Fantastic experience: Such lovely people from start to finish. Greeted happily and politely by reception staff, nurses going by smiled and said hello to our dog. The vet Joe, spent a great deal of time, listening to us, examining our dog and explaining his findings and thoughts in an easy to understand manner. We were very satisfied with the whole first visit to Rowe.

Negative experience: Bradley stoke - Kept my anxious dog in for a chest xray suspected pneumonia for 6 hours and didn't have time to do it. They charged me £300 for admitting her and them not having time!! When I was expecting to pay £1,000 you surely should be better service than that! I was told to bring her back next day but she had recovered anyway. Reception team are all friendly apart from nicky escoffey who has been rude to me several times. I have reported this practice to the CMA for over charging and unnecessary tests on my animals. They guilt you into agreeing just in case. But its a business and all they want is fees. So happy I have now found a vet that actually takes your phone calls and really cares!! Love Coppins vets wouldn't ever go back to Rowe even if they paid me.

Fantastic experience: When I got my hamster I thought it was worthwhile registering her at a vets as not every vet will deal with hamsters. Forward 18 months and our girl was very poorly (part old age/part tumour came when we suddenly found blood) so we rang at 11:30 at night for emergency vets and they said to come straight down. Thats when they found the lump and gave us the bad news. It cost £158 for consultation and meds and a scan, and keep in mind this is now midnight, I didnt mind paying for help with our girl. Another 2 weeks and she went rapidly downhill again so again we went back at midnight sent her for her forever sleep. All I can say is the vets were brilliant and very sympathetic at a time I was devastated. Very happy to recommend. Today we even got a lovely 'in sympathy' card is the post which was very unexpected.

Negative experience: I am heartbroken and extremely worried after my experience with this practice. Over the past year, myself, my partner, and my mum all raised concerns several times about a lump on my dog, Honey. Despite this, we have now been told that there are no records of a lump ever being mentioned and that none of the vets recall it — which feels like we are being told that three separate people all imagined these conversations. What makes this even harder to accept is that after Honey’s surgery, during the post-op phone call, the vet actually said to me: “It’s a good job your mum refused to take no for an answer THIS TIME and refused to leave without it being tested.” That wouldn’t make sense if this had been the first time we raised it. Sadly, the mass was confirmed to be cancer. We were told that had it been left untested for any longer, Honey would likely have had less than 12 months to live. I can’t put into words how frightening that is — we could easily have lost precious time with her if we hadn’t pushed so hard for this to be taken seriously. If something this critical can go unrecorded, it leaves me questioning what else might be missed. Our pets rely on accurate records and careful follow-up, and this experience has really shaken my trust. When I raised this as a complaint, I was told that the notes are what they are and that the vets’ recollections don’t support ours, leaving me with no real resolution other than to escalate to the central complaints team or RCVS. I am sharing this so that other pet owners are aware and can advocate strongly for their pets. Honey is part of our family — and this experience has been terrifying. Update - no Rowe, you haven't addressed anything. You basically told us to shut up and pay up! Don't think you can mislead people with your reply below

Fantastic experience: My staffie had to have a big op and the staff at rowe referals were amazing. They really showed they care about the animals in their care. We had only just arrived to take luna in and everyone who passed her to start work had to stop and make a fuss. I think it put luna at ease as she suffers from very bad anxiety. Definitely 5 star thanks all who are and have taken care of our baby .x

Fantastic experience: This is a superb practice. When you arrive everyone is very friendly and on further visits you are remembered and more importantly so is your pet’s name. The kindness of the staff to me when my late cat was in the hospital was second to none and when my dog had to be put to sleep in the pandemic everything was done to make it peaceful for her and bearable for me. My present cat is well looked after and I’m given good advice . Go there you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Lovely vetinary practice and lovely friendly welcoming staff and vets themselves also, it really does make all the difference when you have lovely staff and vets themselves who are friendly & very helpful and understands that you and your pets can feel stressed when visiting the vets but I find this vets really nice! They understand your pets can be anxious and nervous etc when they’re being seen for vet treatment, but all the staff and vets themselves are all very friendly and very helpful they just know that visiting the vets with your beloved pets can sometimes feel very overwhelming and your pets can feel very scared but on entering the vets reception the staff help to ease any stress on your pets and their owners! So everything runs smoothly like you hoped for, rowe vets in Bradley Stoke is near to where I live so it’s the ideal place to take my vets when needed, as I don’t drive myself and I rely on a family member to pop me up there which is only 5-10 mins away from home it makes it so much easier being very local to me, also I like the fact that they have everything on hand to care for your beloved pets including 24/7 emergency care and hospital in one place should god forbid you needed it in an emergency situation we all hope that are pets won’t need this, but it’s reassuring to know you have emergency care cover if it was ever needed and with overnight care provided if needed for your pets aswell as the usual clinic dept, I do wish thou that rowe vets would have their own pet insurance cover so all us pet owners can join their own pet care plan but I know at present they don’t do their own pet insurance cover policies which is a shame really as this would help pet owners to afford to manage the care costs that are involved when you need it most, it would be nice to see an affordable monthly policy cover that includes everything you need to cover to protect your beloved pets for life,

