Fantastic experience: Bianca and Alexandra have been amazing with treating my cat Fluffy who suffers with an eye condition. I can’t recommend Bianca enough for her empathy, how helpful she was and her care for Fluffy. Amazing girls!

Negative experience: Worst Vets I have ever been to. They only care for your money, and because of this they keep your pet suffering for longer. Do not go here. My angel kept suffering because they were either on annual leave or wanted even more money. Sad sad practise.

Our family dog had to have an operation and Jamie explained everything to us and was really helpful with the aftercare advice. He is a credit to the practice and his customer service was exceptional Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: The staff at this vets are very helpful easy to talk to about the best way to care for our dog. When I had to go in hospital they helped with his medication as I could not walk that far and let me take them home so I could give them to our dog. Thanks a lot xx

Fantastic experience: When I brought my dog here, it had been because of an absolute emergency, a kind lady had brought us both here out of the kindness of her heart. The Vet who saw my dog did so instantly and with kindness, spoke to me like an actual person and charged me a fair price for helping my Emily. I cannot thank the angels who work here enough. My Emily seems to have made a full recovery through their quick action in a time I thought she was lost. Its to my shame that i do not know the name of the gentleman that looked after her, but I thank you with all of my heart. I cannot reccomend this place, or the people inside enough. If i could leave my reccomendation as a plaque on my home, then i would. Thank you.

Negative experience: They will always try to make you bring your pet, even for basic advice. I was speaking to the lady at reception that my cat needs other flea treatment , when one of the doctors/nurses approached her and whispered in her ears: tell him to bring the cat for a consultation. So they can charge more. Other time I went there as my cat had some grass in her respiratory system and was sneezing constantly. I brought the cat immediately to the vets and they took the cat in the back and come back after 5 minutes and said that there is nothing inside her respiratory system and i can go home, after they charge me a lot of money because it was an emergency visit, without prior booking. As soon as i get home my cat sneezes a big piece of grass I and I managed to pull out the rest myself.

Fantastic experience: They now have a small cat area which is handy for nervous cats, and the vets are always lovely with my cat Reggie (even when he's put on 0.4kg since last weigh in! )

Fantastic experience: The staff are so gentle, competent and kind. My cat is very anxious and nervous about going to the vet's and they always manage to put her at ease, especially Kate! The waiting area can be a bit stressful if it's full and there are dogs barking but this can't really be helped.

Negative experience: Had my cat registered here for 6 years. Mark at this practice has a serious attitude issue. Everything else was fine but still would not recommend. Moved over to another vets.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant advice about supporting my dog's mental health today from Katie, alongside giving him his usual annual vaccinations. I cannot fault this veterinary practice they are by far and away the best I have come across in over forty-five years of animal guardianship.

Negative experience: Called up for an emergency appointment and when saying my cat wasn’t registered there receptionist replied with “oh great I love taking other practices patients”. I never bothered taking my cat in after that, I went to Connaught house round the corner. Much better service

Negative experience: I went in with a very injured malnourished baby cat and they told me to put back in the streets in the snow and rain. Appalled by there actions?!?!??

Positive experience: Have been with vets for pets Wolverhampton for over 5 years. Great vets and really supportive. Professional service with a family feel to it.

Fantastic experience: After thinking for some time of change vets, visted Vets for Pets for the first time, and was sold. Very clean,well organised, and great interaction with our dog. The nurses were even singing to her to keep her calm when taking blood Have learnt more about our bred of dog in 2 vists, than in 2 years of going our other vet. Thanks, Kate and the team.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant practice. Reasonably priced and so caring to both Pets and owners. Such care after the death of my beloved dog , Loki. Even received a bereavement card, expressing sorrow for my loss.

