Vets4Pets York: Reviews
Negative experience: Having used Vets4Pets, York, Turner Close for some time now, I was appalled with the level of care my cat, Rolo received during a recent visit for a health check and vaccination booster. Reception staff were excellent, and we were promptly dealt with on our arrival. When the vet called us through to the consult room, she did not introduce herself or have a name badge. Rolo's examination appeared to go well, but the vet did mention that she had snapped off an upper canine tooth crown...no further explanation or further treatment information offered!!! She then proceeded to discuss Rolo's weight which had dropped by 100g since last year, and that I should keep an eye on it. In her bio on their website the vet describes her passion as feline medicine!! Luckily my daughter, a qualified Veterinary Nurse was staying with us and she looked at Rolo's mouth and saw that the root of the canine tooth was clearly visible, and her mouth in the area was inflamed, and further treatment would be advised. My daughter rang the practice, and booked Rolo for a blood test, as is advised for 10yr+ cats before any operation. Rolo went back to the practice the following day for the blood test, but still no advice on any further treatment. My daughter had to ask for pain relief medicine. which we duly paid for! Unbelievable!!!!! When my wife rang to get a quote for the dental work which would be required, she received a standard email reply with the upper and lower prices, and what each included, but no specific information regarding the treatment that Rolo might require. Since then we have had no further communication from the practice, except an invite to write a review of our recent visit!! Lost for words!! Needless to say Vets4Pets will no longer be our vet

Fantastic experience: Every vet, nurse, assistant and receptionist is lovely, friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. We've had long-term care needs for multiple pets and have nothing but praise for how they've been looked after. My dog even tries taking me there for every walk, just because she loves them all so much.

Fantastic experience: Vets4pets were brilliant, the care, the service, the speed of seeing my dog as urgent was the best. The staff, reception & vets were all very kind, caring & so good with our dog. They were the best. Highly recommend them. Thank you to the staff at Vets4Pets Huntington rd, York.

Negative experience: The worst vets!! They were my vets but not anymore, went to them because my dog wouldnt eat and was clearly unwell, did £1500 worth of so called test to say he needed to go for a £6000 scan at some specialist vets for cancer and liver tests, he got transfered to minster vets for the night to get a feeding tube fitted while he waited, minster vets solved the problem that night and diagnosed him with pancratitis and got him on the mend straight away, no £6000 scan needed and my very poorly dog was well looked after by minster vets and home 2 days later! I would say to anyone who has a pet they love and care for not to register with vets for pets, its a franchise and its all about making money to them. If you need a quick vaccination for cheap then go for it but if you want your animal to be looked after go elsewhere. I would recommend minster vets all day long.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Lizzie for her help in setting up my insurance loan, it was a long procedure but with her kind help and professionalism she got it sorted in the end.A star member of your practice

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We are happy to have been able to offer support at such a difficult time. Please accept our deepest condolences.
Fantastic experience: Had a lovely time for our kitten's first appointment! We felt welcome and seen, as they were very keen to go over and questions or concerns we had. They also went over our kitten's routine at home and offered advise on how to handle certain behaviors and life events. Very knowledgeable and empathetic. I'm very much looking forward to more visits and building a solid relationship with such a caring practice

Negative experience: My dog paddy had heart failure and grade 6 heart murmur, I rushed him to the vets because he had breathing difficulties on the 4th June, I was told there was nothing they could do but suggested getting a second opinion from a heart specialist, I was an emotional wreck and I agreed to it because I was clinging on to hope. Paddy had his heart scan later that day, the heart specialist wanted to send him home or to put him in hospital over night, his breathing wasn’t stable so I agreed to let him go to minster vets for the night. Minster vets were amazing they stabilised him over night to everyone’s surprise and said to bring him home and let him go on a good day and not when he is struggling to breathe. So I spent one last day with him and had him put to sleep on 6th June. When I arrived at vets4pets at 6pm I was told the vet is running late so I took paddy outside to wait with him there and when I got to see the vet she asked me “are you 100% sure?” If I took him home he was going to die in a painful way and he deserved more so I went through. I believe if paddy had been under minsters care that scan would never of happened they made a traumatic experience 10 times worse and paddy deserved more. I trusted them to guide me and they let me down and they let paddy down. They have sorted the insurance out for his scan but it says 19th may-6th June but it was on the 4th June so I will be questioning that and I won’t let my paddy die with an injustice.

