Negative experience: AWFUL. Staff are so so so rude especially the receptionist. On my visit there was poo bags full of poo just sitting on the chairs whilst the receptionists are just sitting there. Overpriced is an understatement. They are taking advantage on people in vulnerable situations. This vets should honestly be closed

Fantastic experience: This is our 4th pet we have taken here .Amazing staff , go out of their way to ensure your pet is comfortable and cared for . They were reassuring to our pets and to us especially and made sure we were well informed on all procedures etc .There is no hidden or unnecessary costs and they are very transparent about pricing and what's necessary for your pets health rather than trying to sell you on everything like other vet practices. Genuinely care for your pet , even help us clean our cat when she panic poos on arrival !

Positive experience: 20 min spent their yesterday 18th Nov, with my dog's poorly eye cost me £200-27p recieved medication which i could have brought off the internet for £40 . I understand they have to make a profit , but left their feeling they had really had my pants down.

Negative experience: I employ you don't use this practice,there expensive,and they took bloods from my Matilda,...wasn't happy took her somewhere else only to find lots of problems through blood tests,now she's dead,easipet is a money making racket with very bad so called English speaking vet who you can't understand,iv been informed by lots of your customers there very dissatisfied with your service,but mainly your prices ,I was charged £64 for 2 packets of vitamins,PLEASE GO TO HIGHFIELDS VETS AT LITTLEOVER,ALL ENGLISH SPEAKING GIRLS,WHO CARE,AND CONSULTING FEE IS £42

Negative experience: They rang to tell me my stolen dog was there it takes me 45 mins before I get there they have given yhe dog to thenperson who had stolen it as she showed a photo! Yet I've registered them as stolen plus they are registered to me! absolutely disgusting and now I've not got my dog so upset

Fantastic experience: Fairly easy to get appointment vets helpful and good with our dog he seems happy when he visits there and staff friendly

Negative experience: Terrible service; they only work to extract more money from clients. I've been there twice with a kitten with the same problem, and the doctor told me to call him back in a week. When I called, the receptionist didn't even want to inform the doctor about my call, saying I needed an appointment. Are you kidding? I've already paid £59 for an appointment twice, and the same problem. The doctor said to call, but reception has its own rules. The medications are terribly expensive: an antibiotic costs £69, while online costs £9.90. I've been using it for 7 years, but now I'm forced to go to another vet.

Negative experience: I was sent by this company to the out of hours vets. When I had to request more medication from this, the vets I was registered with, they told me they couldn't do that because my dog hadn't been seen by their vet. So I paid over £200 for the out of hours consultation, to be told I needed to pay yet another consultation for the same condition? I know they said make an appointment in two weeks time, but this seemed like a rip off in the interim period. Surely there is a button that the out of hours vets presses to let your vet know what has been said and prescribed. If not, why not? Do you not keep informed between the out of hours vets and your own vets. I then got told it's the same as human care, which is great because the hospital sends their findings forward to the doctor. Needless to say this felt like a scam. So I asked them if they had sent my dogs records to the other vet to be told it wasn't worth it there were barely any records there. Bearing in mind I still can't get medication from either vet at the minute this did not go well on the phone. I will be transferring all of my pets from this practice because it is a joke. Even when I said fine I will bring him in for an appointment then, it was nearest date Tuesday, so four days without medication and the issue gets worse and I pay even more? I don't think so. Either this is a miscommunication or I have no idea. I only gave this vet a one star review because the vets themselves are usually lovely, but the people who they work for have some strange ideas if they aren't communicating with the outcome of hours vets they refer you. Alternatively if that is not the case why isn't the outcome of hours vets findings competent enough to be believed when you were happy enough to send me there in the first place. I want to do right by my dog of course I do, but I don't want to be ripped off in the process.

Fantastic experience: Girls on the desk are friendlier than the vets but don’t let this put you off! Excellent service to my five dogs.

Negative experience: Been her twice with our cat and my partner had been a couple of times without me . Wasn't impressed with the vets, Expensive, clueless and lack any compassion ! Your pets(family) deserve better than this place. Wish I could give this review no stars !

Negative experience: I was really disappointed with my recent visit. I was charged £59 consultation fee, yet the clinician only spent around 3–4 minutes with my cat and seemed rushed. On top of that, I was charged £41 for eye drops, which I later found online for just £10. I completely understand that vet care has costs, but this felt very unfair and left me feeling ripped off. Transparency and proper time spent with patients would make a huge difference.

