. Only found out after switching to another vet and seeing how professionals treat animals - we genuinely believed that two people holding down a terrified 9kg dog was standard practice.
Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend this vets at all there constantly trying to take on more customers than what they can handle waiting room is chaos because u have so many people waiting upto half a hour after there appointment to be and the service from the vets isn’t up to standard
Fantastic experience: Friendly and warm staff. Also the place has had a really smart refit
Fantastic experience: Lovely professional vets, who truly care for animals. Emily especially (as she is the main vet I've dealt with) is absolutely lovely. I've had some very bad dealings with vets in the past, so I'm feeling very positive now, due to my experiences here.
Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming here for 3 years and always seen on same day and brilliant vets who spend time with your pet and they are very very knowledgeable.
Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend more highly. Jordana was superb, we booked in for a microchip appointment but she also took her time to patiently show us how to give our cat medication and provided us with lots of helpful tips, putting us and our cat at ease. Thank you!
Positive experience: Nice calm and clean veterinary surgery with polite and welcoming staff. We had our Bengal neutered and microchipped here followby 2 check up appointments. They have a seating area just for cat owners and their pets to keep away from dogs which is very helpful plus calming sprays if required.
Negative experience: Hands down the worst vet my cat has been with. 1. Absolute lack of care and empathy towards cats. Dogs seem to be treated much better. My cat her her teeth removed in their clinic and despite them being aware of her epilepsy, they put her in a crate next to a loud dog. She got so stressed it actually triggered seizures while she was inside a crate, which was a serious threat, she could have hurt herself as the seizures were violent. Unfortunately I wasn’t present and this was conveyed to me nonchalantly over the phone when I asked for an update. 2. Dogs seem to be allowed to do anything in there, on the other hand my cat wasn’t allowed to be held by me and she was forcefully put into a crate by a nurse without even asking me for permission to pick her up. Dogs do not need to be on a lead and run around freely, scaring other pets. 2. Despite me being very clear that I want to be notified in advance of costs, the vets and nurses notoriously added various tests and extra costs without running them by me. An example of that is when my cat had her teeth removed and on the day of her procedure her bill mysteriously went up by a couple of hundred pounds compared to the initial quote. Only after I questioned the validity of tests that were added, were they removed. I happen to have medical knowledge that allows me to question vets decisions, but many people don’t and this clinic is preying on people who are worried about their pets.
Fantastic experience: My cat was attacked by a dog sh had two puncture wounds the PDSA on york Road wanted to put her down Abbey House were wanting to do reconstructive surgery costing over £12,000. I took her to vets for pets at Bramley the surgeon said it will just heal. And it has done its completely healed. At vets for pets you get first class service, friendly staff and reasonable prices. I will not go to any other vet I would highly recommend going to vets for pets
Positive experience: We had a pleasant experience here, it was lovely and clean after the renovation and staff were very lovely on the reception desk & in the rooms. I think my experience would have been better had I been advised that they were running behind schedule. I turned up to my appointment at 5pm, however was not seen until 5.40pm. If there could have been a courtesy call before hand, or even advised on regular updates/reassurance whilst in there, it would have made mine and my (very stressed out) dogs experience much better.
Fantastic experience: We visited yesterday, BH Monday, our dog isn't registered here. I'd call 2 other surgeries & was quoted £170 & £288 just for a consultation Fortunately these guys were open, as usual & we paid £47.50 for a consultantiion with Dr Wetsi. I'm pleased to say that overnight, his blockage is no more, thank you Vincent decided to chew & eat a branch whilst in the garden
Fantastic experience: Always have looked after my pup so well. Clean, go above and beyond to help, great opening times and brilliant staff who obviously care about the animals and reassure you when needed
Thank you for your 5* rating of us
Negative experience: only one proper vet with out experience was told my dog would be fine only for the opposite to be true and they they want cash up front for any surgery ..... never been to a vets that is run like this can only give one star or id give none, be aware and be carefully when dealing with these vets
Fantastic experience: Excellent service very professional but friendly would rate it higher than 5 stars
Positive experience: The staff are lovely but as a chain, I suspect they're profit based-target driven - often suggesting lots of scans or tests need to be done whilst avoiding the frank and honest discussions about what is best for your pet. Their pet plans are expensive and they'll tey to deny you the 'benefits' listed in the plan wherever possible. I would recommend, if possible, visiting a family based or a mobile vet rather than this chain who are frankly, in it for the money.
Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful reception staff, my pet is not registered here and my address is far from this vet but due to some inquiry I visited the vet and the receptionist very kindly helped me and solved my problem.
