Our comment from InfoVet about Vets Now Edinburgh:
Vets Now Edinburgh provides a vital emergency service for pets that is greatly appreciated by many pet owners. The staff, including veterinarians and receptionists, are recognized for their kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Numerous clients have expressed gratitude for the team's quick response times, particularly during stressful and worrying situations. Many have reported receiving excellent care for their pets, speedy diagnoses, and clear explanations of treatment options.
Positive feedback highlights:
- Exceptional care given to pets, including lifesaving treatments.
- Friendly and supportive staff who communicate effectively with pet owners.
- Quick response times during emergencies, ensuring pets are seen promptly.
- Good management of animal welfare, making clients feel their pets are in safe hands.
However, Vets Now Edinburgh has received mixed reviews regarding their pricing and billing practices. Many clients find the costs associated with emergency visits to be quite high, especially given the additional fees that can apply for medications and administrative tasks. Some reviews indicate dissatisfaction with transparency around pricing, with clients feeling pressured about costs during stressful situations. A few have also mentioned experiences of insufficient communication, particularly regarding treatment updates for their pets.
Overall, while Vets Now Edinburgh is highly valued for their emergency services and dedication to pet health, potential clients should be aware of the associated costs and discuss any concerns with the staff during their visits.

Vets Now Edinburgh: Reviews
Positive experience: Vets themselves were great. It was the initial telephone call that cost us £366 that we did not need to pay if we were given the proper advice. With a pregnant dog whose labour seemed to have stopped we are told to bring her in… at 6am in a Sunday morning. When we arrived we were told they didn’t know we were coming and if they did they would have advised us at the moment to watch her. When I said why were we not told this on the phone we were told “ because they don’t know nothing. For 5 minutes and oxytocin we had to pay £366 which if we were given the proper info we would not have had to pay. As pensioners this is a weeks pension. Very upset that it cost us due to not being given proper info. We don’t mind having to pay for a vet as we want what’s best for our dog but this was totally unfair
Hi Von, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. If you’d like to discuss any aspect of your visit further, please don’t hesitate to contact [email protected], indicating which clinic you attended, your pet’s name and the first line of your home address, postcode and highlighting your concerns.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic service and very attentive to our cats needs
Hi Jim, thank you so much for sharing your experience. It means a lot to us.
Positive experience: Phoned as an emergency and was told to come in straight away. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Vet was lovely and explained everything in a way we could understand. My only gripe £336 just to see a vet as an emergency which doesnt include any medication or procedures. We dont have insurance as our dog is 14 years old. They do payment options but thats a bit steep when a consult at the vets during opening hours is £60.
Hi Sam, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're so glad we could help your dog. We also appreciate your feedback about our costs. Emergency clinics operate overnight, weekends and bank holidays, which carries higher running costs than vets who are open during the day. You can read more about how fees are structured here: https://www.vets-now.com/2018/01/emergency-vet-costs-prices-fees/
Fantastic experience: We are so grateful for the care and attention given to our wee dog. Information given to us regarding Cooper's condition was communicated with kindness and patience by the wonderful staff.
Hi Maria, thanks so much for your positive feedback. We really appreciate it. It’s a pleasure to have helped you and Cooper. Have a great day.
Fantastic experience: Excellent care given by all the team, great care given to my cat, and the time taken to explain to me what was up with him and extra things that would help with his condition, without a doubt the best vets I have ever dealt with and that’s over 30 years of having pets
Hi Fiona, thanks so much for your positive feedback. We really appreciate it. It’s a pleasure to have helped you and your pet. Have a great day.
Fantastic experience: Cannot thank the staff enough, brought my boy in on Wednesday night with difficulty breathing. The wonderful team took him right away and seen to him, the vet let us know they found fluid around his heart and lungs, they acted quick and gave him oxygen and medication. We have since been working with the royal dick vet who have let us know if it wasn’t for vets now he would have died that night. The team saved his life and I cannot thank them enough for it. We have a long road ahead but thanks to the vets here we get to have a bit more time together.
Hi Hanna, thanks so much for your positive feedback. We really appreciate it. It’s a pleasure to have helped you and your cat, its great to hear that he is doing well. Have a great day.
Fantastic experience: My cat Tuna had to be brought in for a UTI, the vet staff were incredible and very compassionate, he was very well taken care of for the three days he was in. Fair pricing policies and very clean building.
We’ll share your appreciation with the team at Edinburgh. Thank you for taking the time to write. All the best to you and Tuna.
Positive experience: Ok but vet was a bit rough with my dog and price was wat to much
Hi Gaz, thanks for your feedback on the cost of your pet’s care at Vets Now. We appreciate that taking an unplanned trip to an emergency care provider can be frustrating. It’s much more expensive to run an emergency clinic than a regular daytime veterinary practice and our prices do reflect this. For a thorough breakdown and explanation of our pricing policy, feel free to visit: https://www.vets-now.com/2018/01/emergency-vet-costs-prices-fees/
Fantastic experience: Very pleased with our cats care at vets now. Didn’t have a long wait and Fiona Shelby, our designated vet, was extremely calming and reassuring. Excellent service to have when your usual practice is closed.
Hi, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We hope you have a good day!
Fantastic experience: Half hour drive on Sunday to reach emergency vets after dog tore claw running in woods and bleeding badly. Quick phone call to arrange and all directions sent with approximate time of arrival booked. Quick reception checkin and short wait as patient rooms occupied thereafter immediate triage and wound treated with damaged claw removed. Excellent and reassuring service while own vets closed.
Fantastic experience: A huge thanks to all the staff for saving our Jack Russell Terrier after he ate a mince pie. We arrived at 2:30 in the morning and he was seen soon after that. A couple of hours later we were back home. Many thanks again
Hi Bill, thank you for your positive feedback and for sharing these lovely photos with us! It was a pleasure to help your dog, and we hope he is doing better now. Have a great day!
Fantastic experience: During a very worrisome time with our cat Max, the vet he saw and her support in Edinburgh were kind, caring, understanding and explained everything in a easy to understand way. They took great care of him and made sure a plan was in place to support him and I should he deteriorate again after I took him home. It is expensive but I was well aware of this beforehand, he has pet insurance for this reason. The staff understood that the financial implications add to the stress and we're great at explaining treatment options along with the financial implications without any pressure. He was in safe, experienced hands and fingers crossed is back to his wonderful self since they treated him.
Hi Kim, thank you for your great review, I'll make sure we share this with the team in Vets Now Edinburgh.
Fantastic experience: Had to take my golden retriever last night due to a sudden urine infection. Sample tested, medicine given and on my way , all very quick and efficiently. Dog doing well now. Thanks very much.
Hi Craig, thanks so much for your lovely feedback, it’s great to hear our team were able to help and that your pet is doing well.
Positive experience: VetsNow is the only out-of-hours vet in Edinburgh so it’s not like there’s much choice. They see you and your pet swiftly, and they are kind and helpful. But the bill is extortionate - they charge a £320 fee as a minimum and any medications have a fee added to them too. Plus they charge a £35 ‘admin fee’ even if you’re the one dealing with the claim with pet insurance, which I find to be a bit of a rip-off. Eventually I’ll get it back from pet insurance, but I feel for those who don’t have it. Surely what they charge is not reflective of the true cost of things.
Hi Xavier, thanks for your review. I know it can be frustrating having to pay for an unplanned trip to the vets. Much like it is for other out-of-hours services in other industries, It's more expensive to run an out-of-hours pet emergency
service than a general daytime practice. We've broken down where our costs go