Negative experience: Terrible service, when ever we go there it it seems the staff have no idea what's going on, we was 4 minutes late for our appointment and was told because the vet has a complicated case so we are going to have to rebook after driving an hour. Do not take your pet here its a nightmare ‍♂️

Negative experience: Rude and unprofessional staff and vets with a couldn't care less attitude. Hannah the client manager likes to run her mouth on a power trip to paying customers. I observed her being rude to other staff and overheard her talking rudely about me behind the glass doors to other work colleagues. She can manage clients ok.......straight out the door. I immediately removed my pet and registered with another vet the very next day. I do not pay my good money for services to receive such poor treatment.

Fantastic experience: Having been customers in the past, we were already aware of the extremely high standard of care. Having moved back into the area, it was easy to update our details and add our new fur babies. Nothing is a problem - rang same day got an appointment and received excellent veterinary care and customer service - everyone is friendly and they genuinely care about our furry friends! Can highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Went for my dogs vaccination on Friday 30\May at 11am and the lady student vet / nurse (Emma if I recall) was the first vet at the surgery that actually interacted with my dog Ghost. She was fabulous with him, even though he is a very large X breed who does not like jabs. She had never met him before. Because she had put him at ease it made the whole process a lot less stressful than all the other times we had been. Some of the vets at the surgery I do not find as interactive with my dog they just want to get the job done quickly. Sorry this lady is leaving..But all the best for the future.

Negative experience: 1 mint consultation and eyes drop 106 pounds which you can buy for 8 pounds, they charged me 46 pounds, it's chloramphenicol eyes drop, check online price, they totally still my money.

Negative experience: I took my 12 week old puppy in here as this is her vet's she was screaming in pain the vet there didn't seem to care what was going on she sauntered around with not a care in the world she then told me to go home. After a few hours they called me back in to tell me to either put her to sleep or take her to another vet's luckily I went back to scarsdale vet's who were amazing as always. This practice has decided to charge me £560 to do nothing but distress me and my dog. She is fine now and at home with me thank good for scarsdale vet's

Negative experience: absolute useless customer service, numerous problems over varies visits I could of left a 1 star review for but they change my appointment to another city then when I called I was told it was sorted and they would call me back to confirm it was all good and this is on day before appointment. they called and line went dead, I then called back and they didn't answer. They never left a voicemail then I assume everything is fine for them not to leave a message so on day of booking I take time off from work to find out my appointment was never on the system! Joke of a company

Positive experience: The appointment was made on time and the vet was very quick to do the annual injection in less than 10 minutes. Thank you.

Negative experience: Really excellent care. Highly recommended. Until yesterday, sadly. I've edited this after yesterday's experience. I've previously been happy with Easipetcares care of my dogs. The phone message states in an emergency, hang up and come straight down. 4pm yesterday my dog was suddenly unable to weight bear and was in distress. The practice is open till 6pm. I rang just after 4 to warn them we would be on our way shortly to be told there's no vet on duty. Had I gone straight down they wouldn't have been able to help. Luckily another local vet went above and beyond to help us . If the phone instruction is to go straight down in an emergency, then there should be a vet on duty until close of business.

Negative experience: Had to have our Staffie put to sleep by these. Peppa was put to sleep on Thursday 24th of August. Phoned them on the 25th to say we wanted her cremated and we're now on September the 29th and she's still not back with us. Absolute joke. When we eventually get Peppa back we would never sset foot in the place again.

Positive experience: Excellent reception staff, very competitive price,had my cat spayed there,£46 Inc pain killer.Very happy customer. VERY expensive quote to put my small 8kg elderly dog to sleep/ cremate, had to go elsewhere : (

Negative experience: We have had several cats registered and treated with these vets and apart from one minor niggle which we did complain about we were satisfied. However that all changed last Friday, our youngest cat fell ill and deteriorated fast, because we hadn't registered her they were not interested in seeing her, they (a vet, not a receptionist) didn't even look at her. Consequently, we couldn't get her in at another vet until Monday morning, she was in such a state that the vet who saw her was shocked, and blood tests told us she had renal failure, how could you, Easipetcare let a small cat suffer? You didn't even look at her. She needed urgent treatment to end her suffering. We will not be bringing any of our other cats back for treatment here, what's more, we have heard similar stories from friends who have been let down. We have now found a lovely Veterinary practice elsewhere and all our cats are now registered with them.