Fantastic experience: The staff were kind, considerate and helpful. We had our pet seen to straight away and we're given good advice. It is also a good value compared to some other vet services in the area.
Negative experience: Took my Labrador with a lump on his leg had a needle biopsy and results came back with inflammation I had already complained about a certain vet trying to get money out of us !! Had a email offering to remove the lump ..decoded on a second opinion at another vets and all he needed was antibiotics which saved us thousands not to mention the upset and worry ! Vets 4 pets are just a business..do not go at all costs
We are sorry to hear you have been dissatisfied with our service. Please email us at [email protected] with further information, if you would like us to look into your concerns.
Fantastic experience: Found this vets more personal than the Clifton Moor one. It had a village vets feel. The receptionists and vet were very friendly, obviously love animals and we're caring. Sadly, we went with our pet rat for euthanasia. The vet allowed time for each family member to say by, she was calm and reassuring, explaining things clearly. A cute little touch was a card for each child with foot prints on. The price was very reasonable especially as our village vet was going to charge double. We will be back.
Negative experience: Very unprofessional, show no compassion and very unhelpful, avoid at all costs! They’re only interested in one thing, and that’s your money!!
We are sorry to hear you have been dissatisfied during your most recent visit. Please email us at [email protected] with further information, if you would like us to look into your concerns.
Positive experience: Emergency appointment for my sister's dog after a minor accident. Very good, helpful staff.
Fantastic experience: Great service Suzanne was fantastic with our baby tiger
Fantastic experience: Great service and compassionate vets
Positive experience: It was nice to be seen early vet, but I didn't feel welcomed by the front of house in any way.
Fantastic experience: Staff always calm, efficient and friendly.
Positive experience: No issues with the competence of the staff. However, there is a tendency to try and use sales tactics to get more money for the business.
Fantastic experience: Have used before for pets in need of medication. This time, I took injured wildlife. Usually keep them for a couple days to see if they recover, or not. This one was doing neither and best to take in, to prevent further suffering. Staff were friendly, helpful, professional and honest.
Fantastic experience: Great with our cat . Fair pricing, friendly staff, and great advice. Offer Vet insurance which is very good value for our fur baby.
Negative experience: My experience of vets for pets is that its all about making money from you . My cat simply needed a tooth removed, but my cat was treated with the wrong diagnosis for nearly two months and not cured . I took my cat to another vet and the cat was cured in one visit. I wasted money at vets for pets and my animal suffered pain for weeks unnecessary. I would not recommend.
Fantastic experience: So sweet to our dogs and hedgies. They have always been reliable and have great discounts on high-quality dog food.
Fantastic experience: This is the best vets in York. They have always been friendly and efficient with all my pets. They adore my dog Murphy who hates coming to the vets and make him feel at ease. My new kitten, Mango, has been treated with such good care and I’m so pleased with the service. A friendly team, and good pricing.
Fantastic experience: Very understanding and helpful with any questions you may have about getting a new furbaby
Fantastic experience: Very good vets, brilliant with our 2 dogs and cat
Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, we had to visit when a pet of ours needed to be put down. However, we were so grateful to the staff at the out-of-hours clinic. They were kind and calm on the phone and indeed when we arrived in person. We were very grateful to them for their professionalism and compassion on what was a pretty rubbish evening for us.
Positive experience: Ok, but they are so busy, some of the service gets lost. You can't often get through by phone. You just get an engaged noise. I needed to get my dog vaccinations during a select window. They said its fine, just ring on tomorrow. It was a Thursday. I rang friday noon 3 times, it was engaged and then again 5 times before closing but nothing. Then I had to wait the weekend. I called that Monday morning. I asked for that week appointment. She talked to her colleague about the possibility, and they said no. She got back to me saying next week appointment. Which was passed the window by one day!! They knew but didn't let us know until the day of the appointment. They were aware that we wanted our dog to be up to date with vaccinations as we had discussed previously moving overseas. And that surpassed the week, so we had to start the treatment again, which was frustrating and cost us an extra £200. Which is annoying because I followed her advice. Anyway, book when instore, or you will end up being charged because they're too busy to answer the phone or they just want to make extra money. idk. The vet did give us some useful information about vaccinations. But we don't have much money so I was very disappointed by their sevicw.
