Our comment from InfoVet about Vets Now Portsmouth:

Vets Now Portsmouth is an emergency veterinary clinic known for its compassionate and professional service. Many customers praise the staff for being kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, creating a comforting environment for both pets and their owners during stressful situations. Clients have reported excellent care, especially with emergency cases, and appreciated the clear communication regarding treatment options and costs.

Several reviews highlight the staff's ability to explain procedures and reassure worried pet owners. Testimonials like, 'I couldn’t thank these vets enough from start to end', demonstrate the clinic's commitment to high-quality veterinary care.

However, there are mixed feelings about the clinic's pricing structure. Some customers express concern over high costs compared to other local vets, describing the fees as 'extortionate' during emergencies. Instances of miscommunication and long waits have also been reported, leading to dissatisfaction for some pet owners. Yet, many still emphasize that the care and attention their pets receive at Vets Now justify the expenses incurred.

In summary, Vets Now Portsmouth provides a crucial service for pet emergencies, with a dedicated team focused on animal health and owner support, though potential clients are advised to be prepared for significant costs associated with out-of-hours care.

Negative experience: Extremely dangerous experience. I took my dog in with severe symptoms: she wasn't eating, couldn't walk, had visible pus in her vagina, and a swollen lymph node. I told the vet she had been showing signs for weeks. Instead of checking for a common infection like pyometra (which any competent vet should check for in an intact female), they completely ignored the physical evidence I pointed out. The vet was "sure" it was cannabis toxicity, despite me telling them that was impossible. The next morning, my regular vet diagnosed her with emergency pyometra. She needed immediate life-saving surgery for an infection this clinic completely ignored. Their negligence nearly cost my dog her life. They are more interested in making assumptions than actually looking at the animal in front of them. Avoid this place if you want a correct diagnosis.

Fantastic experience: Our dog became very ill on Christmas morning. We contacted vets now and they asked us to bring her in. They carried out a full range of tests and provided us with a preliminary diagnosis. During the four days of her OOH stay with them she was well looked after. From the first point of contact until she was discharged we were met with staff that are friendly, caring, respectful, and professional. If I’m ever in a position to require an OOH vet again I would certainly contact them again.

Fantastic experience: Vets Now made a stressful experience a whole lot easier. First phone call was very useful with clear instructions. First vet we saw was very informative and gave our cat a thorough examination. He was kind and gave us clear information about how cat would be cared for. She stayed in and he called twice with an update. Unfortunately their ultrasound wasn't working so we couldn't get a full diagnosis. When we picked her up the next morning 2nd vet explained clearly about her care and how to proceed. We took her home and Vets Now had also informed our vets who called in the day to check up. Receptionist was kind and friendly and helpful as she explained how to deal with insurance

Negative experience: Arrived at noon. No promised/advertised triage by a nurse. It was a busy morning but only 1 vet meant we weren’t seen for 3.5hrs….and only then by a nurse…after I started to complain. Patience was wearing v thin. Dig bleeding on your floor. Dog was stapled as a temp fix but no pain killers etc could be prescribed without a vet. All in all a substandard service. RB

Fantastic experience: A really efficient service conducted with care and empathy.

Daniel Moon Posted on Google 5 months ago

Negative experience: Please dont call vets now and go in thinking your insurance will cover your bill, the call centre in Scotland and vets now dont have any contact with each other. So the man on the phone telling you to bring insurance documents might aswell not bother. You will be charged there and then. I told the lady on reception what I was told before I went in, her whole attitude changed, she became extremely rude, and waved her nose in the air like she was posh spice herself, I won't bring my dogs back here! Im not sure how they get away with the theft there committing. I can check my dogs heart beat for 370£ any day

Positive experience: My dog had a torn ear which could not wait until Monday due to blood loss. The staff were first class, but the bill of 1500 to 1900 pounds was extreme to say the least. This iz why our insurance premiums are so high! My dog needed sedation and stitching this can't cost this much!!

