Fantastic experience: I had a breeder package appointment today and all the staff were wonderful and professional I met Amy today who is lovely and a good vet I was happy with the service I received Thank you

Negative experience: So we wanted to registered our kitten today and downloaded the app and we had a nose to tail check voucher on the app when we rang to register our kitten and book her in we was told we couldn't use the voucher as she hasn't been seen before, there is no mension of this in the terms and conditions, all theses vets care about is money not the animals so now I will register the kitten elsewhere and have lost me as a customer. 2nd poor experience today we wanted a deworming spot on for our kitten ad when we got there we was told no one was avaible to prescribe the medication and was told to a different store, we drove to mk pets at home and they had 4 people in there that could theses stores are fairly close so not sure why one store has 4 and the other has 0 very unprofessional

Fantastic experience: My cat became suddenly poorly and I rushed him here the same day - the receptionist registered us easily and simply and was very kind and reassuring and booked us in with no issue. We saw Pav, who was brilliantly. She quickly diagnosed my cat and did an emergency procedure there and then. She was very kind and explained everything clearly. Unfortunately the next morning, he crashed badly and euthanasia was the only option. We saw Amy for this - the practice wasnt even open (it was 8am) but she saw us with no problem or complaint. She was so kind and compassionate throughout and so were all the other staff I encountered. A very difficult time was made far easier thanks to the team here. I also received a very kind card through the post and his pawprints.

Fantastic experience: My dogs have been attending this vets for more than 15 years, they love Amy and Doug and are always so well cared for. The team are very quick to recognise and refer to specialists when needed too, both with my Springer for endoscopy and then my rescue cocker spaniel for orthopaedic surgery. They work very well with my insurance company and always ensure claims are processed in a timely manner too. They were very sympathetic when our 15.5 year old dog had to be PTS, even went out of their way to send flowers as she had been a patient for so long and was so well known and beloved.

Fantastic experience: I unfortunately had to take my eldest Jack Russell in today and the staff were wonderful considering the situation. All I can say is thank you for being so kind and caring.

Fantastic experience: Had to skip work and bring my 1 and a half year old kitten here as she got into a nasty fight with another cat(s). We didn’t have an appointment but were seen within 10 minutes. Vets (and receptionists) are very polite and careful with the animals and listen to your problems carefully. They care about the wellbeing of your pets. We have 4 dogs and 6 cats (and one who passed of old age) registered here and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my fur babies checkups. 5 star review isn’t enough!!

Fantastic experience: We've been taking our Ted to see Amy and her team since he was 8 weeks old. We moved slightly out of the area but kept Ted's vet because even though he doesn't like the vet (what dog does?!) It was less stressful for him. He is 11yrs now and needed some dental work/extraction. They have been amazing with him, they called me before carrying out further treatment and talked me through everything. When I picked him up, they spent the time to go through everything he had done and gave me a detailed printed diagram of the teeth he had removed, along with his medication. They had also taken him for a little walk following his procedure, which helped a great deal with getting Ted moving around. They followed up with a call 24hrs later to check up on how Ted was doing. He has regular check-ups and they text me every month when his drops are due and I can't fault them for service and levels of care for our dog. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: We had to make a very hard decision to have our 14 year old Labrador retriever put to sleep after a relatively short illness. We were treated with such kindness and helped in every way. This practice had looked after Ethel for nearly 5 years. When the time came we were given all the time we needed. We can recommend this Veterinary practice unreservedly.

Positive experience: Good vets, always helpful staff, and feel like my animals are looked after well. Marked down one star purely for the prices they charge now, its becoming astronomical even with insurance. Staff turnover also seems high, but I would recommend them as I've not had any problems & they have always shown care & compassion with all the animals I have taken to them.

Negative experience: mad how you at the worst time comes when you have your dog put to sleep your in the room then they barge in with a card reader asking for remaining balance off the bill I mean that’s disgusting at least wait till we’re done grieving and finish wow not like I was in bits any way just things you do and don’t do

Negative experience: Spent 228 pounds, sent home with the medication for fleas and worming tablets, for that price the vets should have administered the medication, there and then. We've lost half the medicine trying to administer ourselves. It has been a stress, that could've been avoided, after all vets are trained to do this.45 pounds each for 2 flea medication, for my small dog and cat, (costs 9.pounds per treatment at pdsa, cost price), this medicine should have been given for the money spent, 3 kittens should've had their flea and worm treatment also given. Again, 27 pounds each. And a 70 pounds appointment fee, (just for the kittens), altogether this equates to more than a private consultation with a specialist consultant for medical healthcare....... I feel absolutely cheated, and have cleared my accounts to pay for this. I do not wish to ever go back with my pets. 200% disappointed. Please just consider this review before commiting to use this vets for your beloved pets.

