Fantastic experience: Can only recommend, we have used animal trust for 7 plus years now, starting in Blackburn Lancs, and were delighted when we moved to Staffs, to find we could still visit Shrewsbury, even though it is a 60 mile round trip, we know the staff only care for our dogs health and welfare, they are always happy to discuss any issues we may have. Even the dogs like to visit, which has not always been the case in the past

Fantastic experience: We are so grateful to the warm, kind, transparent, patient and communicative doctors and staff at Animal Trust. We drove from London for our Beagle Ollie’s TPLO procedure. The support over chat, on call was excellent. When we arrived, the surgeon spent almost 30 minutes with us going over Ollie’s history, details of the surgery. That helped prepare us well. We got an immediate and happy update right after the procedure. The surgeon even fixed another issue with Ollie’s knee cap during the procedure! The pick up was smooth and just as detailed in terms of what we need to do for Ollie’s post-op care. Cannot recommend this hospital enough. Thank you Animal Trust!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant vets and staff. Can't thank them enough during our tragic weekend when we lost our beloved Rosie the Beagle. They combined professionalism with empathy. Tried everything they could but in the end we all felt it in her best interest to let her go. Very raw at the moment but should we decide another Beagle deserves the love and attention of being a family member there's no doubt Animal Trust Vets will be their medics.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time we have visited animal trust in Shrewsbury although we live 4 hours drive away we love the care that everyone here gave our bulldog before and after his crucial ligament operation the vet took the time to call us while he was on the operating table to inform us of his findings and what he recommended we should do On the paperwork that we were given on his discharge the vet wrote thank you for entrusting Albert into his care How nice is that Wouldn’t have had such good care from our local vet/surgery Would definitely recommend them to any of our friends

Fantastic experience: We brought our very nervous girl here, we were worried about it because of how much she barks and is scared of other dogs and people, the receptionist and the vets were absolutely fantastic with her, they took the most amazing care of her and made her feel safe and gave her her own little room so she wasn’t with other dogs as she’s reactive towards them. I highly recommend you take your pets here

Fantastic experience: I visited Animal Trust Shrewsbury after receiving a quote for surgery that I would really struggle to afford. We were seen at the earliest opportunity and my dog is now recovering well from a major surgery, which turned out to be something totally different than he was diagnosed with at my own vets. They have checked in every other day to make sure he is doing well, communication has been amazing. The cost was less than half what my own vets would have charged. I have already been recommending this practice to others.

I was also fortunate to get help from RSPCA Shropshire who sent a voucher towards the cost of Boo's operation. Thank you ALL for your help and support. Boo is recovering well and is back to herself. She must feel better without that swollen breast!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience here. After being quoted 4.2k for surgery for my dog I was at a loss of what to do. A friend recommend these guys and they did the surgery for a quarter of the price and better service than my local vet. Communication was amazing, the care was unbeatable and just generally a lovely friendly and clean vets. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My dog has recently been neutered. He is dog reactive and staff were very helpful in ensuring we avoided other animals in the vets, keeping him calm whenever I attended with him. Good and helpful post op management advice.

Edward reassured this was the right thing to do to improve Archie’s quality of life. He made our dog Archie very comfortable as he is usually nervous. Regardless of the cost I have never felt my pet as loved and cared for ( he had to spend 48 hrs in hospital with them ) they totally went above and beyond, pls join these vets and support them you won’t be disappointed I highly recommend them, from the actual Vets, nurses, reseptionist’s just wonderful people. Negative experience: I have always been a great admirer, particularly due to the service we received last year with our dog, Barney. Unfortunately, the service we experienced today was quite the opposite, as a staff member was rude to my wife and showed a lack of willingness to help. I suspect that the staff member may not be particularly enthusiastic about working during this busy Christmas season.