Vets Now Portsmouth
Vets Now Portsmouth

Hi Jon, I know it can be frustrating having to pay for an unplanned trip to the vets. Much like it is for other out-of-hours services in other industries, it's more expensive to run an out-of-hours pet emergency service than a general daytime practice. We've broken down where our costs go here if you'd like to find out more: https://www.vets-now.com/2018/01/emergency-vet-costs-prices-fees/

Catliz Posted on Google 6 months ago

Negative experience: Extreamly upset and disappointed in the cost of not only the out of hours service but also the markup of medication. Apparently an emergency vet is not to be used to prescribe medication to a sick animal which I was told if they did it would cost more for 1 days worth of antibiotics than a whole weeks worth from my regular vet because they are emergency... Pain relieve that can be bought on the Internet for under £5 cost over £100. Vulnerable pet owners should not be seen as cash machines and sick animals should not be seen as a money making opportunity!.

Vets Now Portsmouth
Vets Now Portsmouth

Hi there, thanks for your feedback on the cost of our service. As you may be aware, it’s a lot more expensive to run an after-hours emergency vet service. The greater running costs we incur are reflected in our prices. Casa Diablo Tattoo Posted on Google 8 months ago

Negative experience: I brought my Doberman here last year with bloat — a life-threatening, time-sensitive emergency. Instead of rushing to help, I was told nothing would be done until I paid £2,000 up front. Once I managed to get the money, the amount was raised again to £3,000. While every minute counted, my dog lay on the floor in pain as I begged for help. The staff were cold, detached, and dismissive — I was even told I could “go somewhere else if I didn’t like it.” The vet spoke down to me, and the receptionist showed no compassion. It felt like a “computer says no” situation, with no urgency or care for what was happening in front of them. I sat in tears while my boy was slipping away. This was one of the hardest experiences of my life. My dog died on the table before the operation was even completed, yet they still demanded full payment. When I asked to see him the next day, I was told he had already been placed in the freezer. My family had to go back to collect his collar because I couldn’t face returning there. This nightmare didn’t just cost me my dog. It has left me with a CCJ, £2,400 in debt, damaged credit, and the loss of the home I had been saving for. In total they charged £4,400 for a dog who was left waiting over an hour without proper care. I understand bloat can be fatal, but time and compassion make all the difference — and both were absent here. I have since tried to resolve this with the company, but all I’ve received is the usual corporate runaround: passed from person to person and told I could “make a complaint” if I wished. Again, detached and uncaring. Corporate vets like this care only about money, not the animals or the families who love them. Please — avoid Vets Now and Downland at all costs. Trust independent vets who still put patients first.

Fantastic experience: Took my cat in this evening after he had been missing for a few weeks, could not thank the team enough for their help. Molly put my mind at ease and treated my cat with such care, a true credit to the company.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at the practice was so lovely and helpful. I was given options for treatment and the costs were clearly outlined. The wonderful receptionist Molly even looked after my dog so I could use the bathroom. The most important part was how thoughtful and caring they were to my dog, particularly when he had to stay in overnight. Thank you from a very grateful owner and a recovering Ayrton

Negative experience: Overall awful. The guy I spoke to on the phone was nice but seemed more interested in telling me prices than giving me advice on my cats health. Couldn't find the place they sent me to, they wanted me to use their taxis even though I said it's not coming up on my maps and Uber is fine. Managed to find a vet that was open by pure chance. Don't use these people, they want money and lack empathy.

Negative experience: Had to put 1 star otherwise can't leave a review...... 2am visit with my very suddenly poorly spaniel. Was asked to pay in 1 go, no offer of Klarna 3 month thing. Phoned them the next day to inform of my decision to have him cremated and returned to me. Got three chasing payment emails over next three days, and 2 calls, even though I paid balance over the phone the next day. Went to get him a week later, The name on the box was spelt wrong, not ideal but on his box it was correct, BUT the paw print I was asked if I'd like (yes) " wasn't where it should be", and they will investigate and call me. That was 3 weeks ago. I have chased twice. I can't believe something so final and desperately important has been lost. I am heartbroken again. My last gift from him.....

