Fantastic experience: I would give this place a million stars if I could. I took my Maine coon to Newnham court vet hospital as an out of hours emergency this week and I cannot fault the care and attention he received (and I have very high standards when it comes to my babies). Everyone involved in his care so far have been amazing; knowledgeable, confident in their plan of attack but not pushy and above all so friendly and reassuring. They carried out scans, bloods and biopsies over the 24hrs he was there with them and kept me informed at every step along the way. And as if that wasn't enough they all told me how much they loved my boy and what a sweetheart he is - which we all love to hear about our fur babies. These guys are so professional, kind, caring and absolute superstars.

Negative experience: Overpriced,, avoid if possible,, my dog chewed a bottle of eye drops for my cat,, I called asking for a replacement bottle, they refused unless I brought the cat in again, costing nearly £100 for a bottle sold for £15 online. So in total I paid nearly £200 for a bottle of eye drops.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous! Super easy to book appointments online, really spacious waiting room with separate cat and dog areas, staff are super friendly and my Italian Mastiff Rav adores the vet Chloe and gets so excited when we pull into the vets for her monthly injection!

Fantastic experience: We woke up one morning to find our beloved cat, Harvey, in a horrific state. Our usual vets are Sandhole, but as this was an emergency and out of hours, we were rushed to Newnham Court Vets. From the very first call, the lady on the phone was informative, polite, and reassuring. When we arrived, Harvey was taken in straight away and made comfortable while we waited. The vet, Charlie, I believe, handled everything with such care and compassion, gently helping us understand that there were sadly no options left. During the worst day of our lives, we were treated with incredible kindness and empathy. Nothing felt rushed, and Harvey was peaceful and comfortable right until the end. The thoughtful aftercare, including fur clippings and paw prints, meant so much to us. Thank you to the whole team for your compassion and support, the care you gave was truly next level. We’ll definitely be registering with you for any future pets and would recommend Newnham Court to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful vets and staff. Had our little dog Rueben looked after since we moved here 3 years ago. Unfortunately had to have him put down tonight. Nikki on reception was so kind and attentive to us and vet Marina was so very kind and professional as was all the staff. Our sincere thanks to you all. Fantastic experience: I would like to give this vets 5* they were amazing, our 14 yr old Labrador suddenly took a turn for the worse, we rushed him down to the vets and straight away he was seen to, Stefan was so patient with us whilst we had to make the hardest decision of our lives, he tried his best to find out why my poorly doggie was so ill and throughly explained to us why, all the staff/nurses couldn't be thanked enough, u helped us in every way possible.

Fantastic experience: There’s no doubt about it this vet saved my cats life. The previous vets I took my beautiful 3 year old cat wanted to put her down. (Long story) I felt every fibre in my body telling me I need a second opinion as she seemed fine. Eating drinking coming for cuddles I needed a second opinion. After a week of pure agony and tears I went to this vets. I was listened too, Which I appreciated so much I was given the time to tell the vet (Chloe May I believe ) my side of the story she did all the checks and called me back in to tell me my cat was gunna be ok. She was very understanding of what I had been through and just to be able to be given the time and to be listened too. I will be forever grateful to them especially Chloe. My beautiful Bella cat will now hopefully live to be an old lady cat as long as she is careful outside ! Newnham Court is now Bella’s vet. Our hero’s Thankyou

Negative experience: We have been with Newnham Court Vets with 3 different dogs over a period of 30 years last year our dog needed an operation unbeknown to us the insurance fell short and we owed roughly £200 pounds the emails they sent went to junk which I missed the minute we received the letter we paid the bill I rang today to make an appointment only to be informed by the ‘manager’ we could no Longer use them as our vets I explained this was an over sight and we usually paid as and when treatment was given using our insurance or card payment on the day and are part of the scheme the lady spoke as if she was dealing with a low life non payer and just said sorry you can’t come back Here it is the usual thing when a company goes corporate even though it’s the same staff they all become robots and it is all about the money not the care of the animal best of luck to you all with a manger with that attitude!

Negative experience: The lady working at front desk in the after hours last night couldn’t even check clients in properly didn’t seem she had a clue as to what she was doing, very disappointed to have experienced such service.