Fantastic experience: This place provided an excellent service. They saved my kitten's life. The team locked after Gus amazingly. I am so grateful for They hard work and passion
Hi Ela, Thanks for your review. I'm so glad that we were there for you and Gus when you needed us most. Take care.
Negative experience: Called about my cat because he had diarrhoea but no other symptoms at all. Very hydrated, eating well, cuddly and comfortable as usual but wanted to phone just to be safe. It was new year’s eve at 6pm ish, so our usual vets was closed and not taking any calls. The receptionist was rude and fear mongering. she recommended Arlo get seen immediately despite being completely fine other than diarrhoea. I told her he’s a very anxious cat and bringing him in might just make him worse, she had none of it and firmly suggested we get him in immediately for examination. I was honest and mentioned we didn’t have a way of bringing him in, she was dismissive and suggested getting a taxi. A consultation alone was expensive, nevermind medication they might prescribe, a taxi on top of that is just not something we could afford, she was completely dismissive of this. I told her I would discuss this and call back ans she was quite rude about this and seemingly disapproved. We then managed to get a call back from our usual vets which was reassuring, and they reassured us completely that for an anxious cat this can sometimes be normal and the fact he had no other symptoms they weren’t worried at all and unless he started throwing up or had excessive diarrhoea there was nothing to worry about. This was the complete opposite of what this vet said and I believe it is purely due to being so money focused having read other reviews. Two days later Arlo was back to his normal self completely. This vets caused so much unnecessary worry for our family and they did not have any sympathy for our situation or even for little anxious Arlo, which i’m sure now would have been terrified going to a new place for no reason at all. Having read other reviews regarding money grabbing and general negligence, I would never ever take any of my pets here and i’d suggest you do the same.

Fantastic experience: The vets and nurses here are fantastic and seem to genuinely care about their work. My cat received great care from them. My only concern is that considering the prices they charge, the seem woefully understaffed here and did so all 3 times we attended. Considering they are an out of hours service I was surprised to find out that the night of 1st January they only had one vet on duty. This clinic is the only emergency option for half of Edinburgh and one vet to manage this seems unreasonable. Overall, great service and staff. But please employ more people and ensure your amazing staff get adequate rest and breaks as it is well deserved.
Hi Tara, thanks for sharing your experience with us. If you would like to discuss this further, please email us on [email protected] indicating which clinic you attended, your pets name and the first line of your home address highlighting your concerns. Take care.
Fantastic experience: In what I can only describe as one of the most traumatic things I’ve been through, the full team were amazing. They took my dog out our arms as soon as we walked in there was no delay and the team updated us as soon as they could! I also received a call to update me on how she was doing and they let me call during the night for an update. Honestly the whole team were fantastic and my dog is recovering well.
Hi Shelby, thanks so much for your lovely feedback, it’s great to hear our team were able to help and that your pet is doing well.
Fantastic experience: We were worried about the pup we’re looking after - several days of diarrhoea, increasing in frequency. Decided to use the weekend out of hours service rather than wait for a possible Monday appointment at her own vet. Very quick and easy to get an appointment. Easy access with ample parking. Friendly reception. Kind vet who reassured me and provided treatment. Yes, it is expensive but worth it for expertise and reassurance. Pup is now back to normal and tormenting our adult dog, a good sign.

Negative experience: I took my one and a half female cat to vets now as a emergency due to it being Boxing Day and my usual vets being closed she was very lethargic hadn’t eating in 4 days or drank water or been to the toilet my usual vets gave is laxative and medication and told us to take her here if medicine never worked so that’s what we done we waited 2 hours in the waiting room while my cat cried in pain to be seen for five minutes to be told there’s a blockage in her intestines and that she needs a xray and surgery we asked how much this would cost and she said about £2000 we asked for a payment plan and to pay some of it today tho was told they couldn’t do that and the whole sum had to be paid today we did not have the funds to do so so they sent us away after we had to pay £365 to be seen and have nothing done I am now at home with a very sick cat who’s lying in the same spot and I’m worried she’s going to die but I have to wait till my usual vets open to get her seen to please do not take your animals here it’s all about the money to them

Fantastic experience: i called for help with an emergency my dog had chewed a battery. the person on the phone was calm hellful and reassuring they directed me to my nearest emergency vets and contacted them with sll the info ahead of my visit . super service
Hi Yvonne, we work hard to ensure every client’s experience is second-to-none and we’re glad to hear you found this to be the case.
Negative experience: Horrible place had a emergency appointment waited there for 20mins and was told it would be 370 which is steep but when it came time to pay it same how went to 480 and all they said was sorry never going back theft