Fantastic experience: Great service they have given to my dog he is a hand full but they looked after him well
Fantastic experience: WOW!!!! What an absolutely amazing place!, after previously having what I could only describe as a horrific experience at a different place, this Vets were above and beyond brilliant, they treated my dog as if he was their own and as if he was the only patient of the day, they did everything they could to make him as comfortable as possible. I am so truly grateful and cannot recommend you guys enough, thank you from Jude and cocoa x
Fantastic experience: You and your pet are always looked after at Vets4Pets. The staff are so lovely.
Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful staff. Our puppy had cannabis poisoning and it was diagnosed straight away and sorted. The vet was very knowledgeable and I felt reassured leaving her in their hands. I had lots and questions and they were very patient and went through them all with me.
Fantastic experience: Staff have been really freindly helpful and caring.
Fantastic experience: I rang yesterday as I was worried about my young pup been poorly, lethargic vomiting and diahorrea. I was asked to bring him in straight away! As soon as I got there Helen the vet saw him and got him fixed. A couple of hours later he was back to his old self !! Fantastic service and Helen was really great to deal with, she explained everything and brought forward my other 2nd inoculation appointment to see me the next day so she could check he was on the mend. I’m really happy I rang them when I did , and even more happy they could accommodate me so quickly. A1 + Thank you Neil and Axle.
Fantastic experience: My cat was feeling poorly and I was seen the same day with helpful advice and treatment. My cat is now feeling much better, thanks everyone!
Fantastic experience: Good care for animals. Easy refund through your pet insurance if some in place.
Fantastic experience: Coco had been suffering with a few symptoms that I thought was a cat cold or flu for a little longer than he should, as his best friend I thought it was out of his best interest to find out if he will get better, the reception and the vet were amazing with coco as he is shy around strangers and was very nervous and the vet explained everything to me in a way that I can understand coco's circumstances and gave me plenty of medication for him and he's gone from a sleepy lethargic cat to now being a menace to the other cat which indicates he's feeling far much better than he was its lovely to see him being himself again after soo long. I will be popping back in again as soon as I can about his teeth as advised! And il bring maisy along too for her vaccinations as advised also.
Fantastic experience: I am a regular at this vets, I have 2 dogs 1 cat… staff are lovely. Only ever had 1 complaint and that was sorted straight away for me and that was during covid times. So things was difficult then. Overall very good vets
Fantastic experience: As my dog is very wary of the vets and gets stressed and anxious we spent a week getting her to overcome this and the reception team that were on were fantastic and helped with the process. The vet on the day was really good aswell and offered options incase she wouldn’t go into the room but all went well and she was able to give the vaccination without stressing my dog, GREAT JOB by all
Fantastic experience: You've tried the rest now try the best. The staff in the Huntington road vets are second to none. I have received the best care for my dog I have ever known. I highly recommend this practice
Negative experience: The veterinary staff are wonderful and treated our dog with the best care and attention; sadly the same cannot be said about the more senior administrators at this particular branch. Our dog was sick from eating something he shouldn't have, and despite their partner emergency vets having no issues with us paying through insurance, this branch of Vets4Pets were insistent on crippling us financially at the point of us collecting our dog by ignoring the fact that our insurers were ready to pay, and demanding immediate payment for our dog's treatment, citing a lack of "pre-authorised payment". Next time we'll just schedule our dog being sick, right? The Vets4Pets web site's first option when registering a complaint about Insurance is "Asked to pay up front" which tells us everything, and yet still after a formal complaint the management team dug their heels and essentially said "yeah this is how we operate, cheers!". We happily walked away from this branch and, ironically enough, are now with the vets who supplied our dog's emergency overnight care. A complete 180 in attitude and behaviour from this disgraceful experience of Vets4Pets.
Fantastic experience: Very helpful and professional. I have a 14 1/2 year old border terrier who had suffered with a huge fit. The vet was extremely kind and examined my dog thoroughly and gave me some medication for her.