Fantastic experience: Emergency Visit – Huge Thanks to Vet Rachel and Receptionist Rebecca Had an emergency late last night with my teacup Chihuahua, Pinot not my usual vets, but I couldn’t have been in better hands. The phone was answered within three rings, the buzzer straight away, and Pinot was seen by the vet within a minute of arriving. We were treated beautifully from start to finish. I can’t thank Vet Rachel and receptionist Rebecca enough for their prompt, calm, and compassionate help in looking after Pinot when we needed it most. Truly grateful — thank you again.

Fantastic experience: We bought our cat, Dexter, to Newnham Court with a cancerous growth in his foot. He was treated by Andy and seems to have made a full recovery. Andy was superb, referring Dexter to other practices when he knew their facilities were better and when it came to operating on Dexter's foot he kept us fully in the loop, giving us all the options. The nursing staff were exemplary in his aftercare. 6 months later Dexter has adapted to losing 2 toes, has put his weight back on (and more!) and is back climbing trees with his newly adopted sister. Our sincere thanks to Andy.

Negative experience: Not happy with the reception, lack of communication and lack of understanding. We went elsewhere! Won’t return for sure…

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Newnham Court Vet Hospital more, I came to this service Monday, at 6AM with my beautiful ginger cat called Blink. She was incredibly unwell and you guys did everything you could to try and help her. Unfortunately, the world was against me and I had to put my baby down. You supported me through this, all of your team was kind and patient with me. That day I lost such a huge part of myself and my life and I am so unbelievably grateful for the kindness you all shared. You allowed me to give her a dignified death and helped me with the next steps. Thank you for supporting me and my beautiful Blink, your compassion really didn't go unnoticed.

Fantastic experience: Excellent treatment! Beau our 15 years old Shi Tzu had an eye injury a couple of weeks ago. The only eye she has left! The support and treatment provided that evening and the after-care were outstanding. The plasma eye drops really worked. My husband and I were moved by the options offered, the empathy and professionalism Sidney showed us and little Beau in a very distressing situation. Immeasurable thanks to Sidney and the assisting team. Respect! Beau sends her thanks and love too.

Fantastic experience: I chose this vets purely for the convenience of location to have three cysts removed from my Black Labrador and have to say they were outstanding in every way. Rachael carried out the operation, she was very professional and thorough and did a fantastic job, and even rang me straight after the op to tell me he had been stable and it had all gone well which was lovely of her as we all worry about our much loved furry friends. They were absolutely BRILLIANT, including the aftercare. I was so worried about him having this operation being eleven years old. But he was back to himself in a couple of days. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Negative experience: I took my cat Dusty to the emergency vet on Monday after feeling like I had to beg to be seen as I was upfront at not being able to pay straight away but was happy to make instalments. A nice vet saw him who said that he was dehydrated from being sick and had a low temperature. So an anti sickness was given to him and fluids under the skin. Then he was apparently put in a incubator for half an hour to warm him up. The vet then brought him out to us not knowing why he was so poorly as he couldn't have a scan to find out because I couldn't pay at that time. So I took him home and a few hours later he was dead which I totally didn't expect. Although I understand that they are a business, I don't understand why if they supposedly care about animals, why when an obviously poorly animal is seen, why money is all that matters to them more than life does. I hadn't refused to pay and was upfront about needing to pay in instalments and was upfront about that from the start. Heartbroken at losing my beautiful boy as it is I also now have to live with the fact that he died because I couldn't afford to pay a bill in full. Also never knowing what was wrong with him and if he could have been saved. I just think that as a service they should have some compassion and just because someone can't afford the bill in full straight away a poor animal is left to suffer and die. As I said I just needed to be able to pay in instalments, and understand it's a business but my poor boy shouldn't have had to die as a result of lack of compassion for such a situation!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic practice. They did an amazing job of ensuring our cat (who was sadly runover) was made comfortable, pain free and well looked after. I will be forever grateful for their empathy. They put us in touch with a specialist vet who was able to perform an operation to save our cat's leg, and he is now happy to lead a relatively normal life. Special mention to Nicky & Stef for their knowledge, empathy and patience with us. I would highly recommend as you are in safe hands. Thank you!

From the moment he was rushed in as an emergency, to the day he came home, all the staff have been so lovely, caring, empathetic and thorough. They take their time to explain what is happening, what they feel is the best plan for your pet, and keep you regularly updated. Their love and sensitivity is second to none, and we will never take our boy to anyone else. Thank you so much every single one of you, you're all superstars!