Negative experience: Was panicking about my dog Snoop having a severe reaction to 'Frontline spot on' flea treatment. Not helpful at all could not be less interested. Plus put on fake pet called tj as my main free pet? IN ORDER TO DO THIS YOU WOULD HAVE GONE INTO MY BRAND NEW ACCOUNT I SET UP, REMOVE SNOOP AS MY MAIN PET THEN PUT THIS NON EXISTENT "TJ" ON AS MY MAIN PET. GUY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE IN THE PDSA NEEDS A LOT MORE TRAINING OF HOW TO DEAL COMPASSIONATELY WITH PATIENTS. NOT IMPRESSED........SAD WORLD WHEN YOU DON'T CARE. WE/I NEED THIS SERVICE AS I HAVE HAD CANCER AND ONE OF MY LUNGS REMOVED SO AM UNABLE TO WORK NOW DUE TO HEALTH!!!! I WORKED MY WHOLE LIFE UNTIL I WAS 41 AND CAN'T HELP FEELING I WAS LOOKED DOWN APON BY ALL THE STAFF AS I NEEDED TO USE THIS SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO TAKE HIS TEMPERATURE! ALSO SPOKE TO MY BROTHER INSTEAD OF ME AS THEY HAD AN ATTITUDE WITH ME TELLING THEM IT WAS NOT JUST A SKIN REACTION AS HE WAS GOING I TO SHOCK IN THE MORNING. SENT ME AWAY WITH A SHAMPOO AND STEROIDS! IF HE GETS ANY WORSE THEY WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE! ABSOLUTELY LIVID AS I HAVE BEEN A CARER FOR 17 YRS AND WAS TRAINING AS A NURSE BEFORE I HAD CANCER AND WAS TOLD TO STOP WORKING!! AS THEY VIEWED ME AS A "PEST" THEY SAID MY APPOINTMENT WAS PUT DOWN AS "A LIFE OR DEATH" SITUATION YET STILL TOOK PEOPLE WITH APPOINTMENT TIMES AFTER MINE BEFORE ME AND MADE ME WAIT.....WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER BUT I AM NOT WELL MYSELF AT THE MOMENT AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THAT I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS TRAUMA!!! BUT, EVERYONE I HAVE SPOKEN TO REGARDING THIS SERVICE HAVE BEEN DISSATISFIED AND SAID THEY WOULD RATHER GO INTO DEBT TO PAY FOR THEIR ANIMALS CARE THAN HAVE THESE GUYS LOOK AT THEIR PETS AGAIN........SAD.
Good morning Vicky, thank you for your review. If you’d like to discuss any aspect of your visit further, please don’t hesitate to contact [email protected], indicating which clinic you attended, your pet’s name and the first line of your home address.
Fantastic experience: Had to take my cat in for an out of hours emergency appointment and Vets now were so helpful. On the call, they explained the process, the fees, where to find them, asked when I could get there so they could let the vet know, sent me a link to where they were so I could find them easily, it was exactly what I needed in my moment of panic at my cat being unwell. We actually got seen pretty quickly, the vet checked my cat over very thoroughly (he was fine), explained what might have happened, was very comforting with him, and then afterwards the reception helped me with how to claim back on the insurance for the visit. Really great service and lovely people!
Hi Ariane, we work hard to ensure every client’s experience is second-to-none and we’re glad to hear you found this to be the case.
Negative experience: Sadly my experience was not positive with Vets Now - my cat Austin Daniel was placed in their care by lovely people who found him in a terrible state. Vets now managed to email me after scanning his chip which I’m truly grateful for hence we liaised about the best option due to the eye watering charges they demand. Ultimately they put him on fluids administered pain meds but everything was strictly about money indeed they’d have let him die in their care if I genuinely could not have come up with funds. Ultimately I went in a taxi next morning to transfer him to local private vet - was traumatised yet their main priority was immediate text to warn me I must fill in an insurance form & that they’d be charging for admin fees. The feeling I got was they are purely driven by money (I understand that to an extent) but charged £1200 for a single night & that didn’t include essential blood tests. Subsequently my I took my cat (canula still in leg) to Dundas vets who were wonderful not going on about money all the time whilst a person is devastated about their injured animal. This image of Austin is from Dundas Street Vets who fitted an NG feeding tube as he couldn't eat. Vets Now would probably have charged a couple of grand for this necessary intervention. Subsequently my cat has tragically died but that’s after 5 days of Dundas private vet trying to save him. Vets Now are disgraceful & purely cash driven they do not care I will be reporting them to Ombudsman when I've got the energy. Ultimately Austin has undergone a post mortem indeed he was bleeding out internally Vets Now had called to warn the price of a free fluid abdominal scan which they subsequently stated was fine. I believe that my boy would be alive today if they had been helpful & decent. Please do NOT take your animal to this service
Hi Joanna, we’re sorry you’re not happy with the service you received at Vets Now. We understand how painful it is to lose a pet, and we hope you’re okay during this difficult time. If you’d like to discuss any aspect of your visit further, please don’t hesitate to contact [email protected], indicating which clinic you attended, your pet’s name and the first line of your home address.
Negative experience: Our experience with you guys wasn't as I thought, so many mixed emotions on our situation and so many questions unanswered. We believe that our beautiful boy would have still been here if the decision after the discussion we had stood it's ground but use had to intervene an I am so angry and upset that we ended up loosing our boy in the end, also alot of requests we made weren't followed though. I will therefore be making a formal complaint towards how things were done as I'm not happy in the slightest, at the time we were heartbroken about the whole situation and couldn't think straight because of our sudden unexpected loss. The money situation was very poor, the feeling that the whole experience was based on cost, we were told we had the chance of operating on our cat but advised this would be very costly!! Since loosing our baby I have been told so much negative things and believe that it was rushed to make a decision we never thought we had to make we were told 3/4 different possible things that were wrong an after we lost him the follow up call for more money I was told that he had a hernia we were told this until the end was over I could go on and on about this but it won't bring our furrbaby back unfortunately but never again will I deal with this company and request PDSA only from now on or another private vet