Fantastic experience: Genuinely a fantastic vets. They saw my cat urgently in the middle of the night, the wonderful staff updated me every time they said they would and the cost was extremely manageable compared to other vets. He's home now and doing well. I can't thank them enough for all they did for my boy. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 9week old puppy to Shrewsbury hospital, she had Parvovirus and was o so sick , I didn’t think she would make it, I only had her for a few days and I was heartbroken at the thought she would not make it, But Shrewsbury animal trust saved her little life , we are home now and on her course off antibiotics, she is getting stronger every day and have some play time, I carnt thank the animal trust enough, as this little puppy would have never survived with out the love , support and kindness that they gave her, She’s my life now and I love her so much, Thank you everyone for your intervention, loving an animal is not enough sometimes,regards julie smith

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend this Vet practice enough. Our dog had been experiencing repeated ear infections and had been back and forth to our local vet for a few years and she was in so much pain and discomfort all the time. Thinking our only option now was for her to have surgery. After only 1 telephone appointment and a visit to Shrewsbury with their Vet called Edward she’s like a new pup. He was so caring, informative and thorough I couldn’t have asked for more. We are now a few months past and she is doing great. Also Edward called a little while after the visit to ask how she was doing which I thought proved how much they genuinely care for their wellbeing. Thanks again Edward and Animal trust!!

Fantastic experience: We are so grateful for the outstanding care our dogs, Bailey and Teddy, receive from this veterinary team. With two senior pets—Bailey, our almost 16-year-old Border Collie, and Teddy, our 18-year-old Shih Tzu—we truly need a clinic we can trust, and this practice has exceeded every expectation. Recently, Teddy had 16 teeth removed, and the entire process was handled with such professionalism and compassion. The vets kept us informed, the after-care instructions were clear, and Teddy recovered beautifully with no complications or concerns. We couldn’t have asked for better care for our little guy. Bailey visits monthly for his Librela injections to manage arthritis, and the difference has been remarkable. The team is always gentle with him, takes their time, and makes each visit as stress-free as possible. Their patience and kindness mean everything, especially with a dog his age. Every appointment is smooth, communication is excellent, and it’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about the animals they treat. We feel incredibly fortunate to have a veterinary practice that supports our dogs through their senior years with such skill and heart. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I was referred here from our local vet for tplo's on my labradors legs. Lovely friendly people, everything explained in detail including options and taken straight in for op on his right leg. Phoned straight after it was done and collected following day. Biggest problem is keeping him still, he appears to have no after effects but needs to rest. Other leg next month, I hope it goes as well but have complete confidence.

Fantastic experience: Our 3 new kittens have been treated by Animal Trust Vets in Shrewsbury. We have received excellent service, the staff are very friendly and show a genuine care for the animals. Will always use for the care of the kittens and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: A breath of fresh air not being ripped off by corporate vets. Consultation was free , follow up checkups also free. That would be £40+ a pop elsewhere. Needed BOAS for French bulldog. Quoted less than a third of other places !! Absolute god send of a place , with friendly staff, easy to park and sensible prices. UPDATE - successful procedure. Vet performing the operation spent 15 mins to explain in detail what was involved. Our pet was kept in overnight as standard, being released at midday the following day with all meds (pain killers and steroids) for the week ahead. Very happy with experienc and our frenchie now has much better breathing.

Fantastic experience: After having a long year back and forward to the vets I couldn’t be more grateful with the help and care from the vet dimitris who showed amazing care with my dog who is able to walk again after having both legs operated on.

Fantastic experience: Animal Trust Vets looked after Simba my dog with very good care and did an excellent job on fixing his cruciate ligament. They gave me excellent instructions on how to take care of him after his operation and have checked up on him since. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My 6 years old boxer dog had a TPLO surgery on both back legs and I cannot express how happy we are with how everything went. Dr. Edward and team looked after Keira very well. When we picked her out the next day from hospital we couldn’t believe how well Keira looked and the wound looked very well. Thank you Animal Trust, we hope we don’t need to come back however I will highly recommend you to anybody.

Fantastic experience: Would like to thank everyone at this vet practice! I brought my dog in as an emergency, they were professional and swift in their response, gave him every chance. Unfortunately he passed away during surgery, absolutely devastating. Since then I have been treated with immense compassion kindness and professionalism up to and including picking up his ashes yesterday. I cannot put into words how this has made this awful experience a little bit easier. Thankyou so much x