Fantastic experience: absolutely LOVE this branch! The staff are amazing, they have gone above and beyond every time it was needed, always been there for any advice, and they are all so so friendly each time I visit! They have made my (very scared) cat feel super safe with each visit, and treat her with gentle care each and every time- she doesn’t even flinch at needles anymore. Big shoutout to Sandra and Kate, they have been absolutely amazing the last three years i’ve been coming here and always have the loveliest experiences with them! Kate has always been spot on with my cat’s health issues and has always been super helpful even when i’ve asked silly questions! Even when i’ve been stuck and unable to collect meds, Sandra offered to post them out to me on her own time, and has made life so so much easier. Big appreciation to all the staff at this branch, it can be hard working in medical care and yet they still are radiant with kindness all the time. and a big big thank u to the lovely vet who administered chai’s vaccine today! Thank you so much Captain Chai loves u all!

Positive experience: The vets is really clean, I like the section for cat slaves. It is sectioned off so that cats are not with the dogs. The vets are friendly and knowledgeable. It can be expensive if something is seriously wrong.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend for small animals. We took our rabbit twice within 24 hours to visit this vet, all they were interested in was making money out of the visit. In hindsight it was obvious our bun had GI stasis, this wasn’t diagnosed and the vet (Kate) instead recommended an emergency operation to grind down our bun’s teeth which was to cost over £200. Our bun became so critically ill that it was obvious he couldn’t have an op so we took him back. The vet was incredulous that we didn’t take her advice and our bunny died that day. Please don’t take your small animals to this vet, instead question your vet on their small/exotic pet experience. We were so sad to lose our bunny and we might have saved him with better advice

Fantastic experience: The staff are extremely friendly, very welcoming and I would not go anywhere else. Receptionist are all delightful and get to know you and your animals. The vets are very knowledgeable and very patient with a first time owner. Monthly pet plans are so reasonable, clearly explained and make everything so easy. Honestly couldn't recommend enough. They've done so much for my pup and she adored them as much as I do

Negative experience: The absolute worst place to take your vet. First consultation, absolutely no help and the medication made our cat worse. Took him back the next day, demanded we pay £300 to put the cat on a drip or put him down the next morning, scaring us by saying that it’ll be dead by the morning. This is after telling us on a call that they offer payment plans, but when we arrived, they acted as if they never said it. Clearly upset at their demands to put him down, we arranged for a second opinion and realise he’s on the mend and just needed some TLC. Would never take my pet here again. Just another chain that wants to make money

Fantastic experience: That have saved my dogs life she was attacked by a bigger dog when she was on her walk I had to rush her in and they had to operate on her but she is back to her old self again

Fantastic experience: Very nice and helpfull staff. My dog had a poo incident but the doctor was very kind didn't made a problem about it.Also I was provided all the information needed so I can travel with my dog without problems.

Positive experience: Very expensive, then again I suppose all vets are, they can just charge whatever they want and we as pet owners have no choice but to pay.

Negative experience: Great for worm and flea treatment and general chitchat. Took our critically ill dog in only to hear “it’s common virus, call back in 24”. Luckily we went for the second opinion and she was put on antibiotics and has been hospitalised for 2 days. If we followed their advice, she wouldn’t make it. Apart from reluctance to perform any tests, they weren’t pleased with us undermining their opinion and reaching out for help elsewhere. Very unprofessional. If you’re hopeful that your pet won’t ever need vet’s urgent attention, this is the right place. Absolutely disappointing and disgusting as after being with them for 2 years we were left alone in hopeless situation.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, one of my pet rats were dying of a brain tumour, and suffered from a severe seizure that symbolised the end of his life. I rang the vets ASAP to book him an appointment as I didn’t want his death to be prolonged unnecessarily. It was my first time using these vets and so he had to be registered first. I was given an appointment 1:15 minutes after I even made the phone call! 10 minutes before the appointment, he suffered an awful seizure and I knew he wouldn’t make the trip there. I rang the vets straight away and the woman stayed on the line with me while my rat passed away in my arms. 4 days later, I had a card posted to my address. They had hand written a card to apologise for the loss of my pet. I had never even stepped foot nor attended that appointment and they still made that effort. I’ll always remember that! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Very nice happy staff, I don't understand English and the staff talked nice and slowly to me so I could understand. They deserve all the 5 stars :) my sphinx Loki is very happy to have such lovely and supportive nurses.