Fantastic experience: Our boxer Cooper cronk had his yearly vaccinations and check up all good and brilliant vet thankyou
Negative experience: Used this vets for years for our current and previous cats and dogs. As a loyal customer who pays at every visit and have never missed a visit I find it hard to believe that you now require a deposit to book an appointment. Why not penalise the no shows or late cancelling customers rather than treat everyone as a defaulter. Also not happy giving card details over the phone unsecured .
Negative experience: If possible, would have rated 0/5! Filed a complaint due to the way we were handled when our cat was very ill, the outcome was basically calling us liars as the vets had explained in their notes but not to us when we were present. We have since moved to another Vets4Pets branch (Birstall, much better service), in the meantime we went in to the Bramley branch as we knew the correct food needed for our cat was sold here and pets at home have none in stock. We were then REFUSED service (buying cat food from reception) due to the above. Cannot stress enough, do not use this branch! After further investigation it seems we are not the only ones who have received this service, appalling.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! A great team who care for each animal as an individual. All the staff are very knowledgeable, polite and go out of their way to help you. Team Bramley Vets for Pets all the way!
Fantastic experience: Have to say they went above and beyond 19/1/2024 when my dog was got by a dog the vet Emily was just the best hope they don't lose her for this vets
Positive experience: Good job I called to check my appointment, because there was no record of it. But the lovely lady who answered the phone managed to fit us in. I took our 15 y/o dog in for her annual injections and was seen by Emily, another lovely lady who really is a credit to this branch, spent a lot of time with us even though her schedule was tight, and showed so much compassion. Emily spoke about what was best for our old girl, which was basically to make sure she’s as comfortable and as happy as possible in her old age. No pushing, no money grabbing’. I cant recommend this lady enough!
Fantastic experience: I trust them with both mine and my parents cats every time very reliable
Positive experience: Great local vets, friendy staff, prompt service. Highly recommend
Positive experience: Staff are great, but like most vets, pricey.
Fantastic experience: Bramley vets for pets is a good surgery go there people don't go to the Yorkshire pets in armley . Because we had a very ill cat and they sent us up to another vets far away which was a long way and all they told us we had to put our cat down . So no don't go to Yorkshire vets in armley
Fantastic experience: The vet we saw for Kira was absolutley amazing, she talked about her weight and made a huge fuss of my girl and was so gentle and friendly with her. Luckily kira loves the vets and any fussing and attention she loves. Thank you so much. Was a pleasure to go.
Thank you for your 5* rating, we appreciate your feedback Fiona
Fantastic experience: I am so happy with this place! They dealt with my Crackers in a non discriminating way (XL Bully). They went the extra mile in keeping her comfortable during her operation, made special arrangments so she was able to be sedated with me there, the staff was so thoughtful and kind, that much so they sent a picture to me whilst she was in recovery and also washed her blanket after an accident, they understand how worried us parents are at home and therefore treat them like they would there own. Thank you so much from the reception staff to the male vet they was outstanding from start time finish. Crackers will be here for life!
Fantastic experience: Always a pleasure for us and the dogs , the vets here are outstanding and so kind to our dogs would not go anywhere else thanks bramley vets for pets
Fantastic experience: Had to take my dog for his teeth out staff and receptionist really nice pleasant , I’ve rang surgery a few times for advise and again such pleasant staff and receptionists always willing to help.
Fantastic experience: Always polite. Very helpful. We are regular users and never had a problem here
Fantastic experience: Got me an appointment straight away even though I wasn't registered with them. Very thorough and caring when as my dog Dempsy had to be put to sleep. And have just received a condolence card and sunflower seeds from them. Thank you vets for pets
Negative experience: DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. After 3 visits to find out what was wrong with our cat we got 3 contradictory opinions with no suggestion of any investigative procedures. As it turns out, our cat has terminal cancer and had this been caught earlier by actually trying to find out what it was she wouldn't have suffered as much and may have had a longer period of end of life care. Chemo may also have been an option. Now we're just waiting for the worst to happen due to Vets 4 Pets blatant negligence. Absolutely shameful.
Fantastic experience: Very polite and make me and my dog feel comfortable. Will definitely be taking my dog again
Fantastic experience: Very nice staff, helped us sort out food for our pregnant dog who has pancreatitis without having to pay to see vet,the vet we see can't do enough for our dogs in fact she is the reason we haven't changed vets when we moved
Fantastic experience: Emily is so helpful and really knows what she is talking about. My little dog has had a few problems and I always try to see Emily if she is free. *****
Thank you for your 5* rating of us Lynne and we agree with you about Emily, she is fab :)
Fantastic experience: Amazing fast and clean My cat came for his castration procedure was done and they worked around my work hours and kept in touch through out his surgery. The after was amazing he was given medication and his nails clipped for free and he came home fed and calm
Positive experience: This vets is very expensive for medication. I got ear drops gor my dog and they were nearly £30. Once reading the ingredients, they were pretty much the exact same ones that I could buy from my local pharmacy. Just another chain brand maximising on people's fear unfortunately. The staff and service I must add are outstanding. Friendly, kind, and really do care about the animals.