Fantastic experience: I took my dog mitzy in as an emergency on Saturday the 22nd of February and unfortunately they were unable to save her due to her ill health which was sudden, the staff were absolutely brilliant with us and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our beloved dog and even got us pawprints and wrapped her in a blanket so I could take her and give her a burial. They were so dignified in the the way they carried out there business I couldn't wish for a better service in such bad circumstances.

Fantastic experience: My three cats are now on cat plan. Very healthy and happy. New puppy is on puppy plan. Being looked after with monthly checks. Very good vets.

Jay has gone above and beyond in caring for our little cat, showing exceptional dedication and compassion. The entire team of vets and nurses has been fantastic, providing top-quality care at every step. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the pharmacy staff take the time to thoroughly explain how to administer medications properly, ensuring we feel confident in our pet’s treatment. Their kindness and professionalism make all the difference. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We visited Newnham Court vet hospital at 10pm on a Friday night after our dog got run over (thankfully she’s fine!). The service was outstanding, such a great place. Naturally there’s a cost to a service like this, but worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: My beloved friend and cat died suddenly yesterday.Lisa the vet was amazing as were the nurses and receptionists.she spent time with me and my beloved cat, she saved some fur for me in a keep sake bottle and did paw prints for me, she and all the staff were so sweet and kind.. can’t recommend them enough. Have in the past also had very very positive experiences with them.Big thanks to Lisa and all the staff for putting up with a crazy crying cat mum xx

Negative experience: We took our little bunny here yesterday and I was really happy with the vet who saw her hence I left two stars not one, this is the ONLY reason why I left two stars. My bunny needs subcutaneous fluid bags to manage her bladder issue as she doesn’t drink enough herself despite having numerous ways of getting her water intake. I have been told by numerous vets that this issue is something my bunny has to live with and is a genetic issue and I have been trained to give these fluids at home. We had to attend the vets because they said ‘we need to see the animal before we prescribe the fluids’ so we took her there to be seen. The vet who saw us said that she would put a prescription on the system and email it to us so we don’t have to keep taking her to be seen to get the item we need, that we can just call up with no issues and request to buy some or go to any vets to purchase this item. Upon calling the next day to ask if we can purchase one bag because our bunny wasn’t drinking herself they said there was nothing on the system and that they couldn’t give any because they only had enough for inpatients, but then stated that if we took her that evening and paid an emergency consultation fee, they would give her the fluids. I took my bunny to this vet and paid money to be seen and treated and to get the items she requires. I feel like if I asked if I could bring her in to get fluids and be charged by them, they would accept this but because I’m trained to do this at home and they do not get the money they want, they won’t give us the item needed to help my bunny get better. We was then told by the receptionist that bunnies will hydrate themself with their own saliva whilst eating hay and it’s not necessary for them to have fluids, even though we stated that she is on a medication that requires hydration. When we stated that if that was the case, why do humans need water? - she quickly said ‘il go and get my manager’. We was passed from pillar to post for approximately 6 hours before we finally got to speak to a vet, who still wouldn’t give the prescription that we was promised. Extremely upset and disappointed and I don’t think I would return. Don’t waste your money!

