Fantastic experience: High quality vets who go the extra mile. Staff truly care about your furry friend and this is amplified in the service they provide. Premises is always clean and bright. Highly recommended, although I understand they have a waiting list for new customers. That speaks volumes. The team have looked after my two little furry babies with professionalism and upmost care. I can highly recommend Ann, Jeremy and the team at Henwick Vets for first class pet care.

Fantastic experience: My westie is the world. Has heart issues. Vet (Sorry ignorance forgot the gentlemans name) was honest had all the time to explain what the issues were and gave the best advice for my dog. Staff are lovely. And the prices are very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Mum changed vets to here as Paddy her rescue greyhound can't travel far and this vet was close. The vet we saw was amazing and thorough. Was not good news however but she was amazing and knew what she was looking for. Was told by previous vet it was corns and yes he has those but he has bone cancer so not a great outcome. But without vets thorough exam and her knowledge we would not have known. So we are thankful even though sad news. Cannot fault them

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Henwick vets, I signed up around two years ago having lost faith in my last vets as they had suggested having my dog euthanised due to her testing positive for Leishmaniasis. Sarah Jones and Jeremy Hall have been open to learning more about Leish from knowledge I have gained from various sources and they have treated my dog to help keep the disease dormant. They have been proactive when her bloods have tested abnormal too. Henwick Vets have also helped me claim for the costs of treating Leish, in which I have been successful. I can't thank Kirsty enough for trawling through 2 years of my dog's records to gather evidence for the claim. Overall I am hugely grateful to Henwick vets, it really is a wonderful practice and can't recommend it enough. I am aware I have only mentioned three people but anyone I have spoken to; receptionists, nurses etc have all been super friendly and can't do enough to help. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: Lovely, friendly and helpful staff (vets and receptionists). The vets are knowledgeable and give good advice. One of my dogs has recently had a tumour removed and has suffered with a skin condition, both of which have been successfully treated by this practice. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Been amazing with my cats. They gave George a few more years of life when they amputated his leg that was cancerous, and they were very honest about Noddy's condition and very compassionate when it was time to end his suffering. Very glad my family switched to this one.

Negative experience: Phoned up the veterinary surgery today 03/04/24 @ 12:30 midday spoke to a female employee, I explained that I wanted a male cat of 5 months neutered she gave me the price and I commented on how pleased I was when I was there before with my dog (Dylan) and I said how pleased I was with Jeremy who did the operation and she replied that because I was registered there they wouldn’t be a problem but she went and asked and then came back and said because I haven’t been there for six years although my dog had passed away I was no longer on the system? She told me to find a vet close to where I live. To say that I’m upset is an understatement, I have travelled to London, Shrewsbury another great distances to find decent vets. I told her that I’ve got two dogs and three kittens, and basically she wasn’t interested. I am deeply upset and shocked. My previous dod thankfully didn’t require any surgery at vets until he passed away, you trust a vet, now I feel discriminated against.

Negative experience: Running over your pet multiple times with an 18 wheeler would be a more effective method of healthcare for your cat than using these vets. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: We have been with Henwick vets for years. They are just the best bunch of professionals, second to none, and they keep their costs down showing that they are putting the health and well being of the animals in their care before profits, unlike a lot of other veterinary services who don’t always act with integrity when dealing with animal insurance! Yet again, yesterday they saved the life of one of our dogs who had been poisoned, I can’t thank them enough.

Positive experience: I was able to book a same day appointment, which was pleasantly surprising! The vet (Jeremy Hall) was amazing with my pet but also provided excellent customer care to myself too. On the x3 occasions of coming to Henwick Vets, I have received honest advice, been seen quickly, and not been pushed into any treatments or tests for my pet. My only complaint is that I recently purchased the medication in desperation to help my pet with their condition, but later discovered how cheap it was to buy the same medication elsewhere online. Had I not been in a desperate situation to help my pet at that moment, I wouldn't have paid the extortionate price here, which is a shame. As I say though, I highly recommend Henwick Vets and always sing their praises on Facebook when people ask about good vets to take their pet to and I am so pleased that I moved from our last Veterinary Health Centre. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing, Dariusz who treated my dog for bleeding was so brilliant with her and he has completed made her better with his fantastic work, he was so understanding about my budget and didn't charge me more than what I could afford and he was very caring towards my dog. Fantastic experience: Sadly it was time to say goodnight to my cat Smudge, she was a senior lady. Heartbreaking decision. Vet was very sympathetic & professional. They arranged all cremation issues, I now have her ashes with me.

Fantastic experience: My dog has been with Henwick vets for 4 years now. Sadly she has already had to have an operation on her hind leg and has a skin disease. It hasn't always been plain sailing, as I had to travel away for her operation and her skin specialist was based in Cheltenham, but through Henwick vets she has recieved the best care possible and they have helped me sort out the insurance payments, which has been invaluable. My dog is thriving under their care despite having a lifelong skin disease and I am thankful.

Fantastic experience: I rang about half hour before closure. Managed to get in 5 minutes. My cat Poppy had injured her leg chasing another cat and could not put any pressure on the leg. The vet gave her a anti inflammatory shot and some medicine. She is 3 days in recovering and getting stronger by the day. Very satisfied with the whole experience.
