Fantastic experience: My dog clio was senn by staff very quick and explained her problems

Fantastic experience: Very responsive, quick appointments and a fast, reliable diagnosis for my cat. Understanding staff, showing genuine interest in their patients. I strongly recommend PDSA. :)

Negative experience: Misdiagnosed my friend's puppy which unfortunately led to his passing, took no responsibility for the mistake. Absolutely disgusting.

They were really good at seeing him quickly and were brilliant listening to me while all the time working away on my dog...this last visit required an overnight and all day stay over and they kept me informed with updates...his treatment is ongoing and the staff are brilliant with him, and me...nothing is too much trouble for them, I'd give 100 stars if I could

Fantastic experience: I recently registered my cat with PDSA Aberdeen and it has been life changing for both my cat and myself. Having been failed by my old vet prior to being accepted by PDSA she is now receiving the investigations, care and treatment she requires and deserves. The staff, especially the vets have shown so much care and compassion towards my cat and I. Their expertise is second to none and I am delighted I have now been able to add my other cat as a second pet. I know she will receive the same excellent treatment and care. I can't fault PDSA Aberdeen I only have praise and am so grateful to them. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: very unpleasant service of the doctor at PDSA Pet Hospital, I couldn't enter the office with my pet and my husband and the child because the lady was making faces and was not happy that she was probably sitting at work too long. I absolutely do not recommend this doctor because i think so she doesn't like children, please don't discriminate. families! be polite to people too!

Negative experience: I hate levaing negative feedback but today I couldnt believe it. "PDSA won't turn a sick animal away" we are overwhelmed because there are too many animals out there. Management need to review the customer service skills and listen back on calls. The woman I spoke with had no compassion for my poorly animal and I felt it. I'd rather go private and give my pet the best possible care than Return here. If you're on benefits some vet cares let you pay up. Don't settle for any less than what you're pet deserves.

Fantastic experience: The blue lamp is a friendly public bar and lounge situated at the Spital,in the centre of Aberdeen, where you can have a quiet beverage on your own or with family and friends.There is live music regularly.There is both a folk club and blues club, where that you can participate in, or Just come listen.

Negative experience: Their still not accepting new patients it’s been few years already since they were accepting patients

Negative experience: I tried calling and they didn't pick up my cat was extremely unwell and he passed away the next day after if I could of gotten to speak to a vet or someone I might of been able to help him

Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness, this place is amazing! My cat was ill and I was so worried about him. I took him to the PDSA and I received the best of treatment and needless to say he is back to his old self. Can't but thank all concerned enough.

Fantastic experience: Amazing vets and staff. Extremely helpful and caring, they are the only vets I can take my dog to, after having his first ever groom 3 years ago he has been absolutely petrified of being groomed/nails clipped. It has become so bad he now needs to be sedated to be clipped and hair cut. They are exceptionally caring, if you are entitled to low cost treatment and services it is a donation, some services are a small fee, for example nail clipping is £12 as it’s classed as a groom and not an illness/injury. But £12 is an extremely small amount, if at the moment/day you don’t have the money available, you will NOT be refused treatment, they are more than happy to arrange another payment date.

Fantastic experience: All the staff here are amazing. They were such a help and comfort to me when it was time for my dog Impi to be pts. They cared for her during her years with epilepsy, then her dementia. Both became so bad it was time to let her go not long before her 12th birthday. Mega thanks to everyone at the pdsa.

Negative experience: Is this a joke I have pdsa insurance but i can't call and speak to someone here and even if I do going by there phone service message even with insurance from the pdsa I still can't use this pdsa even when my dog could die is this place for real so why have pdsa insurance waste of time and no help at all

Negative experience: My son went in there today with his dog only to find out that he was no longer on the register with them it's a shame people that need them don't get the help they need for there pet i wont be denoting any more to them

Fantastic experience: After being with a private vet for years, I can genuinely say the PDSA truly have your fur baby's best interests at heart and will go above and beyond to take care of them. Nothing is too much trouble. My rottweiler is quite scared of vets from past experiences and they were just so patient with her, and by the end she was wagging her tail and getting doggie biscuits she even went as far to give the vet some lovely kisses even though she had a needle in her neck at the time, and was rather pleased with herself upon leaving. I can safely say both of our faiths have been restored in vets. They also helped me alot by sending her meds through the post when I was unable to attend the surgery due to health conditions, which was greatly appreciated. So thank you PDSA

This has been my bets for years and would absolutely suggest them for anybody. Friendly staff and a very clean etc establishment

Fantastic experience: I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone do had to take Frosty to s local vet and paid, £72 and they left her bottom covered in blood after squeezing a lump. I had to wash my car covers etc. Very disappointed

Fantastic experience: Had to rush my cat in for an emergency check up due to a possible intestinal blockage and huge weight loss. Family were very worried about her, but I had my 3 year old with me and the staff were very lovely and made sure he wasn't scared for her and didn't catch on to the potential risk. We got her back later that day with thankfully no blockage, after xrays and an IV, and she's back to her old self again happy as can be and eating like a horse. She is our free pet but we will be leaving a donation as soon as life allows. Great vets and so friendly.

Fantastic experience: They have always helped me when needed,but unfortunately not during covid

Ended up having to get my dogs ear amputated as they kept telling me to give him human paracetamol even though it stated on the box that its not for animals and same when he was diagnosed with hay fever they told me to buy hayfaver tablets and again they say the same thing not for animal commission pdsa are a joke
