Fantastic experience: What a wonderful veterinary practice, I can’t recommend them highly enough. We have visited many times now with our 2 dogs and they have always been friendly and welcoming, even when very busy. Staff at the front desk remembered our pets even before having to look them up and we always feel really cared for and listened to. We were initially unsure about signing up for the practice plan, but since one of our dogs developed a chronic eye condition the free consultations and vaccinations have paid back the cost and given us such peace of mind. After our older dog began wheezing and coughing we got an appointment very quickly today and they were able to put our minds at rest that it was nothing serious. Although they didn’t make any money on the consult there was no drop in service quality and no pushing to upsell anything. Christine is the vet we have seen most, she’s a very good vet: kind, gentle and very professional with the animals and her calm and knowledgeable bedside manner is reassuring for the humans too. We have also seen Kirsty and Holly and can recommend them as well. Thank you Tower Veterinary Centre!

Fantastic experience: Visited whilst on holiday with our poorly dog. They were fantastic and managed to find us an appointment despite not being a registered patient. Nikki was amazing and really put our minds and ease and helped our dinky dog on his way to recovery before a long journey home.

Fantastic experience: On Wednesday 21st May my dog was extremely unwell. She was diagnosed with pyometra and the quick, knowledgeable and decisive action taken by Hannah, saved my dog. The reception staff were outstanding when I called in the morning, wondering if I was being neurotic, and advised me to get her in there ASAP. I did and thank goodness else she wouldn't be here now. Everything was explained and also how seriously ill she was, but it was done so kindly and they all had a box of tissues at the ready for me! When I was in yesterday getting my cat's immunisations done they were all asking for the dog too, it was lovely. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank all the staff for their care with my beloved Franxu, who unfortunately passed. I had a very comforting experience, even though I was distraught at him passing. I would like to say that Viv on the front desk is so rude and incompassionate! I was very taken back by her half hearted attitude. I give you all my support in what you guys do. Thank you. Please pass on my feedback to Viv, she should maybe get a heart!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent practice with kind compassionate practitioners, friendly staff and reasonable rates. This practice also never tries to oversell to you which we’ve found others in Perthshire to do.

Positive experience: Very positive experience overall, very caring staff and recent visits have been so positive. I feel it necessary however to mention one member of the reception team, most are brilliant, one is not particularly pleasant when you get her on the phone and is equally rather unpleasant in person. I even witnessed this person being unprofessional and unpleasant on a call to someone when I had to visit the practice. I was also spoken down to whilst leaving trying to pay. Very unprofessional behaviour and manner. I absolutely dread this person answering my calls to the practice, it really lets your other fantastic staff members down and affects the experience of people trying to care for their pets.

The staff here have been very compassionate, kind and caring of my darling cat from the first appointment, all the way to the last (and including the card sent after his passing). Additonally, after his passing, we were still taken care of with information and clarity to continue on with his legacy and knowledge that he was helped at every possible angle from the caring staff within. Thank you again and should we introduce another animal into our lives, we'll certainly be coming back here as the vet(s) of choice.

They were able to fit me in right away and made sure Chunk was seen as soon as possible. Overall, I am extremely grateful for the care and attention my pets receive at Tower Vets. They are a truly exceptional veterinary practice and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care for their pets.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service by all staff..very caring and knowledgeable plus will do absolutely anything to make your pet more comfortable and safe with as little pain as possible.. Mo and Ruth are both exceptionally kind to us pet owners..and understand how traumatic these visits can be. Christine is a very experienced vet and trusted by me my dog, my family, and their dogs. Thomas is another excellent vet and like Christine has been at this vetenary practice many years. All the nurses are also very caring and leave uou and your pet feeling cared for and confident.

Fantastic experience: Our dog got injured when we were having a weekend away they managed to fit us in and our dog was treated even though we have never used the practice before.

Fantastic experience: Excellent local vets. Patient and attentive care of our cat.

Negative experience: I need to change my rating downwards. When we approached this practice, We queried various prices for interventions. Only to find out that the prices of such intervention ended up costing almost 2.5 times more than initially quoted. For that reason, we will take our business elsewhere as there are plenty of other practices offering the same for 1x the cost. It stems from the fact that more and more vet practices are bought out by venture capital firms. Initially, the prices stay the same, and then they creep up to over inflated levels and beyond. The main reason is that the industry is taking the view that most pets are insured and they foot the bill. So if you're not insured, be prepared to be stung well hard. Other than that the service is very good. But somewhat overpriced.

Fantastic experience: I recently lost my dear companion Rex. In recent years he had undergone two very demanding operations at Tower vets and both operations were a great success. One operation (cancer) saved his life and the other massively improved his quality of life and health too. Rex received superb care from the day I registered him with the practice, and as a client I have always found the team - receptionists, management, nurses and vets - to be reassuringly caring and accommodating. I am very glad that I registered Rex with Tower, and I think that he was too!

Fantastic experience: We, unfortunately, had to take our wee dog of 17.5 years of age for her final visit to Tower Vets recently. The sympathy shown to me and my adult daughter were absolutely top drawer. The vet Helen explained how the procedure would work and, although sad, it provided great comfort to witness such a peaceful end to Tessa's time here with us carried out with such care, compassion and prfessionalism❤️

Negative experience: Our family is going through a very sad and difficult time, having lost our beloved doggy on 16 August. Whilst I have delivered positive feedback about specific members of the team who have been (as one would expect) kind, empathetic, professional, genuine and compassionate, these individuals are disappointingly being failed by others who have in our experience been void of so much as a baseline level of compassion, regard or understanding of what it means to experience this loss. I provided explicit and detailed feedback to the practice and was again disappointed with the response. I have since spoken with the Clinical Director and now have some faith that lessons will be learned so that no client ever has to go through a similar experience to ours.

Fantastic experience: The surgery was very accommodating. We were on holiday when we thought our dog Ozzie had picked up a tic. They saw us right away. The vet was very helpful and explained that it was actually a skin tag. She tied it off, and it has since dropped off. A big thanks to both the vet and the receptionist for seeing Ozzie so promptly.

Fantastic experience: Have got a new puppy Maisie, who kept scratching her ears. Phoned and registered her, then asked for vet appointment, the receptionist fitted Maisie in the very same day. Was seen by Nicki the vet who was very kind and gave Maisie a thorough M.O.T and prescribed Maisie some ear drops which are doing the trick. Thankyou guys

Negative experience: AVOID!!! I had a really confident rescue french bulldog who was treated so roughly after an overpriced botched operation on her ear by one of the vets who seemed to be having a bad day that she wouldn’t enter the vets building again, these people are all smiles when you are present but behind the scenes are really hard on your pets. AVOID