Negative experience: My pet was sick and needed some short time ongoing care. After the surgery misread a home test they tried to make me have £500 worth of tests done. They would not accept they had read it wrong and continued to press for the tests. I don’t have £500 or insurance and asked about charitable help in the area at which point the staff attempted to shame me in front of a waiting room full of people waiting to be seen, and pushed for me to take out klarna to cover the cost. After going through their complaints procedure they removed me as a client despite me remaining calm and civil throughout the whole process. Only at this point did they admit reading the test wrong and after seeing a new vet I found out the original treatment had been enough and be further tests were needed. Also, had the test been positive you would not do all tests at once but move through them slowly seeing if the next would be warranted or not. I have tried to go through the parent complaint to complain but their lack of response has proven to me that this is probably company policy and they are misleading many a client and forcing them into debt for company profit. Never again will I use any of you practices when my pet needs help and I advise anyone else to thing twice if they don’t agree with the treatment plan being suggested.
Fantastic experience: I had every confidence that I'm leaving my cat in professional caring hands. 10/10
Positive experience: I took my elderly mum to have her old cat put to rest. The staff were brilliant and caring with my mum. Vet was brilliant .
Fantastic experience: Great team , local , they make time for and was fantastic when I lost my other dog to cancer
Fantastic experience: the staff were kind, friendly and prompt. they were great with my dog!
Fantastic experience: The staff at Vets4Pets York, both medical and support/admin, are always incredibly kind, caring, knowledgeable, and supportive of both me and my pet. I couldn't be happier with the service and completely trust the staff here. They have saved my pet's life on at least one occasion already and everyone goes out of their way to make my nervous pooch feel as comfortable as possible. Both on the phone and in appointments, my questions are always patiently amd fully answered, and I never feel rushed out of the room or made to feel like my concern for my pet is unreasonable (which has been my experience in pretty much all other vet clinics I've previously used). This is a brilliant surgery and I feel very lucky to be registered here.
Fantastic experience: Vet was lovely and very helpful and welcoming need more information on the payment plan but was only our first visit
Fantastic experience: The reception team are absolutely wonderful and they remembered my dogs, got a picture of them in front of the Xmas tree. Then the nurse made me and my baby feel extremely comfortable and confident in her ability. Although my baby wasn't too happy with his reason for being there hahaha! Everyone at this practice is so incredibly friendly, the best vets we've ever had!
Fantastic experience: Helen took time to relax tuppence, gave her a good examination, explained what she was doing and why, didn't rush , also explained future treatments she may need.
Negative experience: This is the worst vet practice, do not go there. Money are more important than pet !
We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with our practice. We can’t find a record matching your details on our system so please email [email protected] if you would like us to look into your concerns. Thanks
Positive experience: Always had good service from Turner Close Vets4Pets, although it has always been just routine appointments for vaccinations etc and never emergencies.
Fantastic experience: Great vets kind and caring open nearly all day so you can get convenient appointments
Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, lovely vet, nice waiting area, everything explained carefully to us, and they took an interest in our dog unlike vets we have been to before. Value for money
Fantastic experience: Upon the saddest conclusion one could ever imagine, the vets 4 pets team were absolutely immaculate in the handling of, and, throughout the entire process of losing a family member, such compassion and respect of timing. The best possible ending to the worst possible scenario, Thank you so much
Fantastic experience: The receptionists are helpful and they responded my email very quickly. My pet is moved from another country with me. She needs medications for her liver disease. The vet and nurse provided test and medications very quickly so that she doesn’t need to stop the usual medications.
Fantastic experience: The nurse in question told me she has had alot of bad experiences with rotties .she openly admitted to me she was very weiry about them .but she was fantastic with both my boys .she's a credit to the surgery .thank you for your patience and hope my boys settled you down and calmed the nervousness down within you has regards to the breed .Once again thank you .
Negative experience: Avoid, avoid, avoid!! Took my dog with a diarrhea and glands were inflamed they treat him for a bug, and said the glands were inflamed due to a bacterial infection in his mouth due to his teeth. Took him back 2 months later to be told it was lymphoma and they needed to do histology tests for £180 results back by Monday then could look at oncology in Leeds, chemotherapy and steroid treatment, told lymphoma wasn't curable just treatable. By Monday he was really bad and was put to sleep peacefully again home by another vets practice, (tower) who were superb. Vets4pets hadn't even hot his results by then they came on Wednesday. Would recommend not using this vets they had no compassion, did not care for my boy one bit just took my money without a care for my boy. All they were interested in was money, there was no need for the tests it was noticable to a vet how ill he was . Have requested money back and investigation into vets actions in honour of my little boy jack. Sleep easy little man!!
We are very sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the service and understand you are already in contact with the practice manager regarding your concerns.