Negative experience: AVOID! Uneducated & passed pillar to post! Paid £3,000 for numerous tests and didn’t get any answers (instead of making educated guesses based on symptoms they suggested a different test every 5 mins to rack the bill up with no outcome) My poor cat randomly started panting one day - very unlike him. Prior he was playful, eating and drinking and going to the toilet. Took him to the out of hours vets here as I was worried, they put him on a drip as they thought he was dehydrated when he wasnt, they did blood work and saw his (white?) blood cells were low and then then said (to my shock after him just panting) he needed a blood transfusion in the next 24hours or he might not survive, but then they randomly said he was stable and that idea was out the window!? They started running tests as they assume it was one thing, then they ran the test and it wasn’t, then they thought it was another, then ran the test and it wasn’t. Over the course of a few days they were bleeding me dry of my money costing me nearly £3,000 in tests which they could have made an educated guess based on the symptoms and not suggesting random things to test for that made no sense- probably knew I would do every test under the sun to figure out what was wrong. We did all except the bone marrow spleen sample for cancer/lukemia they started bringing back the idea of a blood transfusion when days ago they said it wouldn’t help? I had numerous people take their cats to be tested if they were the same blood type for the transfusion, and was told by the kind person who sent their cat in that they were not a match every time, the vets couldn’t even phone me and let me know, but apparently time was of the essence, but they didn’t think so! Got to a point where I phoned them and said have they found a match yet as if I didn’t have confirmation from the pet owners I wouldn’t have known there wasn’t one! A pet owner also told me that my cat was a specific blood type that only rag dolls and British blues were (but he was a black tabby) so no tabby that I sent down to kindly get tested (at my expense for every single one) they could have said to me or turned the pet owners away and said sorry the cat doesn’t fit the criteria instead of testing them and putting the poor little cats through the testing process and charging me when they knew they wouldn’t be a match! When I finally got through (as the vet was always unavailable) they told me to stop sending pets down (despite me paying for every single test!) even though I finally had a kind pet owner of a British blue and another one with a rag doll (the criteria they said) Surely they should be happy I found one! They told me he wasn’t stable enough to move and that he wouldn’t last the night and then when I went to visit him they said I could take him home!? I phoned for updates as no one phoned me to give me updates about his condition or say how he was doing (my friends cat was neutered and she got photos and told how he was at another vets and they paid far less to keep the cat there - when my cat supposedly could have died at any moment wouldnt this be a priority??) Everytime I spoke to someone I had to explain the situation and what had happened and what had been done etc and it killed me reliving it. Or the vet was always unavailable. When I saw him there in a small cage he looked depressed and was drastically worse than when he was panting when I took him in - it’s like they took the fight form him, I didn’t recognise his demeanour, it was totally not him and I don’t understand how he could have gone downhill so quick. When I took him home they only gave me a few days worth of tablets for him, and he was improving slightly, he was drinking, he even jumped off the bed to go to his litter tray but they wouldn’t give me any more medication for him - it’s like they didn’t want him to get better.As he wasn’t taking the medication he went downhill and eventually died. They told me I could put the payment on finance but when I went to pay they say I couldn’t because it wasn’t over a certain amount.

Fantastic experience: We've had a couple of interactions now with Newnham Court Vets. From signing up, being late for our first check up due to traffic and a couple of check ups with the vets and nurses it's been a great experience so far. Also had a chat with our local pet shop that backed up the good reviews I'd heard elsewhere. Great stuff so far. Thanks.

Negative experience: Took my dog for a vaccination today. Rude receptionist or incompetent. Bottom line could only administer a booster injection as I did not have the details of the previous vaccination. I asked if they could call my previous vets to no avail. Pretty poor service and seem that they want to milk the cash cow. Overall experience poor to say least. I will certainly not be returning. My advise choose a better veterinary service as Newham is not fit for purpose.

Negative experience: Our dog had terminal heart failure and was booked to be put to sleep at our usual vets. It would have been a very kind and considerate affair. Sadly, the night before he took a bad turn and we had to resort to taking him to Newnham Court. We were told they would take him from the room to place the cannula. Then they asked if they could give a sedative to achieve this. We were left in that room for forty minutes wondering what the hell was going on. After that a vet humped our now fully unconscious dog into the room and placed him splayed on the floor where the final meds were administered. He was unblinking on arrival and wearing a muzzle. He was totally out of it. A muzzle on an unconscious dog.... After a 3 day long vigil and constant care and attention, my dog's final conscious moments were spent in a strange place, full of fear and without any comfort from us. I will NEVER forgive myself for leaving him and not intervening. Neither our dog nor us were shown any genuine compassion. I can honestly say that I have experienced more consideration having chickens put to sleep! I will live with the guilt, that I should have done something to stop this, forever. That I left my dog to die in miserable circumstances. It was the furthest away from what I had hoped for. It was very much 'another day, another dollar'. Considerate comments were made at obvious times but it didn't seem sincere. They just had a job to do. That 'job' was our beloved pet. When he had passed we repositioned him to something more peaceful and normal. We left the room to find an empty reception. Returning to the room the vet reappeared and hauled our dogs body like a sack of potatoes away from the door we had easily just used to go to reception. It was the final insult. My everlasting remembrance of my beautiful boys last moments will be nothing but guilt and horror. I should have stuck up for him and been right by his side as ever. Instead I was shut away in another room. I feel mortified at what happened. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody. It was awful. Further disgusting was that there was no consultation or any great explanation to both myself and my husband about what approach would be taken or what process would be involved- we were unable to understand what on earth could be taking 40 minutes or what state our boy would be in when we next saw him, which was a shock... even so, we were charged a circa £250 consultation fee!