Negative experience: Horrendous experience with my 4 month old kitten from the minute I got there late on a Sunday nite 2 weeks ago . We were backwards and forwards from Sunday to Wednesday when then they kept him till Friday in the period of the 6 day I only found one vet and one vet nurse kind patient and. Caring vet on the Tuesday evening who did his first set of bloods and veterinary nurse who booked Rooney to stay in Wednesday evening when I was extremely upset and destresed . The rest I spoke to or saw even the receptionist need to learn a few people skills and put them selves in a customers position . Having bought in a very young sick kitten . I got made to feel a nuisance phoning for an update no one answered the phone not even the emergency line. . I got told on the Thursday he was lots better I was due to collect him on the Friday at 7 when his 48 hrs had run out. I never got an update on the Friday morning. As promised . So I tried to ring and ring eventually I got through to be told nothing except were busy. Was told a vet would ring me soon. Nothing at all for an hr. So again it took me 1 hr to get through to be told by the receptionist were busy but message off the vet. He won’t be going anywhere tonight. I asked why is he ok what’s happening. I was told I don’t no I am just a receptionist. You will have to wait for a vet . I spent 40 mins imagining al sorts very upset . I eventually spoke to A vet to be told his temp had gone up in the night at 3am. No one contacted me . He had had an injection on the Tuesday 48 hr one this ran out at 7 on the Thursday but antibiotics were not carried ion I asked why to be told we can’t find infection. . But his infection markers were up on bloods. I insisted they carried on the antibiotics. . I was told we don’t no what’s wrong with him he will need to see a specialist vet as we are only 1 st point vets. My bill was 1000 pds already . This was 2 pm . I rang an hr later to arange collecting him. Was told I could see a vet and puck him up till 8 pm. Me and my daughter went down at 6-30 to get him . To be told he’s been aggressive to staff hissing and scratching this is a 4 month old ragdoll kitten . 4 times I had mentioned a lump on his neck where he had had his jab . When I mentioned iit again when I collected him the vet said o ya I’ve read this in notes but then had a feel and it had gone .it was definitely there on the Wednesday when he was admitted. I asked when they did his temp Last. Was told 3 pm. It was now 7 pm. I said can you check it before we leave please to be told no sorry we’ve not got time. There was a vet and a nurse present. We left with metacam and antibiotics .took Rooney home . He was so much better than when I took him in and next day completely back to normal . He was shaved all rd his neck and down both legs. He was starving hungry and didn’t leave my side all night. This was a very traumatic experience for me never mind what he went through never ever will I step foot in that vets again. Money money money is all they care about don’t bother writing complaints after I was asked to put my worries in an email as no one will care or reply ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PLACE

Fantastic experience: They sorted out my elderly dog's dental problems for less than half the cost my previous vet had quoted. My dog recovered quickly from the general anaesthetic and now, a week later, is full of energy and improved appetite. The staff were brilliant. My only criticism would be that the type on the check in screens is very small and I could not use them, but the lovely receptionists happily checked me in manually.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dog Trust for 4 years now with my lovely Staffie. They have been wonderful with her, she is a handful as she dousn't like other dogs but the staff are so good they really look after us. I have been going alot latley as she has an ulcer on her left eye. The Vet's are amazing with her and make a fuss of her, she will let them do what they have todo with out much fuss. I highly recommend Dog's Trust for your pets they are the best and are good value for money. Thank you to all the staff and the Vet's. Liz

I’m unsure of the ladies name who dealt with us but I’ll always remember how kind and caring you were at such a difficult and emotional time. I cannot thank you enough for how dignified you made the situation and how much you took care of us. Thank you so much, you’ve been brilliant from start to finish!!

Negative experience: Disappointing. They took wonderful care of my old dog when she had to be put to sleep. But we were charged £90 to see my puppy with a skin rash on her belly for 15 minutes most of which the vet was out of the room or on the computer. After a brief examination, she prescribed canesten at £30, costs £7 online and shampoo at £ 60 which is online for £12. The cost was not explained. We were only billed at reception. Not an itemised bill. I queried it in writing and was told the cost was to cover the vet's time and overheads. So not a free consultation at all. In fact, charged over £70.No transparency in their charges. BE AWARE AND WARNED.

Negative experience: My very sick and injured cat had to be transferred from Wrexham to Shrewsbury for overnight care. I’m not complaining about this branch in particular because the Wrexham branch also need to have accept accountability leading up to the events that night. My poor cat was taken to Wrexham initially after missing for 2 nights. He was obviously very unwell but not diagnosed correctly and sent home. After his rapid deterioration he was eventually sent to Shrewsbury. The vet was very candid with us and also very caring. Echo had to be PTS, however his ashes took over two weeks to return with no paw prints or a sympathy card to mark his death. Just a box of ashes! Communication was poor from both practices, my boy was only 5 years old and deserved a more respectful passing.