Fantastic experience: Excellent service. All staff lovely and kind, helpful. Vets really helpful when we needed them. Highly recommend xx
Fantastic experience: Parker had an injury to his eye and the receptionists and Helen, the vet, could not have been more empathetic and calming both to Parker and myself.
Fantastic experience: Incredible - at the time and in follow-up. We couldn't have imagined better service.
Fantastic experience: Vets4pet have been great with my puppy from the minute I registered with them. My puppy had to have an operation very early and the staff were so reassuring and kept me updated every step of the way. The staff get to know the animals and appointments aren't rushed. They are always on the end of the phone if you need advise.
Fantastic experience: Update April 2022: (Prompted to update review by Google) Nothing has changed in regards to my original star rating although I would give them 100 if I could. We seem to be here every few weeks to every month due to our special cat or problem child as we call him and his ever so expensive ways haha. He has since had a major surgery resulting in a vet traveling to York to do the surgery and for the most part it's helped but what was amazing was the whole team. From the cleaning crew to the receptionist s through to the nurses and vets have all been incredible. Everyone knows who he is the moment we walk through the door which puts our minds at ease knowing that they know him, his needs and how to help him as he is very shy and needs a blanket over his head to feel safe. The operation did cost a lot but it was very low considering what it would have been if it was done elsewhere. They understood we could pay 90% of it and could pay the other 10 a week later and they were very considerate of that. He's had many check ups and they have been amazing in explaining what is happening and being very informative. The place is always very, very clean and even during the height of Covid they were extra cause with screens and masks which was great. It's always bright and open, during seasons (Xmas, Easter, valentine's ect) they always decorate which is a nice touch. They all make a fuss of every patient coming through their doors which is nice. If you have an emergency they do their very best at fitting you in as soon as possible, which personally for us has always been 30 minutes from the call. The prices are great considering the climate we are all living in. The level of care is just incredible, you can really tell they love the animals and the job. I honestly have the highest of praises for them as they have helped Eli to have a life again, despite him always going to get bladder infections and crystals but now he won't and hasn't blocked since, and he was blocking every week in the end resulting in many catheters which isn't nice but I know he will always have a home with the vets4pets at turner close. We also have 3 other cats and a dog registered with them(which should tell you a lot) and only them and all through my puppies castration and puppy teeth removal they were just as great, welcoming and informative as they were/are with my sick cat. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done and continue to do. 2021: Always on hand in an emergency and with one very poorly cat who is in and out of the vets this by far is the best vets we've ever been too. They are considerate of my animals needs and help them no matter what happens. I know Eli is very grateful even though his face might suggest otherwise.
Fantastic experience: All of the reception and clinical staff were amazing. Really friendly and all showed great affection for my little kitten. Wonderful experience. Thank you to all staff
Fantastic experience: Friendly, more interested in pets needs than money and really open about costs. Very happy
Fantastic experience: All members of staff are amazing, be they front of house or vets and nurses. All were pleasant and professional, and a credit to the vets for pets establishment
Positive experience: The vet was a lovely friendly woman. Explained how my pets health was and how we can do to help them. Made you feel at ease
Fantastic experience: Lovely staff really caring to our cats very knowledgeable and very efficient thank you so much
Fantastic experience: Vet was really friendly and handled the cats well and was interested in listening toe when I spoke about them and answered my questions
Fantastic experience: All staff are amazing but the vet we saw is outstanding
Fantastic experience: Friendly efficient service with good knowledge of pet's recent history. Plenty of time for questions on unrelated health issue. Thank you Marylin.
Fantastic experience: Someone was able to answer the phone, also able to offer an appointment within two days, and we were seen early rather than late.
Fantastic experience: The whole team is extremely friendly and helpful, it’s very obvious that they all love the animals but are also great with the owners. Sounds obvious but I’ve been to other practices who unfortunately don’t meet the same standards. I take my guide dog and cat(not a guide cat) and trust the team completely with their care.
Fantastic experience: Great attention and care towards my dog, who was a little nervous - very friendly staff and quick to be seen after arrival.
Fantastic experience: Attended with 2 Guinea Pigs for their nails clipping which we do every couple of months, Love it when we get Grace (Veterinary Nurse) doing them as she is so good with them and always does a fab job.
Fantastic experience: Got a appointment on short notice, the receptionist was really helpful on the phone and the vet we saw was great with him, thanks
Negative experience: Over toxicated my dog by giving him his first year 2 vaccines 1 nasal drops along with flea treatment all at the same time should have had 2 weeks break between I found out. That night he was lifeless could not move it was like his back legs has seized. Never again.