Louise Stallard Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: I attended with my dog as an emergency after being treated by my practice vets for suspected pancreatitis over Friday and Saturday so in the very early hours of Sunday morning. Despite seeming in good shape Saturday evening in the early hours we woke to him crying out in pain so rushed him in. Vetsnow were not able to access his records despite our vets outsourcing to this service?? he was in extreme pain so was given methadone, and bloods were taken. The vet believed it could be a neurological issue and wanted to refer to a specialist despite me saying I didn’t think this was the issue and something else going on. I was told better to get him there to spend the thousands it was likely to cost in case it was as they can treat the medical case first and foremost. by the time he got there it was far too late and passed away in their hands. It seems no one looked at the bloods after taking them as he should have been admitted there and then instead of an extra 3 hour delay to see the specialist. I had to ask at time of paying if they took the bloods as I had seen them do it and then ask for them to be printed to take with me to next vets but no one took me through the results of them at vetsnow. It may not have changed the outcome but the vets should have followed up the results with me after the bloods were taken but they had already decided to refer. 600+ pounds for the pleasure. And I was charged twice for blood tests which only was clear when I asked for a copy of the invoice AFTER paying and noticed it so then had to wait another 20 mins for them to process the refund. All while my dog was dying.

Positive experience: I took my dog to the out of hours vets saterday 14 march I glad to say thay sorted out what could of been a vary serious problem the only thing I am not happy with is thay are the vets that my vets uses out of hours ? So I don't think I sould have topay an admin on my claim when at my vets I don't because I have pet care insurance?

Vets Now Portsmouth
Vets Now Portsmouth

Hi Sue, the veterinary surgeon is making a professional declaration that, to the best of their knowledge and belief, all information provided on the form is true and complete and that the fees charged are no more than the fees they would normally charge their clients. Completion of the form is more than an act of administration, rather a professional statement, similar to a doctor’s letter for example, which would be required to verify information given to an insurance company. As such, completion of the form attracts a fee.

Fantastic experience: Went to the out of hours on NYE. Everyone was so kind and lovely. The vet was great at explaining everything. I can't speak highly enough of everyone that was there.

Positive experience: On Boxing day I had to bring my dog to you as he had eaten a bowl of chocolates including the wrappers. We phoned Downlands emergency number and after being asked if we had pet insurance we were informed we would need to pay an initial fee of £300.00 for a consultation and told to take him to Vets Now in Portsmouth. Upon arrival we explained to staff what had happened and he was taken straight through for treatment as they were expecting us. Within the next hour he was given two injections and monitored for twenty minutes before being discharged with a charcoal solution for us to add to his food later that evening. The cost for this treatment was in excess of a staggering £600.00! I’m glad to say he was fine after receiving this treatment, and I must say all the staff on duty that night were great and couldn’t have been more helpful, and this negative review is in no way a reflection on them as I’m very grateful they were there to help. Whilst I realise this took place on a bank holiday at Christmas time, I just cannot see how a final bill of over £600.00 can be justified for the treatment we received and the amount of time we were at the practice. How can we ever expect pet insurance premiums to become more affordable when we are being charged these sort of prices, and how would anyone without insurance ever be able to afford those sorts of prices? Surely pet owners shouldn’t be exploited purely because of the affection they have for their pets or just because they are fortunate enough to be able to afford pet insurance.

Hi Claire, I know it can be frustrating having to pay for an unplanned trip to the vets. Much like it is for other out-of-hours services in other industries, It's more expensive to run an out-of-hours pet emergency service than a general daytime practice. We've broken down where our costs go here if you'd like to find out more: https://www.vets-now.com/2018/01/emergency-vet-costs-prices-fees/.

Negative experience: Have used vets now on two occasions with my dog and must say I don't rate them as a very good experience they are more concerned about financial gain than anything else I expected a verbal handover about my dogs treatment as he was being taken to another vets for care during the day I had to ask and then had the card machine put under my nose to pay as though I wasn't going to walk out without paying and the way he was returned to my care was poor and I would give them zero stars not the one star I had to give them

Teresa Serle Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: Not a good experience at all. The first vet suggested I phone hospitals for referrals. I wasted time phoning around when veterinary hospitals don’t take referrals from owners. Surely she should have known that! She said later that she would phone, but in the morning it was not mentioned. Nothing was emailed to our vets, luckily I asked for the notes to be printed out. My poor dog was handed back to me with our bedding soaking wet, I had to wrap him in my coat. He was due pain relief at 8am, we were discharged at 7.30, I kept repeating our vets wasn’t open until 8.30, but the vet we saw would not listen. My poor dog had to sit in a car, waiting, in pain. Some staff were kind, but overall we felt dismissed.