Fantastic experience: My poor kitty didn't deliver naturally , I posted on the vets website at 6am that morning at 8:30am I got a call and had to take Kitty immediately which ended in surgery . They treated her very nicely and saved her two little babies is❤️ we are very grateful for the professional care

Negative experience: Very rude reception staff. Interrupt when you speak, both over the phone and in person. Very unprofessional manner on all 3 occasions I have spoken with them. Vets are lovely however.

Positive experience: Receptionist on first interaction via telephone we're great, really helpful however when i acted on instruction to visit the vets and register my health plan for my dog the receptionist who dealt with me in the clinic was very rude, all i kept getting told was you can ask the vet when you see them, not attempting to help or answer my questions which were simple questions about the vaccines and health plan, to then be told it takes a long time to register for the health plan so you'll be waiting a REALLY long time to get it set up, what kind of service is that. Felt like i was disturbing her from doing something else, the attitude and faces i was getting took my breath away. Even the other receptionist had to intervene to help answer my questions as the other receptionist wasnt answering anything. This this has left a really bad impression of the vets. When i called to cancel my puppys vaccination, no interest on the reason i wasn't continuing my business with them when i asked them to remove my details, maybe she was just having a bad day however this was just not acceptable.

Negative experience: Took my English bulldog to have his ears checked & annual booster, I told them he gets upset when they check his ears, so they told me, they will take him in the back, 5 minutes later I could hear him choking so I stormed into the back where one person was keeping guard, 2 people was round my dog and the 4th person had his lead in another room with the door shut choking my dog up the door, I couldn't believe my eyes, I grabbed the lead off them, my dog collapsed choking and foam coming out his mouth. Absolutely fuming, avoid this place people, my bulldog is only 14 months old.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly service all round, seen quickly, very friendly and calm environment, my dog enjoys his visits, good value for money and a very helpful welcoming receptionists!

You really do feel as though yours is the only pet in the world :) they’re transparent when it comes to costs and benefits of packages. Despite the fact you currently have to wait outside due to COVID, they always make sure you’re attended promptly and check in with you. I actually can’t wait to be allowed in to join both my my kitties during their visits, I almost feel like I’m missing out, hehe

She was thorough, helpful and friendly and I didn't feel rushed like I have done at some practices. Overall I don't think my visit could have been better and therefore gave a Highly Satisfied rating.

Fantastic experience: So so pleased I ended up moving our posse of five Westies to Vets4Pets from St. Georges. The prices are reasonable, the vets actually love animals and it's easy to get to. Brought our dogs in to have their annual check ups and were put at ease while they were examined. Can't recommend enough - especially if you've had terrible service elsewhere!

Kate is my ‘go to’ vet who has the most caring and compassionate approach to both my pets and myself. Couldn’t ask for a kinder, sweet person to put me and my babies at ease. Negative experience: Awful place which I won’t be ever going again, I pre warned my gsd was people and dog reactive prior to visiting and when I got there when she reacted the nurse told me she could bite a child, we not long moved house and my girl had her first season so had a lot of stress then to top it of they gave me the wrong dogs medication

Fantastic experience: Took in a stray cat that needed a lot of help. Excellent service with realistic options were offered with a touch of kindness. Feel like they care too, recommend them highly. Had to take the same cat for putting down, they were very compassionate about the reality of the situation and empathised as much as possible. Keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: The staff were caring and friendly, all of my concerns were listened to and time was spent to listen to me. As my pet had pre existing issues time was taken to understand what had happened and what my options were.

Negative experience: If I could give a minus score or zero I would!! I only visited this practice once it seemed ok. However it’s Appalling! If you want your personal information shared to others over the phone without your knowledge and permission then this is the practice for you Data protection obviously doesn’t exist in this practice… In fact they have no conception of the damage they have done. There was no face to face apology, no concern about how it violated my privacy. I got a letter via email once I’d pursued it through Vets4Pets head office. I hope this makes you think twice you before you use them! You can’t trust them with your private information or any private conversations you have had with them. They pass this information on without thought.. Loose lips sink ships!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service of the highest standards, and always very nice and polite STAFF. They are always very helpful and supportive when it comes to the treatment of your pets. And the pricing is excellent too. Definitely well worth going if, as and when you need to. Definitely well worth the 5 STARS.