Fantastic experience: Always really nice vets and receptionists. I'm always happy to come here as they seem to actually care but my cats are less happy.
Thank you for your 5* rating of us Rory and lovely feedback
Fantastic experience: The staff and vet Emily were lovely and the vet was very thorough in her treatment and explanation of Millie's illness.
Thank you for your 5* rating of us and the lovely feedback about Emily
Positive experience: Lovely vets and helpful staff,I bought a new puppy and took her to my local vets4pets bramley as I knew right from the moment I got my new puppy home she seemed way too small and she was cold and shivering and 3 days later I got an appt for the vet to confirm what I thought that she wasn't 8weeks old at all and the guy sold her to me way too young and probably had worms amd he lied saying she was microchipped and wormed and flead and she wasnt at all but my main concern was her bloated belly and was given royal canin gastrointestinal puppy food and probiotic support and a worming Tablet and my puppy had the treatment and it worked till she finished the course and her gastrointestinal problems don't seem to have settled and still ongoing but hoping my pup gets better soon and her gastrointestinal problems resolve but glad the vet listened to my concerns and gave my puppy treatment she needed
Negative experience: Unfortunately not a good experience at all. From the moment myself and my partner walked in we were met with very dirty looks from all staff who then attempted to charge £1000 on the spot for emergency treatment to be provided. Given we could not afford this, we had to make calls elsewhere with no help from vets for pets bramley. Thankfully PDSA helped us out with emergency procedures for our kitten and told us that the total cost would be no more than £50. They had never heard of a relaring procedure costing £1000+ and even if that was the case they claim a payment plan could be set up easily. Helga and her team at vets for pets bramley never made this clear and even though my partner was in clear distress, Helga had no problem smirking and shrugging when we enquired about other payment options. Vets for pets bramley then had the nerve to call us threatening a debt collector would be coming to claim £44 from us for the 5minute 'consultation'. We were never made aware of this, and their claim of support was 'oh we were going to tell you as you left'. After hearing multiple claims of unprofessionalism about vets for pets Bramley from other companies and surgerys, all we can say is we hoped we had realised earlier. Google reviews are not all they seem. I'm sure many have had pleasnt experiances with them, and there is the chance of catching them on a bad day, however being a vetenary nurse myself and knowing many others, I saw nothing but unprofessionalism and lack of training and people skills from the staff. Helga in specific.
Fantastic experience: Great appointment availability. The vet was great, even though my cat was not happy. Overall a good expe
Thank you for the feedback
Fantastic experience: The nurse who did the vaccination was amazing. We’ve not seen him before, he was a young man. Really friendly and made the visit really personable. Have my cat some dreamies to cheer her up as well. Fantastic bedside manner 10/10 thank you
Positive experience: Millie is not good at the vets and hates her nails clipped The nurses are always really good and understanding she is nearly 14 yrs old
Fantastic experience: I came in to order a prescription and to get my pet weighed. The reception staff were very lovely and friendly.
Thank you Tracy
Fantastic experience: All staff are really polite and friendly, right from the ladies on reception right through to the gentleman vet that we had our appointment with. I can't fault them in any way. Perfect
Thank you Dawn for your feedback and 5*rating
Fantastic experience: Excellent communication, friendly helpful staff. Obvious care for their patients and owners. Clear explanation of procedures and costs as well as various options. Very understanding of my circumstances
Positive experience: Great work from Vet Angelos!! My cat is usually very stressed on visits and the Vets havent always handled the situation properly. This changed today with Angelos, his confidence, calmness and speed didnt give my cat a chance to start kicking off. No gloves needed, No pinning down by me, all treatments and expectations set within a few minutes. Great work and a great example of how a vet should be.
Fantastic experience: Really good veterinary practice. Reception staff are fantastic, very helpful and caring. Vets and nursing team are also brilliant. Very good advice and quick service. My dog is a nightmare and is in there every month. But he loves the place and has no anxiety about returning due to the caring nature of the staff. I would definitely recommend this practice
Negative experience: Staff and vets are lovely. But very overpriced. Charged over £40 for drops I could get on Amazon for £8. Which unfortunately I discovered after.