Fantastic experience: Newnham Veterinary Court Hospital has provided exceptional care for my beloved dog Bailey. Especially Erika Sulcaite is very caring and professional. My dog does not like vets, but the way Erika was with him put him at ease with her loving caring approach different to other vets we have used. Everyone always has a smile, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. They always come through with appointments promptly. It very good value in terms of pricing. Thank you Erika and the team

Fantastic experience: Our rabbit was very poorly. Reception staff were fantastic and upfront about costs. George the vet was incredibly knowledgeable about rabbits, probably the most expert we've met. Lovely place, staff, environment and particularly knowledgeable about exotic pets. I know my animals are in safe hands.

Negative experience: Money grabbing criminals. Unprofessional and careless bets. My beloved cats was hit by a car or motorcycle, the skin came off her leg. I was in panic and went to here first. They did not do anything nor wanted to help but they forced me to pay a full emergency fee. They didn’t even put a temporary bandage on her leg to cover the wound. They discharge me with a good luck. Sorry we can’t able to help any further as leaving her in for one night would cost an additional £1000. The gave me a horribly notes with all inaccurate and wrong information. They made me pay £299 I don’t think they gave her the right anaesthetics as my beloved cats was still in severe agony and pain. When I told them that I am on low income and my wife doesn’t work please give me a chance to pay less or setup a finance they said sorry we can’t help. They didn’t help my cat how is most likely loosing a limb also didn’t help me to ease my situation as if that £299 is the most important thing to them. Disgusting vets!!!

Fantastic experience: Had a emergency with our little dog that got attacked by FRENCH bulldogs. Need emergency treatment straight away and we were recommended to go to this fantastic pet hospital just a few mes from where we were staying. All l can say is what a fantastic place, our dog was looked after by wonderful staff, from the girls on reception right through to the kennel personel behind the screens. If there where more stars to give then this would get a good 10. Thank you to you all. Just a update our poor little girl has now got pind in her leg and getting around quite well. Fantastic experience: Always there to help you when you need it it’s not the cheapest vet but their service is second to none

Negative experience: If I could give them no stars, I would. After we had to put our beloved pet down, we were told to wait a few days until contacting the vets and making arrangements. We were told to review our options and that they will keep our boy safe. Two days later, we contacted the vets, told them what we intended to do, and made an appointment to pick up our boy. This was an emotional and painful time because we got ready for a final service, and we wanted to speak a few moments with our pet before taking him to be cremated, as he was taken from us too soon. Everything happened so quickly we didn't even get a chance to hold him. Despite confirming our appointment to pick up our boy via phone and e-mail and getting confirmation back twice, we were made to sit outside in our car for 30 minutes when we got there. When a vet came out and told us that she didn't have our details or our account, we gave her the information again. She went away, and we were left sitting again with no updates. We finally went in to get some answers as we were now late for our final service appointment when a lady rolled out telling us that our boy was sent by Newham Court to a completely different crematorium. To say that this is nasty, incompetent, messed up, unprofessional and just inhumane isn't even saying much. Mistakes happen; we all know that, but this was intentional mismanagement. I hope this review lowers the expectations of those coming to this place, who expect respect, basic communication, and dignity for their animals. Furthermore, all this was communicated to us with a chilled attitude, as if we were picking up some medication and not our dead pet. No effort was made to reassure us that they had made a mistake and would rectify it as soon as possible. No apologies were given, and this is what was the worst! I hope that each and every one of them experiences the pain of the loss of their beloved pet and then gets treated in such a way. We had to contact everyone to rectify their mistake despite the outrageous charges! Worst management of people going through grief I have ever encountered.

Fantastic experience: Due to an emergency for my beautiful little cat Rosie I took her here. I wasn't registered or phoned ahead. Rosie was having breathing problems and generally going downhill. She was seen within seconds, made comfortable. The lovely vet whom sadly can not remember her name, accent (Australian or New Zealand), sorry..Kept me informed on her condition all the time I was there...Sadly Rosie had heart murmur and cancerous signs...Never an easy decision to say goodbye but the humane decision..All in all the whole sad experience was made so much easier by the helpful, experienced and understanding staff from receptionists, nurses and vets...Thank you for all you did and service for Rosie..