Fantastic experience: We're visiting Edinburgh and had sudden need for an after-hours vet. We called Vets Now, they refeus to the nearest office, and we're expecting us when we arrived. The staff were friendly and professional. The vet saw us promptly and provided professional treatment. We would definitely recommend Vets Now should an emergency arise.
Hi Robert, thanks so much for your positive feedback. I’m so happy we could be there for you and that we were able to help your pet.
Fantastic experience: Jasper our Beagle developed sudden and severe reoccurrence of hip pain and needed care and medication outside regular veterinarian practice hours. PDSA provided the care and meds quickly and professionally. They will help your pet as needed !!!
Hi James, thank you for taking the time to leave a 5 star rating, we appreciate it.
Negative experience: On a visit here 5 weeks ago my wife and children were advised to put our dog to sleep there and then. When they declined the Vet here advised to go home with meds and return the following day to carry out the procedure…what struck my wife was the lack of compassion and sheer urgency to carry out this procedure - something didn’t feel right…. My wife declined and got a second opinion the day after only to be told it was highly likely our dog had suffered a minor stroke (not dangerous to dogs at all) 5 weeks on my dog is completely back to her normal self and my family suffered arguably the worst 24 hours imaginable based on the information/advice given. What is really worrying is whilst in waiting room on the way to see this particular vet a young lady walked out heartbroken ‘without’ the dog she went in with. How many other dogs lives have prematurely been ended by this practice! My Dog is literally back to full health (with no medication other than the initial dose of painkillers and this Vet wanted to end her life - shocking, absolutely shocking - I complained officially and was met with a response suggesting the vet had acted normally and accurately!! (Really!!!?) Avoid this vet at all costs especially out of hours

Negative experience: worse place i’ve been to my pet was in extremely bad condition they took him for bloods the lady said it will take up to 20 minutes then she left him for a hour to go on her break i seen her walking around with coffee i asked when he will be out and they took another 30 minutes to check him they said nothing was wrong i took him home his condition worsened through the night took him to a day vet and they said they will put him under an iv and do more checks as he is in very bad condition and that VETS NOW didn’t provide any information about what was wrong with him hours before ( the vet also told me they get a lot of complaints from customers saying vets now is a terrible place and their pets don’t get any help) waste of time and money

Fantastic experience: All staff were so prompt and helpful in a very worrying situation! We got seen quickly and it was a very smooth process!
Hi Jennifer, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. Our team are all passionate about pets and their welfare. They’ll be thrilled to hear you were so happy with their service.
Fantastic experience: First time needing a vet during out of hours and was impressed with the service. Everyone was caring.
Hi May, thanks for sharing your experience with us. We hope you have a lovely day!
Negative experience: We took our kitten Nimbus into Vets now on 24th June as an emergency as she was extremely lethargic, had no appetite, wouldn’t drink and became very withdrawn. Her temperature was taken (40°C) and an injection given to bring this down. We were then sent home and told to come back if things didn’t get better. However we were charged £400 for this visit which in no way reflects the care she received as all she got was the injection. In the days following, her mood improved, but she started losing patches of fur. We put this down to stress initially as this is a common symptom of stress. However, over the week that followed, she started to deteriorate again and while losing yet more patches of fur, this time in much larger chunks. We ended up at Vets Specialist Scotland where she spent 4 days in their care to determine what was causing her issues. They concluded that a bacteria which should not be present, was in fact not only under her skin but also within the layers of muscle. This bacteria was causing necrosis of cells, and also making her very ill. The vet concluded that this could only happen when the skin experiences trauma which breaks the skin. In this case, as a fully indoor cat and the timing of the occurrence, this was caused by a poor injection method while at Vets Now. As of now, poor Nimbus has been left with huge scars, open wounds and a back with no hair. The prognosis is that she will likely be left with no hair in the affected areas. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. I am devastated that this has happened to a kitten who wasn’t even 6 months old at the time and to have been ripped off in the manner we were is completely unjustified and unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Great place. Took my dog to an emergency vet appointment. Staff and vet could not have been more helpful in what was quite a stressful moment. Very transparent and great advice.
Hi Henry, we work hard to ensure every client’s experience is second-to-none and we’re glad to hear you found this to be the case.
Positive experience: So thankful they saved my boys life and they done what they needed too for him, but honestly communication needs to be better. I understand that things are busy especially on a weekend!I went Saturday and Sunday with one phone call telling me how he was and I had to phone twice and both times got told rounds were getting done! I had little to zero communication with the vets and when I did there was no information given to me! Then when I spoke to someone it was a really rushed phone call and didn’t seem like the could be bothered speaking to me to update me on my very ill dog. We then picked up our dog on Monday morning, literally a two second handover in the busy waiting room. So overall would use again if needed and thankful for them.

Fantastic experience: Cannot thank vets enough they were ready min I arrived took my cat right away and kept me updated even though I phoned few times cause I was worrying they told me everything they really did put my cat 1st and I thank them from bottom of my heart
Hi Lynne, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We hope you have a good day!
Fantastic experience: Absolutely first class service when we had to take our sick cat to Vets Now , Edinburgh as an emergency . Abigail the vet was so professional and thorough and was able to administer pain medication which helped him hugely until he received ongoing investigations. Sean on reception was brilliant too . Friendly , helpful and dealt so well with a difficult situation in the reception area . Very impressed by Vets Now .
Hi Joan, thanks for your review. We're glad you had a good experience at our emergency service. We will be sure to pass on your lovely comments to the team. Have a wonderful day.
Fantastic experience: Sadly when my dog Rolo had a cluster of seizures in one day, which she never had before I contacted Vets Now for advice. They explained it was best to bring her in to get checked over by the vet as she had never had more than one seizure in a day. The staff were welcoming and really made myself and Rolo feel comfortable in poor circumstances. The vet I saw was knowledgeable and caring and offered me multiple options on how best to progress. With their help and advice Rolo is back to her usual self.
Hi Keiran, thank you so much for letting us know how we did by leaving a review.
Negative experience: The lady at the front with dark hair was absolutely amazing, nothing but kind and patient. However the man that came from the back was nothing short of awful. He was ridiculously rude to myself and the lady working behind the til, he ruined my experience and had absolutely no compassion whatsoever and was not a nice environment to be in. I didn’t catch the man’s name but he had long bleached hair which he help flicking from side to side while talking?