Negative experience: Well don't know where to start with this review, my sister's dog has been really poorly. The vet did see him over 2 weeks ago after struggling to get an appointment with them. They gave him antibiotics but don't know what for he was struggling to breathe after a week's time she contacted them again to say he got worse and all they said there wasn't a vet on site they told her to contact there sister vet at white cross whitch she did and they said couldn't find anything wrong with him. Well my sister contacted easipets again yesterday to say he was really poorly and needs to see a vet and they said they can't give him appointment. So she's rang a vet's in Ashbourne and now it turns out he might have tumors or pneumonia he can't breathe properly and bringing loads of thick foamy stuff up . I'm absolutely disgusted in easipets as he might not survive. He's had blood test with new vet's so got to wait and see what outcome is I'm with easipets myself but I will be changing vet's after this

Positive experience: Very busy on arrival but my arrival was still acknowledged. We were called in slightly late, almost 10 minutes, the vet knew we were there for vaccinations and was very patient with my dog as he’s really anxious at the vets. He remembered our last visit (a quote for teeth cleaning) answered all my questions/ concerns about it and booked us in for the procedure whilst in the consulting room. Really good service and care for the animals!

Negative experience: This practice has been ok in the past. But it seems now that they don't have any of their own vets. You can never make an appointment when your pet is poorly.

Fantastic experience: Cosmin is the best vet ever. Tia our elderly cat became diabetic and needed insulin twice a day. He gave us his time to explain everything. He did not rush any appointments we had with him and his care was not only about our cat but for us too. Sadly this week Tia reached end of life and after 15 years we are heartbroken the care she received to end her life was sympathetic and we had as much time with her as we wanted. We miss her so much ❤️ Picture taken 6 days before we lost her enjoying her garden and not a care in the world

Negative experience: Do not book in with this vet... Appointments that are confirmed still aren't booked .. pre paid for this amazing puppy pack? Think again the vet wrongly advises you of dates next jab is due just so they can re charge you for a whole fresh course when you are late. Totally unhelpful, no empathy, I'm now sat with an already half jabbed puppy who has to go through the whole course again and get charged again.. best part is there's no appointments for a week even though I have evidence one was booked for tomorrow I still done have one ... Laughable. Ask for a manager .. nowhere to be seen. I will be getting a full refund on the puppy pack and going elsewhere.

Negative experience: Shouldn’t even get 1 star the worst vets I’ve ever been to absolute rip-off of a vets booked in our puppy for his injections had his first one great told to book in four weeks later, for his second jab we have prof of this too as it’s in his card we then make a booking which again we have prof of to them be told there’s no booking and we are to late for his 2nd and to be told we’d have to start the whole course again and we’d have to to pay not only has it messed up our puppy and get safe and ready to go they what to rob us of more money when it’s totally their fault absolutely disgusting.

Fantastic experience: Amazing from reception and to both different vets with my cats, the knowledge of kitten feeding etc and compassion these people have. My puddy cats are in amazing hands for life. The advice they give is amazing. Best of all they give your puddy cat a snuggle to ensure them the vets isnt pad.xxxxxxxx

Negative experience: Usually have no issues but today of all days was so difficult. When I rang about my poorly Guinea pig told me to call pride vets as they don’t have a specialist . Called them who said they needed a referral. So called easipet again, was on hold for ages and then the woman didn’t know what she was doing so on hold some more . Then every time I went to talk, she spoke over me . Then told me to try at Leonard’s . Luckily they helped straight away . Had to have him put down so a rubbish day anyways and didn’t need all this added stress this morning on top

Negative experience: Went for my 2 dogs to have check up and claw trims. I had to explain what to do!! The vet had no idea what he was doing. Got the claws trimmed no problem but no heart check, weight check or anything unless I prompted it. Won't be going back again. On a previous visit they cut my dogs claws too low and 4 of them bled everywhere.

Negative experience: It is spacious and very clean vet ,separate for cats and dogs which is really good for pet owners when attend this vet . Only thing let me down as I found out the medicine they charged for my pet is actually £12 online delivered, which they charged me £44 on top of consultation fee. big let down

Fantastic experience: I've always had a really positive experience here. The staff are all lovely and really caring and the prices are very responsible. There's plenty of parking too which is always a bonus.

Negative experience: Shocking how much prices have gone up. I run a rescue for ferrets and its gone from £30 for a castration to £71 with them telling me its going up further. No help from them with costs despite being a regular client and have multiple animals to care for.

