Fantastic experience: I went with my dog ​​Rafi to Dr. Rossario and I was very satisfied! he is a doctor very dedicated to his profession and his love for animals can be seen from the first moment you enter the office!

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend Rossario he’s an amazing vet,he is very caring with animals and takes the time to clearly explain the problem and the treatment. You can really see that he loves what he does and truly cares about the pets. I took my dogs Chilli and Lucy, and they were treated with so much kindness. I’ve had my dog with them for 8 years and they have always been amazing x

Fantastic experience: ​I have been here a few times with my puppy, the doctor Rosario is very friendly and highly professional, and the nurses and staff are all very welcoming and expert at what they do. I highly recommend them 100%!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a veterinary clinic that truly treats your pets like family, look no further than Carmel Vets. We cannot recommend Dr. Rosario highly enough. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly professional and attentive. What stands out most is the genuine care and consistency he provides; he takes care of our puppies all the time with such patience and expertise. Whether it's a routine check-up or a more specific concern, Dr. Rosario always takes the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring our pups are healthy and we are well-informed. It is such a relief to have a vet we can trust completely.

Fantastic experience: I take my dog Milo here and they are just amazing. The vet Rossario is very caring with him and always makes us feel comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Reception not helpful at all drove 15 miles for prescription to be told it’s been put back lack of communication simple text or email works

Negative experience: I recently visited your practice with my dog and was disappointed with the consultation. The vet seemed uncomfortable handling my dog. Despite paying £66 for the consultation and examination, no treatment or advice was provided. I felt I had to assist throughout, yet left without any clear outcome. I would not recommend this vet.

Fantastic experience: Carmel Vets Fallings Park is a lovely vets they are friendly and helpful and very polite I would certainly recommend Carmel's. The consultant was very informative and friendly. The only downside was that I wasn't informed of the cost during the consultation

Fantastic experience: Carmel gets is an amazing vet we used to bring our cat here who unfortunately passed and once we told Tyem after they sent us a card and flower seed to spread on his grave they are really a great vet and always help thank you

Fantastic experience: Mr Rosario Giorgianni known as "Ross" is the Best Vet I have ever come across in the 26 years at Fallings Park I have been a Client. He is compassionate caring, knowledgeable, patient and professional. The receptionists tell me, after forcing them through encouragement, that he is just a temporary Locum. You really should make him permanent before you lose him, and other Clients to a rival practice. He is exactly what Carmel Vets Clients need!

Negative experience: Not very friendly, respectful or caring! Firstly wasn’t made aware of what I was paying for and how much it would be, I was under the impression of going for an £80 checkup up, ended up paying £115 for restart vaccination. Vet wasn’t very nice, forced and dropped my cat out the carry box as she was scared, handled her without any care forced her down and before I knew what was happening needle was jabbed in her shoulders. And then was told at the end what I had done and how much it will be. I’m no longer gonna go here again I will find somewhere else as I am not happy with this!

Fantastic experience: Excellent care from Vet Alex dealing with my elderly border collie Barney who needed emergency treatment for fly strike. Vet spent about an hour caring for Barney and reassuring him for this painful episode. Barney made a rapid recovery. The only issue was the vet was a locum .

Negative experience: Very rude lady who answers phone wants to learn some manners

Fantastic experience: Fantastic vets. The vet was wonderful. Lovely man. Put our minds at rest about our worries for our little dog Teddy. We’ll always take him to carmels, 100% trust them with our little boy. Reception staff also very friendly and lovely.

Fantastic experience: Have seen Dr Rosario for my cat and he's been exceptionally good at advising on what to do with the problem at hand.

Positive experience: Have always used this vets and found them very good, now you can never get through on the phones, and although they say you can book appointment on line good luck! I just want to ring someone as before please and book an apoointment and get help.Maybe a sign of the times.

Fantastic experience: I have read some things about this practise and have seen a bug change over the past few months. Ross is a brilliant vet and is very attentive to the animals and customer. It was lovely that he remembered us from a visit a few months ago. There has been alot of staff changes and I do think they have made a big difference to the practice. The reception looked and smelt cleaner than before. Very friendly receptionist ready with our appointment for next year! The nurse Helen very friendly and welcoming.