Fantastic experience: Vets Now had our dog overnight for two nights due to diabetic ketoacidosis and they gave a completely compassionate and professional service. The vet, Mark M, was world class and left us completely reassured our pet was in the best hands she could be. We cannot thank Mark and the staff at Vets Now enough for the care they provided and the warmth of service at all times.

From txt directions to level of care the service was excellent. Clear communication on costs ment that the little things were not an issue. Thanks to everyone who looks after me and my hound.

Negative experience: We had to use Vetsnow recently for our dog who had post op complications, we had quite a negative experience upon arrival with the receptionist being far from friendly. Not speaking much to us at all, and then after waiting 45 mins I asked how long it would be and was just told my pet ‘wasn’t a priority’ which I fully understand but I feel good communication goes a long way when you are a stressed owner! There was a lot going on there this night and one vet, but we were squeezed in between other dogs and our dog was seen by the vet for around 2 mins, without a proper consultation was given medication which I felt wasn’t right for his symptoms and was sent away after this charging nearly £500. After a 2.5 hour wait, And being seen by the vet for only 5 mins, it just felt bad. I hope we don’t have to come back here but it feels a shame the experience we had, and I think the price should reflect the quality of the consultation.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited an out-of-hours vet clinic and was incredibly impressed by the experience, especially with the care and compassion provided by the vet on duty. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel supported and reassured, even though it was late and I was anxious about my dog’s condition. She greeted us with a warm demeanor, instantly putting both me and my dog at ease. The vet’s knowledge and professionalism were evident from the start. She took the time to thoroughly examine my dog, explaining every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. No question was too small or too silly—she answered each one patiently and clearly. She also went over the treatment options in detail, making sure I understood what was going on and what the next steps would be. I left feeling well-informed and reassured that my dog was in good hands. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about my dog’s well-being, which meant the world to me. Her kindness, coupled with her expertise, made an anxious experience much more bearable. I would highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone in need of compassionate, knowledgeable care, especially during those worrying out-of-hours moments.

Negative experience: Our beloved dog was hit by a car, we instantly took him to vets now Portsmouth. After an initial examination they said it looks like superficial injuries and he'll be OK but kept him overnight telling my husband he may be OK to come home in the morning. They even walked him the next morning. As my husband collected him his leg appeared to dislocate or something. We took him to another vet immediately our dog had 2 broken legs, massive ligament damage and brain damage. He was put to sleep that morning with my devastated husband holding him. We are shocked, traumatised and utterly Disgusted, the price out of hours vets charge and the care we received is just shocking. Once we have recovered emotionally we will be looking into this matter more.

Negative experience: My dog couldn’t put his front leg down, it seemed to be locked at the joint & couldn’t straighten it. i thought he had somehow pulled his leg joint out of socket. This was around 8.00 pm & was so worried that I didn’t want to leave him like this till the next morning so I called the emergency vet & took him straight there. The vet looked at his leg & his paw & said the issue was with his paw, he said he had made it sore through licking it. He then pulled his leg & I heard something click although I don’t think the vet heard it, if he did he certainly didn’t say anything, he was then given 2 injections, end of consultation. I am not happy that he said the issue was his paw when it was quite clear that his leg seemed locked so if this was my regular vet I would most certainly be looking for another vet. At a cost of almost £400 I was not impressed at all.

Fantastic experience: My beautiful lil man had a seizure and when I phoned vets now, they told me to come down straight away, on arrival, they were very friendly and showed me into a room where the vet was, he was amazing and I’d definitely go there again. It’s all care for the pet from beginning to end.

Madalin Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: This is so sad as when you bring your pet to the vet you are expecting to be helped but after my cat had some problems breathing for a few days we have decided to take it to the vet as he was struggling, when we got to the vet we have received only the worst case scenarios we where advice to consider euthanasia or to leaving him over night for further treatment but to consider that he might die over night as his condition is quit bad and he may not survive the night. So we decided to take him home as he was too young to have the problems suggested by the doctor and too sudden to have a virus. And we had do sign that we take all the responsibility as this is not advice that he is more than likely to die over night. So we took him home, gave him some vitamins and let him be for a few days and now after 1 month he is still alive and well and happy. Now the question is what if we would follow the doctor advice and let him stay over night and the next day we would receive a call that he didn't make it? So we have spent over 600£ to be advice to euthanize my cat because something had to be wrong, but not just wrong so wrong that he needs to die before he can have a chance. This is sad as i do understand this is the medical world and doctors can see and know only what they learn from books. So i am writhing this maybe this will help someone and think twice before fallowing blindly the doctor advice. Good look to all the pet owners.

