Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, convenient parking.

Fantastic experience: We went to Eaton Vets for a second opinion after taking our cat to our normal Pets at Home and not trusting the vet there (where it felt like they were trying to get us to pay as much as possible rather than doing what is best for the cat). Eaton have been the complete opposite. They've been kind, open, transparent and caring. They found a major issue the PaH vet had missed that could have led to his death if we followed their treatment advice. More expensive but absolutely worth it to have people who care about our pets first.

Fantastic experience: My cats have been registered to this vet surgery for 5 years and I cannot recommend them enough. Receptionists always very friendly and helpful. I’d like to personally thank Dr Finlayson who we had a recent annual appointment with - she was fab!

I am so glad that we chose this practice to look after our favourite family member as the whole practice are amazing. From booking appointments, advice for looking after our dog, treatments, the vets are excellent, really approachable, friendly and great with our boy. The practice is really clean and tidy. I can't recommend them highly enough.

George is constantly getting into scrapes and being a drama queen, and everyone at Eaton is so lovely, calm and efficient. The number of times they've had him in at no notice (including today!) is incredible and very appreciated. Knowing they are there makes stressful moments much easier. Thanks guys!

Negative experience: Joined the vets just over a year ago now and while I have nothing negative to say about their clinical veterinary practice, we have seen two separate vets who have expressed their own strong negative views on raw feeding which left us feeling uncomfortable and unsupported.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so friendly, reassuring and the vets and vet nurses are excellent with the animals- they're knowledgeable and obviously love their jobs!!

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy to have our cat and rabbit at Eaton Veterinary Practice. All of the staff from the reception team to the nurses and vets are fantastic. Everyone is really lovely! We've become a bit of a regular because our cat is having monthly solensia jabs, a decision we made after great advice in a consultation. Everyone is so caring and kind. Always do their best and offer you the best treatment options available.

Fantastic experience: Eaton is the best vets I've ever used. I have a young dog who can be anxious and excitable but everyone is so helpful, understanding and welcoming. They were incredibly good with dealing with his separation anxiety when I had to leave him in for neutering and made sure he was comforted and fussed over. (Random pic just because)

Fantastic experience: The only vet of around half a dozen in Norwich that could help my mum's boy. At 17 he went downhill very quickly, literally overnight. Other vets would let him suffer for 48 hours. Eaton found a space. They let us say good bye to him properly, giving us a room and time, sedating Ziggy to ease his pain. The only time I've been with a dog in its final minutes and it starts snoring. The staff were so caring, they could see how much he meant to us. I would absolutely recommend the team here and therefore this practice.

Fantastic experience: Eaton Vets was recommended by a friend and that recommendation has been well-founded. The vets, nurses and reception staff are knowledgable, caring and polite and I have never had any problems getting an appointment, even at short notice. Love the text reminders about repeat medication, the pro-activeness of the reception staff in phoning to check my dog's weight, to ensure a correct dose is prepared for collection. I have no hesitation in recommending Eaton Veterinary Practice - too many practices seem to be part of a larger organisation that seems to lose the caring side and the reason we changed our vet.

Always easy to get an appointment and the concern for your pet's well-being is amazing - late night follow up calls are routine. I'd never take my cats anywhere else.

Negative experience: Unfortunately puts profit over caring. I took in a wild hedgehog and although was told nothing about cost, was presented with a £50 bill as if it was a pet. Reception seemed surprised I wasn't told to expect to pay (I wasn't) and I understand this is a business but some warning or only charging for the medication would have been more reasonable. Of course I paid but I won't be returning (perhaps that's the intention). I always thought Vets were animal lovers, perhaps not all.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment, for which they accommodated with no issue. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, 'Smudgie' had to be put to sleep, but the empathy & care that was provided by the vet "Els", went above & beyond what was expected. I can think of no-one who would put the dignity, and care of your pets, above all else. Highly recommend for the care of your furry family members.