Fantastic experience: My little fella recently had BOAS surgery at the practice . The procedure was explained to me in great detail. I was made fully aware of what it entailed . I’d never really had anything explained like that before and I appreciated it . The staff were very friendly and it was a relaxed environment although I do have a spinal condition so the bench seats were not good for me at all. Im based in Telford so that’s my normal branch and I highly rate both practices. I felt reassured when he stayed over that he was in good hands . Thanks to all staff for looking after Wilson

Fantastic experience: My cat has been very unwell with pancreatitis, although only young, we nearly lost her The care, devotion and skill of the Vets ,, Nurses and carers is incredible, second to none. Lucy, has been an inpatient twice, during her illness.

Fantastic experience: After firstly taking our 17 year old parsons jack Russell poppy to yourself for dental work,a blood test shown that unfortunately she had chronic kidney disease,she was taken in for 48 hours and worked on the vets even let us visit poppy on the next day the following day poppy's blood were better and we could take her home for the whole of the experience we were well informed on poppy's progress by amazing staff ,we now know we are taking poppy home for palliative care we are so grateful for whatever time we have left with poppy, only getting that precious time because of the care you gave poppy thank you so much

Negative experience: Coming from a fellow dog professional locally and a rehab rescue, I have to say I am beyond disgusted with the treatment of both my dog and myself during his ooh end of life appt. I wrote a complaint after the practice manager for Shrewsbury didn't get back to after waiting 5 weeks and the reply I got from the complaint was beyond disgraceful. When another professional raises concerns, it's never a good thing to respond with "my team say you (me, the customer) is wrong, not recollecting the situation properly and that didn't happen" whilst then types a wrong name for my dog, is just insulting, rude and shows what this vet surgery has become. I will never forgive for this situation, yet I forgave them for spaying a dog of mine and she came into season two months later, so it speaks volumes of the depth of my concerns here. When a vet states "it doesn't matter if my dog goes for me as he's small enough for me to just kick him anyway" and you have to request a vet moves so you can hold your dog whilst he's dying as they were, calling him the wrong breed, pulls hair out of him and says "I could make another dog out of this", laughs and jokes with each other whilst my dog is dying on the floor and yet it's a me issue, not them, and they can't even get the name correct during a complaint process, shows just how little the people care about anything other than what they can get in the till. £400 this cost me, advertise as a 24/7 vet yet charges an ooh fee?? Quantity over quality, money over ethics, the new tagline of what used to be a decent, caring place you could trust with your animal. They told me it might be best for me to find a new vet if I'm not happy, so I have, as I'm not.

Fantastic experience: The Shrewsbury branch have been nothing short of incredible whilst we navigated TPLO surgery for our young cocker spaniel. We asked to be referred here from our local vets due to cost and the great reviews and we’re so glad we did. We got called straight after the referral was done. The lady, I believe Tracy, who called showed empathy and was really lovely to speak too. We were able to get surgery booked in within 2 days. The operation itself has gone very well and all of the staff treated Bilbo with such love and care. Every staff member we saw when we collected him post op told us how much they’d loved having Bilbo. They really cared about him and gave him so much love and fuss! It truly makes all the difference. We’ve now decided to completely move from our local vets and go to Animal Trust Telford as our full time BAU vets as it’s the closest one to us. This is because of the fantastic experience we’ve gotten from Shrewsbury so far. Thank you for being so helpful and supportive during this scary time for our pup.

Fantastic experience: We had an awful diagnosis of pyometra on our dogue de bordeaux Ruby.. we were quoted £7000 ( willows) and although she is insured (3000) we were in an impossible situation.. we were first referred to vetsnow in Coventry and the ladies there stabilised Ruby and assisted us in finding Animal trust who literally saved our Ruby's life and for a tenth of the cost. We will be forever grateful for the care shown Ruby and ourselves and cannot recommend Animal trust enough.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this vets at all, the consultations may be free but the prices they charge are shocking, they completely ignored my cats symptoms (he was struggling to breathe properly) so we took him to a cardiologist who diagnosed him with a severe heart condition which means he’s not going to live a full life, every appointment we went to was just about the money it was always wanting the money upfront before actually helping the animal. The receptionist staff are rude and aren’t helpful at all.