Negative experience: I've been using this practise for over 6 years now and I'm totally convinced the staff here get bonuses for how much money they can guilt you out of your animal. The number of times I've taken a guinea pig in for a check up and they find "something" and try and sell me an MRI scan for about £1000. I refused, and the guinea pig is still alive 5 years later. I was quoted £250 for an operation on a guinea pig, the vet phoned me to say it was quicker and easier than planned, and then charged me £550. Then after a guinea pig died they wanted to charge me £350 to have it cremated, so I found a lovely company called Companion Haven that vets send diceased animals to to be cremated... £50 Companion Haven charged. So they even claw as much profit as possible out of even your dead animal, as a sort of final tax. Vetenary practises like Rowe Vets are the reason there's so many animals that need rehoming, because nobody can afford the astronomical vet bills that these greedy practises charge. Disgustingly unethical.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the Rowe Cat Clinic today. My fur baby Minnie had to have a vacc and I was super impressed by Amy's professional manner! She didn't bother Minnie by getting her out of the cat basket, choosing instead to give her the vacc while she was safe inside. It worked really well, much less stress for this dear older cat!!! And huge thanks to Jo in Reception for always being so kind and helpful with patience to answer all of my questions!!! Xxx

Negative experience: Unfortunatley 1 star is the lowest rating i could give. if i could give a negative id say -2650 stars. thats the "final vet bill" These as a veterinary surgery should not even be in business and I would think the only reason they are is because how they RIP PEOPLE OFF..Our cat went to this TERRIBLE place !!!!!! We were told she had an infection but they CONVENIENTLY COULDNT TELL US HOW!!!!!! could never say what type of infection so they carried out all sorts of TESTS without even asking if we wanted to go ahead with any these TESTS !!!! THEN THEY CALL AND SAY THEY HAVE CARRIED OUT A SCAN FOR £675..........CRAZY CRAZY ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY SAY THE MAXIMUM THEY CHARGE IS APPROX £300 IF ITS AN EMERGENCY SCAN!!!!!!. After this scan they proceeded to tell us that our cats organs were all inflamed and there was a small amount of free fluid! which mysteriously disappeared. WE HAD A FEMALE VET CALLED NIKKI...' REMEMBER THAT NAME' !!!! CALLING US TELLING US OUR CAT ' WASNT EATING MUCH AND TEMPERATURE WAS SLIGHTLY UP & DOWN SO SHE FELT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO KEEP HER IN OVERNIGHT FOR APPROX £300-£400 !!!!!!! I THEN ASK HER ONCE SHE TOLD ME THAT OUR CATS TEMPERATURE WAS 38.7 BUT WANTED IT TO BE 38.2 BEFORE SHE COULD COME HOME!!! SO I ASK HER IF THIS WAS SERIOUS AND LIFE THREATENING AND SHE '' NO '' YOU CAN COLLECT HER AND GIVE HER THE MEDICATION PROVIDED SO WE PICKED HER UP SUNDAY 29TH JUNE 2025 AFTER 2 NIGHTS AND THESE ROBBERS WANT £2650 !!!!!!!!! AFTER LEAVING THE ONLY THING THEY SEEMED TO BE WORRIED ABOUT WAS THE TEMPERATURE, SUDDENLY ALL THE INFLAMED ORGANS DISAPPEARED AND SO DID THE FREE FLUID WHICH LOOKING AT THE REPORTS THEY SENT US ' VERY SMALL POCKET OF FREE FLUID NOTICED, FLEETING GLANCE NOT ABLE TO SEE AGAIN' HOWEVER THEY FAILED TO INFORM US THIS AND LED US ON THINKING THERE WAS FREE FLUID EVERYWHERE!!! "MISTAKINGLY" MISSING TO INFORM US ON THE FLEETING GLANCE PART. WE ARE NOT PAYING UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND WILL GO AS FAR AS IT TAKES TO SHOW HOW BAD THIS LOT REALLY ARE !!!!! " BANK ROBBERS IN DISGUISE " STAY AWAY AND DONT EVER USE !!!!! reading another one of the reviews im surprised we got the right pet back as ive seen other people be handed the wrong pet!!!