Negative experience: Unfortunately we have felt the need to leave Carmels after being a customer for 9 years. Their service has declined significantly over the last 12 months. Their communication is particularly poor and I am still waiting for a reply from a formal complaint which I made 6 weeks ago.

Fantastic experience: I have been traveling down to meet Dr Ross as he has experience with my dog breed that not many people have around here in the UK. And he’s done a wonderful job at giving an appropriate treatment.

Negative experience: The vet Ross is very nice,problem is the receptionist attitude problems,also they never answer phones had to drive to them to ask questions frustrating is understated,when you ask about products they don't know where they are

Fantastic experience: I brought my parents’ 12-year-old cat, Innapente, to see Dr. Ros for a blood test and referral, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care we received. From start to finish, Dr. Ros was kind, polite, and incredibly professional. He clearly explained all the possible options to us, always making sure we understood each step and what it meant for Innapente’s health. What really stood out was how knowledgeable he was—not only in terms of clinical care, but also in how he communicated complex information in a calm, clear, and compassionate way. Dr. Ros also made sure we had a full understanding of costs by providing clear estimates for every option, which helped us make informed decisions without pressure. He even used simple drawings and analogies (Amazon-level graphics!) to help my parents understand what was going on—which made a huge difference. Genuinely grateful for such a thorough, honest, and reassuring experience. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: We have always received high quality treatment and high quality service. Rosario is fantastic, very understanding and explains things well.

Positive experience: I have used Carmels for over 20 years and have always been very happy with the service provided but the last few years I have felt that they have lost the lovely personal touch they always provided, recently it has been a real struggle to get in contact with them as when phoning nobody answers

Negative experience: Gave out the personal data of a different customer to me then tried to blame me for the data breach and were completlet dismissive about the seriousness of this issue.

Negative experience: My dog was booked in for health check and injections,the vet who I could not understand just rubbed his hands over her body and said she has got some warts on her body never checked her eyes,ears and did not take her temperature in there for 5 minutes at a cost of £71 what a rip off what is going on will not be going there again. I will be taking this further.

Positive experience: Very pricey !! We had a £61 vet consultation followed by some pain relief which they charged us £34 for but later found exactly the same medication on line for just over £3 , staff were very friendly

Fantastic experience: I had to put my cat to sleep they were very personal and explained everything. My cat was 19, so had lived a full life. They gave me time with her and gave me my space to day goodbye

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately my partner had to say goodbye to his 17 year old cat. We were both treated with kindness and compassion and my partner was given time to say goodbye. Although we didn't choose to get him cremated. We were given a paw print, some of his fur and a little note. He had been treated mostly at Jeffcock Road. And we would like to thank all those for the care Mr P received.

Fantastic experience: Been to carmel vets today for the first time. The staff on reception were lovely very friendly and chatty. I've been taking bonnie to other vets for years with the same problem and never really had a solution. The vet at carmel straight away put her on an allergy medication. Don't understand why this couldn't have been suggested before at old vets. Thanks for your help and we shall see you again with the rest of my animals. And a big thanks to simone like another review my bonnie is a bit shy . Simone was very patient and kind to bonnie that's a priority for me again thanks.

Our experience has left me questioning the competence and integrity of this practice. On June 25th, 2024, my husband brought our injured kitten to Carmel Vets, trusting that he would receive the best possible care. Instead, what followed was a series of questionable decisions and lacklustre communication. Despite the vet's insistence on immobilizing Little Wolf's paw and administering pain relief, he managed to remove the bandage and appeared to walk without any issue shortly after we got home. This stark contradiction to the vet's assessment was deeply concerning. My husband’s attempt to seek clarification and ensure my kitten's well-being was met with an alarming lack of urgency and empathy. They told we had to wait until Thursday to discuss the matter with the treating vets due to their shift patterns. Meanwhile, Amanda Finch, the Operations Support Manager, had the audacity to imply that I had neglected my kitten's care by not immediately contacting them when the bandage came off, despite our prompt efforts to address the situation. The suggestion that we should incur additional charges to verify whether the pain relief injection was administered correctly is outrageous. This incident has severely shaken our trust in Carmel Vets. As responsible pet owners with multiple pets enrolled in their plans, we expected a higher standard of care and transparency. Instead, we were invited to leave their practice and search for another vet centre. Considering the way they treat human clients and their little pets, it is obvious we are leaving their clinic as it is unworthy and impossible to trust. We are beyond dissatisfied with how our concerns were handled and the apparent disregard for Little Wolf's welfare and us, the human clients who pay for their services. We urge other pet owners to reconsider their choice of veterinary practice and think twice before trusting Carmel Vets with their beloved pets.