Thank you Sarah for your rating :)
Fantastic experience: Superb, always professional and very caring, couldn't ask for a better practice for my dog
Fantastic experience: All the staff have been fantastic with both our cats, one of which is a little sassy and wasn't the easiest to deal with after surgery.
Fantastic experience: The staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions to a high standard. The cost was reasonable, without having hidden costs. I felt like my pet was cared for to the best standard and I could not be happier with the service and after care!
Negative experience: Vets for cash. Had a second opinion following tests and diagnostic here as was not satisfied with how the vet pushed for tests and treatments and had the same diagnostic without the boosted up cost and misleading information. Felt like I was there to pay Christmas bonuses. Prescription half the price elsewhere as well, Pets and owners are not priority, the cash in the bank is the priority. Do not use this vets, smaller independent honest vets, on speaking with multiple people so many bad experiences here, don’t need to look far to find someone annoyed!
Fantastic experience: It’s always a pleasure taking my Loaf to this practice. Amazing staff who all adore her, always spotless and friendly nurses and vets. So glad I live around the corner from this place!
Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, very welcoming to both me and my dog
Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful staff. My cat was terrible. He hates the vets. But I had to go in with him and he wasn't able to be seen because of how much he hates going to the vets. But they didn't charge me for the visit because they weren't able to look at him. Most vets don't do that because I still reserved a time slot. They were incredibly kind and patient. I'm so happy I live nearby to bring my other fir baby.
Negative experience: If I could give zero I would! Never take your pet there, service disgusting and no empathy, need business knowledge too. Don't go
Fantastic experience: Had to go to collect some medication that my cat needed. Really friendly staff.
Fantastic experience: I can't believe how good they handled my usually aggressive when stressed cat! Definitely will be back.
Fantastic experience: Really impressed with the friendliness of both the reception staff and the vet - both brilliant with their knowledge of my dog’s health and the junior dog plan respectively. Great sized waiting area so easy to keep my unvaccinated puppy away from other animals. Lots of car parking spaces too, great for accessibility. Just moved here from having my last dog at Pudsey Vets4Pets and I’ve been really impressed with Bramley so far - thank you!
Fantastic experience: On arrival my cat had had an accident in her carrier. I mentioned this to the receptionists and they got a nurse to sort her out efficiency. Brilliant service as always
Fantastic experience: Receptionists were very helpful when I phoned to book, booked me a nurse appointment for a dental review at my request. phoned me back straight away to ask if pet was in pain then I should see vet not nurse and organised appointment for the same time. Saw a vet I hadn't seen before Katia - cannot praise her enough. So helpful, so understanding and really showed she cared for my cat and did everything she could to help me get an urgent follow on and answer all my questions and concerns. Exactly what I needed when I was worried about my cat.
Fantastic experience: Appointment was quick to get and help with Bruce's eye and treatment was great vet and receptionist always helpful and professional
Fantastic experience: Had pets all my life, never seen separate waiting areas for cats and dogs. Everything was fully explained before and after my cats operation. A call 24hrs after his op to check on him. Reminders for appointment, overall the best vet I've ever visited. Both for service and price.
Negative experience: Very rude Vet who saw my cat. Was getting agitated and angry because the cat was distressed. Didn't help the situation one bit. Zero advice or help from the front desk, and charge extra if you have pet insurance. They'll only give you advice if you book an appointment to charge you £50. Very disappointed with my experience with them and will be signing up to another vet immediately. Horrible place.
Negative experience: Took my dog in for a check up and was told by one of the vets that he would need a full extraction of ALL of his teeth which I thought was quite worrying. My dog is a small Chihuahua Poodle cross and was also having issues with his back legs which I asked the vet to check and she responded with “oh it’s because he’s a small dog they are drama queens”. I was shocked to say the least. After this I decided to move to the birstall branch and asked the vets to check him over who said he may need a few teeth extractions but will try Save as many as possible. After his operation my dog came out with the majority of his teeth still in. If I had not have taken him to Birstall they would have ended up taking all of his teeth out at Bramley which clearly was not needed !!! So glad I decided to move

Fantastic experience: Vets4Pets Bramley were just brilliant in helping me locate the home details for a little cat that had taken up residence in our garden, meaning that we were able to reunite her with her owners. The nurse, sorry I didn't get her name, was incredibly helpful. Excellent service!
Fantastic experience: Been looking after my little Boy Alfie since he was 12 weeks old he's almost 11 now. So highly recommended. Always doing their best to look after him. Today I took Alfie who has got Conjunctivitis in his eye. Lovely female Vet so happy and caring. As always Thank you very much. And Alfie-Woof -Woof Nelson says Woof Woof and sorry for being a grumpy old man ❤️❤️❤️
Lovely feedback Dawn, glad we could give 5/5