Fantastic experience: Adriana the Vet that did our puppy’s second vaccination was very lovely and insightful. She gave us good advice regarding him and treated him as he was their own

Fantastic experience: I and my little cat Tinker were helped by Alvaro at Bletchley Vets4Pets. What a compassionate and professional person he proved to be, a credit to his profession and the company. Totally concerned about the pet and so understanding and helpful. If you want a vet who cares about your animal this man is the one to choose in my humble opinion. I honestly cannoy praise him enough.

Negative experience: Well iam very disappointed,as i brought my cat in for a check up with a(dental) concert, been told that its all ok, rang then about 10 days later because i actually noticed that it cant be ok the way my cat is acting (seems like he is uncomfortable after eating) so i rang them back to ask if someone can look at his teeth again, and sure i was hoping that they would look at his teeth for free, BUT noo i have to pay full check up price again thats costs £50.00, really? You missed the problem and i have to pay twice ? How is that fair? Its not my fault,why i have to pay for someone's mistakes? So iam trying to do the right thing and iam being ripped off, thanks :)

Fantastic experience: The vets are always kind and informative. The reception staff are efficient and my dog has been coming here for his booster injection for 4 years now. Definitely the better vets for pets in Milton Keynes.

Negative experience: From dropping puppy's on there heads to over charging for medication no where finer then vets 4 pets.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars isn’t enough. The amount of times I’ve called them for advice and they’ve given it to me, I can’t count. They are always kind and caring (this goes for reception staff too). They’ve put my mind at rest and have given same day appointments if needed. Just know if you register your pet here, they are in the safest hands. I can’t thank them all enough.

Fantastic experience: Amazing team. Called multiple times about my senior dog and they got her in right away each time and gave her the best treatment that was possible. Sadly she was very poorly and had to be put to sleep but the team made the whole (generally awful and emotional) process a lot easier with their kindness and professionalism. Thank you to all.

Fantastic experience: They've always been great with my pets, and I trusted each of the veterinarians fully.

Negative experience: Reception staff great and easy to get appointment but unhappy with the competency of the vets. Would only use for straight forward things like vaccinations and not for anything requiring diagnostics etc. Update: I've since taken my pet to another emergency vet who properly managed the urgent issue and carried out the appropriate tests. Will never return to this place, and neither will my family.

Negative experience: 500% markup on meds , £10.95 on internet they charged me £53. Never get your pets meds from them ask for a £15 script and then purchase yourself off a reputable online pets med site.

Fantastic experience: Great vets. Good service and prices not a rip off. Staff able to get me a quick appointment. Vet very thorough, despite the fact adrenaline made most of my cats issues disappear into thin air. Tip: video your pets issues before you go, so vet can see what they are like at home.

Fantastic experience: I left work as an emergency as my French bulldog was reali unwell. I did not have an appointment I was seen within 10 mins. Staff was Lovley did all they could for my dog and he was back on he’s feet within 24hours. Can not fault any of the staff or treatment ect.

Fantastic experience: Sadly had my 21 year old cat put to sleep on 19/4/2023. Probably saddest day of our lives. But we were treated so kindly by the staff at vets for pets bletchley, from the vet himself, to the lovely reception staff. They have always treated our cat with outstanding care. Would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The staff are wonderful, I’ve never had any issues with the people here. They look after my two dogs very well, I also get text message reminders or when my dogs need their flea and working treatments along side when they are due vaccinations. Both my dogs have a care plan each and you get good benefits such as free nail clip, free appointments & even discounts. I always speak to a lovely lady called Molly, she’s absolutely wonderful and deserves recognition for her amazing customer service and politeness she gives out.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always very helpful and friendly, Gus was booked in for neutering and all went well with a call from the staff to let us know how he was doing, along with a follow up call a couple of days later