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Rowe Hospital. Where others wouldn’t help with a patient of ours that desperately needed a blood transfusion (but was not stable enough to transfer), Rowe helped us, supplying us with the blood we needed to save him, and didn’t insist on a referral (knowing that the risk of transferring him posed too great a risk). Negative experience: The receptionist got me subscribe to a “monthly” subscription for a healthy pet. Now that I’ve cancelled, they reached out and said I have to pay the outstanding balance because as it turns out, it is in fact a 12-month contract, and I should have read their terms and conditions. Now, in reality, what should have happened is the receptionist needed to be upfront and mention that it is a 1-year commitment, which I would have never agreed to. Poor customer service, will be changing vet immediately. Do not recommend this place and do not recommend any of the health club services unless you want to drug your dog with monthly chemicals at discounted rate

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately we had to take our beloved Jack Russell, Oscar to the practice yesterday. Oscar was 15 years old and had a seizure at home. We were seen very quickly by a very understanding vet who took great care of Oscar. Unfortunately due to Oscars age there was little that could be done to prelong his life. The options and proceedures were fully explained and we were given lots of time to try and make that awful decision. We were allowed to spend as much time with Oscar as needed before he was put to sleep. We were with him when it was done and Oscar knew we were with him and he even managed to give me a last lick on my face. It was the worst day of my life but made easier by the professional and sympathetic vet. The after care and options were carefully explained and we left our best pal in their careful hands to take care of him. Thank you Rowe vets for helping us at this most difficult time of our lives. Oscar you will always be with us. RIP xx

Fantastic experience: Rowe are my emergency contact for vets as my normal vet is not 24 hour. Everytime I have needed Rowe out of hours, their level of care and service is brilliant over the phone and in person. They are certainly not there to 'cash in' on the out of hours fee, always trying to give you an option to manage at home if possible. This shows great integrity to me. Fantastic experience: Our Princess Mocha She was hit by a van and her pelvis was broken. My husband and I are very happy with the doctors and nurses. They took very good care of her, the surgery was successful, very nice people, I recommend them. After 3 months recovery she is happy again.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with Rowe. We recently moved to them as our little cat doesn't travel well and they are close to home. We made 3 visits recently due to our cat's leg abscess. He was thoroughly examined by 3 separate vets on each occasion and we were given plenty of time at each appointment. He has received excellent treatment and is now doing great and back outside catching mice!! Also, have to mention the receptionists who are absolutely lovely ❤️ Thanks so much Rowe. Such a relief that our little monkey is now better

Fantastic experience: I have used Rowes for over 32 years with my 3 labs , I find the vets thorough , compassionate and very caring . The receptionists and nurses are also exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly . Bradley stoke is also a hospital so I know I can call any hour of the day . I have just been to the hospital with my 7 year old lab who had to undergo surgery for 8 lumps to be removed . The vet Sam Leaney has gone above and beyond to not only look after my pet but call me on numerous occasions to enquire on Oscar’s recovery . I find this to be excellent service at a time when you worry about your pets health .

Fantastic experience: Great vet group, our dog Izzie came in during emergency hours and unfortunately it was just her time to go (she was older and had health complications). Everyone from the vet, nurse and reception staff were so empathetic, caring and under no rush to let me say goodbye. This caring ethos extended throughout follow-up arrangements and after cremation pick up. I just want to say a big thank you to the staff for the care you provide not only the animals coming in to you but the people too - you are exceptional and it has such a positive impact on the people you support!

