Fantastic experience: I cannot praise St.James Veterinary practice enough. Teddy (cat) attends the Morriston practice and they are so friendly, helpful and informative.

Fantastic experience: I would like to bring to your attention the fantastic vet who has been caring for Tillie, Chiara. She has seen Tillie several times over the past few months and has been absolutely wonderful. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuinely caring and loving nature are truly exceptional. She always takes the time to explain things clearly and treats both pets and owners with such compassion and respect. When Tillie was referred to Bristol Vets, we even received a follow-up phone call from Chiara to check how Tillie was getting on, which meant so much to us. That level of care and dedication truly goes above and beyond. Tillie absolutely loves her too, which says everything about the trust and comfort Chiara gives to the animals she treats. She is a real credit to your veterinary practice, and I felt it was important to let you know how grateful we are for the care she has provided.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to St James vets at Penllergaer , from first contact via telephone I was impressed with the professionalism and politeness of the staff. I received an appointment immediately without any drama, upon arrival at the practice I was met by a clean spacious waiting area well set out to help any stressed animals. The receptionist were very polite and informative. I was called to see the vet at exactly my appointed time, the vet was also very polite and professional reassuring my puppy during examination and when he had his injections during which he did not winge at all. Fantastic experience: St James vets is second to none. Every vet I’ve interacted with has been professional yet friendly. My dog had anxiety/aggression linked to vet experiences elsewhere and they’ve been amazing with him, which has completely changed his behaviour. They even suggested he visit once a week and gave a walk around to desensitise him and this helped hugely. Ten years on and he accepts going for regular injections and tolerates the situation well. I can’t thank you enough for your help with Dougie over the years and ongoing.

My dog is so scared and reactive I can’t even get him out of the car and every time they work with me to get his vaccinations done whilst he’s in the vehicle!! There so understanding to my dogs needs and that he’s afraid. All the staff are so nice and helpful

Fantastic experience: I've been with this practice on and off for about 12 years. They're pricier than others but, you never get the impression from anyone that your pet doesn't come first. They also have pet plans that overall work out cheaper.

Francesca the vet was extremely welcoming, cheerful, engaging, and thorough with the care provided to my cat Floss. I would 100% recommend this practice. I have transferred both of my cats here having now had multiple good experiences. Please give yourselves a pat on the back!

Fantastic experience: St James Veterinary Group are a long standing service. They have various Surgeries making it easy to find one that suits. Also they have their own facilities to keep animals in their hospital unit, say following an operation. They also offer a monthly plan that covers things like annual vaccinations and health checks, which covers a lot of services not covered by animal insurances and spreads the cost of these over the year. Very friendly staff and have every faith in their abilities to look after my two dogs.

They have treated my cat successfully with amazing results where my previous vet had no idea and animal was suffering and deteriorating at a frightening rate. My cat is now the picture of health and vitality. Highly professional experts. Highly recommend. So glad I switched vets. And so is my lovely cat.

We were put at ease during a stressful and upsetting time for us and our pet. A special thank you to the kindly person who answered the phone when I realised, as I was driving home, that I had walked out without paying!

Fantastic experience: Such a great practice, highly recommend! Car park is great and it’s easy to access just off the M4. We have dealt with the vets Natalia and Jess who have been extremely helpful and patient with our dogs (one of which is very difficult to deal with). Especially Jess who went above and beyond to help our boy Simba with his behavioural issues after several other vet practices & well known behaviourists had “given up” on him. Always clean and the receptionists are friendly & helpful :) Great place, thank you for caring for our many animals!

Today's visit was a vaccination for a new puppy, sadly we lost our 16yr dog Jewels in November. St James provided excellent care for Jewels especially in her final few weeks. St James showed such kindness and compassion to ourselves aswell as to our animals. St James is an amazing veterinary practice