Fantastic experience: Today I found myself in a really really difficult situation with my own 14 year old dog, and I called Animal Trust Shrewsbury hoping for an urgent appointment to have my dog sadly put to sleep as my own vets were unable to help at that time and my dog was declining rapidly. Animal trust were absolutely amazing. They let me rush her down to them, and my dog was triaged immediately. We were taken into this really peaceful room with dimmed lights, candles and relaxing scents. In such sad circumstances it was incredibly peaceful and very thoughtful of the team to have dedicated a space for these appointments. The whole team were thoroughly fantastic and made the experience as gentle and calm as possible. They were so attentive, kind, organised and compassionate with my poorly girl. We met Kev, the practice manager who went above and beyond to assist us in our time of need, and the lovely nurse whose name I didn’t catch but she was wonderful too, and also very clear with her communications on the procedure. I cannot thank the team enough for their help today, they have made a truly horrendous day a little bit easier. ( I would just like to mention I haven’t used animal trust in a couple of years, my previous experience with them was when I brought my sisters two dogs in for treatment on her behalf, and I was really impressed with how much the practice has majorly improved and grown since I was last there so huge well done Animal Trust Shrewsbury!)

Fantastic experience: We have been taking our rabbits (and gerbils) here for seven years and have always received top-notch, compassionate care. The vets are highly skilled experts who apply their knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes. The counter staff are kind, friendly and extremely competent at managing the diverse needs of a busy practice. My recent visit for rabbit vaccination with Mihai was an absoluture pleasure. His engaging manner and thorough examination of both animals made me feel that my pets were in the best possible hands. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: We had a last minute appointment for our charlie dog, we travelled from wrexham due to wrexham branch not having the supplies. We got to shrewsbury a little later than appointment but got seen straight away, the staff were so friendly and helpful, kept us informed about everything that was going on. Would highly recommend. Fantastic experience: From the moment we were referred to this practice they have been nothing but exceptional in every way. We turned up with our very poorly Miniature Schnauzer Fearne. We had a consultation with Veterinary Surgeon Becky. Her knowledge, professionalism and passion for animals gave us full confidence we were in the right place. Becky and the team got Fearne into surgery the next day which was successful. The communication back to us whilst Fearne was in their care was fantastic and reassuring. When we picked Fearne up Nurse Emily handed Fearne back to me. Her professional and calm manor was also first class. She explained the aftercare thoroughly and offered full support, advice and guidance. Words can’t express how eternally grateful we are to Becky and all at Animal Trust Shrewsbury. Fantastic experience: My family and I can’t thank this amazing vet practice enough for the care and dedication they’ve shown to our cat, Blue. He had been through so much over the past few weeks – suffering from repeated bladder blockages and needing multiple catheters. It was such a stressful and emotional time for us. This practice was recommended to us, after being to other practices and we are beyond grateful we took Blue to them. From the very first visit, the team was incredibly professional, compassionate, and thorough. They treated Blue with real kindness and compassion. Thanks to their expertise, Blue is now doing so much better. We know he’s not completely out of the woods yet, but we are finally feeling hopeful. We’re so grateful to be continuing his care with such a trustworthy and skilled team. Highly recommended – thank you again for everything!

Fantastic experience: We took our little dog Alfie to Animal Trust Vet in Shrewsbury on Monday 16th June 2025. Alfie had lived his last 9 years with an elderly lady who could no longer look after him as she had to go into a nursing home. We had no history of Alfie when we took him in. We contacted Animal Trust in Shrewsbury as we felt that his teeth were in a terrible state and the groomer said she couldn’t clean them as the vet needed to see him. Thankfully Animal Trust in Shrewsbury agreed to see him. The plan was that they would check his blood and if all was in order they would keep him and do the necessary dental work. Thankfully his blood was ok and they kept him, removed 27 teeth!!! and cleaned and polished what was left. We had excellent service from them, Alfie was checked all over and we had to pick him up after 4pm on Monday 16th June. Everything was fully explained, they were so caring and compassionate, I felt we had far better treatment than we get from our local vet, the cost was amazing and I couldn’t believe the treatment Alfie had from them. I would certainly recommend them as they treated us so well, they even rang a few days later to see how he was doing which thankfully he’s done amazingly well. I am so pleased with Alfie’s treatment and The Animal Trust in Shrewsbury and would highly recommend them. Thank you Animal Trust Shrewsbury for all your kindness to Alfie.

