Positive experience: Receptionists and veterinary were fantastic. Only 4 stars because we had to wait over 40min for our appointment.

Fantastic experience: We've used this practice since it opened and we've always been treated with respect and our precious pets have been looked after as if they were their own. One receptionist went over and above for me, I was looking at rescuing a dog (private not shelves) I had his microchip details and popped in to discuss my concerns should he have been stolen or any known serious health conditions. She contacted the chip company and got previous owners info and called them to build up as complete a picture as possible

Fantastic experience: I have been at this Vets for nearly 2 years and can't rate it highly enough. The staff are friendly, super helpful and go above and beyond. The treatment my pet has received has been excellent. I've previously tried a couple of Vets in Stafford and this one is by far the best. The service is always faultless and very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Accompanied a friend who unfortunately needed to say goodbye to a lovely little chihuahua. Everything was handled so sensitively and the ordeal was made as easy to go through as possible.

Fantastic experience: I don't often write reviews but today I had such a lovely, quick and efficient experience with Vets for Pets Stafford that I came away really pleasantly surprised, as it's rare to get that level of service these days. I called up with a concern about my cat and was seen quickly, all the staff were really kind and helpful, I could tell my cat felt at ease being seen to by the vet which is always really lovely to see, and at the end of the appointment when I got to the front desk to pay, my cats prescription was pretty much all ready to go. Really great vets. Your little fur babies are definitely in good hands here.

Fantastic experience: They were amazing again. So kind to my wolfie, he has an anal glands problem and they tried everything in their power to help. Great staff!

Fantastic experience: I have used Vets for Pets from the moment Max came into my life. They have always been a very friendly and supportive practice. As Max has gotten older they have continued to provide an excellent service and good advice. Everybody from the vetinary staff to the nurses and receptionists have such a caring manner and always welcome Max on his visits.

Fantastic experience: My little old man only ever needs the vets for his claws, but he has trauma from the previous vets and hates them all since. On his first visit here, he was hesitant. So I had to carry him in. Ever since he's happy to go. He's finally he's back to running into a clinic with his tail wagging! That in itself speaks volumes to me. If you need a vet your animals can love, my boy recommends this one!

Fantastic experience: Always helpful, and willing to have a quick chat over any concerns regardless of how busy they are. Vets are obviously concerned about every pets welfare, and show genuine love and compassion.

Fantastic experience: This has to be the most friendly practice known locally. Staff are always helpful and engaging. They offer an excellent service at a low price which is a change for when we have paid much more for A lesser service at other vet centres.

Fantastic experience: My dog was very poorly. I honestly thought it was the end for him. But the vet said no, he has just hurt his back, and that was causing all the problems and symptoms. The receptionists were fantastic, so understanding. My dog is still under the weather a bit, but on the road to recovery. Thank you.

Negative experience: My two dogs have became really unwell with coughs and I wanted to get them in asap and vets4pets stafford would not get them in within a reasonable time frame. This could have caused major health issues for my dogs. They are family and should be given proper care. Now I have changed vets and they were appalled that we weren’t given a same day appointment. Thanks to our new vet our dogs are okay no thanks to vets4pets stafford!

Unfortunately, the vet, not knowing the full background of my pet or myself, made me feel extremely guilty as a pet owner. I obviously do not live up to her standards. This is exactly why people avoid going to the vets in the first place. I hope when I return I won't be made to feel this way the next time.

My two dogs Staffordshire Bull Terriers are always welcomed by all the staff there. There is always a relaxed atmosphere. More importantly though Violet and Tilly have their own vet who sees them on each visit

Fantastic experience: They took time for me to explain about my two cats. They were very understanding when i was crying as i was worried about there surgery, Told me i could ring up every half an hour if i wished. when i said i was going to be late picking up the cats they were very understanding and said it wasnt a problem. when i couldnt not make the post sugery visit they gave me a number to send pitcure too, so they could keep and eye on there prgress and make sure there was no pronlems. ALL of the staff (including the recption staff)were amazing, they were kind and patient.

Negative experience: The company that these vets use to clean their premises is SBFM. SBFM let their employees do the work,then they don't pay them. And these vets are happy with this happening.

Fantastic experience: I've been with the team for over 10 years now and I've never not been happy with my experiences. The whole team from reception to practice manager are absolutely lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The most irritating thing I've had to deal with is when only one of my dogs tablets get ordered and not the other. However, the sort the issue there and then and made a note of file to ensure both get ordered at the same time. Jenny on reception is particularly lovely! Always a smile and always welcoming. As I said, the whole team are a credit to the company.

My dad recently had to have his dog put to sleep which has been a extremely emotional time as all animal lovers know. Fantastic experience: Registered my 2 dogs, (yorkie & a chihuahua) 2 years ago when I moved to the area. Due to covid we hadn't visited yet but today was my 1st time unfortunately as my lil boy fell off the bed and was crying in agony. This practice beginning (1st call to receptionist) to end (leaving with meds) was amazing & I couldn't if wished or received a more perfect experience despite the situation. The staff were amazing, friendly, chatty, reassuring whilst maintaining a professional yet relaxed environment. My chihuahua is a big baby yet the vet had him relaxed & comforted very quickly, she was amazing. I would 100%.recommend this practice to anyone in the area or if you aren't happy with your current veterinary practice. Having a good relationship with the vets is just as important as mine and my GP's. It's vital for me to have that trust and faith when I take them in for an injury, advice or general check up. No doubt in my mind they will do their best for my babies & the lovely receptionist will be supportive & reassuring whilst waiting

Fantastic experience: Primarily started with Jenny the receptionist, she had remembered talking to me on the phone hours earlier about my very new puppy. All staff members were very friendly, the Vet I saw was exceptionally friendly and wanted to talk to me and had time for any questions that I had as a new mum to Bandit the sprocker.

Negative experience: I called to try and see if my cat who was lost at the time was here. Turned out my cat was cat napped n given to a fella in Sutton Coldfield. Vets 4 pets Sutton Coldfield helped but stafford one didn't at all.