Fantastic experience: We have a reactive dog and these vets have been phenomenal. Our first consult with Debbie was thoughtful and clear as to what the planned assessment and treatment likely was. She gave us lots of time to ask questions and was very thoughtful and kind around our dogs anxiety and needs. Our pre-op was completed by a student nurse (Chloe) who kept our dog at the centre of her care and negotiated a calmer environment for him to wait for his procedure. Nick the Dr called us about his recovery which was reassuring and precise. When we picked Rocco up he spoke in detail about proactive prevention and acknowledged our dogs anxiety - not just that we were anxious owners! Finally, the reception staff were so friendly and communicated our needs quickly and efficiently to the nurses/vets - it was a brilliant service all round and we want to say thank you very much for making what could have been an absolute road wreck, a fantastic experience. We have been to a few vets with our anxious dog and none of them were as accommodating or thoughtful as Rowe's. Thank you from Rocco (Jake & Katie)

Fantastic experience: We've been taking our cat here for years. The vets have always been great with him (he can be difficult to say the least) and the receptionists are always polite. It can be busy but that cannot be helped. Excellent facility. They continue to give our very elderly cat the best care.

Fantastic experience: There aren’t the words to express how I’m feeling right now. Douglas our precious dog took very seriously ill last weekend. These guys immediately went into action and over a period of 3 days fought to save him. Nothing was too much trouble, and updates frequently given. Douglas was in trouble last year and received the same attention so not a one off. The people are phenomenal and it’s clear to see, a real love of animals. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Negative experience: Because the vet is not deaf aware and all went so quickly when our dog was not well. Eventually our dog had to put down to sleep. It hurts us very badly and communication breaks down between us and the vet. That affects us very badly.

Fantastic experience: They were absolutely amazing with helping someone I know with their cat, they had the cat for a day or 2 I think and they looked after it really well, gave it medicine and didn't charge the person that I was friends with not even one cent, they were very kind and professional even though the owner of the cat was extremely loud,rude and obnoxious, the handled everything really professionally and I know if I stayed in the area that is definitely a vet I'd take my animal to, I highly recommend them

Fantastic experience: The vets here have just been absolutely amazing from start to finish . Professional, caring , compassionate and each employee is one of a kind from vets, nurses to reception staff. My Dog Narla has been in today to be spayed , facing possible complications due to her lactating and hormones and me not being able to postpone the appointment due to government guidelines. They were just incredible. They just did everything perfect and we cannot thank them enough, we would highly recommend and can honestly say your pets are safe here. I also have history of them putting one of our pets to sleep previously and I was in that much of a state i didn’t get chance to putting a review , again their service was phenomenal. Fantastic experience: Extremely helpful vets, we've had nothing but good experiences with them. Had an issue with microchips after getting 2 rescue cats and Nicole and Susan on reception were amazing. Rang around microchipping companies with us/for us to try figure out what was going on. Even emailed the company we rescued the cats from to try and get more information. Can't recommend highly enough.

Negative experience: A couple of nice vets but had two who were overly rough with our dog. They have an overly lackadaisical attitude towards appointments with regard giving us wrong times, constantly moving times, in fact not once have we ever been seen on the booked time. They also fail to mention any costs involved, so you turn up thinking something is included and turns out its an extra £150!

Positive experience: We arrived after a drive of an hour and a half from our own vet with our dog in urgent need of an eye operation at 8 pm on a Friday evening. She was given a very thorough assessment and we were told they would not operate until the next morning when they had a ‘full team’ available. We were also told that operations at the weekend cost more. That said, our dog had an amazing operation and fantastic aftercare. The whole team were supportive, thorough, caring and available. They were responsive to us and our dog. Response over the phone was also great even when we realised she had been given a double dose of 24hr pain killers - she slept well that night! We felt she was in very safe hands and is now back to her usual bouncy self.

Positive experience: Our dog got really unwell whilst we were away and every single person at Rowe - reception, nurses, consultants - were excellent and even though it was stressful and difficult, their genuine care for him was evident! They were updating us multiple times a day with detailed information about his wellbeing, progress, medicine and all the things that needed to happen to make him better and he made it home four days later, healthy and well! The cost was excruciating and they don’t claim from insurance or accept multiple payments, which was difficult trying to do for our dog to be discharged, but the service and communication was 10/10!

Positive experience: While Rowe are a reasonable vet in an emergent situation (they are open 24hrs), I am not particularly impressed with their day to day care. Appointments are very rushed and there has been more than one occasion where i have been sold something that i have later discovered was completely unnecessary (a separate wormer treatment when the flea treatment supplies was a flea and wormer 2 in 1). They have fantastic parking and are mostly accessible (the doors can be awkward if you are in a wheelchair). Reception staff are friendly and seem to have a have a genuine affection for the animals that come through the door.