Fantastic experience: Was dealt promptly and efficiently the vet was nice The only thing was the high cost of treatment .I do appreciate that it was out of hour's and that it would cost more

Hi Claire, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. Our team are all passionate about pets and their welfare. They’ll be thrilled to hear you were so happy with their service.
Negative experience: Guy on reception was very welcoming. Our dog was taken for a scan as she couldn't stop panting, we were advised everything looked fine, got told her heart was fine with a regular heartbeat for her to then pass the next day due to her heart, quite upsetting
Hi Shirley, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're so sorry for your loss, we all know how hard it is to lose a family member. If you would like to discuss this further, please email us on [email protected] indicating which clinic you attended, your pets name and the first line of your home address highlighting your concerns. Fantastic experience: I had to come in as my girl was really ill (with Pyometra it turnt out) Both the reception and emergency vet staff were incredible & ever so helpful and caring. If it was possible to give more stars, I would ✨️ I attended the surgery at Moat Place
Hi Kirsty, thanks so much for your positive feedback. We really appreciate it. It’s a pleasure to have helped you and your pet. Have a great day.
Fantastic experience: My dogs were seen immediately and their lives saved. Reception kept us updated all the time, amazing people. Couldn't ask for anything more!
Hi Micaela, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. Our team are all passionate about pets and their welfare. They’ll be thrilled to hear you were so happy with their service.
Fantastic experience: the vets were amazing when my kitten had an accident and had to go in, they kept me updated on her and told me I could call as many times as I wanted
Hi Dawn, it’s great to hear you had a good experience at our pet emergency service. Have a good day
Fantastic experience: I called about an issue with my dog. Her symptoms had worsened throughout the day so called in evening. I’d given all details as requested, then I was told to make my way down to out of hours. I arrived where I was greeted with friendly staff, and dog got seen too pretty quickly. She was given an injection to alleviate swelling and off she went.
Hello Kyle, we appreciate the positive review about your recent experience with us.
Fantastic experience: They were very precise and efficient treating our dog , i was in a total panic as my dog had had a seizure attack, great place to go out of hours but really expensive the lady who saw my dog was really lovely with him and the guy on reception was really helpful, I do have pet insurance but was advised my insurance company might not pay out out of surgery hours
Hi Susan, thanks so much for letting us know how we did. We’ll be sure to pass on your encouraging feedback to our team. Have a lovely day.
Fantastic experience: Our dachshund very suddenly became paralysed on Sunday afternoon and I immediately called Vets Now. From the initial contact with the receptionist (Blair?) to leaving the practice after being referred to the Small Animal Hospital, the service was second to none. We were treated with the utmost respect and understanding at reception and then by vet, Megan. Everything was fully expained and all our questions answered. I really cannot praise the service highly enough and would recommend Vets Now without hesitation
Hi Sheila, our team are all passionate about pets and their welfare. They’ll be thrilled to hear you were so happy with their service.
Positive experience: I had to take my puppy for overnight care twice as he had a terrible gastroenteritis and, although the process until I got there was poor (the service at the call centre when you select emergency appointment was really terrible, really lacking empathy considering I was calling at a very stressful time and so noisy that they didn't get my details right), once I got there the staff were lovely and very caring. I saw Fiona initially who was like a breath of fresh air after all the stress, she was reassuring and understanding. I also saw Laura, who was very knowledgeable and caring too. The receptionists were all very nice too. I would recommend although the call centre was very terrible.

Positive experience: I came in with my cat having phoned first... I was told an email would help me get to the surgery, but no information was given, and I had to find the VetsNow practice on Google maps, which wasn't the easiest! However, when I arrived I was seen quite quickly and the vet was competent, and diagnosed cystitis, and medicated the cat.