Fantastic experience: Our puppy was attacked by a dog off the lead at mote park. We had to have some out of hours veterinary work done, there prices were reasonable and the vet was lovely and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to share a massive thank you to all of the vets, staff, nurses, receptionists and everyone else at Newnham Court. Last Monday I rung up as an emergency when our Kevin was sick and immediately became lethargic. The lady on the phone was brilliant and advised to bring him in asap as an emergency. As soon as I walked in the staff were amazing and I knew he was in safe hands. Kevin was kept in over night and had various tests and scans. I was able to bring him in some blankets and there wasn’t a problem at all when I was ringing up every few hours worried checking up on him. Thankfully from their care Kevin was allowed home the following day. I can’t thank them enough for how they looked after him. I was worried sick but knew he was in safe hands and will forever be so grateful for everything they did to get him back home in good health.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and help especially Mr Cocker who always gives above and beyond at each visit, he gives so much of his time and his kindness to our 2 cocker spaniels Bertie and Ted. The monthly pet plan is excellent and send very useful reminders that the furry boys are due a visit. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Newnham Court Veterinary hospitlal for about 17 years now after a very bad experience with a previous vet and a very damaged, ill persian cat. Newnham court are expensive but I believe you get good value for money and give the best possible medical care . I have three persians which includes Holly and she was fully cured from her original problem at 6 months caused by another vets ineptitude . We have always received excellent treatment, compassion, kindness and care from the vets and staff at the hospital, a special mention for Nigel Davies who I feel I owe Holly's life to and to - Mark Fosbery and Gail Smith. I would not think of going elsewhere. Sadly Holly ended her days a little later and they let us spend some time with her for her last moments. Fantastic experience: Very impressed by George, the young vet we consulted today. At first you might think that such a young man could not possibly be experienced enough to know about animal disease......but you'd be wrong. His manner with our dog and with the human carers was immaculate. He communicated clearly, both the good and the bad news. Fantastic experience: I recently had a very positive experience with Newnham Court vets so just wanted to share my experience. My dog Dotty urgently needed a complex surgical procedure that my primary vets could not carry out (a nephrectomy). I struggled to find a vet who could complete such a complex procedure and eventually contacted Newnham Court who could do it, and they very quickly booked her in for their first available slot. Mark Fosbery who completed the procedure was very knowledgeable and kind, but the whole team of vet nurses and receptionists were brilliant. I was nervous to trust my dog to a new practice for such major surgery but it was absolutely the right decision and I am so glad I took her to Newnham Court. Additionally, the pricing for the procedure was fair - I received one other quote for the procedure at another referral vet and it cost over twice the price of Newnham Court which would have been unaffordable for me. I am therefore extremely grateful to Newnham Court for the work they do as ultimately they have saved my dogs life. Thank you everyone.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been taking our cat here for the past two years since we got her, it is the loveliest vets. The staff are friendly, they’re really efficient with appointments, the waiting room has been carefully laid out and we’ve never had to wait for more than about 5 minutes.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Vets for years but when I had to take my cat to Newnham Court in March as an emergency, I was extremely impressed by the care, attention, friendly service and detail which was given to myself and my cat, Milo. Sadly I lost Milo in April, but the vet, Jon did everything he could to save him and was always available. They really do care at Newnham Court and I would not hesitate in recommending this vets to any pet owner. Outstanding service

Fantastic experience: Sadly we had to say rest little soldier to Watson our 13 year old Black Labrador,,,poor little chap had a rough few years to start with, but Kent Lab rescue brought him to live with us and was a truly happy Good Boy....The way his passing was handled by Vet Dr Antonio was the most comforting and dignified our little dog could wished for! Negative experience: Serious miscommunication issues they have with accounts department and reception. Say yes to go direct with insurance, then change thier minds once you need to use your insurance. Tell you to claim it and pay them back to only get debt collectors involved and screw you over without an apology. You can never get hold of accounts team either. Disgusting. Found another vet that's alot cheaper, more professional and caring of your pets and no miscommunication issues. They even tell me that the medication one my pets was on isn't a long term medication and should of been delt with a long time ago to prevent the issues.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly, we were seen on time, and the vet (Jamie) explained every thing really well, and answered my questions. We didn't feel rushed and Milo had a thorough health check and claws clipped and his vaccinations. Very happy with all aspects of this vetinary practice.

Fantastic experience: Called Newnham Court vets as we had a stray cat hanging around our house for a couple of days to ask if they would chip check it. I took the cat to the practice where they immediately scanned it, found it had a chip and contacted the owners immediately. I was able to leave the cat in their care knowing the owners were on their way. The receptionist was so kind and professional. I was very impressed by how easy they made the whole process.