Negative experience: Reception staff absolutely lovely can't fault them. However the actual vet, didn't greet us by being friendly. He straight away told us to pick our dog up off the floor as it was her first jab. When I corrected him and said it wasn't her first jabs he didn't like that I corrected him. He barely looked over my dog health and I didn't see him listen to her heart. He wanted to get her jab done as quickly as possible and us out the door even quicker. I have never met a vet so rude and arrogant. Avoid at all costs

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, vets are friendly and down to earth. I've never felt rushed in my appointments and the bill is always reasonable. Fantastic vets, highly recommend! Update: Continued to use Easipetcare and stand by previous review, they are excellent. Today my cat was vomiting, they saw him within 2 hours gave great treatment for good value to. I love the new separated cat waiting area also, much less stressful for them.

Negative experience: No option for 0 rating. Horrified how a professional vet can keep telling you.your pregnant over dog is OK and he has know concerns. Scan taken 5 days ago defo 3 pups can be seen, I'm with vet he's pointing them.out to me. Original scan said defo 4, some times a pup can be hiding as they say. previously given 3 doses oxytocin to know result. Dog left several days . Finally c section. 1 deformed puppy had to be.put to sleep. Where are the other 3 puppies ? So much.more i could say. I'll keep away from.this place, lots of bad reports, deaths, negligence, missing puppies I could go on. Be care full folks

Negative experience: Would give 0 stars if I could. This vets shouldn’t be allowed to practice. neglected my pregnant pedigree dog, given incorrect drugs at wrong time, neglected and left with no c section until emergency. 3 puppies missing and 1 died. Reports not accurate and missing ultrasound. Since found out alot of other pets have been through similar cases of neglect which has resulted in animal deaths and also missing puppies of a similar pedigree breed. Avoid and save your babies.

Fantastic experience: I had only just registered my mum & dad's dog here as I was already registered for my own dog and was happy with the experience compared to what they were receiving at their previous vets. Unfortunately their dog didn't survive past a day with them due to his deteriorated health. The staff at easipetcare were exceptional- from the women who handled my calls to the male vets who handled our family dog with the upmost dignity. We are only sorry that we didn't register with you sooner. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Would not recommend these Vets, Had two bad experiences there. 1) Took my dog in for a skin complaint, ended up with 1/3 of my dogs side shaved off for no apparent reason and a £200 bill. 2) Waited over 2.5hrs only to ha a 2-3mins with the vet to tell me i need to make another appointment, and if that wasn't bad enough they tied to charge me for a consultation when they did nothing.

Fantastic experience: used easy pet care for many years. they neatured my 3 cats and my rottweiler and also performed surgery on him to remove a large growth. recently i took an injured rabbit i found that sadly had to be euthanised due to having advanced myximotosis. very friendly and caring service who i would not hesitate in recommending.

Negative experience: Should be no star so sorry (we do have a pet plan with this vets) .....I work in a customer service back ground and the surgeon Locum didn't lesson to what I was telling him but gave us medicine to the value of 90 pounds, 10 days later my husband took our dog back only to want to give us more medicine and charged us an extra consultant fee for the same thing, we are looking for a new veterinary practice nearer to home and that actually care for our dog

Fantastic experience: Always met by friendly staff who take an interest in their clients & owners. The vets also have time to answer questions & are sensitive towards the animals in their care. I recommend this conscientious practice who offer a good service & sound advice.

Fantastic experience: I choose this Vets even though I live 12 miles away, because, staff are always, professional, knowledgeable, understanding, welcoming, kind and helpful. I have a Pet Plan now, as it's very good value for the services you receive. It covers lots of aspects of care of my dog. Without the plan, I still thing they give value for the prices they charge, which I believe are competitive. I tell people all the time about them.

Negative experience: One of the worst places I have been. I regret that I exposed my pet to such a lot of stress. An appointment that was scheduled for 4 p.m. lasts until 5:30 p.m. the passerby was admitting patients who came for later visits. .when everyone was almost welcomed, people who came on an ongoing basis were accepted. I suspect that I was treated like that due to my origin. I do not recommend this veterinary ..

Fantastic experience: Our first visit was very good. The Vet quickly recognised the cause of the problem and applied the right treatment. We came without making an appointment because it was urgent and they saw my dog very quickly. The staff are friendly and the waiting room is big and convenient. There is a car park at the side and back of the building.

We took Nahla straight in and all the staff rallied around really quickly to get her fixed.Gave us some great advise on insurance. We have used Easipetcare for all our pets for number of years they have always been fair with pricing and the staff have always been great..Today they have been life savers.