Fantastic experience: Had to bring my dog in late in the evening as she ate something she shouldn’t have! I was really worried and upset and the service we received was second to none! The team at Vets Now are fantastic, so kind and caring and helped to make light of a difficult situation. Huge thank you to the young guy on the reception desk, you are a credit to the team and an example of top tier customer service, also to the lovely vet who stood and talked to me while I was waiting. Couldn’t have asked to be looked after better, you are both wonderful:) thank you again.
Hi Ashley, our team are all passionate about pets and their welfare. They’ll be thrilled to hear you were so happy with their service.
Negative experience: Think it’s absolutely disgusting when told the animal wouldn’t make the car journey to Edinburgh the women on the phone wouldn’t tell us the name of emergency vets in Falkirk. Vets say they care about pets. That’s a joke
Hi Michelle, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience with us. Should you wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. Please highlight your concerns to the team along with the Vets Now practice you attended, the date you visited and your first line of address, postcode and highlighting your concerns.
Fantastic experience: The team at Vets Now looked after us and our dog Max with outstanding care and compassion yesterday. We were seen quickly, out of hours, despite this not being our local vet. The calm, caring approach of all the staff both minimised stress for Max, and preserved his dignity, while explaining our options clearly and with genuine compassion.
Hi Ailsa, we’re happy we could be there for you and your pet when you needed us.
Fantastic experience: All the staff at Vets Now are incredibly kind and thoughtful. I can't thank them enough for their amazing service and sincere compassion. Thank you!
Hello Steven, we appreciate the positive review about your recent experience with us.
Fantastic experience: I have had many positive experiences with Vets Now and the must recent one was no less satisfactory. Whilst I would prefer not to have to rush my pet there for help, I have always found the staff/service to be incredibly kind, helpful and reassuring (for both me and my beloved pet). They listen carefully and look after animals with compassion, they are conscious of cost and although the service is of course expensive (no nhs for pets), I never feel like it isn’t worth it for the service they offer.
Hi, thanks so much for letting us know how we did. Have a great day
Fantastic experience: Excellent care for my elderly cat who was vomiting one Sunday night (Izzy). Thorough consultation and injection given to make her comfortable until we can adjust her current care plan with her usual vet. Glad to have this service in our hour of need! Thanks.
Fantastic experience: My dog Boomer passed away on the 1st jan. called vets now as my own vets emergancy no was not answering. they were great and my dog was taken care of with dignity and respect. Got my dog creamated and returned as soon as possible with paw prints hair clippings and lovely box.
Hi Robert, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Whilst we’re so sorry for your loss, we’re glad our team were there to help during a difficult time.
Fantastic experience: Our dog had swallowed part of a squeaker out of a toy.Staff were kind and reassuring Pyro our dog was treated very quickly .He was given an emmetic and time to recover -all together we were totally satisfied with the excellent service .
Hi Isobel, our team are all passionate about pets and their welfare. They’ll be thrilled to hear you were so happy with their service.
Fantastic experience: Visited with my dog who had injured his dew claw. Whilst the call out charge was incredibly high, because there wasn’t really much could be done, the fee was waived and I was sent on my way with some advice on follow up care. Thanks!
Hi Gillian, thank you for taking the time to leave a 5 star rating, we appreciate it.
Fantastic experience: Emergency visit on Boxing Day after my spaniel consumed an entire Christmas cake full of raisins. Seen quickly and my spaniel back to full health. Courteous and friendly staff.
Hi Daniel, thanks so much for your lovely feedback, it’s great to hear our team were able to help and that your pet is doing well.
Negative experience: I was not told if I was on any Benifits I should been entitled to some help I was told to pay at the desk . But I heard the receptionist on the call to another customer advising if u are not Working we can help . But I wasn’t told this information. It’s all about money . The vet lady I saw was absolutely brilliant I can’t thank her enough for the advice and help she gave . She was very caring towards my cat . And she answered all my questions too . So thank god bless
Hi Zak, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. It’s a pleasure to have helped you and your pet. Have a great day.
Fantastic experience: After giving a short description of our dogs symptoms by telephone we were given an immediate appointment and were advised on what to take with us. When we arrived our wee dog was seen promptly and efficiently with kindness and understanding. We were then guided through the insurance claim procedure, which was very helpful.
Hi Lesley, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. Our team are all passionate about pets and their welfare. They’ll be thrilled to hear you were so happy with their service.
Fantastic experience: Seen quickly by the vet. Sean at reception was supportive and understanding throughout the visit. He helpfully explained about details needed to make a claim through our dog insurance company.
Hi Maureen, thank you so much for letting us know how we did by leaving a review.
Negative experience: If you care about your pet, avoid this clinic. While we were on holiday, we left our cat in the care of a friend. Unfortunately, she ate a toy and became ill, so our friend took her to this clinic for treatment. Our cat was seen by a vet who, in our opinion, did nothing to help her recover and was sent home, where her condition continued to worsen overnight. The next day, our friend took her to Vets4Pets at Fort Kinnaird (which we highly recommend). Unfortunately, by the time she was seen there, it was too late to save her. Just one day after visiting Vets Now Edinburgh, our cat passed away. She was only 4 years old. Had she received surgery or appropriate care at Vets Now, she might still be alive today. It seemed their primary concern was pushing insurance claims and focusing on profit, rather than offering the urgent care she needed. If you love your pet, do not take them here. If, on the other hand, you are indifferent to your pet’s well-being, then this might be the clinic for you.
Hi Victor, we’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy after visiting to Vets Now. If you’d like to discuss any aspect of your visit further, please don’t hesitate to contact [email protected], indicating which clinic you attended, your pet’s name and the first line of your home address, postcode and highlighting your concerns.
Fantastic experience: We visited 12/10 with our dog, Robbie (?) on the phone was very helpful in our initial enquiry. Once we arrived we only had to wait around 10 minutes for our dog to be seen. The vet we saw Mel (?) (English accent) was so helpful and kind, easing out and the pups worries. We were very grateful for the service and if ever needed to use again, we wouldn’t hesitate to return.
Hi Nairne, thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m so pleased our team could be there for you when you needed us most. We’ll be sure to pass on your encouraging feedback to our team.
Fantastic experience: Great team, looked after my mini dachshund very well with overnight care. Despite being down a receptionist they kept me updated and we're very helpful managing expectations. Very lucky to have such a good out of hours vet!
Hi Kit , thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m so pleased our team could be there for you when you needed us most.
Fantastic experience: Really positive experience in a stressful and frustrating evening. Vet was 4min drive away. No wait. I really appreciated that they triaged my rabbit so that I only had to see (and pay for) a nurse. The reception guy was really helpful in terms of taking through payment, insurance etc. Bunny was totally fine btw, insurance people were talking about brain swelling and infection, but the nurse just fished some hay out of her ear
Hi Beth, thank you so much for letting us know how we did by leaving a review.
Fantastic experience: Took excellent care of my dog when he cut his leg. Saw him within a few minutes of us arriving and were super kind and gentle with him
Hi Emma, thanks so much for letting us know how we did.
Fantastic experience: The team here saved the life of my dog, there's no otherway to say it. After nicking an artery on some broken glass on an evening walk I urgently needed Vets Now out of hours service. On arrival my dog was seen promptly by a very calm team of professionals, after agreeing surgery was needed the team completed the operation within 40 minutes and my dog was ready to go home within the hour. Thank you
Hi Miguel, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We hope you have a good day!
Fantastic experience: Very understanding of Brodies situation. I was impressed with the compassion shown not only for my pet but for me also. Thank You
Hello David, we appreciate the positive review about your recent experience with us.
Fantastic experience: Had to take my cat here as she licked some patio cleaner but luckily she only had a burnt tongue & hadn’t swallowed it, I will be more vigilant next time as it was a costly mistake but I’m happy she is fine!
Hi Lorna, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
Negative experience: Absolutely shocking. We rushed him in they did tests and said he has trauma to his spleen and that the bleed was no longer active! That was 1.30 am but 9.30am he has gone down hill and could not walk so rushed him back, he died in the car on the way there. When we got there we were told it was most likely a tumour on his spleen but he would of needed a ct scan to show..... we were never offered a ct scan or advised to be safe that would be the best option...... which we should of been. Then to top it off we carried him in to the building to be taken in to a room that we could see the dog next to us getting examined and his owner there. we weren't even in a private room, we were then asked about crematorium i said I wanted a cremated on his own, they said don't worry we will put him in the freezer until he could be collect in 2 days time! The crematorium called 2 days later to say we were not able to go and see our boy as planned as the psda did NOT put him in the freezer but left him on the floor and due to this the poor soul was is a shocking mess!!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Worst place in the world. When I called our own vet to tell them they were absolutely shocked to hear 1. We were not advised to get a CT scan and 2... the fact the didn't even bother to put him in a freezer to keep him in a good condition. 3. We were even in a private room with him.... our poor boy was 2 years old!

Fantastic experience: Vets now provided urgent out of hours assessment and care for our dog Tobie and I felt sure he was in safe hands from the start. They gave regular updates and communicated risks of procedures, expected costs etc well.
Hi Isla, thanks so much for your positive feedback. We really appreciate it.
Positive experience: Vets now staff were fantastic, receptionists and vet alike. The vet who treated my dog came across as very experienced and alleviated my concerns. Whilst my dog was lingering with hemorragic gastroenteritis despite being treated by my own vet and hadn’t ate for 4 days and had bloody diarrhea and appeared to be getting worse. My dog started showing signs of improvement that same day and continued to do so in leaps and bounds. I am delighted with the treatment she received but my one gripe is the cost of medication. The consultation fee is at least double that of other vet’s but I knew that before going. I guess that boils down to extra expense if running an out of hours service. However the cost of medication was an absolute rip off. £61 for the same product I could buy over the counter at Pets at Home for £15. The other meds were double or quadruple the price available elsewhere. Whilst the staff probably have nothing to do with setting the prices, I can’t help but feel the Company is taking unfair advantage of people who are desperately concerned for their pets. Staff excellent, company, not so much.