Fantastic experience: I would really like to thank the staff especially Nicky Escoffery who is always kind, helpful and understanding. I realized that my pup was not feeling well, I realized at home and I got very worried and went to the vet as soon as I could. Fantastic experience: I'm not one to leave reviews, but I had to for this occasion. Been here with my sick kitten and I was a nervous wreck. My muffin was taken in quickly & I was reassured that everything would be okay. Now back home with my muffin & I am so relieved. I just want to say thanks to Nicky for her help & reassurance. My review is fuelled by the fact that I have a healthy kitten back home & also from that comment below from Lucy having a go at Nicky. If you've ever been here you know Nicky is a jovial soul that's always smiling & she's super helpful. That Lucy sounds like a horrible woman that needs to do some self reflecting. I was anxious about my kitten, but I didn't see the need to take out my anger on the staff. No complaints from me.

Fantastic experience: Vetinary surgery and hospital - we attended (approx 2 years ago) with our dog who got a piece of stick stuck in the top of her mouth. Staff were responsive, professional and respectful. They made a stressful situation a lot easier for us. They treated and took care of our dog so we'll we would definitely recommend this practice. Attended again yesterday (12.01.2024)for yearly checks, vet was so compassionate with our little anxious dog. Totally recommend.

Negative experience: Avoid and find a caring vet practice that don’t enter fictitious notes in your pets’ medical records. I’ve moved to an independent practice now but whilst at Rowe they included a note to state a serious medical condition was known to be pre existing (it wasn’t). Whilst they eventually fixed the note, they wouldn’t fix it just by me providing evidence from my pet’s passport (which is what the fake note referenced) but they also insisted on phoning the Cypriot vet my girl was with prior to her being adopted. A very stressful situation. In addition to this they put a note in one of my cat’s medical records that she needed a stage 1 dental but did not tell me. I queried the condition of my other cat’s teeth twice to be told no action was necessary (which didn’t reflect the note they left on her medical record)and then when she did need a dental Rowe booked me in for a stage 2 and then changed it to a stage 1 without advising me, which would have led to a further dental treatment within a month. I also had the incorrect medication dispensed for my dog and an incorrect prescription issued. Whilst I appreciate my dog had complex needs the whole team just felt incredibly disjointed and the fact that the medical notes do not match what I was told verbally is now leaving me out of pocket on insurance claims.

Fantastic experience: Rico had a CL operation the vet went into great detail explained why Rico needed the Op questions were asked as we were concerned how Rico would be after it’s done we need not have worried the staff are truly amazing. Fantastic experience: Friendly receptionist, important when you might be phoning about a poorly pet. When I had to have my cat put to sleep during lockdown and wasn't allowed inside, they arranged it so I could meet them outside in a bit of garden and used a long line at a distance so I could hold her. Now I have a cat who fights and had to go for a wound check, the vet was very helpful and friendly.

Negative experience: Maybe it was an isolated incident and they’re more caring normally but… I took in a hedgehog covered in ticks and clearly unwell and they were clearly unwilling to take care of it. He seemed fine to them. Finally they agreed to take him but asked me to pick him up in the evening. I asked if they’ll remove the ticks and they said it’s normal for hedgehogs to have ticks and I said the number of them poses risk to his life so they said they’ll remove them. I picked him up in the evening and clearly none of the ticks were removed, I removed (hopefully) all of them, stopped counting after reaching 60. No wonder he was weak. He stayed around for few days and I provided him with food and water. On the other hand when you go with your pet they’re jumping on the chance to perform numerous tests and administering treatments just to charge you hundreds of pounds.

Fantastic experience: Took our very poorly 3 year old cat Obi to be treated as an emergency admission around midnight Monday. It turned out to be a one-way trip for poor Obi who had ingested antifreeze. The vets and their team were outstanding. Obi was seen immediately, and his condition investigated thoroughly using a variety of medical interventions. Also, importantly, he was made comfortable. Keeping us informed at every stage by phone as we went home and explaining in detail his condition and treatment options. Finally, sympathetically and professionally ethanizing Obi as we cuddled him. It was a traumatic experience for Obi and us; made bearable by the vets and their team. The vets are now dealing directly with the insurance company on our behalf.