Fantastic experience: Friendliness both toward me and my pet. Concern for my pets needs in his time of being unwell.
Fantastic experience: Excellent service from receptionists, nurses and vets! rang at 8 for en emergency appointment, was told come straight down, my rabbit was seen straight away, and back home with me by 6 feeling a lot better and today is back to her mischievous self! Can’t thank the whole team enough!
Fantastic experience: The staff are so very friendly and take the time and patience to explain things in a simple way (as we have learning difficulties/im disabled) The staff are always willing to help and most importantly MY CAT loves the staff at the vets and is a regular for his flea and wormer. Rascal would not settle anywhere else, I am afraid he is spoilt rotten there LOL xx
Fantastic experience: The team are always lovely and kind. I met with Heather who was amazing with my dog. Forever grateful for the vets4pets york team
Fantastic experience: Marilyn was so lovely with Belle, and really put her at ease. She also talked everything through with me and went through different examinations to ascertain exactly what was wrong with Belle. She was brilliant, one of the nicest vets I have ever met. I would trust her implicitly with all 4 of my cats. Belle was much happier on her journey home, and she happily wolfed down a ¼ can of tuna when we got home, as a special treat. Thank you so very much for looking after my precious girl so well. Kind regards, Sarah
Fantastic experience: Millie was very poorly, the kindness, expertise and compassion given was first class, thank you
Fantastic experience: Friendly helpful staff. It was a sad day for us.... The staff were great even giving Edison some cake before he sadly left us.
Fantastic experience: The huntington road vets4pets was so much better overall than the clifton moor branch. Staff were friendlier and one owner was allowed in the room with their pet which clifton moor didn't allow which made it hard. The women I dealt with at huntington rd were so nice and knowledgeable, I'm so glad it's the closest vet to where I live now. Thank you for putting us at ease.
Fantastic experience: No complaints, these people really care about our pets!
Fantastic experience: Prompt service, staff great with people and pets! Generally really helpful
Fantastic experience: I got a same day appointment on a Sunday. The vet - Helen - was very kind and explained the situation very well, while being sympathetic to my concerns. Reception staff were lovely too. Also very surprised by the relatively low cost due to us being on a senior dog plan.
Fantastic experience: What great staff,so much compassion in there job. Unfortunately our visit didn't finish great due to having to put our bunny to sleep after having her 4 years . The staff were kind and gave you time with our bunny dolly to say our goodbyes, they didn't try rushing us. The staff really make you and your pet feel special, a few days later a card came with a paw print from our bunny a small bit of hair and some forget me nots. This is such a beautiful gesture from them would rate them highly. We have also use them for many years with our 2 cats and will never change unless we move to far away. Thank you so much to the vets for pets staff.
Negative experience: I’m not happy with my visit this time. It’s hard to book an appointment, and it seems like they didn’t want to see us after I express my worrying towards my dog. On the date when we visit, It was very busy in the waiting room, the receptionist asked us to wait outside, which is understandable for the covid measure. However, when the waiting room is all clear, no one came to ask us to get in, so we waited outside for 30 mins in the wind and cold. The experience with vet is ok however the overall experience is just unpleasant. I’m not visiting here anymore as I don’t think they care enough about me or my dog.
Fantastic experience: Grace the Vet Nurse was so wonderful with our beautiful Barney (puppy) she made us feel totally cared for a looked after and explained the procedure in great detail. She was fantastic with myself and Barney and put me at ease after having a little emotional moment she really was a star! Every person we came into contact with on our visit was kind caring welcoming and friendly!
Fantastic experience: Would recommend to anyone. Very helpful staff. Vet was brilliant with my dog. Very bad ear infection but sorted now. Thank you very much.
Fantastic experience: Had to have my beloved parrot to sleep and the staff showed both me and him kindness and compassion
Positive experience: Not able to go in with my kitten and not given enough advice just not happy although staff are kind and polite.
Fantastic experience: Brilliant staff from the outset many many thanks for all you help and support in this tough time...(Betty) Remember public animals/pets are for life and also can be expensive the same as running a car but less mess Shout out to Rosie...
Fantastic experience: Situation dealt with quickly & efficiently so we are relieved our puppy is recovering well.