Fantastic experience: Our experience was really good, it was a stressful day for us as one of our birds was sick, this team was awesome, friendly, kind, professional..., I don't have but good words for them. Our pets are birds so it's too hard to fine exotic and/or avian vets, they are the reference emergency service of our usual vet and although they don't have an avian vet they did all they could to attend us to the highest standards, calling to the vet hospital where they have avian vets. I only can say a big thank you
Hi, thanks so much for letting us know how we did. Thank you and have a good day
Negative experience: For the money I had to pay and my dogs issue was not resolved I feel robbed. The call out charge is most certainly not justified. I also did not receive a breakdown of costs.
Hi Irene Timmins, I know it can be frustrating having to pay for an unplanned trip to the vets. Much like it is for other out-of-hours services in other industries, It's more expensive to run an out-of-hours pet emergency service than a general daytime practice. We've broken down where our costs go here if you'd like to find out more: https://www.vets-now.com/2018/01/emergency-vet-costs-prices-fees/.
If you’d like to query your bill or speak to us about anything we’re here for you on [email protected]
Fantastic experience: Staff are lovely, check my dog thoroughly and then explained everything they were going to do before hand, everything on the bill was itemised and helped with Insurance purposes too, called when they said they would call, and even hand feed my dog proper chicken so she could come home.. my dog gets very nervous at the vets but I think she enjoyed being fussed over.
Hi Karen, we work hard to ensure every client’s experience is second-to-none and we’re glad to hear you found this to be the case.
Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praise for the Edinburgh team - vets, nurses and reception team. They are run off their feet yet still find the time for kindness and individual attention .
Hi Marie, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. Our team are all passionate about pets and their welfare. They’ll be thrilled to hear you were so happy with their service.
Negative experience: Very bad experience with pricing and lack of transparency from the team in 2b Hutchison Crossway... £320 in fees just to be seen, £18.75 fee on top of the price of eyedrops because... reasons? and a £25 fee for "dealing" with my insurance provider, when they actually have not even initiated the claim themselves and I'll need to do all of the work for my claim to be processed. I undertand the high initial fee for an emergency vet, but all of those fees added on top seem excessive and unfair.
Hi Aurora, I’m sorry to hear you’re unhappy after your recent visit to Vets Now. If you’d like to discuss any aspect of your visit further, please don’t hesitate to contact [email protected], highlighting your concerns and indicating which clinic you attended, your pet’s name and the first line of your home address.
Positive experience: The service was great I brought my puppy straight in and was seen straight away it was a Sunday afternoon and he collapsed after being out in the sun I was so scared. And really appreciate the help straight away. The fee to even see someone was £340. And with blood tests and fluids it was £1000 I really appreciate all the help. But I think the money is absolutely insane. A similar thing happened to my friends dog and it only cost 200 I do understand it was an out of hours service but wow wasn’t expecting that. So 1000% have insurance. But the service was brilliant and my baby was home that night thank god. Thank you