Fantastic experience: MY HEROES I have never felt so looked after, and my cat cared for so much than at AT Shrewsbury. The whole reception team are earth angels, carefully checking in on me, with a infallible friendly demeanour and solutions focussed attitude. I travelled over 4 hours with my cat who was in desperate need of surgery and they formulated a plan that made this feasible for me. After being quote over £8k and charged a £400 "consultation fee" by the vampires at NDSR Animal Trust quoted me £1019, and fitted my boy in within the week. They insisted on keeping him overnight which was very reassuring, and have been very close contact with me in the 5 days post op t ensure he's ok and I am managing fine. Without this surgery he may have died, and not only did AT give me hope and a possibility that I can afford, they did so with the love and care that I felt like they were all my mothers and sisters. Bino is still recovering from his skin flap advancement ,- but Becky Woolley and the team have given him the best chance he's ever had. I can't begin to express my gratitude. Thank you xxxx

Fantastic experience: They saved our boy’s life, and we’ll never forget it. Our nearly 12-year-old dog, Joe, underwent surgery at Animal Trust Shrewsbury to remove a large sarcoma from his leg/hip. He struggled with recovery at first — reacting poorly to the anaesthetic, developing fluid on his lungs, and showing signs of heart complications. It was terrifying, and we weren’t sure if he’d pull through. But the team at Animal Trust Shrewsbury never gave up on him. They acted quickly, started him on medication immediately, and monitored him with such incredible care and compassion. They treated him as if he were their own — checking his heart, adjusting fluids, keeping us updated, and truly going above and beyond during an incredibly emotional time for us. Thanks to their skill, dedication, and kindness, Joe made a remarkable turnaround. He’s now home, eating, walking, bright, and still making us smile every single day. The vet even told us his lungs were sounding much better, and we’re so grateful that his life didn’t end too soon. This team didn’t just save his life — they gave us more good years with him, and for that, we’ll forever be thankful. Fantastic experience: Head a worrying night after my Lab went lame. I should perhaps have phoned for an appointment but with walking in received emphatic and timely attention. Lady at reception was patient and caring and managed to get us seen by Triage Nurse. Nurse was wonderful, professional and open. Doctor was attentive, transparent and caring. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this place highly enough. After being quoted over £5000 locally for a cruciate ligament rupture for my lab in Sept 24, I was referred to Animal Trust in Shrewsbury. Although a long distance to travel, the cost was a fraction of the original quote which made it possible for us to have the surgery done. Onyx has had no problems and the leg has recovered really well. Unfortunately, 4 months on and Onyx's other leg now has a partial rupture (something that was discussed as being a likely possibility at the first surgery). The staff at Animal Trust have been fantastic since I contacted them directly, and they arranged follow up appointments straight away, instead of having to be referred by my local vet again which would have incurred additional costs. Thank you to all the staff, you are doing an amazing job! Onyx and I will see you next week! *Update* Amazing service again at Animal Trust, cannot fault them. Onyx was in safe hands during his stay and is now recovering very well from his surgery. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise the staff and service of this practice enough. They took our cat Tiny in even though we live in Stoke where we received a shocking service. They treated him with care and compassion and operated on Wednesday. The vets kept us up to date daily with updates on progress and reassured us as to what would happen. The lady on reception, Naydean was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable and advised us how to attain some assistance, she is a credit to you. I won't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone . I just wish we had a practice like this in Stoke. Superb caring service .

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend the animal trust for the treatment of my boxer The final bill was far less than I ever expected. My boxer has come home today after spending 4 days at animal trust in Shrewsbury where he had a vital operation on his prostate which was about to rupture. I cannot thank all the staff enough. Communication was excellent, I had updates at least by telephone calls 3 times a day. The expert, knowledge and care shown to us all was second to none, I am eternally grateful to all staff at this practise. I would like to make a special mention too Owen, Mark, Becky, Harri and Caroline who offered the best treatment possible to my boxer. Thank you.