Positive experience: Fantastic service from the vet who was worthy of 5 stars, however be prepared that it’s a night service only so you are required to return around 7am in the morning to transfer your animal to a daytime vet.

Goły Natural Posted on Google 1 year ago

Positive experience: The staff were all very kind, however I did find the vet was rushed off her feet. I know this probably doesn’t always happen, but there were 2 fitting dogs, and our pup that was basically unconscious, we suspect she ate something, she basically looked d*** at home, adrenaline woke her up at the clinic… I don’t feel we were properly seen, basic blood tests that showed nothing and the appointment cost £400, my fault for not having an insurance, yes. But £400 for 15 minutes of the vet’s attention in the whole hour we were there? Not Ok. We now suspect someone threw something (potentially an edible) over the fence. She slept for the most part of 24 hours. Surely that should show on the most basic blood work? At least to reassure the pets owner? I think the clinic needs more vets on shift to prevent the rushing around and clear visible stress the poor vet was under. I literally could not afford those £400 but we wouldn’t not take our pup to the vet to save the money either. But I expect the vet’s full attention if am going to pay that much money.

Fantastic experience: By 14 year old dog became unwell while we were on holiday in Hayling Island. After a call to 2 local vets who had no appointments, we were given details of Vets Now. Went along and was seen immediately. Vet was lovely and very thorough. Thankfully 2 injections and some medication, my dog was back to herself with 12 hours and we could all enjoy the rest of our holiday. They were very efficient with sending me the report and everything needed for an insurance claim. Would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Avoid This Veterinary Clinic at All Costs I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the experience my family had at Vets now. Our recent visit has left us shocked by their outrageous pricing, lack of professionalism, and appalling approach to handling complaints. I strongly urge anyone considering this clinic to think twice before bringing their beloved pets here. My daughter visited this clinic in the evening because our dog was unwell. She was charged an extortionate fee of £450, far beyond what any reasonable person would expect for the services rendered. To put this into perspective, after calling around to several other local vets, I found that their fees ranged between £167 and £200 for similar services. The clinic's prices are completely out of order, and it's clear they have no concern for the financial burden they place on pet owners during already stressful situations. What makes this even worse is the lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by the staff. Despite my daughter being visibly upset, the vet insisted she listen to our dog's heart, which only added to her distress. This is not what I would expect from a professional veterinary practice, and it's certainly not the kind of care or compassion one should receive in such a vulnerable moment. To add insult to injury, when we reached out to the clinic to address these issues, they stood their ground and defended their prices, insisting that making a young, upset girl listen to her dog's heart was "normal." There was absolutely no effort to understand our concerns or to make things right. But the worst part of all? Their complaint handling process is a complete joke. It's designed to drag on for more than two months, with one excuse after another, in what seems like a deliberate attempt to wear down dissatisfied customers. It's clear that they are more interested in protecting their inflated fees than in providing any semblance of customer service or resolution. In summary, this veterinary clinic is an absolute disgrace. They overcharge, underdeliver, and show a shocking lack of professionalism and compassion. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Your pets and your wallet will thank you. Do not make the mistake of trusting your beloved animals to this clinic. You deserve better, and so do your pets.

Fantastic experience: Our jack Russell Rodney was out on a walk when something spooked him and he bolted. Scared he ran across a road and was hit on his back left quarter by a car a lovely lady witnessed it. Scooped him up and took him to vets now. Who checked him over and thankfully all was OK. He has his microchip. So they called (we were in Turkey) and our friends went and collected him. All safe and sound. Lovely caring people. The vet called a little later on to tell us what had happened. And all this was at no charge. But it's an eye opener to how important it is to have your pets microchiped. !! Highly recommend these wonderful people