Positive experience: Our dog has been diagnosed with epilepsy, josh has help with meds & advice. So far so good

Negative experience: Having been registered with this vet for years, i was quite fortunate in that my dog was relatively healthy and the only time we visited the vets was for his annual jabs. Despite what i have to say, they were always good at booking me in for last minute visits, usually getting me in the same day. However, about a year ago i noticed my dog had a very concerning phlegmy cough, so i took him in to be checked out, and the male vet at the time was in no urgency to investigate it and despite me being unconvinced its kennel cough as he had been vaccinated and had not been interacting with other dogs, the vet didn't take the matter seriously and was very arrogant overall in demeanour, dismissing my dogs symptoms as just "old age" Then when i then took him in a few weeks ago again to stress that he still has this persistent cough, they discovered he had a bone tumour in his paw that he metasised to his lungs. Things then escalated drastically and we were advised to put him to sleep immediately. Obviously i was very distraught on the day, and the staff there did very little to ease and comfort my sorrows as no compassionate words were exchanged, the whole process felt very cold and clinical, they laid my poor boy on an old towel right near to the door of the room, he was clearly very uncomfortable, then to top it all off as i was having my last moments with him, practically bawling my eyes out, the vet shoves the card reader in my face. i was very shocked at the insensitivity, but as i tried to pay the bill for some reason my card kept declining, even though i had the means and funds to pay it So that made the whole experience even worse, and i even suggested to the lady if we can pay once ive said goodbye to my boy and we were out in reception and i was more composed, however they were insistent i pay them then and there. it seems staff here have become desensitised to the point they are void of any empathy and soul. I lost my single mum december 2019 and as an only child our family dog was all i had left, he helped and comforted me mourning the loss during the lockdown when i had to isolate on my own. He was my companion and more than a pet in my eyes, but these vets treated him like nothing more but a transaction and money. Honestly i would steer away from these services, and go with a smaller local vet who have staff that place care for you and your fur babies well-being above all else. I received a card from them in the post with a kind message inside afterwards but i expected that same level of warm reception in person too.

Fantastic experience: Our dog had a castration procedure done, everything ran smoothly and the staff was very nice and polite. The receptionist has contacted us as soon as the dog woke up from anesthesia and explained the after care instructions. Upon collecting our dog we were provided with the necessary medication and written leaflet of said instructions.

Fantastic experience: Friendly recepionist who offered me an appointment the same day. Vet was professional yet personable and reassured my and car and me. Although pricing wasn’t discussed I will always do what I can to ensure my pets are treated and looked after accordingly as best I can

From Josh the vet who gives his time to me , his advice , his kindness , to Sam who does all she can to make sure I get treat fair with my insurance , I don't do a thing , she does it all , to the other vets , to the nurses , to the reception staff , not forgetting the shop staff , who give you their time and advice . I CANNOT RATE THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH , I CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH

My kitten had his first vaccination and was microchipped and the veterinarians were ever so kind and sweet and even identified if he really was male and a shorthaired domestic for me. My kitten also got a complimentary health check which was lovely. Definitely recommend this vet

Fantastic experience: Excellent services and knowledgeable vet and receptionist where spot on and friendly shame the breeders pack only covers 1st jabs and chip as where before it was 1st 2nd jabs and chips also 1months pet insurance but other then that keep up the good work people

Fantastic experience: I was advised to bring Story in as an emergency. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving. The vet throughly examined Story and explained the treatment plan. We were in and out within 15 minutes. The vet was friendly and put me at ease.

Negative experience: Paid £41 for a consultation that lasted 10mins they vet read something out of a book and said would send us an email with medication details and the price the same day. 2 days later, no Email, no medicine, nothing. Totally waste of money as we weren't told anything we didn't know already. Still waiting on that Emails or for them to "order" the medication in. I would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Got an appointment quick and was pleased with the vets service

Positive experience: I had a problem with my mature dog I phoned and got an appointment the same day. I belong to the pet plan which I believe is worth the money, the vet I saw examined my dog thoroughly and gently taking on board all the symptoms I had told him. He then advised me of the recommended treatment which my dog would need and the cost but there was no pressure and has left the treatment for me to decide, with no prejudice.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was extremely welcoming and the vet introduced me to the vets for pets treatment plan which was very welcome as my cat had become resistant to the flea treatment I had previously been on from the shop.
