Fantastic experience: We swapped vets due to moving across Coventry using rating sites like these we happened across Medivet Bell Green. Absolutely fantastic, from my initial contact regard moving our dogs and cats to their practice registering them, making apointments and visiting the vets. All the staff in the practice are so friendly and helpful. The way our pets were recieved and looked after I can honestly say Medivet Bell Green is by far the best we have been with

Fantastic experience: The best care any dog mom could ever ask for! My senior dog had almost all his teeth removed and they took care of him as if he was family. Thank you ladies for making sure he's ok after surgery. Real animal lover vets not just in for the money. Rare jewels I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very friendly and they really do care about our pets. They are very knowledgeable and happy to explain about the condition and/or treatment in a way that makes it easier to understand. The premises are spotlessly clean and tidy. We have used MediVet Bell Green for well over 15 years for our pets, knowing full well our pets are in the best hands. Definitely highly recommended!

Negative experience: Hi there guys! This is the most unethical vile vet I ever been to in my life that’s actually MURDERS PETS BY FORCE! I came to the vet today as my cat has given birth and one of the babies in the litter has an injured leg. We called the vets and told them the scenario and they advised us to pay a consultation fee of £49 and then come to the vets. As we arrived at the vets. Bear in mind we have clearly stated the issue before hand. We arrived to the vets and they advised they cannot do anything and informed us that they have the put the cat to sleep permanently with an injection. We advised the Vet that this is unethical and that we would go somewhere else to check and they forcefully held on to the baby kitten and advised it is against our policy to let the kitten go without killing it and that we have to pay for the killing without giving consent to this. So the vet without our consent inject a lethal injection to our baby kitten and charged us £40 extra for this. We was in absolute shock by this treatment. If there’s anyone online knowing how to report the Vets please help. Kind regards

Negative experience: I really don't understand how they get such a good reviews. Every time when Miss Latinka was checking my cats or kittens she was doing in a very rushed way and she never show love to them. Be aware, if you buy Medivet healthcare plan, its for 1 year with automatic renewal and is included only 1 check, and 4 parasits pills! If i would had a choice i would not choose this vet

Fantastic experience: Lily is wonderful and the best vet around. Trust her judgement implicitly and she only does what's best for our dogs. Unfortunately, cannot say the same about the male vet, but that's why we only ever see Lily now. We would follow her wherever she goes!

Fantastic experience: Fab practice, everyone is really friendly and kind. The vet was really good with my cat who is a bit of a nervous boy but they were so professional and friendly he relaxed quickly. I got all the advice I needed and did not feel rushed, though I can imagine they are quite busy. It's a tough job but they do it with a smile and it makes a stressful experience much easier on both me and my pet.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff from the first moment i spoke to them, very reassuring, explained absolutely everything from start to finish. Managed to squeeze my cat in that same day, she's very nervous but the staff were professional and calming at all times, in fact my cat did not seem stressed what so ever, the staff are very easy to talk to and nothing was to much trouble. A very pleasant experience.

Negative experience: These people don't talk to each other and has caused a big row with my family, had puppies free to a good home and when you put your name down they say they don't like you but wants you to pay a £1000 for a puppy that was free to a good home even tho my sister offered £500 and they sent videos and pictures and then said no without a reason and the who's forster the mum and puppies thinks it was OK to go to my sister door with her son and have a go at my sister with my 4 year daughter in the house will not be use this vet again as they have let my family down money grabs

Negative experience: I used to like this vet but our recent visit weren't so nice. Vet has added flea tablet to the bill despite that we wanted to opt out. Our dog has multiple allergies not fleas.. so we had to pay for something we didn't want.

Fantastic experience: For the past 4 years, Medivet Bell green have looked after my 5-year-old dog Toren, in the best possible way whenever he has needed medical care and attention. I really can't praise the whole team highly enough for their dedication and professionalism and wouldn't dream of taking Toren anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Medivet bell green has always been my go to vets my 2 cocker spaniels Alfie and ted unfortunately passed recently had gone there all there life 14 years and we’re so well looked after by Lilly and the staff when they had to be put to sleep Lilly was so amazing with them I have such a high regard for her and the way she has about her with animals my boys adored her and we’re always at ease

Fantastic experience: I had my two rabbits neutered here and all the staff were incredibly helpful, kind and cheerful. After the rabbits we’re home they started fighting continuously and so I called the vets asking for advise. The woman I spoke to was so helpful and from using her advise I have been able to stop the fighting and now they’re getting on great. I couldn’t recommend this vets enough!

Negative experience: Please spare your pet the pain and avoid Medivet! Our 5 months old BSH kitten was taken there for his neutring procedure. He came back home with runny eyes and looked very uncomfortable with his eyes half closed. After discussing with the vet we acknowledged that he was diagnosed with Entropion which will need a surgical procedure to remove. The vet has admitted that we should have been informed immediately about it while the kitten was still with them or when we picked him up but nobody did such a thing even though we asked a couple of times if there is anything concerning and whether he is 100% fine. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and RECKLESS. Our kitten is enduring a huge discomfort right now and has a condition which is very DANGEROUS for his eyes and may have CATASTROPHIC consequences for him in the process. We are rushing right now to find another veterinary practice to take a look at him PROPERLY and advise the next steps as Medivet have not even suggested taking a look at him or taking any action. That was the first and last time we have ever used Medivet as they surely don’t care about animals’ health and wellness, but the profit they make on procedures and consultations which are WORTHLESS.

Fantastic experience: I have always used MediVet for my Simba, the staff are always friendly and supportive and happy to answer questions. My Simba loves his vet Lily, as most dogs don’t like going to the vet he rushes in and greets her.