Fantastic experience: I had heard that dogs could be given human heart pacemakers at the end of the human life but had no idea if this was true so I enquired at Carmel Vets. The Staff were very polite and made enquiries of the head surgeon. It turned out that this is so and the hospital or whoever removes it, keep it to one side and if a dog needs it the vet can take it and save the dog's life.

Fantastic experience: Would like to say massive thank you to the staff over at Carmel Vets! Had a very unexpected email recently saying that one of my cats that had been missing for over 3 years has been checked into Carmel Vets, Someone tried to get him microchipped but because he had already been chipped Carmel traced him back to me! Honestly I thought that he had either passed or had been pinched. Was overwhelmed when I found this as out and genuinely didn't know how to respond so I apologise to the person I spoke to on the phone! Thank you! :)

We thought we would bring our oldly dog here for a check up on her back legs.. the veterinarian who saw us was amazing he explained very well with what her problems could be. He gave us medication to try and help her. The veterinarian made me feel at ease and you can tell he didn't just want the money. He seemed very Caring. I will 100% recommend anyone to visit you guys. Fantastic experience: Fantastic vets they were very good in dematting my cat even though Charm was growling etc, i'm glad i took her here the staff are very understanding and explain everything clearly. I'm pleased to say when Charm got home she was happy again, had a bit of food and is now back to herself wanting cuddles and petting. Thankyou for doing an amazing job with her.

Negative experience: Came to Carmel vets with my cat in february march and April checked my cat said e everything was good my cat stopped eating came in may 11.5.23 checked him told me he had heart failure sent me to George's vet in wolverhampton did s an and blood told me he had cancer a golf size tumor I the liver that was spread to stomach a d lungs he came home and did not eat again and was I shock and was put down on 21.05.23 Carmel Vets could of done better

Fantastic experience: Absolutely lovely staff here, can tell how much they care for animals, I found a hedgehog today in my garden it appeared injured although im not sure, poor little thing was wobbling trying to walk, put some garden gloves on and picked it up and put it in a box with a bit of straw, took it here, the staff were a godsend absolutely no problem they took the hedgehog such welcoming happy staff Thankyou so much!

Fantastic experience: Excellent vets. I have been taking my hamsters here for many years. It can be difficult to find a vet who has experience with hamsters, but Lisa is very knowledgeable of rodents. Lisa recently removed a lump from my tiny Russian Dwarf's side and she has recovered really well. Daisy had regular check-ups with the veterinary nurses after her operation and they were all really friendly and caring. I would 100% recommend.

Negative experience: I am not happy about their service. They refusing to give a prescription or medicines to a pet! They are putting to risk my cat! They are not reliable not sincere people. One of my cats is in continues pain because of them. The other has medicines for life but they doesn't want to give them without seeing her. I have spend all my money there and have nothing back. No compassion at all!!! Don't go there. Not recommended. They don't care about your pet, they care about money!!!!

Fantastic experience: My beautiful dog Bella has a long standing problem. Unfortunately the vet that found a treatment that works for her retired and it is worrying that a new vet won’t t understand. I had to take her as her symptoms had got worse and I found a very caring vet who provided me with options. She however listened to what I know works for her and has hopefully got her on the road to recovery. Thank you Carmel

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit within this veterinary practice, my partner and I had to take our rat to get put to sleep, but the staff were so lovely and patient, not only providing care to our rat, but also to us. I am so thankful they made such an awful thing a good experience, accommodated us with little memorabilia: paw prints and tufts of fur, which I have never had a veterinary practice offer before, but i am forever grateful for. Thank you to all the staff who helped us!

Negative experience: The absolute worst, call yourself vets you have no emotional connection to animals, just about the money. The reception was utterly disgusting, before this vets was OK at a push. I genuinely hate these, avoid and try another. I hope you guys sleep well you horrible people

Fantastic experience: Carmel veterinary centre is clean, tidy and easy going thay tell you what is wrong with your pet and if it is possible will show a picture and explain how you can deal with it what a great place it is and the staff are great and friendly and happy to help you and chat with you