Fantastic experience: My cat Squeaky suddenly became very unwell (suspected pancreatitis) and was admitted to Vets Now over the weekend. He received excellent care and is recovering well. I am so grateful to the vets and team for doing the most difficult of jobs so very professionally and cheerfully. Thank you ❤
Hello Jan, we appreciate the positive review about your recent experience with us.
Positive experience: Excellent service, my kitten seemed to have breathing problems and the vet was there waiting with oxygen immediately I arrived. They didn't leave me waiting too long and straight away told me he was fine but may have a touch of asthma. They gave him a sterroiid shot which helped calm him for the taxi home. My only issues are how far away from me PDSA are meant I needed to get a taxi, and while I really appreciate the discount, £140 plus taxi is a big outlay when I'm on benefits.
Hi Anna, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We hope you have a good day!
Negative experience: Can not fault initial call to Vets Now when it was clear my pet was stryggling to breathe. Very calming & sympathetic to my situation. However my opinion changed when we got through to PDSA building. I felt we were put in a room just to say our goodbyes to our loving pet, no empathy. Didn't ask any questions at all, we thought why are we here ? I was told my pet would be collected nect day, taken to Livingston to be cremated & his ashes scattered in pet garden. So we agreed thats what we wanted. However when I called the crematorium I found out this was not the case, I was so upset. I tried to call PDSA but couldn't reach them. Where was my pet, am I too late to put a stop to him being sent further away. Luckily for me my vet practise stepped in to save the day and we got him back & we are arranging hiscremation ourselves. To be honest the upset & stress that was caused by being mis informed by you I can not see me contacting you again & will not recommend anyone use your service. Mr & Mrs Finlay
Hi there, we’re sorry you’re not happy with the service you received at Vets Now. We understand how painful it is to lose a pet, and we hope you’re okay during this difficult time.
If you’d like to discuss any aspect of your visit further, please don’t hesitate to contact [email protected], indicating which clinic you attended, your pet’s name and the first line of your home address.
Fantastic experience: We had to rush our cat in over the weekend and he stayed for two nights. We couldn't be happier with the level of care, compassion and how easy it was to get in touch for updates. They made a very stressful experience a lot easier to manage
Hello Maria, we appreciate the positive review about your recent experience with us.
Negative experience: Worst “emergency “ clinic with totally unprofessional “medic’s “ !! I’m just an immigrant in this country for more than 10 years but yesterday I realised that this country doesn’t offer you absolutely nothing!!! I feel very bad that you people treath “strangers “ with sow much indifference. I’ve camed to your emergency clinic with my 8 weeks old cat, you’re “professional “ emergency medic just took a temperature and tell me that the best option it’s to put her asleep, with absolutely no investigation, no nothing. And in the the end ,they charge 540£ for 2 min consultation with a termometro and kill that innocent soul? Hopefully this “emergency clinic “ will disappear soon!!!!
Hi Claudiu, thanks for sharing your experience at Vets Now Edinburgh pet emergency service. What you’ve described sounds very unusual and we’d really like the opportunity to look into this further for you. If you’d like to discuss any aspect of your visit further, please don’t hesitate to contact [email protected], indicating which clinic you attended, your pet’s name and the first line of your home address.
Fantastic experience: Thank you to the vet nurse (red head) last night who helped us with Lenny the cat (suspected bladder blockage). Really appreciated your time and caring nature - can tell you really love animals and helped us when we were stressed.
Hi Katherine, thanks so much for letting us know how we did.
Fantastic experience: Really helpful and attentive staff. I was delighted with the kindness, care and time taken with my dog. The only issue I had was trying to arrange transport as I live some distance away and rely on family for car travel so if Vets Now could provide emergency transportation that would be extremely useful. Overall I was very satisfied.
Hi Joan, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We hope you have a good day!
Fantastic experience: Brought our bunny late at night as he seemed extremely unwell, turning out to be GI stasis (which can be really fatal). The vets/nurses were absolutely incredible, reassuring but honest every step of the way. Let us know we could call anytime to check if he was okay. Especially kind and understanding about our panic surrounding finances. On good news, little bunno is doing exceptionally well, he scoffed down parsely as soon as he got home and also did exceptionally well with taking his meds. He‘s back to threatening our furniture and kicking out his litter and we are thrilled. Thank you
Hi Christina, thanks so much for your lovely feedback, it’s great to hear our team were able to help and that your pet is doing well. Have a great day.
Fantastic experience: Came here last night as my greyhound stole and ate a lot of treats when we were away. Didn't have to wait very long and all staff were kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. Plus they didn't even charge me for their time, absolutely brilliant. Only complaint would be it would be nice if there was a water fountain as the reception was quite warm and a bit stuffy.
Hi Naomi, thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m so pleased our team could be there for you when you needed us most. We hope you have a great day.
Fantastic experience: Did have to wait a while until we were seen but this was only due to the practice being busy, so not their fault. Their receptionist was great (unfortunately didn’t get her name) She had a difficult customer and she handled it really well ! My visit was on 8th may :)
Hi Lauren, thank you for your kind words. We really appreciate you taking the time to leave your review.
Positive experience: Hi I had a bit of a wait as only one vet on However once she saw us and Gus the , we were immediately put at ease. It was a Trauma eye injury so needed seen asap. Gus after been checked issued with meds and some treats was sent home. To be checked by regular vet later in the week. Staff at vet now very helpful and polite. Thank you
Hi Wilma, I’m so happy we could be there for you and that we were able to help Gus. We hope you have a lovely day.
Negative experience: The vet was excellent when dealing with my dog, Boris. However the receptionist needs some training on customer service skills and the Data Protection Act.
Hi Julie, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. If you’d like to discuss your visit with a member of our team, please email us on [email protected], indicating which clinic you attended, your pet’s name, the first line of your home address and highlighting your concerns.
Negative experience: Dissatisfied. Worth noting I was asked for this review by Vets Now. My little kitten (British Shorthair who is 5 months) got trapped in an internal cupboard in kitchen. He pulled himself out and couldn’t walk on left back leg. Took immediately to PDSA branch Gorgie Edinburgh. The positives were quick phone lines and helpful reception. I am really disappointed with diagnosis and aftercare. Vet confirmed couldn’t feel any bone damage. Provided painkillers NSAi. Advised didn’t want to cray due to size (5 months) and need for general. I was in and out relatively quick. He was confident it was soft tissue. Advised 4 days rest and likely soft tissue. There was little or no use of leg from cat, discomfort and no eating, took cat to my vet on Monday who immediately felt a difference in leg. Sorted immediate x ray and care which showed broken leg. Arranged really good very in Anstruther to do operation two days after (today). So Vets Now was very quick but almost 500 pounds for tiny bottle of NSAI painkillers and wrong diagnosis (30 mins total time in and 25 miles to get there). I am lodging a complaint. I appreciate things were busy but you could have offered more considered care. This led to days of additional pain, worry, distress.
Hi Craig, I’m sorry to hear that you are unhappy after your visit to Vets Now. If you would like to discuss this further, please email us on [email protected] indicating which clinic you attended, your pets name and the first line of your home address highlighting your concerns.
Fantastic experience: They query with my concerns promptly and was seen within a very short time. Vet explained everything and was made aware of charges before going in. Insurance claim handle by VetsNow promptly and options available to defer if required. Happy with the prompt response and service.
Hi Ana, thanks so much for letting us know how we did. We’ll be sure to pass on your encouraging feedback to our team.
Negative experience: Honestly appalled with the service and lack of sympathy the vet had for my dog who was puking blood. All she could do was inject anti-sickness medication and hope that would do it. (Costed an arm and leg for a useless 10 minute consultation) They didn’t even bother testing or ruling out any other possibility of my dog’s situation - this was our 2nd time visiting this emergency vet & she still had the audacity to tell us to come back if my dog gets worse just to charge us more when she could’ve done further test right there & then. Long story short, we had a 2nd opinion from our normal vet in the morning and they took blood samples etc. (no questions asked). We found out that my dog may be carrying a virus… honestly, this vet needs to restructure or something because the service and high fees they take for minimum effort is disgusting to say the least.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience!! Took my daughter’s dog Bella for emergency as Bella was feeling lethargic and not eating well. The vet determined very rapidly that Bella needed an operation which was as success. She is still recovering but can’t thank the vet enough for saving Bella’s life.
Hi Deisy, thanks so much for your lovely feedback, it’s great to hear our team were able to help and that your pet is doing well.
Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Vet was very good with our very nervous dog. Clear advice on what we should look for and how to get back in contact if necessary.
Hello David, thank you; we appreciate your feedback!
Fantastic experience: I've had two poorly pets one day apart. Both out of hours and one at the weekend. I truly don't know how I would have coped without the vets help. Your angels in disguise. Thank you all for the support and medical help for both Biscuit and Coco.
Hi Julie, thanks so much for letting us know how we did. We hope you have a great day.
Fantastic experience: The staff were very helpful and friendly, both on the phone giving advice and in person when we had to come in later for an appointment with Petra. The treatment and communication was excellent. This a vital service that is professional and approachable