Positive experience: I found the day to be very upsetting, the vet scanned my dog, the synopsis was not good, However I took her to my local vets the next day, on my questioning I asked for a second opinion. I myself have had a lot of dogs with pyometra, so I thought that might have been the problem, nevertheless I always listen to the vetinary advice, after inspecting the synopsis my veterinarian performed an operation straight away. Positive experience: The vet Marie and nurse Harriet that came out were extremely professional and nice. Our nine year old cat had come in with lacerations to his face. We made an appt at Hilsea (the out of hours clinic) as it was Sunday morning. When we got Lennie in the car he started panting and throwing himself at the cat carrier door - we realised he would injure himself even more or have a heart attack - this is why we asked them to come to our home. He was given antibiotics, eye cream and pain killers. We knew it would be expensive but £1098.00 seems exorbitant. I know this is not the vet's price - but the company's rates.

Communication was poor, I didn’t have one phone call or update on my cats condition within the 36 hours he was on site, I had to call to find out. Also he was not triaged upon arrival, we had to sit and wait for 30-45 minutes, which may have impacted his recovery as his kidney function was deteriorating over time.

Negative experience: Absolutely awful experience for an emergency visit with our pregnant dog and clear lack of knowledge and understanding of signs to look for. No concern after carrying out an ultrasound mother and all pups checked and strong heartbeats and no signs of stress, despite having some coloured discharge and just told to keep taking her temperature and if it went up to take her back. As it was a bank holiday weekend our usual vets were not open until Tuesday but when calling as soon as open after a very brief summary wanted to see her immediately. We got there within 10 mins but there was no heartbeats detected and our dog was in toxic shock from not recognising she has suffered primary uterine inertia during her emergency appointment and that all pups and her life were in immediate danger. This lack of concern and inability to notice what was right in front of them caused our dog to lose all 6 puppies and very very nearly lose her too. Absolutely devastating - we will ensure nobody else hopefully has to go through this experience with this place again because it is so traumatic.

Positive experience: Overall service was ok , and everyone was lovely and polite. Our 1yr old Labrador unfortunately had to have a x-ray due to an accident. We Were quoted between £850-950 just for an initial consultation, a sedative and the x-ray!! but the cost was over £1000 when we come to pay. When out Puppy was handed back to us we were told we're are sorry we had to remove his harness and lead ( surely they would of done this anyway) but he had chewed right through his lead !! Now as you can see from the photos the leads not exactly flimsy and he must have been chewing on it sometime for it to happen.

Negative experience: The staff were very friendly but the first time we came in the diagnosis was wrong and we were charged out of hours fee and for a pain killer. Two hours later we had to have our animal put down and charged £180 for it. I feel like the pain killer at least should have been deducted from the final charge as a good will. The whole experience was horrible and feel like the animal suffered as a result and we did too and we’re still charged over £400 total. I know I’d never allow a customer of mine to have an experience like that.

Fantastic experience: Our poorly dog was seen on a Sunday at Vets Now in Portsmouth. The greeting on arrival was kind and friendly. The vet was attentive and thorough and well informed. I would recommend this Vets especially if it’s “out of normal hours” they were excellent. Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: We took our little Bella to Vets Now late in the evening as she was struggling to breath. Nick the vet there recognised immediately that she was in heart failure and she was put straight into an oxygen tent. He worked all night with her and miraculously he saved her life and we were able to pick her up in the morning and take her to our usual vet. I will be forever grateful to Nick and his team.

Fantastic experience: We had to rush our little fur-baby Juni to the out of hours vet late Friday night, and they were lovely. No unnecessary waiting times (we went straight in) and friendly patient staff, as much as my kitty was stressed I wasn’t so it was easier to keep her calm. So a huge thank you to all the Vets now staff.

Fantastic experience: My sick dog was referred to Vets Now at Hilsea by our local vet. We were warmly welcomed by a friendly professional receptionist and sat in a clean bright waiting area. The vet was professional, friendly and gently examined my dog and informed me throughout of her findings and the treatment plan. My dog spent 2 nights under their care, when I phoned for updates I was fully informed of her condition and proposed treatments and was asked for consent as appropriate. When I picked her up I was clearly told how she had been overnight and the continuing care plan. I felt completely confident and reassured that she was in the hands of knowledgeable, professional vets and nurses and seeing her happy and well now is a great testament to the care that she was given. Thankyou to everyone at Hilsea Vets Now, I am really grateful to you all.
