Fantastic experience: The team at Sutton farm are always helpful, they are great with my small animals (mice and hamster). They take such great care, and always polite and cheerful. I fully trust the team with my little ones. They always do an excellent job, and they did an exceptional job on one of my mice after she had an infection in her eye which resulted in surgery.

Fantastic experience: I needed an urgent appointment for my Cockapoo. I was given one for early the following morning which was excellent. The vet, Emma, was very professional and explained what was happening to my dog. I was very happy with her advice.

Fantastic experience: This is the best vets you could ever wish for. Unfortunately, we found them a bit late. We came from Animal Trust who was absolutely awful! However, Medivet, Georgia and her team were phenomenal. Georgia helped my cat immediately and knew exactly what the issue was. They also run tests, scans etc and found quite a few worries. My cat had to stay with them for 2 days including an overnight stay, and they kept us informed at all times. Our cat got better but unfortunately after a few days she became ill again and on top of everything else, she developed blood clot in her back leg. She had to be euthanised which was absolutely the worst time and the hardest decision to make as Jenx was like our baby. Georgia was absolutely fabulous and helped us through this sad time and was very supportive and the rest of the team too. I am sad we didn’t find you sooner as I’m sure the things would’ve been much different. I want to thank Georgia and her team and the fantastic ladies at the reception who were always very kind and helpful. Thank you also for gifting us with lovely things of Jenx to help us ease the grief we feel.

Fantastic experience: I cannot fault the service we received last week at Medivet in Shrewsbury, we were away on a family holiday when our dog Ollie had an emergency incident with his paw, the vet took our call in the early hours and reassured us it was all ok then booked us straight in with the vet that very morning! All the staff at Medivet Sutton Farm Oteley Rd went above and beyond to care for Ollie and ensured we had the reassurance we needed too, this incident could have ruined our family break but your staff ensured this did not happen, we cannot thank you enough! Ollie is recovering well so thank you for being there and caring for him!

We asked a lot of questions as this is our first pet, but everyone took their time with us and we didn’t feel rushed. So glad our pup has such a caring team to help us look after him as he gets older.

However, since we’ve registered another pet there, nothing seems further from that fact. The staff are lovely and they take great care with my cat. The vaccine fee was very reasonable too.

Fantastic experience: I called Medivet to book an appointment for my Mums dog Poppy and was politely greeted by Poppy who was excellent. I wanted to make an emergency appointment and luckily was able to do this on the same day. On entering the practice we were politely greeted by Poppy and her colleague who was equally polite and enthusiastic. The service by all involved was perfect and the atmosphere in the whole building was extremely positive and happy. The lovely vet who dealt with Poppy was very caring and informative and went the extra mile for us by obliging to trim Poppy’s nails during her normal procedure. We met another client whilst waiting and all engaged in conversation whilst Poppy was being dealt with. Great experience and would highly recommend Medivet in Sutton Farm as the whole experience lifted our day and also made Poppy feel at ease. It also doesn’t have that scary vet smell that petrifies pets!

Please extend our thanks to Medivet Harlescott for their brilliant overnight care. I’m so pleased to say that little Lily is recovering well, reunited with her sister and typically after a good rest is now acting as if nothing happened!

Fantastic experience: My French Bulldog Kingsley just loves visiting Emma and her team. In May he had major surgery to help him breath better (Boas surgery) and just recently he had a CT scan, you would think he would he be petrified of visiting them but nope, he runs in happy to see everyone, just goes to show how loving and caring they all are ❤️ I’m extremely happy I choose medivet Sutton farm as my vets… I’m an anxious pet mum but they always explain everything in great detail and keep me updated on how he is when he’s had surgery. One of Kingsley favourite day out is visiting the vets for a weigh and a treat then a walk around the garden centre next door Thank you all so much

Positive experience: The staff are always pleasant but the charges for treatment are very high and the offer of matching on line prices is misleading.

Fantastic experience: Thank You Medivet for saving our fur babies life! Misha was rushed into Medivet Sutton Farm with a really nasty injury to her leg on Thursday and the lovely Vet called Jess saw Misha as soon as we walked through the door despite her having other appointments. They did everything they could for her and unfortunately she had to have leg amputated the following day but Jess gave us the time to decide what was the best option for her. The whole team have been really reassuring during this stressful time. A member of the team even called us on the Saturday to check how Misha was doing unfortunately she had been experiencing some pain the night before but we were able to get her in about 40 minutes after the initial call. Misha has been in today to see Emma who was really happy with her and she is now on the mend. Thank you Medivet for the Compassion and Efficiency shown you have been amazing!!!!