Fantastic experience: Taking my two kittens to have their pre neuter check up, I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly reception from both the receptionist and the vet. She was very gentle with the kits, thoroughly examined them and explained what the procedure would be for their neutering. The girls behind the counter were great, got everything booked in and away we went. The building interior was spotless, light and airy and even had separate dog and cat sitting areas. Helpful if you have a cat reactive dog or a nervous cat. I enjoyed the visit and have no worries about returning the kittens for their surgery.

Fantastic experience: Always happy, helpful staff who are professional but also empathetic. Will always try and fit you in at your convenience. They will help sort out any meds or insurance needs too. The waiting can be a bit behind your scheduled appointment, but like the drs, all patients need different lengths of surgery time. They are well stocked on different animal foods, beds and toys. There's a free car park.

Fantastic experience: We arrived home from holiday and found the pet sitter had left our bunny with an extremely red eye and not eating. She was rushed to Rowe and she was seen within 45 minutes, conjunctivitis and stasis, she was treated quickly and professionally, very bunny savy vets, which is unusual for an emergency vet. We left with the medicine she needed and now she is back to her usual self. Excellent service on a bank holiday weekend and not as expensive as we expected. Very happy bunny parents ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: My darling border collie was a patient in the Bradley Stoke practice all her life and they treated her like their own. When she was recently put to sleep due to old age and arthritis taking her ability to walk they were so kind and compassionate. They made an unbearable situation smooth and gentle. I honestly have no words to describe how much I appreciate their care and professionalism. I would like to personally thank Chloe for all her help when there was a delay getting my girls ashes back. Fantastic experience: I took my dog over to the Rowe hospital on a Saturday lunchtime on advice from yate Rowe vets they had him over night kept in contact with me on how he was doing the staff from both vets were amazing. Unfortunately they did a scan on him on Sunday rang me and told me to come in ,Then then news was given in such a calm and loving way . He had cancer and the best way for was to go to sleep. Megan the lovley vet let me and my family spend time as long as we wanted with Harvey. Then she respectively put him to sleep with us with him. They organised the crematorium and helped fill the bills and insurance forms. Can't think them enough for there care and compassion. Thank you Helen and family

Fantastic experience: We have been meaning to post this review for a while. Our Cocker Spaniel Thistle had an unfortunate accident back in September 2022 with some barbed wire and had to have reconstructive surgery on his little man..... We were referred to Rowe and he was very well looked after and was affectionally know as 'Thistle and his Whistle'. We had to visit the vets every day for the following weeks as so his 'whistle' could get flushed and checked. All his bits work and he was a happy boy soon enough! The Nurses were fantastic and very happy to see him every time we went in.

Negative experience: If only there was a way to give minus stars!! Absolutely appalled with the level of customer service from this Veterinary practice! I had to transfer my dog in a critical care situation from my vets for an MRI - who are about 30mins away - it was agreed between the vets at both practices & my vets rang to advise I was leaving & when I was 3 mins away I rang to ask them to be ready with a stretcher & was asked to ring back once I was in the car park! When we arrived 3 mins later no one was there & we went into reception & was asked to take a seat no one knew anything about why we were there - despite calls from my vet & my self earlier! 10 mins later some nurses came out & a vet came out to talk briefly to advise they would assess him - as far as they were concerned we had just turned up Unfortunately I lost my dog a little later that night & it was agreed that I would have his ashes back & also that we would pick up the bed he had been admitted with the next day. When picking up his belongings I spoke to reception & advised I was very unhappy with the communication the previous day & was passed to the Reception Head - who advised she would look into it & come back to me. I heard nothing! A week later after speaking to the Practice Manager who offered to try to put things right - has since rescinded the offer & has done nothing to correct what has happened

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t too happy with the distance I had to travel but it was worth it as all the staff were really nice and Sarah (ophthalmologist) was patient with me as I was a wreck thinking my 5yr old Husky was going blind, thankfully he’s not. She had to do loads of tests of his eyes and even said the words ‘let me see’ which I use when I need to see something. I often tell vets key words to make appointments easier but none of them ever listen to me so I appreciated it. I used some drops on Good Friday and Stitch had an instant reaction to them so I phoned them and within a couple hours their on call vet had put my mind to rest and I also got a response from Sarah which I wasn’t expecting as it was a bank holiday weekend. Expensive but he’s insured so it’s manageable and they do all the claim for you, I didn’t even need to fill out the slip. Highly recommend!
